=====>>>🌲Switzerland🌲<<<===== Continuation Mark positioned himself waiting for the whistle while James was just smiling Every hope was on Mark but the game master didn't bother saying anything because he thought that it's the best option so that Mark wouldn't use pressure to play it Mark turned again to Lucy who all her mind was on him even though James was hanging his hand on her shoulder Mark smiled and returned his gaze as the referee blew the whistle Mark first of all tapped his toes on the ground as he moved slowly and raised the ball It went higher The goal keeper knew how his ball used to be as he dived to that direction but the angle he placed it was dangerous The ball hits the bar and made its way to the nest as everywhere was filled with joy 'goal!!' Disappointment could be seen written all over James face Lucy in the other hand, saw Mark running to her direction with his hand spread out Lucy smiled and ran to him giving him a hug They stood like that for some secs, Mark's eyes was just on James because they were facing each other and he couldn't stop winking at him The match came to an end as the game master couldn't control his smiles He kept thanking Mark and Mikhail for the team work they did He thanked each and everyone of them for the excellent play they made Their opponents came and shook hands with them, showing that no grudges was held The guy who asked Mikhail about Mark earlier came and met Mark with his jersey and pen ✒ "please can you sign for me?" the guy asked referring to Mark who smiled and took it +++++ ====(🏡) Mr Jones Residence (🏡)==== The following morning, Mark was ready for school as walked out of the house The car was ready but the driver wasn't in,side it He called him but no response He called him so many times but got no response He has to go and check on him He got to his room and it was opened Mark walked around his room calling him but he wasn't there He was about to take his leave when his eyes caught something under the pillow He walked closer and lifted it Behold his phone was there He was just shocked and confused He then remembered that he couldn't find his phone throughout the other day "how come" he said to himself He took it and places in,side his pocket and walked out He met the gateman and asked for the driver and he told that he was outside Mark opened the gate and walked out He saw the driver making a call immediately the driver heard the sound of the gate, he turned Seeing Mark, he removed his phone from his ears and rushed to him "are you ready young master?" the driver asked while Mark just nodded "sorry for the delay" the driver apologised as he walked passed him he got in and drove the car out while Mark entered and they drove off Mark wanted to ask him about what he saw earlier but decided to keep it +++++ ====(🏫) School (🏫)==== Mark arrived at school everywhere was crowded They were celebrating about the victory Because of that, Mark asked the driver to park outside the gate so that they wouldn't notice his arrival Mikhail was leaning on a tree watching them Some of their classmates were in sets standing at different directions Mark saw Mikhail and smiled walking up to him while his driver drove away "hey" Mark greeted as they shook hands "what's going on?" Mark asked "yesterday of course, you really saved us, I heard that their goal keeper was good when it comes to penalties" Mikhail replied "I heard that as well that's why I had to show him something" Mark said smiling "That's why you are still here, what happened to your phone throughout yesterday?" Mikhail asked "I got really tired that yesterday that I had to switch it off" Mark lied "you know better, it seems like they haven't seen you?" Mikhail changed the topic looking around the compound .. "don't even start now, am still tired, where's Lucy?" Mark asked as he found his way to the class while Mikhail followed him "she was called by her favorite teacher" Mikhail replied "English?" Mark asked James and Phillip were just watching them saying something that wasn't helpful Meanwhile Lucy was busy with work in a teacher's office "Mark seems to be unstoppable this days" the English teacher said just trying to start up a new conversation but Lucy just smiled checking out the files she was arranging She remembered that Mark's phone wasn't going through that yesterday Lucy wanted to say something when her phone vibrated she checked and it was a message from Mark as it reads "hey, where the hell are you 😍" Lucy smiled but didn't reply back "is there any other thing left?" Lucy asked the teacher after she was done with the arrangement "no, I will call you when there's" the teacher replied Lucy smiled and went out ++++++ After dismissal, Mark stayed back as usual Lucy left earlier than before and Mark saw her off "I don't think this can go" Phillip said to James as they were walking out of the school "how do you mean?" James asked not getting it "even after the wh0le tricks, they are still