“Alright, Alexa let’s go” Khalid said. “my brother have finally fallen in love, Alexa I will like to have one of two words with you after lunch” Susan said.

“where is Kim?” Khalid asked. “Am back Dad” Kim replied.

“let’s eat” Khalid said and dip his spoon in,side the food. “Dad who brought this food?” Kim asked and Khalid point to Esther.

“she brought it” Khalid replied. “dad don’t eat it” Kim said. “why baby?” Khalid asked.

“I saw her add something to the food, she was looking around like this before she put it” Kim said demonstrating how Esther look around before she add the poison.

“Are you sure?” Alexa asked. “mum you knew I don’t lie, so I saw her” Kim said.

“Esther who cook this food?” the king ask. “it’s me your highness” Esther replied.

“who ask you to cook, have you ever cook in this palace before?” the king ask calmly.

“no your highness I just feel like cooking for the prince and his wife” Esther said.

“Alright, Khalid give her the food, let her taste it” the king said and Esther look at the queen.

the queen gave her the look that says if you eat it you will die. “your highness, am not hungry I have eaten before I came out of the kitchen” Esther said.

“Esther taste that food” the king said. “your highness there’s nothing in the food” Esther said.

“I didn’t say there’s something in the food, I just ask you to taste it, are you not the one that cooked it” the king said.

“your highness you don’t have to believe this little girl, she is nothing but a kid” Esther said.

“I saw you, I am not a kid I know what am saying” Kim said. “you didn’t add anything to the food right?” Alexa asked and she nod her head.

“it’s very simple taste” Alexa said and he shake his head.

“Esther you’re wasting my time taste the food if you’re sure you didn’t add anything to the food” the king said.

“Esther taste the food, if you’re sure you didn’t add anything” the queen said given her the look of you are on your own.

“I can’t taste it” Esther said. “why?” the king ask. “for a reason well known to me” Esther said.

“guard” the king called and two guard rushed in,side. “your highness” they said with their head bow.

“lock this lady up in the prison” the king command. ” Alright your highness” the guards said and drag Esther out.

” thank you my princess” Khalid Carry and peck Kim happily. ” so smart” the king said.

” yes she’s” the queen replied with a fake smile. ” I love her the Susan said.

“Khalid meet me in my room” the king said and went out his room. “Janet, you guys should come and pack this food away” Susan called one of the maid. “Alright my princess” the maid said and rushed out to pack the foods.

Khalid place a knock on his father room and heard a come in. he went in and greet his father with a bow.

“you’re welcome my prince, am sorry for what happened earlier” the king said. “you don’t have to be worried, it wasn’t your fault” Khalid said.

“let discuss about the woman you brought home, did you truly love her and did you want her to be your queen and is she a good person because I don’t want you to make a wrong choice” the king said.

“father which one did you want me to reply first?” Khalid asked.

” reply anyone you feel like answering first. “first I love Alexa, she’s my friend and I just realized I am in love with her” Khalid said.

“your friend or your baby mother?” the king ask. “she’s not my baby mama, that girl isn’t my child but my adopted daughter, I told you she’s my daughter because the queen is there I don’t want her to know she’s not my daughter” Khalid said.

“oh I see” the king said. “and for your second question, Alexa is a very good and handworking lady, so she’s the one I want, though she doesn’t know I love her but I am planning to propose to her tommorow and I pray she agree to marry me, because she knew who I am she knows I am a playboy I pray she accept me tommorow” Khalid said.

” she will, I can tell she also love you” the king said.

” yeah she loves me but I don’t know if she will believe me, if I tell I love her tommorow” Khalid said.

” she will, and I really love that kid, she’s very smart” the king said. ” sure she’s, please don’t tell the queen she’s not my daughter, because I don’t want her to make Alexa feel sad because I know what the queen can do” Khalid said.

” sure I won’t the girl is your daughter since you have adopted her” the king said.

the queen walk to the cell they lock Esther she open the door and Esther stand up in fright.

” if I heard know you’re not competent I won’t have help you if I knew you are not capable enough to do the job, that little girl is more smarter than you are.

thank your star that you didn’t told them that I am the one that gave you the poison, I will help you escape but you will go far away from this place cause I still need your help and I will also help you get Khalid, as for that little girl she won’t go unpunished” the queen said.

” thank you your majesty” Esther said. ” you don’t need to thank me, just thank your star you didn’t mention my name” the queen said and sneak out.

Sam rushed to his room and he also met his room empty. ” what’s going on here” Sam said he search his drawer and met it empty his company doc-ment and some important things is gone.

” no you can’t do this to me Emily, what have I done to deserve this” Sam said crying. he picked his phone and dial his wife number again but she doesn’t pick. ” f*ck you Emily” he said angrily and sat on the floor

” Dad I want to go out” Kim said. ” Again, no you’re not going anywhere” Alexa said.

” Alexa let her go, did you expect my baby to sit here and be looking at your face” Khalid said.

” no I just don’t want her to go because she’s not familiar with this place” Alexa said.

” Alexa let her go she can’t get lost in the palace, she’s safe, Kim you can go” Khalid said.

” thank you daddy, I love you” Kim said and walk out. “kim darling” the queen called and Kim walk up to her.

“good evening grandma” Kim greet. “Evening my dear, where are you going to?” the queen ask.

“Am going out to play” Kim said. “can you come down from the staircase yourself?” the queen ask.

” yes I can” Kim replied with a smile showing off her teeth.

” seat here let play together” the queen said and Kim sat down with her. get me that paper” the queen said. Kim stood up to take the queen also stood up and throw her from the veradah and Kim fall flatly to the floor. the queen ran in,side her room.

” yes I can” Kim replied with a smile showing off her teeth.

” seat here let play together” the queen said and Kim sat down with her. get me that paper” the queen said.

