“Good night!” Jewel greeted the chefs in the restaurant and hurriedly carried her bag,it’s just few minutes to eight but lucky for her the manager went home already
She left the restaurant and started walking to the supermarket.
As she walk,she saw groups of people staring at the picture on the billboard planted just above the bridge,some people are s¢ræming and taking numbers of pictures. Jewel moved closer to take a close look
‘He looks like..white Wolf’ she thought
‘But he’s more handsome than white wolf so he’s not the one’ she thought still staring at the picture of a young guy. He had a crown on his head,he look so handsome,his smile is enchanting and pretty. Another picture of him came to the screen causing more s¢ræms,this time,his eyes are closed ,he look like a complete angel. And then the title came on

“Wow” Jewel muttered

Jewel turned to the girl next to her,she was also grinning ear to ear while taking numbers of pictures
“Is that guy really the crown prince?” She asked
“Of course! Don’t tell me you don’t know who Prince Adrian is” the girl said and immediately continue what she was doing
‘It’s my first time hearing about that name’ she thought but suddenly remember what her friend once said
*”Are you kidding me? That guy is freaking hot,even though he’s not hotter than my crown prince,Adrian*
“He’s really the crown prince” Jewel chuckled
👥 I can’t wait to get into college,,Royal Hearts!
Jewel’s eyes w¡dened when she heard that
“That guy,I mean the crown prince is a student in…Royal Hearts?” She asked the girl next to her
“Of course,the Elites owns 70% share of the school,while the other 30% belongs to the Cambonia” The girl replied confusing Jewel even more
“Cambo what?” She asked
“Gosh,are you even in this country” The girl scoffed and ignored her
Jewel sighed and continue walking
It’s true,she doesn’t even know anything aside going to her part time jobs,she’s not on any social media,does she even have a phone? She doesn’t.
Just thinking about that alone makes her sad,sometimes she would wish she’s also a rich kid,even if she’s not,having parents won’t hurt right? But now,she’s like a parent on her own,her old granny is too old to take care of her,everything is on her. It’s a relief she’s such a strong girl,
She continue thinking and walking slowly when a car suddenly stopped beside her
“Hey….hey…” Jewel turned
Miguel came out of the car with a smile
“Are you stalking me or something?” Jewel asked in a calm voice
“No,I am just about going back home” Miguel replied
“Then leave safely” Jewel scoffed and started walking again
“Where are you going? I can give you a ride” Miguel said
“I heard you’re a prince….” Jewel turned back
“How did you find out?” Miguel asked
“Does that matter..do you attend Royal Hearts too?” Jewel asked
“Yes” Miguel replied and Jewel sighed sadly
“I wish to go there too” she mumbled,it was so low that Miguel couldn’t hear a thing
“Anyways..you don’t have to worry. You should go home,and sorry about earlier” She sighed and walked away,silly her. She always feel sorry for everything anytime she’s sad,
“Sorry?” Miguel chuckled and entered his car,he drove off.
As Jewel approached the supermarket,she saw a lady holding up to four bags coming out of the supermarket
She immediately ran to the lady
“I will help you ma’am” She says and carried the four bags as if it’s nothing,the lady looked at her in confusion
“Oh…I also work here. I’m a little bit late” Jewel said and the lady smiled
“That’s so nice of you…what’s your name?”
“Jewel”
“Pretty name”
“are you going to take a taxi?” Jewel asked
“No,,my car is over there” The lady pointed
“Oh…” Jewel smiled and they both started walking towards it
“You can call me Miss Maria anyway” Maria said when they got to her car
“I hope you come here again ma’am” Jewel said with a bow
Maria smiled
“You’re so pretty and nice,but,why are you working….here? What school do you attend?” Maria asked and Jewel chuckled
“Or,,are you not in school?” Maria asked further
“No I’m not” Jewel muttered
“Oh…I don’t mind helping” Maria smiled and Jewel gasped
“Why? You barely know me” Jewel said
“Well..uhm…should I say it’s love at first sight?” Maria asked and they both laughed
She handed a card to her
“My address is there,make sure you pay me a visit…let’s talk properly,especially about your school,so maybe tomorrow since it’s weekend” Maria said
“I promise” Jewel smiled
“Bye Jewel” Maria waved and entered her car
Jewel waved at her too before going into the supermarket
Maria smiled
It’s her first time in many years,picking interest in someone just at first glance,there’s definitely something about her and she wouldn’t mind helping her go back to school.