together, seems like it's not working" Phillip replied "what are you suggesting?" James asked "try something different" Phillip replied "something like what?" "I don't really know but,,,,,,,,,," Phillip was cuts short by the car that drove in It was Mark's driver Mark in the other hand saw the car from the window "why did he come so early?" Mark himself in confusion as he walked downstairs Meanwhile the driver parked and checked very well but there was no sign of Mark The driver walked up to James and Phillip who stood one place knowing what he came for "what do we hold this early visit?" James asked smiling "you know already, where is my balance?" the driver returned the question "you have to be fast before he comes out" the driver added "how can I give you balance of what you didn't complete?" James asked claiming to be smart "of course I did exactly what you asked me to do" the driver said "but he arrived before the match end" James said "so, it was a plan?" that was Mark's voice as he walked out from where he was hiding Making the driver to turn along with others as he gasped "am sorry young master" the driver apologised knowing that he has been exposed "how did it happen?" Mark asked ignoring the apology #Flashback A day before the match, James was just watching Mark from where he hides when Mark's driver drove in Mark sighted the driver and smiled as he walked to his class where he kept his bag but it was not there just then, one of the class door opened and Phillip walked out from it with Mark's bag he had to use something to delay his time It was part of the plan James used the opportunity to meet the driver whom was just standing outside the car as he waited for Mark "It's not a big deal for you" James said placing one rap of money on the driver's forehead and he took it not understanding what was going on "I don't understand" the driver said while James smiled "our school will be having match tomorrow and I want you to do anything possible just to make sure that he misses the match" James said "that's difficult" the driver said changing his look "I don't think so, I will double this once you get it done" James said On hearing that, the driver became confused, he really need the money "you have to give me tip" the driver said after thinking "it's simple, you are the driver, so you can possibly make the car to break down on the way by disconnecting some things" James said while the driver smiled nodding James wanted to go but turned "one more thing" he paused "make sure that he doesn't come with his phone" James added while the driver nodded smiling "your number, for updates" the driver said as James gave him his number "consider it done and prepare my balance" the driver added Just then, James messaged Phillip that he should let go of Mark "sorry, I can't find the book here" Phillip said after searching the wh0le classroom for his invisible book "let's make it tomorrow" Mark suggested while Phillip agreed and left even before Mark could say anything else "that's strange" Mark said and walked out after locking the doors +++ That following day, Mark was ready as he placed his kits in the car and entered the driver was already in,side the car thinking on how to carryout the plan B because he has already done the plan A, which was disconnecting things so that it would stop on the way, when Mark remembered something He dropped his phone on the airbag as he rushed in,side after excusing himself The driver used the opportunity to take it, changing it to airplane mode then rushed in,side his room and dropped it He places his own on silent and hides it under his seat Mark later rushed back and asked the driver to go His mind was far that he didn't remember his phone #End_Of_Flashback "am not surprised because I found this in your room this morning" Mark said bringing out his phone "so that was why you were acting strange when I asked for your phone?" Mark asked "am sorry sir" the driver apologised bowing down his head and folding his hand Mark wasn't ready for him as he turned to James "that was a cheap trick, I know you did it so that you could stand a chance to play well and win Lucy's heart just because she said that she loves footballers" Mark paused walking closer to James "she lied, I was actually the reason why she do watch our school match" Mark added James was just looking, thinking of what next to do "You accepted the challenge, so expect any system" James replied laughing as he placed his face on Mark's own because they were of the same height "I have greater plan ahead" James added looking into his eyes "try something else better, I haven't make out time to think of a trick for this challenge but since it has gotten to this level, expect and prepare for me" Mark said still maintaining the look They stood like that for some minutes "as for you" Mark said turning to his driver Tbc so now the question is, what do you think Mark will do to the driver now ? if you are Mark, what would you do?
