“What!!” I scoffed immediately, almost choking on the food that was along my throat
“What!” Jasper said getting up from his seat
His father shut him a glare and he quietly sat fuming inside
He can’t believe he has been arranged to get married to this fat ugly woman
No he won’t accept it!!, Never!!
I started coughing choking up
“Drink this ” my mother passed a glass of water to me
I gulped down the whole glass of water at once, feeling relieved from the cough
“Are you okay Emmett?” My dad asked
I just nods my head, I was so damn angry and is very well visible on my face
I won’t accept that!!, I can never be with such an arrogant fellow, never!!!

~~AT CULLEN’S MANSION~~
“Dad what was that about!?” Jasper asked with anger immediately they entered inside the house
“Calm down Jasper, I know you are angry with the sudden arrangement” Mr Cullen’s Said
“Dad what the hell, how can you arrange a marriage for me without my consent, not even only that but with a girl that is not even my class!!, I can never marry her never!!!” Jasper said with a loud voice
“Jasper I said calm down!!!, Don’t you ever raise your voice at me!!Mr Cullen’s thundered with anger
“Am sorry dad, is just that am really pissed off here now, my brain aren’t working really well” Jasper said as he ran his fingers through his hair
“Come outside” Mr Cullen’s Said walking out
Jasper followed suit, they came out side and stood at the balcony
Jasper leaned at the wall desperate on what his father was about to say
“Jasper you will divorce her immediately after completing a mission for me, you are marrying her for a good reason?” Mr Cullen’s Said as he sat gently on a chair crossing his legs
“What mission, I don’t get it?” Jasper asked
“Many years ago, Jacob and I were a very good friends, but he has more money than me…my company was still growing then…” Mr Cullen’s trailed of and continued” Once your mother was in labour trying to give birth to you, but she couldn’t and the doctor said that an operation will be carried out in other to save the mother and child…but first a deposit has to be made…but right then I didn’t have the amount of money that they required, but I remembered that I have a rich friend who can help, so I quickly contacted Jacob through someone but the person returned with a message that Jacob says he doesn’t have the money, I was so damn davasted so I begged the doctor to carry out the operation in other to save your mother and you…the operation was later carried out but your mother didn’t make it alive because of the delay Jasper, Jacob killed my wife because of his wickedness Jasper, he couldn’t help when I needed him most, I later confronted him and he denied that he didn’t get the message” Mr Cullen’s Said as a drop of tear dropped down his eyes
Anything he remembers his late lovely wife, it totally draws him down because he so much loves her, even though he has remarried now, he wouldn’t have remarried if not because of little Jasper then, people persuaded him to marry so that the woman can take care of his little boy, as a man he has no knowledge of taking care of a child
“So that’s …that’s how my mother died?” Jasper said with a weary voice, he was really holding himself from crying.
His father looked up at and immediately got up from where he was sitting
He walked over Jasper and held his shoulder looking at him with a serious expression
“Jasper I want you to take revenge for your mother, I want you to bring down the Jacob family through her daughter, Emmett is their only child, so getting married to you means that everything her father has will be entrusted to you…so we will use the opportunity to ripe them off all their wealth and they will be left with nothing, I want Jacob to gnash his teeth and feel the pains i felt many years again, he thought I have forgiven him, but No!!, I must take my own pound of flesh”

I locked myself up in the room for the past three days now, crying my eyes out
My parents are going to sell me out to my worst enemy, because of some business deal
So this is what it feels like to be a rich man’s daughter?
I know I might not meet some men expectations in terms of looks, but still I want to marry for love, I want to be loved by the man I will marry in this life
This man that am gonna marry is not the type of man I want, I know I have crushed on him before, but that was then not now…he his an arrogant fellow and mean also, how can I even live with him in the same roof
This thought is really dealing with me, I feel like the ground should open and swallow me up
I have tried talking to my father to call off the engagement but he refused and says that Jasper is the right man for me, that he will really take care of me
And one thing about my dad is that if he makes up his mind for a decision,that decision he made is finally
Nobody can talk him out of it, not even my mother his wife
While thinking a knock came to my door, I ignored it as usually
They should all leave me alone, is rather that I die in this room than get married to that arrogant fellow
“Emmett is me Bella, what’s happening, open the door” Bella said knocking at Emmett’s door
Bella? I never expected her, I know is my mom that called her
Well I need Bella, I really need someone to talk to
I struggled and got up from the bed and opened the door for Bella
“Omg, what are you doing to your self Emmett?, look at you” Bella said looking at me in awe as she followed me towards the bed
“What’s wrong?” She asked a settling beside the bed
“Bella they want to sell me out to a man I hate with my life, am getting married Bella” I said
“Who is that?” She asked me
“JASPER CULLEN” I replied with a sigh
“Omg is it the Jasper from high school?” Bella asked covering her mouth in surprise
“Yes Bella, I want to escape from here, I can’t marry that guy!” I said holding her hand
“That arrogant guy?, I know how you feel girlfriend, but running away is not the option, you have to accept it babe, been a rich man’s daughter, things like this happen, we don’t marry for love, marriage are been arranged by our parents, me too I don’t think I can escape from such, all we pray for is to be engaged to a man that can take care of us” Bella said to me rubbing my hands
“I know all this Bella, but I still…I still want to marry for love” I said crying
“Come here don’t cry,don’t let that arrogant man make you cry, he doesn’t deserve your tears, you be killing yourself by locking yourself up in this room, come outside, look good, remember you are getting married soon, you don’t wanna be looking like an abandoned mad woman on your wedding day” Bella said rubbing my back
Can you imagine abandoned mad woman!!, I started laughing, is been long I have laughed like this
Thank goodness Bella came to talk sense into me
“Bella you haven’t changed a bit” I disengaged from the hug still laughing
“I can’t change, sweet heart, am still Bella, come on!! you stinks, go and shower so that we will go shopping” Bella said
“Really Bella” I said eyeing her
“Of course we have to go shopping for our bride to be and also am picturing myself on how I will look like on my chief braids maid dress” Bella said as she stood up, cat walking elegantly why holding her slender waist
I immediately threw my pillow on her
She caught it and threw it on me and the pillow hit on face
“Am gonna kill you today Bella”