“Sis,where are you?” Angela asked on the phone
“About getting to the palace,what’s up?” Delilah asked
“I think father want to have dinner with everyone” Angela replied
“I will be there” Delilah smiled and hanged up
Suddenly her car ran into another car coming and she s¢ræmed in fear
“My princess,are you okay?” The driver asked
“What the h*ll is that!!!” Delilah shouted
“Watch how you drive!” Zayn shouted at the driver
“I’m sorry” The driver apologized.
The person driving the other car came out to check his car
“Gosh…” Zayn mumbled and also went out with the driver
“Who drove that car?!” Mateo asked angrily
“We are really sorry….”
“Sorry? Will sorry solve this problem? I got this car yesterday,how the h*ll did this even happen?” Mateo rough his hair
Delilah opened the door and alighted to take a look at what’s happening
“Young man,we are sorry. And,we can take full responsibility of…..” She stopped when Mateo faced her fully
Mateo’s angry face also became soft immediately he saw her
‘Who the h*ll is he? How can he be so handsome?’ Delilah thought
‘Wow,she’s pretty’ Mateo also said in his head
Delilah cleared her throat
“Like I was saying,we are ready to take responsibility of……”
“It’s okay,I am fine with it. It’s not my only car anyway” Mateo smiled
Zayn lean closer to Delilah
“That’s Prince Mateo,the crown prince of Cambonia kingdom,our company’s rival” he whispers but Delilah only smiled at Mateo
“You’re really a gentleman,thanks for understanding” She said
“It’s nothing,” Mateo smiled
“Then..let’s go” Delilah said to her driver
“Yes my…..” before he could spit out the princess,Delilah shot him a glare
“Do you mind exchanging contacts?” Mateo asked and Delilah faced him
“I do mind actually,but since you are cool,then let’s go for it” Delilah said and Mateo smiled revealing his cute one cheek dimple
‘Awwwn,so cute’ Delilah thought trying not to stare at him,,
After exchanging contacts,they all went their own ways

The maids all chorused as Delilah came in
“Thanks” She said and walked straight to the dining hall,her heels making sounds,everything about her is just perfect,beautiful face,beautiful body,even her walking steps can drive a normal guy crazy
“You’re finally here” Angela smiled
“I’m sorry for keeping everyone waiting” Delilah said and k-sed the King’s cheek first and then the queen
“Is that the right way to greet the king?” Queen Reina snapped
“Oh mother,I thought this is a family time not royalties” Delilah pouted and the king chuckled
“You’re late,is there a problem?” King Czar asked in his normal gentle voice
To the citizen,He’s the best king to ever rule over the Elites. He’s just so cool,fair and amazing. A complete gentle king who prefer fair justice,everyone believe the crown prince will definitely be another version of their great king.
