“Wake up Princess” I murmured hotly in her ear.
 
She was such a heavy sleeper. It was my third attempt and I wouldn’t have bothered if I didn’t want to take her somewhere.

I did not expect her to say it back. Heck, a part of me didn’t even want her to know. They were many reasons why I feel like I shouldn’t have said anything.
 
The first one was the fact that I did not want her to end up reciprocating the feelings. A part of me didn’t want her to feel the same way. That protective part of me that feared what would happen if this relationsh¡p became more than what it already was.
 
The second reason why I would have kept this to myself was because I feared rejection. I feared that she wouldn’t love me back, or she would be disgusted by being loved by a monster like me.
 
My reasons clashed one another in so many ways. But both of them led to one conclusion; I did not want her to know.
 
I regretted saying the words last night and I only prayed she hadn’t heard me.
 
“Fine, I’m awake” she sighed getting up.
 
“Let’s go take a shower then” I said.
 
She looked at me with a frown.
 
“Let’s?? As in together?” She asked as if I had said the most unnatural thing in the world.

“Do I have to carry you to the bathroom miss Talia?” I asked.
 
“Fine” she grumbled as she tossed the covers back. She squeaked as she realised she was unclad.
 
“Shit” she murmured then turned to me. One look at me answered her unasked question.
 
“You’re gonna make me walk to the bathroom unclad aren’t you?” She sighed in surrender.
 
I smiled mischievously.
 
She got out of the bed and literally ran towards the bathroom.
