CHAPTER 49
WRITER
“Breath in and breath out” Tyler’s mom said soothingly as Tyler drove the car like he was driving fast and furious
Another car which carried both grandpa’s and Kim could be seen driving really fast
Skai who was feeling so much pains on her wa-ist cried bitterly
She couldn’t even concentrate on breathing in and out
“I can’t do this anymore” she said and scre-med really loud scaring Tyler
“Come on baby you can do this just breath in and out. We are already getting close to the hospital” her mother said and she started breathing in and out with her mouth wide open
It really hurt her so much that she wanted to even faint
They finally got to the hospital and she felt relieved as they rushed to them with stretchers and and rolled her away quickly
Tyler could be seen pacing around as Skai’s scre-ms filled the hallway
The doctors were already attending to her
Tyler hearing the scre-ms couldn’t help but feel more anxious
This wasn’t the first time he was coming here for this kind of things but he is sure that even if it happens again and again he’ll still panick like this
“Come on son. Try to calm down a little bit”his mother said soothingly but he just scoffed running his hands in his air
The scre-ms were freaking him out badly
A nurse came in running and Tyler stopped her before she could entre the ward Skai was in
“What’s happening ? Why ain’t her scre-ms ending ?” Tyler yelled taking his frustrations out on her
“Mr Ziegler please try to calm down” the nurse say in a low tone already scared of Tyler
“What do you mean calm down?” Tyler yells frustratedly
“Daddy can you please leave the woman alone. Just stop being so childish” Kim who has been sitting down quietly yelled already getting annoyed by her dad’s reaction
Tyler gro-ned finally letting go of the nurse’s hand who immediately felt relieved and ran into the ward
After a few minutes the scre-ms stopped and Tyler heaved a sigh of relief
He immediately ran into the ward to find Skai’s eyes closed and the baby in the tiny baby crying in the hands of a nurse who was taking her out for a clean up
“Why’s she asleep ?” Tyler asked remembering the fact Maddie didn’t eventually sleep after giving birth
“Mr Ziegler can we talk outside” the doctor said eying the rest of the family
“There’s nothing to talk about. Just tell me why she’s sleeping and why’s the machine not beeping” he yelled impatiently
“I’ll explain it outside Mr Ziegler” the doctor said pointing at the door
“I’m not going anywhere do spill it out” Tyler yelled
“Uhm remember the time you came here cause she was beaten up by her ex boyfriend ?” He asked and Tyler just kept an angry face staring at him impatiently
“We actually found out that she had a minor problem with her womb and it was either she saves the baby or herself. But she chose the baby” he said and Tyler felt like his wh0le world stopped
“I’m so sorry Mr Ziegler” the doctor said and walked out because the tension was starting to become much
Tyler slid down the wall slowly as tears poured heavily from his eyes
He couldn’t believe his ears. Skai was gone like for real
She was no longer alive ?
“No this can’t be my baby. It can’t be my only daughter” Skai’s mom yelled in tears as Skai’s father hugged her to himself. For the first time tears could be seen flowing freely from the man’s eyes
Tyler’s mom sobbed silently as she pressed her body to her husband who rubbed her back soothingly
They all felt like it’s a nightmare.. like it’s a a prank and it would soon end
Kim ran to Tyler’s hands and sobbed silently
She couldn’t believe her mother was gone. The only woman who cared for her
The room was filled with cries and the nurse’s couldn’t help but join them in crying feeling great pity in themselves.
CHAPTER 50
FINALE

Kim stood up slowly and walked up to the bed
“Mommy you promised” she wept bitterly as she looked at her pale face
“You promised that no matter you’ll never leave me” she cried more
“But why are you doing this?Mommy if this is one of your silly pranks please stop cause it hurts.Mommy if you don’t wake up I won’t be able to survive it. I swear that I’ll kill myself ” she said already feeling so weak
“Mommy please” she whimpered as her wh0le body started to shake
The wh0le family stared in pity. They couldn’t move an inch as they have been hurt too
She held Skai’s hand with her shaking hands and then raised her fingers to het face carresing it
She then had an urge to put her finger infront of her nose to check if she’s still breathing. She just didn’t want to believe that Skai was dead
She raised her shaking hand infront of her nose slowly
Surprisingly she was still breathing but so lowly like she’s breathing her last breaths and the reason why the machine wasn’t beeping is that they already plucked everything out of her system
“Nurse she’s still breathing do something !” she yelled and the nurse’s shared confused glances and quickly went to Skai
One put her finger infront of her nose go find out that she’s still breathing but so lowly
“Sandra hurry up and call the doctor” she yelled and the so called Sandra ran out quickly to call the him
The wh0le family was sent out of the ward immediately and as soon as the doctor arrived including the surgeon started connecting the machines back to her body
Tyler couldn’t help but hug Kim to himself
He felt so blessed to have a smart person like her
And for the fact that she’s his daughter it made him really proud
The wh0le family gathered and held hands as they started to pray with so much hope that she survives
After what felt like forever the nurses,surgeons and doctors came out
“It was a success..the patient will be awake in a few hours” one doctor said happily
They all smiled out tears as they ran into the ward
It was still a great shock to them
A nurse walked in shortly with the baby who just kept kicking about quietly
Tyler smiled out tears as he took the little baby He didn’t pay much attention to before
He felt really happy that it was a boy.The baby kept on making funny sounds making everyone in the room have goose bumps
He looked too good to be real with his blue eyes
Kim walked up to them smiling cutely making Tyler have butterflies in his stomach
He felt really complete like he has the wh0le world in his hands
“I will name you Miracle” Kim said rubbing his feet gently and everyone in the room chuckled
“Why ?” Tyler asked taking a quick glance at her
“Because he is a Miracle like duh!” she said and everyone in the room laughed besides Tyler who just chuckled
“Miracle it is then” he breathed out staring at Skai
After spending quality time with the new born baby
The wh0le family except for Tyler went home to freshen up
Tyler couldn’t wait for Skai to wake up. He wanted to spank her a** as a punishment for scaring him that much
He held her hand and dozed off but was soon awoken by taps on his shoulder
He slowly opened his eyes rubbing them and after he strained the a little bit he found Skai holding baby Miracle in her arms
A huge grin was immediately plastered on his face
He k-ssed her before she could even say anything
“Why didn’t you tell me?” He mumbled after breaking off the k-ss
“I didn’t want you to know”her voice came out so weak
“You need water ?” Tyler asked and she nodded
He grabbed the bottle of water from a table and opened the lid taking it to her l-ips
Skai felt so lucky to have someone rom-ntic as him
“You made me really scared and pained Skai. I don’t know if I would’ve survived if you really died ” he says honestly as a tear slipped from his eyes
“I’m so sorry” Her vouce came out in more like a whisper
“Just promise me you’ll never leave me. Even if you have to fight death for me or you stop loving me just don’t leave cause I won’t bare it” Tyler said as he tried controlling his tears. He didn’t even know why he was staring to feel so emotional
Skai who felt too weak to talk just nodded as a tear slipped down from her face
She k-ssed him and he repricoted. Baby Miracle made funny sounds and they both broke the k-ss and laughed at nothing in particular as they looked at their handsome baby boy
