The whole city stood to be quiet and peaceful. The reception hall was filled with both invited and uninvited guest as everyone sat calmly awaiting the bride and his bridegroom to show. For what took like hours non showed up and for what later took like minutes, princess Eritrea walked in with the most beautiful attire, one not even the highest of all Lords could offer. The broad smile on her face was replaced with a slight frown as she couldn't find Arthur standing beside the throne. The whole guests looked with uncertainty for Arthur was to be there before his groom appears. Yennifer's heart burnt with anger and annoyance as she stood, waiting for him to show up. And finally he did. The door banged open, his face wore no smile as he made his way further. Yennifer's once frowned face wore it's bright smile to see him match to her side. Now there were facing each other, as the eldest chief cabinet went ahead to proclaim their union. Yennifer's eyes were filled with undying love but Arthur pretends to be captivated by its spell. And when the eldest chief had asked her of her loyalty to Arthur, which of all she had answered a "Yes," to them, his gaze went to him. As if she was staring at judgement which wasn't like a threat to her either, she impatiently listened as the elder read the vows to him. There was a pause at his first question, he repeated. "Will you, Prince Arthur, make Lady Eritrea you dear wife? " Yennifer's heart was racing in her mind, she was trying to calm her heavy breath while she kept waiting for his response. Same as everyone who were seated. King Manfred heart was not completely at place anymore. A part of it wore an heart attack armour which he wasn't ready to face yet and some part held fear and embarrassment. "Sire," called the elder who looked confused. "No," he finally replied after a long moment. Everyone gasped in shock, staring at one another. The two unfortunate couples were staring at each other, Yennifer burned with hate and anger as she gave him a steady stare. But he looked away, walking up to the throne of his father. "We have all been decieved, this marriage isn't legal. I am sorry that you all have to go back home. This wedding is cancelled. " He looked at Yennifer whose face wore an expression of her emotions. " You might have walked into the castle freely, but you aren't leaving just the way you have walked in. For you have committed treason against Atlantis and it's inhabitants, I thereby sentence you to death. " The elder buried his face to the ground with a small smile which accompanied. "Our Prince is back." He mumbled to himself. Another louder echo of gasped filled the hall. " Take the princess away." He ordered and some guards matched to her direction. "Stop!" King Manfred rose, stepping to where Arthur stood. "How dare you do such a thing to my daughter? Right before me, you dare to sentence her?! " " She has committed a treason! She confined His majesty and his wife in their chambers, poisoned my mind with the help of witchcraft and almost murdered my wife. Now tell me Manfred, what innocence can you prove to this? " He questioned him but he couldn't give an answer. Arthur once again ordered Yennifer to be taken away. King Manfred threw Arthur a hard gaze, "I will revenge for what you did, mark my words." He threatened, leaving the hall. Arthur sat on his father's throne frustrated. His right hand covered his eyes, while the other held the hand of the golden chair. The reception hall got empty as everyone has left to their respective kingdoms. He sighed for the tenth time, mentally recalling all that had happened from the time she tricked him. "My Lord," said his servant with a bow. "His majesty is here." He dropped his hand, staring forward to see His majesty standing not far from the entrance door. He stood up, guiltiness showed in the way he looked at his father. King Cyrus smiled, walking further to him. "Father..." "You did well my son." Said king Cyrus, "You have proven your loyalty to your kingdom and to everyone. I am very proud of you. " " Father, I do not deserve your praises. I was so weak, I don't even deserve to be called their Prince. What kind of King will I become when I wasn't able to save myself, how then can I save a thousand? " " A King must walk on the wrong part in order to know his right part. You can't be a true leader if you haven't faced the challenges to become a true leader. I had so much fate in you, I saw the true warrior and leader you will become and I am proud that you have made me proud. " " Father... I still need to learn the ways of true leadership. I am not ready to rule this people. They need a king with more than just a mere loyalty. Teach me father, for I am not ready yet. "He buried his face, tears rolled out of his eyes. His father pulled him into his embrace, rubbing his back like he was still the child he once watched grow. "The people needs you, they all do. You just did what your father couldn't do. You ended the evil that once took over the castle and have brought justice to us all. What other loyalty do you think they want from you? You have proven them all. " He tapped him for the last time before breaking the hug. " Son, you saved us all." Arthur's coronation has been announced wild around the seven kingdoms. A new King is to take over, to rule the kingdom in a different