Chapter 38…

Dragon, oh dragon, the great general flew into the dark city as he transformed back in mid-air, he had reached the city before the soldiers and was headed for the Orb.

The orb known as the dark king weakness was actually a decoy to draw people who think of destroying the dark king, down to the dark city to get killed.

He went past the Silver stature of the dark king and straight into the palace taking a left and a right coming to Mount Vernon. it still bore it scars from the battle between josh and the dark dynasty.

The dark dynasty, are actually different from normal soldiers, for they posses powers greater than a normal soldier, with the orb making the Dark Emperor gain his full potential, he could turn his whole army to the dark dynasty. The great general took hold of the gem and took off back to Sagoe..

Ranob had reached the friendly beast place but found him not, the whole place was so quiet and with gentle wind one could fall asleep easily.. Ranob wasn’t ready for that till he was sure that he was safe for a while, he had not eaten or drank, but have bee n waiting fir the beast to meet him, which seemed like it wouldn’t happen anytime soon.

“Well i guess, I’d just go in and take one of this portions for food”, Ranob said , he took the path and ended up in,side the cave of the beast..

Behold all seemed gone, there was no glittering, sparkling, shining. Just, Just darkness.

Ranob stood still shocked to the ribs..

“Seems like am alone”, He said sitting down on the floor, dropping his spear as he relaxed against a rock and dozed off slowly..

The camp had been set, did i just say camp?.. Of course they had no material for camping but fortunately had cape and magic. Forming lots of Tents forming shelter..

They were safe and sound, shelter above their head What was next??

You didn’t guess right? Fire and Food were next.

 

Josh up suddenly he wasn’t in the molten magma, on the bridge or anywhere near the foul environment…

“Where am i?”, He said asking no one in particular, his body was intact and nothing was burnt or smelt burnt..

“You failed the test josh, you failed”, Wong said approaching josh who stood up quickly..

“I failed”, He asked

“Fear not for you still have millions of chances”, Wong said letting a spark of smile show on josh face.

“But”, He said

“Always a bad thing next”, Josh said as he waited and looked at his boots

“After every failure the same test will become h-rder”, Master wong said

“So i can go now back to do the test”, Josh asked

“Did i ever tell you patience is a key to success”, Wong asked as he turned around to go, he looked back. “I will be waiting near the small door”, He said

“I bet you will”, Josh replied as he murmured something “A thread for bridge, quite a shocker”..

“Get going”, Wong said.

Josh immediately approached the larger door, the smell was back again, more powerful, he proceeded with his aim and soon found him self in the same place where the bull fight happened..

“But no bull”, Josh said as he stayed alert watching carefully, suddenly he had deep growl from behind. It was two different bulls just like the last one just twice in number.

They charged towards Josh, giving no time for preparation, he ran.so fast as he looked for a way to escape this crushers of bones. He ran towards a wall and upwards it laying three steps, performing a wall flip and landing behind this bulls while they hit themselves against the wall..

“That’s what you get for messing with me”, Josh said calmly with a smile and got a respond of two hind hoofs hitting his chest immediately and sending him crashing against a wall..

“I don’t know which was painful, the bulls hind hoof or my crashing” Josh said as he touched his chest. Immediately the bulls were unto him trying to crush him with their hoofs but with a quick roll over to the left and a fast get up, he avoided a horn attack. They charged again and this time he just had to dive outta of the way and ran for his life..

“Wait, why am i even running, i punched the others with a punch rendering it useless”, Josh said.

He faced the bulls and exhaled and inhaled..

“Just like ice”, He said calmly, suddenly there was a blue aura which emitted out of josh body, he didn’t notice this, the bulls did and charged again. Performing a leap with his eyes closed was nothing compared to grabbing the bulls horns and tossing them into the walls…

“Wonder how the warrior man will look like”, Josh said and was about going but an hoof hit on the ground stopped him making him pay attention to the crushed wall covered in dust. The bulls still stood, they might be down but were not out..

Josh looked at the bulls and looked at them in akimbo style..

“Oh my i forgot i got a running time”, Josh said as he charged towards the bulls and they did charge back and came in fast and furious. With a quick run to a wall, taking a double step felt awesome as he pushed himself over the bulls grabbing their tails just in time to spin them so fast, sending them crashing unto several walls.

