She drove into the garage and stopped the car.. Mildred stepped out and carried the box from the back seat, I stared at Lia as she opened the door and stepped out of the car with her bag and my jacket in her hands, I stepped out and she locked the car, she took the box from Mildred and walked into the house with us behind her, Syd was watching some random music videos on the TV, with his phone in his hands
“Finally, I was about to call you guys” he said dropping his phone on the couch..
“Sorry the shoot took longer than expected” Mildred said closing the door
“So Mia, how was it?” He asked smiling
“It was fine” she mummured walking upstairs.
“What’s wrong with her?” He asked looking at me, I sighed and scratched my hair
“She’s angry with me” I replied
“Why?” He asked
“Mildred will tell you, I need to talk to her now” I said and rushed up the stairs..
I walked into my room and saw her coming out of the closet with just her bag and the box..
“Lia, are you angry?” I asked holding her wa-ist from behind
“No” she replied simply
“You are” I argued
“No I’m not”
“Then prove it” I said placing soft k-sses on her neck
“I have to get ready Sky, the dinner is starting by 6pm, you are going make us late” she stated
“Lia, I know you are angry.. but the truth is, I really love you so much and I don’t know what I’d do if something happens to you..so please try to understand…”
“I understand” she said cutting me off
“I understand Sky, I really do need a driver, and I’m not mad at you, I was just pulling your legs” she added smiling, I chuckled and turned her to face me
“I can’t wait to get married to you Mrs Jordan” I said cupping her face in my palms
“Me too hubby” she said.. and chuckled as I k-ssed her softly on her l-ips..she tried to unlock but I pulled her closer and k-ssed deeper,
“We have to get ready Sky” she said when I stopped to catch my breath
“No, I want you now” I rushed and k-ssed her again, she rolled her eyes and did the unthinkable
“Ouch Lia!!” I gro-ned as I unlocked, she bit me…. again
“Bye” she said and rushed out smiling..

I and Simon walked into the mansion with aunt Beatrice.. the maids hushered us into the house and aunt Eleanor gasped when she saw us..
“Oh my goodness!! Baby, what happened to your long curly hair?” She asked giving simon a hug
“It was mom, she said I looked like a girl” he replied glaring at his mom,
“Beatrice.. ” Eleanor called glaring at her with her hands on her wa-ist
“What?.. I only did what I ought to do.. I mean he looked like a girl and you couldn’t tell if he was the boyfriend or the girlfriend, besides he looks more handsome like this” she said looking at simon
“Yeah I totally agree with you mom” I added,
“Are you serious? You are supposed to be taking my side not hers” Simon hissed
“Don’t mind her baby, you still look handsome as always, come on let’s go dinner is almost ready” Ellie said holding his hands
“Where’s Sky and the others?” Beatrice asked sitting on the couch
“They’re not here yet” Ellie replied as she Walked into the kitchen with Simon…
Minutes later Simon walked out savouring a plate of chicken.. he sat on the couch and continued eating, winking at me every now and then..
“Why are you looking at the chicken?” He asked looking at me
“I didn’t look at it, I was looking at your face” I snapped at him
“Whoa!! Someone’s getting jealous, tell your momma to get you yours and stop devouring my chicken with your eyes” he yanked..
“Of course I’ll get her a plate too” Beatrice said and walked into the kitchen, seconds later she came back with a plate of chicken and gave it to me .
“Thanks mom” I said smiling
“You are welcome baby” she replied..
I looked at Simon and showed him my tongue.. he frowned and rolled his eyes..
“Mom I need another one” he said walking into the kitchen
“Okay baby” Eleanor replied
Just then the door opened and Ami walked in with the others behind her..
“Ami!!.. I’ve missed you so much” I said giving her a hug with my hands up..
“Seriously? You saw her this morning” Syd said taking a piece of chicken from my plate..
“Good evening Mom” she greeted Beatrice
“Evening baby, how are you?” She asked k-ssing her cheek
“I’m fine mom” she replied sitting beside Beatrice..
“Mommy” Sky called childishly and k-ssed her cheek
“How are you baby?” She asked moving his hair backwards
“I’m fine mom, missed you a little though” he said sitting beside me
“Awwn” she said sweetly
“Hi Mom” Syd called with his mouth full
“Syd is that the way you greet your mother?” She asked faking a frown
“Sorry mom..” he said and k-ssed her cheeks
“Hey guys” Simon said walking into the hall
“Wow!!”
“Oh my goodness”
“You look awesome” they all said at once looking at his new haircut..
“Uhh thanks” he replied smiling
“Mom wants us all in the dining hall, dinner is ready” he said picking his phone.. we all stood up and walked into the dinning hall, with Ellie and sir Micheal..
We all sat down and maids started walking in with different dishes, they filled the table and we started dishing after Mildred said a short prayer..
Half way through the meal, Ami started clearing her throat, then she started rubbing her arms softly..
“Babe, Are you okay?” Sky asked..
“Yeah, just a little itching” she whispered softly
“Okay” he replied and continued his food..
Minutes later Ami started scratching her hands, neck and face, rashes were already showing.. she scratched her hair and started crying..
“Lia, what’s wrong?” Sky asked with confusion written all over his face, everyone stopped eating with different Expression..
“Ohh.. Sky, I don’t know.. my body is itching me” she said crying
“Uhm.. wait is there garlic in this dish?” He asked pointing to Lia’s dish
“Yes sir” a maid replied
“Sh*t!!” He yelled
“What is it?” Sir Micheal asked sincerely worried
“She’s allergic to garlic” he replied and stood up..
“Uhm, don’t worry, I have an ointment for it.. I will apply it on her body, don’t worry she’ll be fine” Eleanor said raising Ami up, with a smile dancing on her l-ips
“Lia.. you are gonna be okay” he said as they walked out of the hall..

