She shouted and picked her dress.

“So sorry for wasting your time,should I help you to dress?

She sounded with smiles.

He laughed and sounded,

She dressed up.

He held her as they walked down to the door.

He hugged and pecked her on the cheek.

When she got to the school,they have dismissed already she met Jackson coming out.

Jackson rushed to meet her,
“Aunty Catherina! What a surprise? Did you came to pick me?
He sounded surprisedly to see her.

She collected his lunch bag and said,

“Then why are you here? Did you miss your way to the boutique?
He sounded with laugh.

“Aunty Catherina you mean to tell me that Uncle Charles and Uncle Dan prank on you for Uncle Charles to confess his love to you?

“Jackson we still have problem to solve remember I told Madam Risa that you are not feeling fine what are we going to do now?
She asked being so worried.

“There’s no problem on that one nah,am not feeling fine that’s it”
He sounded.

“What did you mean?
She asked confusedly.

“I will pretend to be sick so problem solved”
He sounded.

“Have you forgotten she gave me to get drugs for you?

“Aunty Catherina don’t being too worried okay,we will go to the pharmacy and get the drugs”
He said.

They took a cab to the pharmacy and brought the drugs then back to the boutique.

When they got to the boutique, Jackson’s face automatically changed into a sick face,he started shivering even bitting his teeth making it to look so real, Catherina held his hand as they walked inside the boutique.

Madam Risa saw them coming and rushed out,
“Oh my God! This is so serious on him!
She sounded.

“I think we should take him to the hospital,he’s burning of fever”
She suggested checking his temperature.

“Hospital!
She mumbled.

“Ma we don’t have to go to the hospital the drugs the pharmacist prescribed will calm him down,he assured us”
She said.

“Okay but if the drugs is not effective we will take him to the hospital”
She said.

“Okay Ma!

“Catherina help him to sit down”
She help him to sat down meanwhile he’s still shivering and breathing so fast.

“Jackson what will you like to eat so you can take your drugs?
She asked him.

“Ma I don’t have the appetite”
He sounded so low looking so pale.

“You gonna eat so you can take your drugs even if it’s a little,you can’t take drugs with an empty stomach,what will you like to eat?
She asked being so concerned about him.

“Ma can I have fried rice with chicken I think can be able to eat that one”
He sounded pretending to being shivering so much.

Catherina gave him a strange look,
“Catherina will go and get it for you okay”

“Thank you Ma!

“I will call the driver to come and pick you and Jackson on your way get him the food then make sure he eat and take his drugs”
She said.

“Okay Ma!

“Get me my phone in my office let me call the driver”
Catherina went to get the phone as she went to Jackson.

She touched his neck to feel his temperature,
“You will be fine okay,make sure you eat and take your medication”
He nodded.

She gave the driver a call and within thirty minutes,he arrived and took them to the restaurant, Jackson keep on pretending to be sick to avoid any suspicious from the driver.

He sounded devouring his chicken.

“Jackson did you want to finish that chicken alone?
Catherina asked at the moment she came out from the bathroom.

“Is nah! Is my chicken nah!
He sounded devouring the chicken and the rice.

“So you want to finish this chicken without giving me? Where is my own?
She questioned.

“But Aunty Catherina are you sick? The food is meant for sick Jackson and not you”
He sounded.

“Give me that thing my friend!
She shouted and collected a portion of the chicken.

“See you want you are enjoying this boy! So you don’t know is because of me that’s why you are having this delicious meal?
She sounded devouring her own chicken.

“I know but you are not the one that’s sick here besides without my intellectual skills of acting you would have been caught”
He sounded with smiles.

“For your mind nah! Master planner!
She sounded with laughs.

“This food need chill juice to download it I don’t want Madam Risa to be suspicious I would have ask for fired rice and chicken with juice maybe tomorrow I will ask for that one”
He sounded so happily.

“Hurry up and take the drugs”

“But am not real sick nah am acting sick why should I take the drugs?
He sounded.

“To avoid suspicious and moreover you need to treat malaria I don’t know the last you were given a malaria drugs”
She said.

“I can’t remember self!

“You see! If there’s any symptom it will kill it”
She said and opened the drugs for him.

It has been two months since Charles and Catherina started dating and their love keep on growing like a mushroom and deeper.

Within that two months, Catherina found herself being so dizzy and sleep often even in the boutique till one day she was sleeping on the couch feeling so dizzy and pale.

Madam Risa came back and met on there unlike her,she never sleeps in the living room.

She tapped her on the shoulder waking her up from the sleep.

“Welcome Ma!
She greeted looking so pale.

“Are you okay Catherina?
She asked being surprised to see her sleeping on the couch.

“I don’t think so your face seems otherwise,you look so pale”
She said.

“I have being feeling so dizzy maybe is stress”
She sounded and all of a sudden she ran out to the restroom to throw up.

“Nope! This can’t be stress,let it not been what am thinking?
She sounded being so confused.

“Catherina for how long have you been throwing up?
She asked at the moment she came out from the restroom.

That question confused Catherina,

“Since two days! Hmmmmh! When last did you see your period?
She asked.

Catherina became more confused with the question.

“I suppose to see my period ending last month but it didn’t come out”
She sounded.

“Hmmmh! Let be what am thinking because if it’s ……….Let me reserve my statement till proper check-up”
She shouted.

Catherina”s mind rushed to pregnant,
“Let it not be what am thinking! Nope I can’t be pregnant!
She mumbled.