“That should keep them out for some time”, Josh smiled at a work well done , dusting his hands and was about but the crashed walls began vibrating, for the bulls were buried in the rubble, they burst open sending rubbles flying everywhere , hitting Josh also..

“Alright enough”, His said as he k-sed his fists, he charged toward the bulls and leaped into the air sending a death blow to both bulls.

“Done”, He said

He hurried and approached the next stage for battle and what he saw wasn’t what he thought ….

👁️Chapter 39💥

“Arghhh!”, The warrior roared on seeing Josh.

The warrior was now a Minotaur, a half person and half horse, long black hair running down his shoulders and his eyes were that of horse. He had two hands this time and what they held weren’t something to be smiling about, on his left was a club weapon and his right held a mighty spear..

“So I guess no bow and arrows, this time “, Josh said as he walked slowly

But what he got was frown and the man gave no chance for another statement to be said before he charged towards Josh who still stood, thinking of what he should.. He raised his hoofs up and tried hitting them on Josh chest but he quickly moved three steps backward as he did a back flip avoiding the mighty hoods which were looking really deadly.

For down the hoofs josh could see a lots of tiny blades, which shot out and almost caught his shoulders.

Josh kept doing back fl¡ps ending up on one feet.

“So I guess no arrows but seriously blades underneath your hoofs that is something am not able to comprehend”, Josh said

The warrior Minotaur charged again, chasing Josh who ran for a while obviously he didn’t know this place better than the Minotaur who was faster also. He ran for a while trying to get away for sometime or maybe trying to create space in between them both so as to strategize an attack but that obviously wouldn’t happen for he came across a Dead end..

Josh stood still his back touched the dead end wall and nothing seemed to go on in his mind except survival, a smile seemed to have broken out of the Minotaur face as he approached Josh. Instantly his spear was thrown, originally aimed for Josh neck.

But a different action shocked Josh himself talk less of the Minotaur, he performed a certain move that seemed to even shock the performer. On seeing the spear approach him, with no where to run to, Josh touched the blade of the spear, with his palm of his hands not letting any sharp edge injure him, he at the same time jumped over the spear targeted area, as he grabbed the blades side, letting the spear sink it self into the wall.

“Woah”, He said as he landed the Minotaur on seeing this charged towards Josh, infuriated but yet amazed, josh on seeing this quickly jumped on the spear metallic using it as a spring, which threw him several feet’s into the air and he used that opportunity to grab a certain part of the wall climbing up away, the Minotaur frowned pulling out his spear from the wall, sending several cracks on it..

On seeing this the Minotaur, hit his club weapon on the wall breaking the ground level, this act led to the crashing of the wall slowly, which crumbled bit by bit and soon came down crashing but Josh had used the wall to jumped over the looking Minotaur about delivering an attack but got hit at the chest by the horse hoofs. Luckily his new clothes were of help to him this time, but the force threw him backwards sending him rolling down the ground..

“Time is going”, He said as he got up quickly and charged at the Minotaur who wasn’t surprised a bit but as he got closer to the Minotaur an earthquake began throwing him down to the ground but the Minotaur stood still cause of the blades underneath which clinched to the floor really heard..

“This is not fair”, Josh shouted as he stumbled again down to the ground..

🐲🐲Back in River Bank💫💫

Kristen seemed to have had the ladies all to himself, they were quite facinated by him and his prowess, obviously what do you expect from ladies?..

They had been chattering all through the day and nothing seemed to interfere, for the general had to make a plan to attack but with no possible s₱0t light he couldn’t think of a way .

The ladies were seriously enjoying good company from Kristen, they smiled and laughed and even attempted sleeping in his own tent.. Quite shocking to see two ladies who fought over Josh not trying to fight over Kristen heart.

Was it because they were now friends or What??

Ranob survivor of the four wasn’t looking at all, he had not eaten in hours, looked tattered and tired. He couldn’t go out to look for food, he was dying in a cave.

When suddenly a thought popped up to his head..

“Lions”, He said.

Remembering when they travelled to the dark city they met talking Lions and the king said this “You have our paws..

Ranob stood up with the last ounce of energy in him, how could he have forgotten them and came straight to this place he thought. He walked out of the cave slowly, using his spear as a support holder for him.