Kim stood up to take the paper and thr queen also stood up and throw her from the veradah and Kim fall flatly to the floor.

the queen ran in,side her room. Esther was about to escape when she saw the queen with Kim, she hide waiting for what the queen will do to Kim, she saw when the queen throw Kim she ran and throw the foam she saw on the ground and shouted for help.

Alexa, Khalid, Stella and the king rushed out of the house with some guards and they all carry Kim to the hospital.

“who brought you out of the prison and what did you do to my granddaughter?” the king ask angrily.

” I didn’t do anything to her your highness” Esther said. ” nothing must happen to my daughter” Alexa said crying.

” Alexa calm down nothing will happen to her” Khalid said. ” who did this to me” Alexa said and sat on the floor crying profusely.

” Esther who opened the prison for you, becay am sure you can’t come out by for yourself” the king said.

” It was the queen that open the prison for me, I am not the one that pushed the innocent girl, I was only trying to help” Esther said.

” I believe you knew who pushed my daughter” Khalid said to Esther.

” yes your highness” Esther replied. ” who pushed her?” Khalid asked. ” it was the queen” Esther replied.

” what!!!!” Khalid shouted and walk out of the hospital angrily. ” Khalid, wait up” Susan said and ran after him.

” i will kill myself if anything happens to my daughter” Alexa said crying. ” my dear calm down nothing will happen to her, I believe she’s okay” the king said.

the doctor came out of Kim ward and Alexa rushed to her. ” Doctor how’s my daughter?” Alexa asked crying.

” relax madam your daughter is fine, she passed out due to fear and shock” the doctor said.

” can I go and check on her?” Alexa asked. ” no she need some rest, I don’t want you to disturb her” the doctor said. ” alright doctor” the king said. ” we are very happy to have you here, your highness” the doctor said.

” Where’s that witch” Khalid shouted angrily. he walked into the queen room and met her sleeping on the bed.

he kick the bed hærd and the queen wake up immediately. ” what happen my son?” the queen said.

” did you just call me your son?” Khalid said angrily. ” yes aren’t you my son” the queen ask.

” shut up, I am not your son, what did you do to my daughter?” Khalid asked moving closer to the queen.

Susan went out to call the guards. ” I didn’t do anything to her” the queen replied.

” lier” Khalid said and raised his hand up, about to slap the queen, before one of the guards hold his head.

” My prince am sorry for holding your hand, but you don’t make decisions when you’re angry” the guard said and the queen burst into fake tears.

” Khalid what have I done to deserve this kind of I’ll treatment from you, you didn’t take or respect me like your mother” the queen said.

” just shut up, I want to warn you, if anything, I mean anything happens to my special daughter I will so deal with you and nobody can stop me not even father” Khalid said and walked out of her room Angrily.

” mum why did you do it?” Susan ask. ” do what?” the queen ask back. ” why did you throw the innocent girl?” Susan ask.

” Susan, so you also believe I can do a thing like that, I am very dissapointed in you” the queen said.

“mother I can’t believe you, because you have given me so many reasons to doubt you” Susan said.

“Susan who is given you guys fake news?” the queen ask. “Esther, told us everything, so stop pretending” Susan said.

“Esther, how did she come out from the prison?” the queen ask.

“continue pretending as if you don’t know how she come out, get ready for father because he’s coming for you” Esther said.

“Hey what are you doing here?” Stella ask jack. “I came to check on Alexa and Kim” jack said.

“ouch, you just broke my heart, so you didn’t come here to check of me” Stella said pretending to be sad.

jack scoffed. “drama queen, am just joking with you am here to see all of you” jack said.

“didn’t you call Alexa before coming?” Stella ask.

“I don’t need to call her, because am sure she is around” jack said. ” sorry to disappoint you Alexa and Kim isn’t around” Stella said. ” Where they go to?” jack asked.

” she followed prince Khalid to his home town” Stella said. ” who’s prince Khalid, because I only know Khalid” jack said.

” yeah it’s the Khalid you know” Stella said. ” so what you’re trying to tell now is that Khalid is a prince” jack said.

” yeah he’s” Stella replied. ” wow Khalid is very humble, he is good for Alexa because am sure he will make her happy, but am sad because Alexa didn’t inform me before going” jack said.

” jack she called your number but it was switched off” Stella said. ” oh I see” jack said.

” jack let’s put Khalid and Alexa aside, let’s talk about us” Stella said.

“your highness, you can go and check on the girl now, she’s awake” the doctor said.

and Alexa rushed to the ward. ” my baby how are you” Alexa asked. ” am fine mum” Kim said and Alexa smile out tears.

” Am sorry my baby” Khalid said. ” mum why are you crying, did anything happen to me?” Kim asked.

” nothing dear” the doctor replied. and whisper she didn’t remember what happen to her now, but she will remember later in the day” the doctor said.

“Alright” Alexa replied. “can we take her home today?” the king ask.

“yes we can’t delay our princess, I will come and check her up in the palace” the doctor said.

“am going back with my daughter tommorow” Alexa said. “Alexa you don’t have to go back, I promise you I will sort it out” the king said.

“thank you, your highness but I don’t think I can stay here any longer” Alexa said.

“Alexa please don’t go, I promise you nothing will happen to Kim” Stella said. “thank you, I don’t want them to kill my daughter, she’s all that I have” Alexa said.

The palace driver drive in,side the garage and they all come down from the car, Alexa carried Kim to herself.

the king come out of her room and was surprised to see Alexa. she put on a perfect fake smile and rushed to Alexa, I heard what happen to my princess, I was about coming to the hospital” the queen said.

She move closer to Kim and tough her, Kim raised up her head. And shouted “please” “Flora leave that girl and meet me in my room now, she also told the guard to bring Esther along.