“A little bit father” Delilah sighed and sat down
“Did you get it sorted?” Queen Reina asked
“Yes queen mother” Delilah bowed teasingly and they laughed
“Where’s Adrian anyway?” Delilah asked when the maids started serving the foods
“Oh,brother called earlier. He’s not gonna come,He’s in his private house” Angela replied
“That kid” Delilah scoffed
“The crown prince deserve a respect” Queen Reina said
“Mother!!” Delilah shouted cutely and everyone laughed
“Why don’t we enjoy the meal? By the way,your mother prepared it himself” King Czar said
“Whoa!! Then Adrian is missing alot” Delilah said
“Absolutely” King Czar agreed
“You all don’t have to talk behind my prince,I sent the maids to give him already” Queen Reina said
“Gosh,mother is really partial about this. I’m sure she would not do that if it was me” Delilah said
“You can take care of yourself lady,but your brother need a lot of care. He’s still a kid” Queen Reina says
“A kid who is almost twenty?” Delilah scoffed
“Wow,that reminds me. Brother’s birthday is coming” Angela smiled
“That’s right,we need a perfect plan” King Czar said
“Agreed father” Delilah winked at him

NEXT MORNING**
PRINCE ADRIAN’S MANSION**
“Gosh when will the food get here?” Adrian muttered pacing round the living room,his two hands tucked into his pockets.
His tummy made a loud sound and he gr–ned.
The food the queen sent last night would have been available if only he didn’t share it with the guards
“I should stop being nice at some points,now I’m dying” He muttered and held his tummy
He suddenly heard the door alarm
“Finally” He muttered and ran to the door,he opened it immediately and Jewel’s face came into view
“You again!” Adrian shouted
Meanwhile,Jewel seems shocked because his face suddenly look familiar to the guy in the billboard
‘But…this guy is not a prince right? If he is then….I’m dead’ she thought inwardly
“What are you waiting for? The food” Adrian said
“Oh yeah” Jewel entered and dropped the food on the table
Adrian sat down without waiting and started unpacking the food
“You look hungry” Jewel said
“I am really hungry,maybe I should just bring a maid here” Adrian replied
“But who the h*ll order for meat alone? For breakfast?” Jewel scoffed
“I love meat” Adrian muttered
“More reason why I will keep calling you a wolf” She roll her eyes and brought out the signing book
“I’m definitely going to finish this before I sign that” Adrian muttered and cut a huge part of the fried meat,he put it into his mouth with his eyes closed but suddenly spit it out
“What the h*ll!” Jewel shouted
“Are you planning to kill me!” Adrian shouted and wipe his l-ips
“What’s wrong? What do you mean?” Jewel asked in confusion
“Just have a taste of it and see what I’m talking about”
Jewel nodded and took a little bite,she chewed it
“Delicious” she turned back to Adrian
“Deli..Delicious?” Adrian stammered
“Of course,what’s wrong with it?”
“It’s too spicy!” Adrian yelled
“What? Spicy?” Jewel asked to be sure of what she heard
“Of course,gosh,my tongue is burning” Adrian said blowing air into his mouth with his hand
Jewel bursted into a loud laughter
“What’s funny?” Adrian frowned
“Everything,so you mean,you don’t eat spicy foods?” She asked
“No I don’t,why?” Adrian asked
“What exactly are you?” Jewel chuckled
Adrian’s tummy made a sound
“Oh no…I’m hungry” he gr–ned and held his tummy
“So you mean,you won’t eat this?”
“I’m not tolerant to spicy food,” Adrian muttered
“So should I throw it out?” Jewels asked
“You can have it” Adrian said
“What about you?”
“Can you cook?” Adrian asked and she frowned
“You want me to cook for you?” She asked angrily
“I will pay you” Adrian said and she became calm
“Really? How much?”
“Any amount you want,just..cook something” Adrian said
Jewel thought for a while
“Two Hundred dollars?” She asked
“What?! Just to cook for few minutes?!” Adrian shouted
“I guess you’re not hungry” Jewel scoffed and started walking toward the door
“Fine fine…I will pay you that” Adrian said and she turned immediately
“Really?”
