I heard a loud thud and opened my eyes to see Rotimi on my bed with Alex. He just saved me by pushing Alex.

“Leave me alone, let me beat this useless village girl, how dare her touch my Nora!!! How dare you!!! “. Alex kept yelling trying to break free from Rotimi who held him tight.

“What if i wasnt on time. You really wanna hit a woman. What has come over you, Alex? “.

I started crying, this exactly what I tried to avoid but Nora won’t just stop.

Nora s¢ræmed all of a sudden holding her tummy shocking all of us because I stopped crying.

Alex rush to her. “Are you okay? What’s wrong baby? “.

She burst into tears. “I swear Alex, I just came to call her to eat because I heard she has a fever. Only for her to start trouble”. She took a pause and sniff. “She wanted to hit the flower vase on me but I dodged it and it hit the mirror.

She came to me and slapped me hærd when I said I was gonna report her. Do you know what she said?”. Alex shook his head. “She said, Alex can’t do anything”. She sniffed again. “She wanted to kill my baby, Alex….. Our baby… Alex.. I only have good intentions towards her but she has bad for me, why? Am leaving o… because I dont want to lose my life and my baby’s life. What if she tries to poison me, huh? Am leaving this house before then”.

I was gobsmacked. I never knew she could make up such lie.. What?!!

“You’re going nowhere, Nora. If anyone should leave, it will be her not you. Henceforth, you’re not permitted to enter the kitchen again henceforth!!! I dont want to ever see you near the kitchen!! Witch!!!!! “. Alex said angrily and carried Nora out in a bridal style.

“I swear Rotimi, she’s lying. Everything she said is a lie.she’s the one”. I cried.

“It okay Tiwa, I know you can’t do that. I trust dear.. Listen you have to be strong and careful, Alex can do anything when it comes to Nora”. Rotimi consoled and I nodded gently still crying.

His phone rang from his pocket, he brought it out and pressed a button before placing it on his ear while I went to sit on my bed quietly..

“Ummm….. I have to go now Tiwa, my wife needs me to pick her up from her shop. Please take care of yourself please…. “. I nodded and he left.

I reached for my phone and dialed my mom’s number and she answered on the third ring.

📞 “Hello momo(mom)”. I cried.

📞 “Hello o, why are you crying? “.

I explained everything to her not leaving any stone unturned.

📞 “your husband impregnated someone eh ehn? Is yours gonna be the first? I have seen lots of husbands who bring a child to his wife on their wedding telling her, the child is his. Nothing happened, they continued the wedding and live a happy life.

I have seen a husband who impregnated two women and brought the two few days after his wedding. Your own is just one and you’re acting like a baby.

Listen Tiwalade, if your husband gets someone pregnant then all you have to do is find a way to get pregnant too. You have to face something in your matrimonial home, no matter what”.

📞 “Mom, I can’t endure again. I want to come back home”.

📞 “Are you crazy Tiwalade? Come back where? Which home? Do you realise you’re married now? Why are you acting like a baby? Your mates are in their matrimonial home managing it you’re here saying rubbish.

Some girls are not up to your age and they are managing their home. Even your friend Feyi is managing hers too,sh has two kids already plus her husband and she’s doing well.

She kept yelling on the phone while I just listened in disbelieve crying.

📞 “Dont come to my house o”.Then she disconnected the call.

I walked into the bathroom and laid in the bathtub soaking my own body in the cold water. Thats what I need now because, am feeling I might collapse anytime.

” I’ll be strong, whatever happens…. I’ll be strong and face it. Yes I will face it… I can do it.. Though I dont know how long it gonna last but i can do it. Tiwa you’ll be fine”.

I kept motivating myself as I cried hærd…

I sat with the maids washing clothes. Yeah ever since Mrs Phil¡ps had instructed me to join them and work, I’ve been doing that.

I feel so broken not because of the works but because I was being maltreated and being use like a slave in my matrimonial house

Lots of times, Mrs Phil¡ps had slapped me. She does that everytime she comes to the house.

I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my head and I started shivering. What could be wrong again? Am tired of falling sick everytime.

“Are you okay, ma? “. One of the maids asked.

“No i think it my fever again and i feel something in my thro….. “.

I was not able to finish my statement when I threw up. I made sure I emptied everything in me before I rinsed my face while Gina sprinkle water on my face.

Everything I threw up was water because I haven’t been feeding well again.

“You should take a rest now, you’ve been working all day”.

I nodded in agreement, left them and opened the kitchen door. I hastened into the sitting room before walking upstairs.

Yeah I have to do that to avoid trouble. Alex had warned me never to enter the kitchen so I had no choice.

I climb the stairs slowly and I heard m0×ns coming from Nora’s room.

I got to my door and the m0×ns became audible and very loud.

Nora’s room is just opposite mine, I know she did that on purpose because she wasnt using that room when she first got here but when she knew where the matrimonial room was, she moved in.

Well Alex doesnt share room with me ever since she moved in.

I care less about that. I pushed my door and walk in. Geez… Am so tired…. Am not sure I can shower. I’ll just sleep then when I wake up, i’ll use my medications.

I threw myself on the bed and slept off.

I watch Nora slap Tiwa across the face. She jerked up from her sleep immediately holding her cheeks with confused look.

“What is it this time? “. She asked with tears welling up in her eyes and they soon roll down.

“My favorite pant is missing and the maids said you were the one who washed my panties last”. Nora growled.

“What are you talking about? Why will I steal your pant? We dont even use the same size. For God sake, Nora… Why are you doing this to me? Alex?

What have I really done? Do you think i wanna marry you too? Huh? I dont want to either.. Stop treating me like an animal. Am human too”. She cried still holding her cheeks.

Yeah it true, her ass is bigger than Nora’s but it actually a G-string so it possible she stole it. She’s a Village girl anyways..

“Search her closet, ransack it!! Bring everything out! “. Nora ordered the maids.

I watch the maids ransacking her stuffs and brought everything out.

Nora walked to the heap of clothes and she brought out her pant, holding it.

The maids gasped and so did Tiwa but I know for sure she’s pretending.

“I did not steal that I swear”. Tiwa crier looking at me but I turned away and left the room.

Nora and I is going for Rotimi’s baby naming ceremony. His wife gave birth few days ago and they invited Tiwa and I but no way.

I did not even take her to Lewis and Fiona’s wedding. I went with My Nora.

I sat on the bed silent. Recalling everything that just happened.

Immediately Alex left, Nora instructed the maids to leave then she stuck her tongue at me and a sly smile crept on her face.

“Why are you doing this to me? Alex dont even like me… So why are you inflicting pains on me”. I asked crying, I couldn’t hold back the tears.

“Alex knows how to screw very well. He always dig in my P***y very well to it depth.

He’s so big and I enjoy him alot especially when he s×¢k onto my bobby”. She laughed.

Am already carrying his grandchild and that is why he has turn his back on you”. She smiled and rubbed her baby bump.

“The earlier the better, baby tiwa”. She laughed then hissed before walking out of the room slamming the door behind.

She’s actually right… Mr Phil¡ps doesn’t call me again and I can’t reach him too.

He doesnt even credit my account again. Oh lord…..
