CHAPTER 35

‘Let’s just not k-ss or do anything rom-ntic anymore cause clearly we are not a couple and we’ll never be so let us just know our lanes’ the words replayed in my head as I slid down slowly backing the door

The sh*t hurts like hell. Someone you really got attached to telling you those stuffs hurts a lot

A single tear dropped from my eyes. I thought acting less cold and moody around her would make her fall for me but clearly I’ve been fooling myself

I stood up and took slow and steady steps towards my bedroom since I already know it

I don’t care anymore. Even if I care I’ll force myself to stop caring cause this daring stuff ain’t for me.

I get heartbroken easily so it’s clearly not for me

I took off my clothes and wore a black short then walked out slowly making my way to the pool

I ignored Skai who watched t.v. in the sitting room

They always say love leaves a mark but mine is too much.

Imagine being left by a woman who always said she loves you

A woman who has a daughter with you. What kind of a woman is she to leave her daughter for ten years ?

She didn’t even call to tell me she’s still alive or to wish her daughter a happy birthday

I jumped into the pool after getting rid of my many thoughts

I looked at Tyler. I lost count at how many times I’ve been looking at him

He had been awkwardly quiet and it’s killing me cause this is not the Tyler I’m used to

We are currently sitting in the dining room eating dinner

“Can you stop looking at me. It’s becoming irritating”he says rudely leaving me dumbfounded

Is he suddenly becoming rude or what ? Well I can I play that game too

“Why would I look at something disturbing like you?” I scoff and he takes his eyes off from his food glancing at me

His looks are so intimidating but I just rolled my eyes

“Whatever” he says and take his attention back to his food

I still couldn’t help it as I looked at him

“Can I just eat in peace ?” He says looking at me but I just kept quiet still looking at him

“Skai seriously this is getting weird” he says frustratedly

“I won’t stop till you tell me why you are ignoring me” I say and chew my food slowly still looking at him

He gro-ns and mumbles some words which I couldn’t figure out before finally speaking out

“Fine I’ll just leave” he stands up and tries to leave

“If you continue with your attitude,I’ll go back to the hotel room” I say

“Works for me”he shrugs with the I don’t care look

“I’ll leave and you’ll never see me or your child again”i say trying to threaten him but he shrugs

“Look. I don’t care so whatever” he says and walks out leaving me dumbfounded

I definitely hate the new Tyler. Did that Maddie girl bewitch him. I wiped the tears that fell from my eyes and walked out quickly

I packed my clothes fastly. It’s clear he doesn’t love me so why stay at a place where I’m unwanted

I made my way out and found him sitting on a couch

I made noise with bag but he still played no attention to me

“I’m leaving” I say and he still keeps a straight face looking at his phone

“I’ll never come back. I’m leaving in 5 seconds. In 4,3. You are gonna regret it. You’ll never see your child. In 2,1. Argh f**k you” I say frustratedly and walk out angrily

SKAI

“Open this damn gate” I yell at the security guard who seemed to be a robot or something

“Have your ears gone rotten. I said open damn so open the gate” I yell hitting his shoulder slightly

“The f**k dude I’m talking and you are keeping a serious face like you are at a funeral open the gate b***h” I yell

I tap his shoulder and he didn’t even move. I the bite him but he didn’t even flinch

I then remember that Tyler once said I got plastic teeth so I gro-n frustratedly and pick up a chair near me

I climb the chair to match up his height cause damn he was so much taller than me

“I just wanna leave dude. So unlock the gate.” I start crying fake tears

“I’ll pay you dude. Can’t you see my tears” I say still faking my tears

“F**k you I’ll just climb up the gate ” I say and try to climb off the chair but I fall

He catches me before I could make it to the ground

That’s when I look to his face to find him smirking

“Oh my god thank you dude. By the way you are really cute. Can you now open the gate for me?” I say hopefully and he laughs

Someone drags me away and I didn’t need a soothsayer to tell me who it is

“What the f**k Skai” he yells and I roll my eyes

“Unlock the gate” I say watching him fume in anger for unknown reasons

“You know you are so unpredictable. Like really flirting with a mere guard”he yells

So all this shouting for unserious matter

“At least he is not rude” I scoff and watch as his fists tightens

“You called him cute and you never called me cute!” He yells and I roll my eyes

“Cut the carp we both know he is cuter than you. He makes me wish I was pregnant for him. God knows how my baby would look” I lie with a dreamy face

“F**k” he curses and I chuckle

“Yeah. Mr f**k. Can you unlock the gate. I remember you said you don’t care if I leave” I say boredly with the I don’t care look.

“No way. Who knows if you’ll go around flirting with everyone around with my baby in,side you. I don’t want my baby to be unholy” he rolls his eyes

“Whatever” I roll my eyes boredly

“Steve. Take the bags in” he says to the robot guard referringto my luggage

“Your name is cute like you” I say after Steve who only smiles

“Ahhh” Tyler’s scre-m echoes around the wh0le mansion before he finally runs upstairs

After one frustrating week we are finally going back to my little Kim

Tyler and I has been on each other’s necks till today

It’s like it gets worse day by day.

I close my eyes and drift to sleep with a stressed mind and a heavy heart

“We have arrived” he says rudely and walks out holding Maddie’s hand

Are they back together? They look cute together though.I shrug the thought off after convincing my self that is non of my business
