💦Ella’s POV💦

I hurried out of the car, slamming the door close.

Did I actually came earlier than I use to, to school today?

I walked towards the hallway, checking at the cars at the parking lot to see Sam’s car, but I didn’t.

Sam isn’t yet in school.

I walked into the hallway and over to my locker, I was dropping my bag when I saw that silly girl walk over to her own locker. Her locker was four lockers away from mine.

I hissed and got out my phone and earphone, locked back my locker and walked away.

That girl is just… why does her uniform fit her that good! And her blonde hair, it look so artificial…

Ugh!! disgusts me!

Getting into the homeroom, Emily is sitted on her seat, going through a book.

I walked over and sat on my seat…

“Wow Ella, you so early today.” Emily said with a grin.

“Well, I choose to.” I said with a smile.

The silly girl walked in and over to her seat.

Well I’m glad she isn’t sitting close to Sam.

And Noel, I wonder if he’ll be in this class.

Gosh.. why isn’t he in school yet!

“Ella.. You have an idea if Noel is starting school today?” Emily asked.

“Well.. yeah. He is.” I said and she gasped excitedly.

“Are you serious?” She said with raised brows.

“Yeah.. Anything?” I asked.

“No Ella. The thing is that, I searched him on google.” She said.

“How did you do that? He isn’t a celebrity or something..” I said.

“Well, I did see his pictures cos he’s the son of one of the richest tycoons in Texas.” She said grinning from ear to ear.

Wow.. I can’t believe it.

“So?” I asked, almost tempted to search him on my phone instantly.

She smiled and tucked her hair behind her ears.

“He is Noel Bernstein…The only son of George Bernstein and Kathy Bernstein. Gosh Ella, Noel is smokingly handsome. You need to see his pictures.” She said, grinning.

“Well I have.” I said and she gasped.

“Ella.. well I’m not suprised, He’s Sam cousin.” She said.

“Well, not just his pictures, I’ve met him.” I said and she almost fainted with shock.

“Ella..come on.. How did you? And you didn’t even tell me.” She said.

“Well, He’s a cousin to my boyfriend. I should be the first girl to see him. Don’t you think?” I said with a smile.

“Wow.. well you are right. Is he really that hot and handsome?” She asked.

“Yeahh.. You might miss your step or forget yourself when he’s around.” I said and she pressed her hands on her cheek.

“Oh em gee! Gosh I can’t wait to see him. I can’t wait Ella.” She said.

“Well are you gonna flaunt yourself around him or what?” I asked, getting annoyed.

“Well… if that’s what it’s gonna take to get your boyfriend’s cousin, then I’m in.” She said with a giggle.

Oh. crazy.. Not when I’m here, He won’t even look at you twice.

He’ll sure be drowing for me now.

“Well.. you are daydreaming Emily. I’m sure he has a girlfriend more prettier than you and he wouldn’t even look at you a second time.” I threw calmly at her and she calmed down, tucked her hair behind her ear again and turned her eyes back to her book.

I smiled and turned my eyes to the door and that was when I saw him, Yeah Sam was in front and he was behind…

Oh.. my God. He look so breath taking.

Mutterings began instantly.

**A newbie ?**

**Wow.. he look breathtaking**

**Oh my goodness.. Who is this Mr** gorgeous?**

**Wow.. he’s so hot!**

Emily tapped me, “Oh my Goodness, Ella that is him with Sam.” she said.

“Well yeah.” I said as I stood up and walked proudly over to them.

“Hey Noel.” I said with a smile.

Wait a second, I didn’t greet Sam first.

“Bae, Well you came early to school today.” Sam said and I smiled sweetly.

“I choosed to.” I said and licked my bottom lip.

Everything was meant for Noel.

“Noel, Your seat is number 46. Let’s look for it.” He said and that was when I remembered something, Sophia is the last newbie in the class, which means, Noel seat would have to be beside hers.

I turned to see every girl in class saying ‘Hi’ to Noel.

Then Noel and Sam stopped at Sophia’s front.

Then the next thing that happened, killed me totally.

Sophia gasped and got up, staring at Noel.

“Noel?” She gasped

“Oh my.. Sophia!” Noel gasped.

Bell for the first class rang, and every one began going out.

I walked back to my seat to see Emily staring at me with agape l-ips.

“Did you see that?” She asked.

“See what?”I snapped.

“Sophia and Noel. They know each other.” She said.

“Well.. you saw it.” I said.

“Well.. we have Biology.” She said.

“Yeah. I know.” I snapped angrily.

She flinched.

“Woah! easy. What’s wrong?” She asked.

I ignored her and left the class with her running to meet me.

“Are you annoyed that Noel know Sophia in someway?” She asked.

“Just shut up Emily.” I barked.

“Alright.” She said.

When Biology class began, Noel wasn’t in.

Well, I concluded he doesn’t have the same timetable with us.

Maybe he has with the stupid girl.

How the hell did they even know theirselves?

I sighed.. I just hate that girl!

But what’s really wrong with me! I have Sam. Sam is handsome and popular.

Why do I just care about Noel.

Gosh.. But I can’t stop myself..

That guy is super handsome.. Everything about him appear so cool and breathtaking.

 

💦Noel’s POV💦

“Sophia… I can’t believe I’m actually seeing you now. Like how could you do that to me.” I said, facing her with all anger but at the same time, excitement.

I can’t believe I could meet her here.

Sophia..

Thought they said it was Germany..

She look more beautiful now… with such lovely blonde hair that fit those blue eyes of hers.. Just like mine.

And her l-ips… I’ve missed the sight of her.

We are alone in this homeroom and I’m really blocking her from passing.

