💦Emily’s POV💦

Our first act was to hold hands and walk into class, then he’do announce to the class that we’re dating now.
My heart pounded as we walked into the hallway. I could feel eyes on us and there were mutterings.
“Are you okay?” he asked me.
“I’m fine. Just my heart beating fast.” I said.
“Just relax.” he said.
‘Really’ I heard from behind.
I looked back to see it was a girl with black ponytailed hair.
My palm felt sweaty as we were getting close to class.
We walked into the class and my heart jumped when I saw Ella. She narrowed her eyes at us as everyone’s eyes fell on us.
Sam stopped in front of the class with our hands still locked together.
This isn’t really gonna be easy.
But why I’m I so afraid? Ella did tell me countless times to have Sam if I want. Why I’m I so scared like they are still together? and hell! this is only but a fake dating!
Her eyes were looking expressionlessly at me or is that a mockery expression?
“Well, everyone, this is my new girlfriend. You can say whatever you wanna say but I really love her and damn! I’ve ever notice she’s this pretty, more loving and sweet.” he said with a smile at me and I blushed.
Noel wasn’t in.
“Ohhhhhhhh!” the class exclaimed.
“Let’s go.” he told me and I nodded.
We turned and left the class but not without glancing back at Ella. She had a confused look and glancing others, I could see their eyes on her.

💦Ella’s POV💦

Now what was that actually??

💦Emily’s POV💦

“How was it?” he asked.
I breathed out, “A good one but I wasn’t good.” I said.
“You’ll soon.” he said.
“Do you mind if I pay you for this?” he asked.
“Pay me for what?” I asked, confused.
“Pay you for being my fake girlfriend.” he said.
I chuckled, “Nop.”
He smiled.
“Do you think Ella would be mad at you for this?” he asked.
I sighed, “Yeah I think.”
“It’s okay.” he said and shockingly, he hugged me.
Wow… so breathtaking, but he pulled away immediately.
“Go with me to the library please. I’ve got this book I really need to read.” he said.
“Me too.” I said.
He took my hand again and we headed to the library

💦Olivia’s POV💦

Once I got to work, I was welcomed by Prissy with “Mrs Summer wanna see you.”
I raised my brows. “Why?”
She shrugged, “I don’t know. Just go now.”
“Are you serious about not knowing? even if it’s just a little.” I said.
“I’m serious here Olivia. Go now.” she said.
I inhaled,“Okay.”

Taking an elevator to the fourth floor, and getting to her office door, I gently knocked and seconds later, I opened and went in.
She was on a red dress, sunglasses and her black hair fell on her shoulder.
I gently closed back the door and walked up to her desk.
“I’m here ma’am.” I said calmly with my hands behind me.
“Yes miss Kenson. Have a seat.” she said.
I sighed, “Hope no problem ma’am?” I asked.
She smiled, “Take a seat Olivia.”
I nodded and gently sat down.
She pulled open her desk drawer and brought out a brown envelope.
I smiled. That must be my salary and I was here, holding my breath.
She stretched the envelope to me and I grabbed it.
“Thank you ma’am.” I said. When I looked into the envelope, I was right. There were money in,side but there was also a paper too. What’s the paper for;
I looked at Mrs Summer.
“Ma’am please what’s the paper for?” I asked, suddenly feeling afraid again.
She smiled.
“You see Olivia. That is your complete one month payment and the paper, well that is your sack notice. You can leave now and never show up here again.”
I thought I was dreaming a bad dream but this was realling happening right before my eyes.
I’ve been sacked from work.
But how? I can’t still believe it. She must be joking.
“How ma’am? why? I did nothing wrong to be sacked. I’ve been doing my best.” I said as tears gathered in my eyes.
“Olivia kindly leave now. I’ve got works to do.” she said.
I shook my head.
No this is not true.