rule. Last night has been an amazing one for Renata. Having Arthur posses her once again was renewed moment for her. Now hearing her husband is to become the new heir to the throne was another baffling thing Renata just can't control herself from being happy. Just as Arthur's judgement on Yennifer, she has been beheaded of which Atlantis has again gained it's once lost hope. Witchcraft has been a threat in the kingdom and has now been threatened. What a surprising thing it is? Of what King Cyrus couldn't fight, his son could boldly do it. The news has gotten to King Alfred. He had used the whole day to celebrate with his families and royal cabinets on the great news. Queen Eleanor wished her daughter was with her. The once daughter she had feared would become an old spinister is now to become a Queen? She chuckled. "I would love to attend the coronation, father. What do you think?" Hazel asked. He smiled, " We will all attend the coronation. But, there is always a choice on that. " He said that, indirectly speaking of Honoria. Honoria reluctantly glared at him, scoffing. "Oh please, father, don't tell me you are trying to suspend me from attending. " " Of course not. I thought maybe you might want to stay back. " " Whatever, I'm attending. And here it is, she couldn't help but to salivate at it's sweet smell. "Here comes your sausage, child." She dropped the tray on the table and Renata waisted not a second to have them all in her stomach. "Thank you, aunty Gracie, you don't know how starving I am for this. It's been days I ever tasted this. Mmm. " She hummed as she took a spoonful of sausage into her mouth. " Go on, have more or it gets too cold." She stood up, heading to the bathroom. "Mind for a bath?" Renata nodded with a wave not wanting to be distracted from what she was eating until she saw to it that the plate was empty. She sighed happily. "I see you're happy now." Said aunty Gracie as she hung the towel on the bathroom door. Renata laughed. "Of aunty Gracie, Bernard always make me happy with the upgrades. This tastes a lot better than the others. " She yawned. " You've been yawning since I entered, are you alright?" Asked aunty Gracie, concerned. She shook her head, " I don't think so. It's all been this way since I recovered. I actually don't know what's wrong with me, I just keep feeling exhausted. " " Come here, dear, let me study you. " She examined her, checking on her pulses and her eyes. " Oh heavens, " she exclaimed, "blessed be thou name." Renata made a confused face as she stared at aunty Gracie who was busy with her praises. "For you have sent thou handmaid to us. For she has opened his Highess's future tonus all. Blessed be thou womb and thou child of which she carries, for a new hope has been restored. " " Aunty Gracie, what are you talking about? I do not understand why you say these things. " " Dear child, it is not for you to understand. This words I pray are for you. This is a good news you hear. " " What good new?! " Aunty Gracie touched her stomach. " A brighter future is coming upon Atlantis and in here it is, craving to be born. You are pregnant, milady of his Highess's child. " Renata's confused face was replaced with a surprised look. "You mean, I am pregnant?" She asked. "That it is. You have been exhausted this past days is all because of this, " she pointed at her stomach. She gasped excitedly, staring at herself at the mirror and hoping that it was Freya who had appeared. She wanted to tell her the good news, of all means Freya ought to know about it. "We must speak of it to his Highess." Aunty Gracie suggested. " Sure, we will. " She rubbed her stomach, chuckling. " I am pregnant. " She mentally said to herself. * * The night had come in a rush just as she wanted. Laying on her bed, she waited for Arthur to walk out of the bathroom. His lower part was covered with a white rope, while his upper body was left exposed. Their eyes met, Renata waved him a sed-ctive smirk. One she always give that makes him wanting her the more. He chuckled, coming to sit beside her. He wanted to k-ss her but she made him stop halfway. "Don't you think we are missing something?" He shrugged. " What... " Before he could finish his statement, Renata was now in him. "We're expecting someone soon." "Someone?" He asked. "Who could that be? " " I want you to guess. " " Rena, you know I'm really not good at guessing. " " Just try, okay. "She pleaded. " Your father? " " No. " " Your mother?" "Not even close. Just think... and say it." After a thoughtful while, he said not hoping it would be a nice guess. "A baby?" Renata's lips pouted in a smile, a tear escaped her eyes, dropping on his. He wasn't sure what he was thinking but... If he had guessed what he said right, then it actually means... "You're pregnant?" He asked, surprised he was actually asking her that. She couldn't say a yes or no, all she could do was to stare at him even as more tear dropped on his face. He turned her over, now he was on her. She shyly touched his bare chest, staring speechless at him. "You carry my child?" He chuckled, smiling. He pulled himself to sit, unquenchable happiness filled him both inside and outside. Renata sat too, her eyes still not leaving him. It's as if the words has left her lips, her happiness has only made her speechless. "Arthur..." She managed to say.