She needs to tell me what I did wrong, for her to leave in such a way without letting me know anything.

“Noel.. You see, I got Literature class right now and I can’t miss the summary lesson of ‘A ROSE BRIDGE.” She said.

“Well, I think I got literature as well which means we both gonna miss the summary of the novel.” I said.

“Noel, I will explain to you after the class please.” She said.

“Well I’m such an impatient human when it comes to do with things that concerns you Sophia. You left me without a goodbye, no letter, not even a call from you. We were really close. So close. Do you know how many weeks it took me to get over your travel?? How could you Sophia. I missed you so much. I even cried.” I said.

“Well, I’m so sorry Noel. It’s a long story that I can’t start telling you now. I really need to go to class.” She said and tried to pass, but I can’t let her yet.

“Noel.” She mumbled, her face growing pale and sad.

“Sophia, Im all ready to listen to your long story, come on. Let’s seat down.” I said and grabbed her hand as we sat down on our seat.

I faced her.

“So tell me every single thing Sophia.” I said.

I can’t believe it… Sophia is here.

She looked at me with those charming eyes of her and I swallowed.

My feelings for her never left. I just realised.

“My father was being mean to my mom. He brought in another woman and was going to divorce my mom.. My mom left with me without his knowledge cos he wanted me not to have anything to do with my mom. But I wanted my mom more cos I hate my dad for hurting my mom and planning marriage with another lady. When he learnt we were in Germany, he traced us just to take me, but before he could, We got information and flew down here. I can’t live with my dad Noel. He is so wicked and heartless. He lay his hands on my mom all the time and got a lady pregnant. We left without planning for it. I couldn’t reach you cos I blocked my lines and I couldn’t send you a letter cos my mom was scared it will in someway get to my dad.” She said and a tear rolled out from her eyes.

“It’s okay Sophia. I’m so happy we met again. It’s like we are destined to be friends forever.” I said with a smile.

She laughed amidst the tear drop and got out her hankerchief, but I’ve already wiped the tear off with my thumb before she could.

“Thanks Noel. You’ve not stopped being so nice.” She said.

“Even if I stop being nice to the wh0le world, I would never stop being nice to you.. And gosh.. You look much more beautiful now.. I love the way you packed your hair.” I said.

“Well what if I say you look more gorgeous than me huh?” She said.

I laughed.

“No way!” I said.

“We should go to the class now.” She said.

I looked at the timetable in my hand.

“No.. We’ll go tomorrow.” I said and winked.

This was the way we use to be then.

“Your first day here Noel and you acting like you’ve been here from the 1st grade.” She said.

“Well.. You know what I am when im with you. That hasn’t changed abit.” I said.

“Seriously Noel. I missed you.” She said.

I blinked… I can’t believe it.

“Do.. do you mean that?” I asked.

“Yeah.. I missed our friendsh¡p. I really thought about you. I prayed to see you some day and when my mom said I can’t write you a letter. Gosh.. I cried for days.” She said.

Does that mean she love me all that time?

“I missed you more Sophia. I sang so many songs with your name and with the memories of you and me.” I said.

“I miss your song, your voice and your guitar.” She said.

“I miss your beauty, your eyes, your smile, your laugh, and your unique paintings.” I said and she smiled.

“Now, yours was much.” She said.

“Yeah.” I laughed.

“Sophia, We were seat mates in Crystal High. Now we are seatmates too here but the sweetest thing here now is that, we have the same timetable here but we didn’t in Crystal.” I said and she nodded with a smile.

“Sophia.” I called.

“Yeah Bestie.” She answered and we laughed.

“Can I h..hug you?” I asked her.

She raised her eyebrows, “Well we are in a class.” She said.

“Well I don’t care. Sophia don’t tell me you’re still shy to hug me huh!” I said and laughed.

She followed.

“Alright. I can, well a friendsh¡p reunion hug.” I said and before she could talk anymore, I hugged her.

“Sophia. I missed you.” I said.

“Noel, can you tell me why you are here?” She asked and pulled away.

Phew! I wish she didn’t.

“Well, family issues too. Sophia I don’t really wanna talk about it now, but I’ll let you know later, but just know this school is my uncle’s and the guy, Sam is my cousin.” I said.

“You stay with them now?” She asked.

“No. I stay alone.” I said.

“I live at Graville with my mom but please no one else should know..” She said.

“Wow, that’s the same place I live.. My house is block 25.” I said.

“Wow mine is block 23” She said.

“Gosh.. Sophia..You can’t be serious.” I gasped, feeling butterflies in my stomache.

*Olivia’s POV*

We tiptoed towards Mr Ren’s office.

I and Tristan.

Tristan had the eyeglass in his pocket.

Mr Ren had announced in the morning on his missing medicated eyeglass given to him by the professional eye surgeon of the general A.S.T Hospital, Dr. San Patrick on the 20th of September, 2016! in Jacksonville city.

Everything he said still rings like a bell in my head.

“Please be quick Tristan.” I whispered as he went in.

We thought Mr Ren had a class.

But unfortunately for me and Tristan, Mr Ren was walking towards.

My heart skipped and I rushed to him.

“Olivia Greene. Do you need my presence. I don’t really see clearly now since my precious eyeglass got missing and I wonder the idiots that stole my most treasured eyeglass.”

I scratched my hair.

“Mr Ren, The Principal needs your presence right now. He ordered me to call you immediately.” I gave the biggest lie i’ve ever tried giving.

He raised his brows, then turned and walked away with me following behind, I glanced back to see Tristan head out the door.

I nodded to him and he nodded too.

I know Mr Ren is going to punish me for lying…..