Tears rolled down my eyes as I came out of the elevator and ran to meet Prissy.
She was mopping.
“Prissy.” I called and she looked up and gasped.
“Olivia. What’s wrong?”
I ran to her.
“Oh my God, You are crying. What happened?” she asked, placing her hand on my shoulder.
“I’ve been sacked.” I said.
She gasped, “Geeez! that’s not possible. Who is behind this!” she said.
Who is behind it?
“What.. what did you mean?” I asked.
“Did she give you reasons why you are being fired?” she asked and I shook my head.
“Then someone is behind it.” she said.
I bursted into more tears, “Prissy i’ve been fired. I’m I gonna see you again? I never thought this could happen. I was good.” I said, crying louder.
She pulled me into a hug as I wept on her shoulder. “It’s fine. I’m gonna go plead to her. If you go, then I’m gonna be so lonely here.” she said.
“Olivia.” I heard Noel’s voice behind.
I turned to see him standing a bit away.
“Noel.” I said, now looking at him made the tears pour out more.
“What’s wrong Olivia?” he asked and came over to me.
“I’ve been sacked.” I said.
He smiled, “Come on, that shouldn’t make you cry.” he said.
I shook my head, “You don’t get it.” I said.
“I do get it.” he said and brought out a hanky.
“Here” he said, stretching it to me, I was about taking it when he pulled away with a w¡der and smirky smile.
arghh.. he cleaned my tears off by himself. I watched him do it. His l-ips so close to my face. That pink l-ips that I’ve so much craved to k-ss.
“Yes.. Now no more tears cos I got no more handkerchief to help out.” he said and I smiled.
“Anything to tell your friend?” he said and I nodded and turned to Prissy.
She had a sad smile on her face.
“I’ll miss you Prissy.” I said.
“I’ll miss you more. Thank God that you have my line now, call me anytime and I’ll keep calling too.” she said.
“But there’s nothing more exciting like seeing you everyday.” I said to her.
She nodded, “Yeah. No colleague friend again to help me with my work when I’m down.” she said.
I couldn’t help the tears. I let them flow down as hers did too.
“Alright. I don’t wanna get emotional here.” Noel said.
I smiled and hugged her. “Bye Prissy.”
“Bye Olivia.” she said and pecked me.
When we pulled away, she brought out a hankerchief. “Here,clean your tears.” she said.
I smiled, “Why don’t you use it on your tears.” I said and turned to Noel. “Please?”
He stretched the hanky to me and I took it.
“Thank you.”
I wiped my tears with it.
“Let’s go.” he said and I nodded.
I gave a Prissy a last hug and the we walked away.

When we were away from her, I stopped.
“Noel, I wanna tell you something.”
“What’s it?” he asked.
“Can I tell it to you at the place we were at yesterday?” I said.
“Alright.” he said.

“So what’s that you wanna tell me?” he asked after we sat down at the place…

💦Ella’s POV💦

I turned towards the second hallway.
I have to find Noel and show him this pretty picture.
It’s gonna be a suprise. He’ll wonder on how I got to take such a nice shot.
‘Let’s date or this picture would go round the wh0le school and you know what that means. Headline would be like ‘Noel Bernstein seen making out in slg with a common school cleaner’
Hahahaha. So sweet.
That’s gonna get him so scared. I can’t wait.
Where the hell is he anyways?

💦Noel’s POV💦

“I don’t know how you going to feel when I tell you this.” she said.
“Go on. I’m gonna listen to you and understand you.” I said.
“Promise me. you are not going to hate me.” she said and I wondered what she’s about telling me.
Do it have to do with her job loss?
“I promise Olivia.” I said.
She looked into my eyes, “Sure?”
“Yes Olivia I’m damn sure..” I said with an assuring smile.
She closed her eyes, it took her seconds to open it and she inhaled.
“It’s about me.” she said.
“Alright.” I said, eager to hear.
“The truth is that..” she paused and looked at me.
“Is what?” I asked calmly.
“Is is that.. I’m not the real me.” she said and I narrowed my eyes at her.
“I don’t really get?” I said, confused.
“What I mean is that…” she paused again.
I breathed out, “Talk to me Olivia.”…….