Yes!!.. it worked.. now I need to get three things..
We walked into my room and I asked her to pull her clothes and lie on the bed.. which she did without question..
She lay on the bed with just her undies, I applied the ointment on her body and asked her to turn over.. I applied it on her back and then her wa-ist, I looked at her wa-ist but didn’t see anything, I looked closely and saw a little mark..
“Wow.. is this a tattoo?” I asked touching the mark on her wa-ist
“No.. it’s a birth mark” she replied
“But it’s kinda small” I added
“No it’s cause of the p-nt” she said
“Mind if I see it?” I asked
“Sure” she placed her hand on her p-ntie and pulled down a little..
I gasped as I saw the exact birth mark I have on my wa-ist..
I hastily cleaned the tears from my eyes and continued applying the oil,
“It’s nice” i said blinking back the tears from falling,
“Thanks.. my mom said it’s unique” she said smiling
“Your Mom? Natasha Woods?” I asked as I picked her necklace..
“Yeah” she replied
“I didn’t know Natty had a daughter” I said turning the two diamond stones on the peddal..
“Well, she’s not my biological mom though, she was my foster mom” she replied quietly
“Was?” I asked trying to open the locket
“Yeah, she… She died months ago” she stuttered
“Oh my goodness.. what happened?” I asked again, it finally opened and i smiled as I saw the picture of me, Micheal and Amelia.. I quickly closed it and dropped it on the bed..
“She was diagnosed with cancer, it was too late so we couldn’t save her, it was at the hospital she told me the truth…. That I wasn’t her daughter, she actually found me on her doorstep when I was three.. and adopted me, she cared for me and loved me like my biological mother.. her sister died the same day at the same hospital” she said cleaning her eyes.
“Sometimes I wonder why my parents would abandon their own child.. maybe they didn’t want me anymore or Maybe they hated me” she added as tears trickled down her cheeks..
“No baby don’t ever think that.. okay?.. maybe something happened and your mommy couldn’t save you that day.. maybe you were ambushed on your way home.. maybe your dad searched for you for ten years but couldn’t find you” I said hugging her to myself
“I just hope so aunt.. cause I really want to see them” she said crying
“Shhhh.. it’s gonna be okay my love.. mommy’s here now.. it’s gonna be okay” I said mentally as tears kept falling, I need to get this DNA test over with.. I can’t bear to see my baby like this..
“It’s gonna be okay baby, it’s okay” I said k-ssing her forehead..

“So as I was saying the contract will be signed on Tuesday at the board meeting” I said looking at mr Kang who was busy gulping the whiskey from his cup..
I have been explaining this wh0le contract stuff for the past one hour but this annoying man, still doesn’t understand a thing.. my phone started ringing and I looked at the caller ID “Nathan” ..
“Excuse me please, I need to take this” I said and he nodded..
I walked out of the bar into the pool area..
“Speak” I said after I picked.
“Sir we found all the details about that model” he said
“Okay tell me..” I said a little excited
“She was adopted by a retired model uhm Natasha Woods when she was three, she was home schooled and…” he trailed off .
“Just tell me if she’s Micheal’s daughter or not!!. I don’t care about her life story” I yelled angrily..
“Sorry sir.. well she’s Amelia Jane Anderson.. but she doesn’t know that yet” he replied..
I felt my heart sink into my throat.. James betrayed me.. how could he??.. I’m gonna deal with that bastard
“Get me James.. and Keep a close eye on my little niece, don’t do anything yet.. I’ll tell you what to do when the time comes” I said and hung up..
Uhh!!! I am going to kill James.. i said mentally, and angrily threw my phone into the pool.