Adrian nodded and stood up
“Come with me” He said and Jewel followed followed him
‘Is he staying here alone? Is he an orphan?’ Jewel thought staring at the house as they walked,it’s really huge
“Here” Adrian said when they entered the kitchen
“What do you want me to cook?” Jewel asked
“There’s only noodles in the house” Adrian scoffed
“What? So you mean,you can’t prepare noodles?” Jewel asked
“Do I have to?” Adrian asked and took a fruit in the fridge before sitting on the kitchen table
Jewel shook her head
“Should I teach you?” She asked
“How to cook?” Adrian asked
“Yes,but your money will increase to three hundred dollars” Jewel said putting on the gloves
“What?! I thought you don’t like money but turns out that I am wrong” Adrian said
“Who said I don’t like money? I only rejected your Luna’s money because she looked down on me” Jewel said
“Stop calling her my Luna” Adrian scoffed
“Are you in or not? Three hundred dollars and I will teach you”
“Hey,do you think I’m the president or something? I’m a student,a damn student” Adrian said
“Okay,forget about teaching. I will just prepare the noodles and you will pay me my money”
“I know,stop talking and cook before I die” Adrian said
Jewel chuckled and started
Adrian watched her every step
“I should have sent you out,you’re learning by watching me” Jewel faced him
She stood still,staring at him
‘The more i look at him,the more he look even familiar’ she thought
“By the way,do you know who the crown prince of Elite Is?” She asked
Adrian was surprised for a while,does that mean he doesn’t even know him for real?
“No I don’t,why?” He asked
“Just…you look so much like him. I heard his name is Adrian or something,but I was right,you can’t be the one,He’s really handsome” Jewel said and Adrian scoffed
“Are you kidding me? What do you mean by he’s handsome? I’m handsome too,I’m even more handsome” Adrian said
Jewel started laughing
“What’s funny?” Adrian asked
“I guess you’re dreaming,you? Handsome? Gosh stop making me laugh” Jewel said
“Am I not handsome?” Adrian raised his brows
“You’re far from being called handsome,you’re a wolf” Jewel said
“Seriously? Do you like the crown prince?” Adrian asked
“I think I do,what do you think?” Jewel teased
“Are you his type? I heard the crown prince is a pervert” Adrian smirked
“I’m pretty” Jewel said
“Pretty my foot,you’re a fox” Adrian scoffed and Jewel shot him a glare
They suddenly smelled something burning and started inhaling the air
“The noodles!!!” They both shouted and Jewel turned off the cooker,she opened the pot and her eyes w¡dened
The noodles is totally burnt,
She faced Adrian and he let out a silly laugh which turned into tears immediately
“I’m going to die!” He shouted
Jewel covered her mouth with her palms to prevent her laughter
“I’m going to make you another one…” She said
“No!! I will eat it like that” Adrian said
“But it’s…..”
“I will manage it okay?” Adrian said and took a fork,he started eating the half burnt noodles
“Are you sure you’re okay with it?” Jewel asked
“It’s delicious” Adrian smiled
“Gosh,what type of freak is he?” Jewel muttered and went out
She returned with the fried meat and also started eating it,,after eating. She got up
“My money” She requested and Adrian drank water a little,he wipe his l-ips and faced her
“Which money?” He asked
Jewel let out a wicked grin
“I cooked for you,we agreed on two hundred dollars” She said opening her palm
“Two hundred dollars for this burnt offering? Huh?” Adrian scoffed
“Really?” Jewel asked with a smile
“If you want money then prepare something more eatable” Adrian said walking out while waving his hand
Jewel rushed after him and grabbed his hand,she used her taekwondo fighting skill and throw him across her shoulder
Adrian landed on the floor
“Aghh” he gr–ned touching his back
Jewel exhaled
“Are you crazy?!” Adrian yelled after he managed to sit up on the floor
“Where is my money!! Should I just….” She moved closer
“I will give you your money okay?” Adrian stopped her and she smiled
“Good boy” She said and helped him up
“F**k,my back” Adrian whined
“You should have just cooperated” Jewel muttered
“Here” Adrian handed her the money and she grinned
“Now you’re talking,thank you White wolf” Jewel said and walked out of the house
Adrian chuckled but suddenly winced when he felt a pain in his back
“Gosh” he mumbled
