CHAPTER 37

SKAI

“Whoa…Whoa…Whoa” Tyler said dragging us away from each other

“Who are you?” He asked staring at Gavin sternly

“Don’t show him that you are g-y. I wanna punish him” I whisper to Gavin and he stares at me weirdly before smiling widely

I knew he was going to say something out of the way so I had to interfere

“Uhm Tyler meet my male bestie from high school Gavin meet my…” I was still trying to say when Tyler interfered

“Boyfriend.I’m her boyfriend”

I glare at him and he doesn’t even give me attention as he takes Gavin’s hand for a handshake

“Nice to meet you” Gavin says with a genuine smile

“It was nice meeting you too. We’ll be taking our leave now” Tyler says and tries to drag me but I snatch my hand away from his

So it’s now when he notices me.all this time he’s been holding hands with his lover. I scoff

“Your number please. I’d really like it if we catch up some time” I smile at Gavin

“Sure” Gavin smiles before taking my phone away

“F**k I thought the rumours were lies. You owe me a lot of explanations miss” he whispers teasingly and I laugh

“Whatever I need details from you too. Like any boyfriend yet or still the same old single Gavin” I whispered into his ear and we both laughed

“Skai” Tyler’s angry voice growls

“I’ll call you” I say taking my phone from him and he hugs me for a few seconds before disengaging the hug. We both wave and I sigh as I watch him walk away

I walk to Tyler’s side and he glares at me. I return the glare and the next few seconds we both spend it staring at each other

“Are you going to keep staring at each other or we are going to leave” Maddie’s angry voice yells

We both breath out heavily before walking away. This time Tyler holds my hand and I don’t shrug it away

We walk hand in hand to the black jeep and Maddie gives me a cold glare before walking into the front seat

TYLER

We finally arrived at home and Maddie was the first one to get off the car

She made her way to the front door and for someone who’s seeing her daughter after so many years I’d say she cared less

Her eyes were looking all around the mansion with pure greedness or whatever look she had

But the point is that she had no remorse look in her eyes instrad she looked happy

“There’s something weird about her”Skai mumbles

“What ?”

I question acting like I didn’t hear her

“Nothing” she sl¡ps het hand away from mine

“Wait” I say and she furrows her brows.”Welcome back home baby” I k-ss her tummy rubbing it gently and Skai laughs

“You can be dramatic sometimes”She smiles showing her dimples

Pregnancy makes her look more beautiful. I smiled to myself and looked at Maddie to find her on a call talking excitedly

I shrugged and lead Skai in,side the mansion

MADDIE

“Addison he is now stinking rich” I say excitedly lowering my voice so they wouldn’t hear me

“So you are still gonna try to get him back” she squeaks and I roll my eyes

“That would be impossible cause he’s obviously head over heals about that b***h”i say with a frown on my face

“So ?” She drawls

“So I’m just gonna get to business. I’m going to hack his bank accounts then leave him dry. I’m sure it’d all be enough to pay our debts and give the both of us the life we deserve’ I roll my eyes

“So you are serious about not wanting your daughter back” she says and my frown deepens

“Here we go again. Why would I want that bas***d in my life. She was a mistake so my goal is to get every money Ty worked hærd for. And maybe to make it more fun.I’m going to play with that Skai b***h’s accounts too” I say and she laughs

“That’s good. I gotta go. A client is at the door” She says and hangs up

I grin walking to the main door majestically. All this fortunes will soon be mine. All mine. I laugh inwardly

CHAPTER 38

SKAI

We make our way to the living room to find Kim sitting patiently

“Mommy” she squeaks running into my arms

“I missed you so much” she says excitedly “I missed you too baby” I say carresing her hair gently

She giggles while rubbing my baby bump and then smirks while staring into my face

“What ?” I ask and she shrugs with the smirk still on her face

“Your stomach is now big and that means you’ll soon give birth” she laughs out loud and Tyler and I couldn’t help but join her

For a kid she’s sure naughty

“What about daddy ? you didn’t miss me ?” Tyler pouts cutely and i chuckle

“Come on daddy. What’s there to miss about you?”Kim rolls het eyes and leads me to a couch

“Told you she doesn’t like you”i tell Tyler who scoffs with jealousy written all over his face

She makes me sit on the couch and starts m-ssaging my swollen legs soothingly and I close my eyes enjoying it

“My book says this will help”she says and I could feel the excitement in her voice

God should have given me Kim as my first child

“You do it better than your daddy” I say honestly .” Really Skai !” Tyler scoffs and I stick out my tongue still closing my eyes

“Thanks mommy” Kim giggles “She’s just pulling off your le…”Tyler’s voice trails off and Kim’s hands stop m-ssaging my legs

I was forced to open my eyes to find Maddie standing besides Tyler

“Who’s she?”

Kim looks at me with a puzzled look and I look at Tyler signalling him to tell her the truth

He sighs heavily before smiling nervously at Kim

“Uhhm. Baby this is your biological mom” His voice cracks a little

Kim hold a straight face looking at the witch who waved with her artificial nails flying around

I know I’ve been longing for my biological mom for a long time but this lady right here seems so plastic compared to mommy

Her hair,make-up,nails,clothes,face even her smile is plastic

I have to make sure she goes back to where she came from

Why did she choose to return now when I already found mommy. When everything is so perfect

Someone who cares about me. Does this mean mommy would have to go

No I can’t let this happen. She has to go back to wherever miserable fake place she came from

“Kim” daddy calls jolting me up from my thoughts

“Oh yeah. I think I don’t need a biological mom anymore so she should just go back to wherever miserable place she came from” I roll my eyes.

“Kim” dad warns

I roll my eyes “What ? You always say i should be honest so I’m being honest what more do you want” I say rudely

“Respect Kim. I always taught you respect”he gro-ns and I give him a cute funny smile before standing up and walking to my so called biological mother

“Hey miss. You see the door you came through in. You can kindly use it to exit cause you are not needed anymore in my life. I already have the best mom in the world so bye”i say looking at her in disgust

I can’t believe this is my biological mom

“Kim” This time it’s mommy who calls my name warningly

“What ? Can’t you see what she’s wearing. It’s like she’s going to strip club. With tattoos all over her body. Fake nails, Fake hair,fake everything I’m sure even her soul is fake” I say and my so called biological mother finally looses her temper

“That’s it” she yells and slaps me hærd across my face. Exactly what I want. I want her to reveal her true colours

“Kim” both my parent’s say and I take the remote angrily aiming for her forehead