“I might be weak”, He Said “But am strong no hungry” He whispered..

He walked to the lions which seemed to be a three hours journey back.. Could he survive the walk, would he die on the way, no one knows..

For you control your fate and destiny, no one future destiny is stable, it is like a sh¡p been tossed around in the wind. You shape your destiny to what ever you desire. You are your own creator in life.

The Minotaur kept walking towards Josh slowly with his spear in hand, Josh kept moving back and forth as he moved unstable. A sudden attack was sent towards him, the spear was thrown to Josh so fast, so scary. But fortunately for Josh the earthquake might have been a friend, making him lose balance again as the spear passed him hitting the floor real hærd, Josh crawled to the spear and grabbed hold of it making himself stable..

“You know what Horse looking guy”, Josh said exhausted from the earthquake which seemed to have settled down little…

He removed the spear and charged at the Minotaur who did same, a severe still to Josh head with the club was blocked with the spear. Josh responded pushing the heavy club away while he sent a straight blow to the Minotaur chest but the armour the Minotaur wore withstood the blow.

The Minotaur sent his club swerving it toward Josh from left to right, but he kept avoiding the mean weapon and blocking some real damaging strikes, josh did quick leap sending the spear down the Minotaur head but it avoided it turning around and giving a hind hoof load of blades which shot out to Josh.

Josh eyes w¡dened has he did a back flip landing and spinning his spear so fast with his right hand, hitting the blades away ,he threw the spear with all his might and it missed the Minotaur with inches to the head..

“I guess I will do this the muscle way”, Josh Said running to the Minotaur.

A fatal blow was sent to his ribs but quickly squatted grabbing the Minotaur hand holding the weapon as he delivered a severe blow to the Minotaur warrior wrist, letting him loosen his grips on the weapon, he grabbed the club and turned smashing the weapon on the Minotaur chest shattering the armour to pieces.

“That what you get for messing with”, Josh Sid but got interrupted as the Minotaur grabbed him by the neck and threw him down the floor, Josh rolled avoiding the stamping of the hoofs, he did a quick get up using his hands and leaping up levitating and sending a deadly kick to the Minotaur head making the beast get a little stumble…

The Minotaur got angry and grabbed josh again but it was a fatal mistake which Josh used it well.

He fought dirty here and punched the Minotaur right eye letting the beast release him immediately. But has Josh landed the hoof landed on his chest hitting him hærd and force sent him crashing into the wall.

“Not another crash” He said a he stood up slowly.

The Minotaur came running as he sent those hoofs again but this time Josh angrily went to the abdomen of the beast, taking the horse man with his entire strength and sending him spinning against the rubbles.

“Have heard enough of you”, Josh said a he looked around for the spear, he turned back but the hoofs landed on his chest again sending him to the floor but Josh rolled and came up to his feet.

“Emotion”, He said

“One in mind and heart”, He said again “I must cultivate this attitude he repeated”.

Th Minotaur charged towards him sending blows and hoof strikes but he kept dodging it , moving slightly to the left and right and sending punches to the Minotaur mouth and face. But the Minotaur did a special faking.

He faked a fore hoof strikes which Josh dodged but immediately receive a hot hind hoof strike sending him against nt a wall where he landed with his back and fell to his knees.

Josh stood up slowly and saw the spear beside him , he picked it up and threw it to the Minotaur hitting one of it arm.

The Minotaur pulled it out and and threw it towards Josh who stood still and hit the the tip of the spear with his fingers sending the blade forward while Josh caught the spear metallic rod mid air with his hand..

Josh broke the spear and threw it to the ground as he walked to the Minotaur who charged at him and delivered strikes but in seconds Josh used a wall landing on the horse man back and crushing the neck instantly, sending the man dead immediately..

“I had enough of you”, Josh said standing on the dead body.

“Why didn’t I think of that move” He said

“Now I have to go and face a thread”, He said running to the thread like bridge.

He started walking on the thread slowly loosing balance a little, he was making it to the other end.

When suddenly an earthquake began, throwing him off balance.

“Oh shit”, Josh said as he entered into the river of molten magma, he felt the pain of the liquid but didn’t bother to shout at all, for he had to start the whole thing again and it will be h-rder this time…
