Clara POV..
Oh really ..I said..
Yes I am the best..he said.. Gosh that disgust me..
But Sir ain’t we supposed to be discussing business here and not how best you are..I said not minding his reaction,..but actually I mind..because I need this job badly..
I looked at his face and see how it change..
Sir actually am sorry, what I meant isss…I haven’t finished when he interrupted me..
“You are hired”.. He said
Oh my goodness am hired..I was so happy that I shouted not minding I was in an office..
Hey lady..you are in an office ..so mind the way you shout or talk.. He said in that bossy tone..
Sorry sir..just that am so happy ..
OK..you will resume work tomorrow as my personal secretary not the company secretary..
What? I asked..
Yea..you see I really need someone like you as my personal secretary just like P.A..you will go meeting with me, attends conference , serve my coffee in the morning and so many things, and note you must be on time because I hate lateness, ..look at your back ..on the wall there are rules and regulations that you must follow , failure to do them, it can cost you a month salary..am I clear..he said..
Gosh..his personal secretary, how can I cope with him , he is too bossy for my liking, and I can’t even have some breathing space ..gosh as much as I need this job, its also crazy having this type of human as my boss ..gosh his actions pissed me off…
Am I clear..he asked again…still with that annoying voice that I hate..
Yes sir..I said with a frown face, that second happiness is gone, but am still a little bit happy because by the time I tell dad that I now have a job he will be so happy..

After the wh0le interview stuff ..I went to the hospital to see dad, and he was doing OK..the doctor told me that he will be fine for now but still the operation needs to be done, his heart is not really condemned but just need but operations, and everything will be fine..

Eden POV**
On my to the office, I saw her, I mean Clara, she was rushing to catch a bus, I told the driver to wined down, he did, I then peeped through the window, she was really walking fast, I laugh to myself, then I check the time, its 7:52, she supposed to get to the office before 8 and now she has just 8minutes left ..I told the driver to hurry up so I could get to work on time..

Clara POV**
I was rushing trying to get a cab , but it seems non is coming, I check the time several times..
Oh gosh am so late, this is my first day at work how can I be this late..I actually want to prove to that boss of mine that am smarter than him, but now if he gets to the office before me, he will start babbling which am not ready for..

Finally I got to the office, I open the door about to enter..

What is it by your time..that voice came, is he actually waiting for me , oh god, I know he is going to question my punctuality..

Em.em..sir there was traffic , I mean I couldn’t get a cab on time, I said facing down..
 
Oh really is that so..anyways get my coffee now..he said..
I quickly rushed out of the office..I was so happy that he didn’t say much like I thought he would..

Oh gosh..do you want to kill me ,,this is too hot..he yelled..get another one..
I rushed out again…I came back 5minutes later..

As I was about giving him, I thought he has already stretch his hands but I did not know when the coffee slip off my hands and pour on his suit..trust me I did not do it intentionally..

Oh Gosh..am so sorry sir, it was a mistake, am sorry..
Are you blind or what, you just ruin my suit , it cost millions of dollar..he yelled..
Oh god..am so in hot soup today..

Sorry for your self …you will so be punished and your punishment is to work from now till night , no break, and if you dares disobey my order, you loose your job or you won’t be paid for a wh0le month salary.. He said and walked out..

I looked at myself ..oh god is this a job or prison, am to work for a wh0le day without break , that is no food, but am not Gonna give up am gonna show him , that I Clara nelson always wins..

I looked at the time and is past 3, and yet I haven’t had any food, no breakfast or even dinner, my head is spinning and I felt my eyes heavy, but anyways is just 4 hours remaining, we close by 7, so I can do it…
I laid my head on my desk..I did not know when he walked in..

Sleeping on duty..he said..
No sir..actually I..was..was just..but before I finished he cut me shut..
Anyways I want u to do all the budgets of the company for the next three months.. He said and dropped some files on my table..and I need you to hurry up with it, I want it in the next one hour.
One hour? I scre-med ..
Yes..one hour.. Listen am the boss here.. He said..
Yes Sir i know but you have to know am not a puppet that you can control anyhow, I have blood flowing in me, if you are controlling others , am sorry but I don’t think you can do it to me, and besides this is not my job, you said am your personal secretary not the company’s secretary , so is the company’s secretary job..I said..
He looked at me, and said…I think that is my decision to make get that ..and do it now unless you don’t want the job anymore..

Eden POV**
I know have stress this girl today, but that’s my nature, but i wonder why am so concerned about her..
I decided to check her in the office..

I open the door but she was resting her head on the desk..
 
Sleeping again..I said..but she did not shake..
Clara , Clara I called but she did not answer…
What is it, I asked within myself..
Clara , I shook her but she still did not say anything..
I raised her head and I saw her eyes closed, ..oh my God..she fainted..
 
Clara POV**
I open my eyes and everything seems blur, I close and open it again , I did it several times, trying to make my vision clear, then I heard a voice, I can never mistake that voice, is my grummpy boss…
Hey quit doing that opening and closing game, nobody is your partner in it…
Look at you , you claim you are smart and strong, but just four hours you couldn’t withstand, you fainted just because you did not eat, can’t you observe fasting, your mate are doing seven days Marathon… He said in the most annoying voice ever…
That’s when I open my eyes properly and look at where I am, oh my …am in the hospital, how did I get here, then I remember I was in the office and my head started spinning, and my vision became blur, that all I remember and now am in the hospital.. Oh I now get it I fainted…
But wait it is not because of the food , I fainted because of the stress, I murmured …
Which stress!, you have not even gone through the half of the stress my other staff are going through but none of them have fainted not for a second, he said…
But sir..I tried saying, he cut me shut and ask what I will like to eat,
What will u like to take, because the doctor you need to eat and rest, and so please rest, don’t even come to work tomorrow, and remember I will deduct from your salary for making me spend so much…he said and chuckled…
Umm…really? Sometimes my boss wonder me, have not seen annoying person like him, instead of him to pet me, he is talking about salary, so I decided to act drama..
Ouch..my head..I said..
What is it..he asked and draw closer to me ,
I think am having an head ache and my vision is becoming blur again, I think am feeling weak , in fact how don’t know how my system is again..I said trying to form pains..
Oh really, let me call the doctor.. He said..
He went out to call the doctor, and I was laughing, nothing actually happen to me, I just want to stress him a little..
He came back few minutes later,
Here she is doctor, she said her head is acheing her , and her vision is not clear, please check her, he said..being very caring..
Awwnnn my boss is caring ooo, my grummpy bossy boss, is showing me care, I almost burst out laugh, I wished this scene could remained..

The doctor check me…mr Eden the patient is fine, just get her something to eat and she will be okay , the doctor said…
Thanks doctor.. He said..
OK young lady ..what do u want ..he asked..
Like seriously, didn’t he know my name, anyways I have to pretend..
I want pizza, and a solder drink, I said in the most weaken voice ever…
OK..he said and ran out..oh my gosh is good to be commander sometimes…

He came back with the pizza, and I devour it like an hungry dog…
I never knew he was watching me..
So you can’t eat like this, and a moment ago you were pretending like you want to die, you think I don’t know, I know what girls like you are after, I intentionally play along…because I want you to know that all what you are eating is from your month salary…he said
And the pizza in mouth fell …
My salary  what?? I shouted….
