Niniola was discussing with Tomiwa in Jamal’s room
Tomiwa: Niniola what do you want to do, You can’t just leave Jamal alone like this, he really needs you, and now you are having his child in you, Niniola just please, consider Jamal, cancel this contract so that both of you can start afresh, please Ninny,you love him and you know that he really loves you to,then what’s stopping you, please Ninny just consider him
Niniola: Tomiwa please stop, I have said mine and that is all, and this baby I am going to keep it, Jamal must not know about it
Tomiwa: Niniola you must be crazy, How can you do that to him, this is his child and he is having full right on this pregnancy,oh you think I won’t tell him right?
Niniola:You dare not tell h…. (Suddenly, Rokanmi, David and Daniel brought in Jamal, he was a little bit tipsy, They put him on the bed while everyone went out of the room leaving him with Niniola, he was a little bit burning up, his head seems to be hot, Niniola got a bowl and towel with some cold water,she put the towel in the bowl of water to place the towel on his head, after some minutes, she lifted his head up to put it on her laps,just to cuddle him and to let him sleep

The next morning, Jamal woke up feeling weak and having some headache, He could remember all what happened yesterday,Niniola was on her way bringing him a cup of coffee, suddenly she went straight to Jamal’s mom room, she met her sitting on the floor, she must have cried all through the night because her eyes are just like a thief that has been beating mercilessly, Niniola put down the tray in her hand, she helped her up to the toilet to washed her face for her, she gave her a towel to clean her face, Niniola checked her wardrobe to get her a gown to change into, after she had changed into another gown,tears dropped down on her face while Niniola wh¡pped them with her hands she smile and said
Niniola: Everything is gonna be alright,stop crying ma
Jamal sat on the bed feeling so weak, suddenly someone came in, he thought it was Niniola or Bunmi or David or Daniel, but was surprised to see his mum carrying the tray that Niniola was holding earlier
Jamal:What do you want?
Jamal’s mom:I… I brought you a cup of coffee
Jamal: Thanks I don’t need it, Niniola! Niniola!!(Calling out Niniola)
Jamal’s mom:Alabi(Jamal was shocked,she has never for once call him that before, only his Dad called him that, but the way his mom called his name sounds different to him, it was more adorable than how his dad called him)
Jamal: What did you just call me?
Jamal’s mom:(She put the tray down, she move closer to him near the bed, she knelt down, sobbing) I am so sorry, I am sorry, I was blinded with money and golds, I realized now that they can never give me what i want, but you,only you can give me joy, Jamal am sorry, Alabi am so sorry, please, I don’t know if your dad will ever forgive me, but I promise to restore everything back, I will never for once leave you alone again, am deeply sorry for everything, Alabi am so sorry (Jamal hug his Mom tightly, both crying bitterly, Niniola was at the door listening to everything, Niniola couldn’t stop her tears, she really missed her mom that moment)
Jamal’s mom, Niniola, Tomiwa, and Bunmi are busy cooking in the kitchen, Jamal’s mom asked tomiwa to turn the poundo yam, but she was like
Tomiwa: Actually mummy I just fixed my nails and I don’t want to p.. (Jamal’s mom grabbed her by the hand and directed her to the pot)
Jamal’s mom:Oya, turn it!(Bunmi and Niniola giggles) and you Niniola start slicing that onion, Tomiwa bursted into laughing, because Niniola has always hate to peel or slices onions, it makes her to cry, They were all discussing and laughing in the kitchen, Rokanmi came in, He saw Jamal’s mom putting some salt to the soup the ladies saw him, but Jamal’s mom couldn’t see him, he move closer to the chicken that has been fried, he doesn’t want Jamal’s mom to see him, Niniola and others couldn’t stop laughing silently, The moment he put his hand in the bowl to take a chicken, Jamal’s mom said
Jamal’s mom:If you take that chicken, Rokanmi consider yourself gone (Rokanmi was like how did she know that he was there, cause she was backing him, Everyone laugh out, At the dining room everyone was eating serving thierslves, no maid was allow to work that day, they were all in thier room resting, Jamal’s mom was the one to serve Jamal, but she was taking too much of time to get him a chicken, Jamal said
Jamal:Mom what are you still doing?just get a chicken
Jamal’s mom:(Busy searching the pot) Actually I am looking for this chicken I made it special for… Oh I found it(She brought out the big chicken out, Rokanmi shouted)
Rokanmi:Haaaa! This is cheating ooo, why now mummy, so you intentionally kept that for him?
Jamal’s mom:Look at you Rokanmi, Actually the last time I checked, he is all I got(Everyone was like wow www)
Daniel:See jealousness everywhere ooo
Rokanmi: who dey jealous,If I punch you ehn, your food go commot for your brain ni(Everyone bursted into laughing)
Jamal took his Mom out to have some time together, they both really had a nice time,When they both came back they met David and Daniel in the room discussing silently and thier mood seems to be different)
Jamal: David, what’s going on, where is Rokanmi, where is Niniola and Tomiwa?
David:Your Friend was called to come to Italy, he have a business meeting there tomorrow, and we received an email from Dubai, you have a business meeting also, and that is what I and Daniel are trying to sort out cause you are leaving very early tomorrow morning sir
Jamal:Ok fine, and what about Niniola?
Daniel:(Giving him a letter)She left
Jamal’s mom:Who left, To where, li. .. li… I mean when, Who left? answer me now!
David: Niniola went back to her house (Jamal opened the letter to read,his mom move closer to read also,…
Jamal, I appreciate everything, and am happy that my purpose of coming to your house is done, you are now brave, no more medicine, no more scary things, and you and your mum are back together, am happy that the contract is done, I Know you love me, and I want you to know that I also do the same, but I have made up my mind already, I have promised myself, never to be in any relationsh¡p again, and am sorry to hurt you, my wounds are still fresh and I don’t think I can jump into any relationsh¡p for now, maybe later,I wish you a happy life, I hope you get a better woman than me, and help me tell your mom that I love her and the shoes she gave to me, tell her they are the best gift that I have ever received, tell her I love her and am sure she will take care of you, have a nice life, From Ninny❤(Jamal fell back to the chair shedding tears while his mum who was already shedding tears rapidly said)
Jamal’s mom: Jamal, you just lost a rare Gem, you shouldn’t have asked her for a contract,Such a lady for a contract? I Know what to do, David you and I have work to do, get me her address I need to look for her because I can’t allow such a rare Gem to leave our life, I will search for her, and I will bring her back…
