TITLE: ROBIN

EPISODE 14
***********************************
***********************************
Robin had chosen a long, red strapless dress
for the party, it had a small slit up the one
side and wore her hair down. She put on the
crystal necklace and earrings that she found
in the tin box, after cleaning them they
shone. Sitting and applying her make-up at
what she now knew was a make-up table. Her
fingers played nervously with her necklace as
she looked in the mirror. She was scared to
death about this party. Everyone here would
be wealthy and well breed, and she was
uneducated and poor. If they were anything
like Grazia and Eleonora she would feel so
out of place and made to feel like dirt. A
knock startled her and she stood just as the
door open and Luca walked in, wearing a
black tux and looking like a God.
She swallowed the lump that suddenly
appeared when his eyes moved over her. “Is
this dress alright?” He said nothing, just
stared, she couldn’t tell what he was thinking,
his face held no expression. “Luca, what do
you think of this dress?”
“I think you should take it off,” he said,
running his right thumb over his bottom lip.
Her heart sank, she thought for sure he’d like
this dress, he had once told her he liked that
color on her. “You don’t like it?” she asked.
“OH, I like it. You look absolutely gorgeous in
it. It shows off your curves, very s£xy.”
“Then why do you want me to take it off?”
Moving swiftly he pulled her into his arms,
his mouth going to her neck and taking in her
scent he groans. She smelled like freshly cut
roses, sweet, her body underneath his hands
warm and he got so hard it hurt. “You so
fvcken beautiful I’m afraid I’ll end up tearing
it off you and take you over to your bed. I
don’t think I can wait another two weeks.”
Moving his head he put his hand around her
neck, bringing his mouth down on hers.
Pushing her up against the wall, with his
mouth on hers his other hand went up under
the slit of her dress, moving up to the silk
panties she wore. But then he cursed when
there was a loud knock at the door and he
heard Filippo yell out.
“Luca, I know you’re in there. The guests have
arrived and are asking for you.”
Letting go of Robin, the palms of his hands
on the wall, trapping her between his arms
he shouts out. “We’ll be right down.” Smiling
at Robin. “The men will be all over you like
bees to honey. You belong to me, remember
that.” Taking her hand and draping it over his
arm led her out and down the stairs to greet
their guest.
He knew she was nervous by the way her
hand was trembling. “You’ve no need to be
worried.”
“I can’t help it. These people are rich and
sophisticated, everything I’m not.”
“Stop putting yourself down. You are every
bit as good as they are, you’re smart,
beautiful and have a charm about you that
they will be drawn to. I will be by your side
the whole time. If you have a problem let me
know.”
Grabbing a glass of champagne for himself
and a non-alcoholic drink for Robin he
introduced her around. Though they were
polite she knew they were staring and
whispering about her behind her back. She
felt Grazia and Eleonora’s eyes following her,
it felt like she was under a microscope and if
it weren’t for Luca holding onto her she
would have fled.
Later on, Luca stopped a conversation he was
having with an elderly couple, saying he was
going to have a dance with Robin. She placed
her hand on his shoulder, the other one in his
hand and stood the required distance between
them. She gasped when he pulled her close
against him, their bodies touching.
“Luca, what are you doing? I’m keeping the
space you taught me.”
“That is for when you are dancing with
another man, but with me, you will be this
close. We are after all getting married.”
“If I were to dance with another this close
then what?” She felt her temper rising, he
was so possessive.
“Then I would have to destroy him. You are
mine and no other will have you.” He ran his
finger along her jawline, his eyes darkened,
letting her know he was serious. He felt
irritated when Filippo tapped him on the
shoulder.
“Luca, you have been hogging Robin for
hours now, give some of us a chance to
dance with her before the night ends.”
He smiled at Robin. “I guess I have been
selfish all night, enjoy yourself.” Kissing her
cheek he left her in Filippo’s arms.
“You look lovely my dear, are you having a
good time?”
“I feel a little out of place,” she answered.
“You will have to get over that, being Luca’s
wife you’ll have to attend many functions.
Are you sure you want to go through with
marrying him?”
“Why would you ask me that? why wouldn’t
I?”
“Luca is a complicated man, he has a
reputation with the ladies. You are young and
navie, it is only a matter of time before he
takes a mistress. How are you going to
handle that? he is also a very possessive
man. What’s his is his, he will not share you
with another man, can you live that way?”
“I don’t think Luca will do that to me. Once we
are married I’ll give him what he needs, there
will be no reason for him to go outside the
marriage for s£x.” Yet the doubt crept into
her head, would he be faithful or seek the
warmth of another body? If he were to she
would leave him, she will never share him.
“You don’t have to marry him.”
“What?” she looked at him, eye to eye.
“I’m saying if you don’t want to go through
with it, he will not force you.” He saw the way
her eyes glistened and it struck him, she was
in love with Luca. “You want to marry him
because you’ve fallen in love. Oh you poor
child, you will get your heart broken.”
Luca was standing with Grazia, listening to
her bitch about him marrying Robin instead
of Eleonora. He pretended not to listen as
and if on cue the woman walked over to
them.
“Luca, you’ve been avoiding me all night,”
Eleonora said, touching his tie and leaning in
close, so close that her wine glass tipped
over, spilling her red wine all over his shirt.
“Oh my God, I’m so sorry Luca.” Looking at
Grazia she winked as he stared angrily down
at his ruined shirt.
“Eleonora, how terribly clumsy of you,” Grazia
spat. “Luca you must go up and change, you
can not walk around looking this way.”
Staring angrily at Eleonora he hissed. “Be
more careful in the future. Excuse me while I
go change.”
“Well played Eleonora, now follow him up
and do whatever it takes to get him into bed.”
“Leave it to me, just give me some time
before you send that bitch up. Once she
walks in and sees us fvcking she’ll never
agree to marry him.”
Luca went into his room, taking off his
jacket, tie and shirt tossed it into the
wastebasket. Going into the bathroom washes
his chest to get the smell off. There was no
way it was an accident, she did it on purpose,
but why he wondered. His question was
answered when he returned to the bedroom
and saw Eleonora sitting on the edge of the
bed.
“Get the fvck out he snapped at her.”
She rose when he got close. “I am sorry
Luca.”
“Like hell you are. I don’t know what game
you think you are playing but it’s not going to
work.”
“Ok, you’re right, I’m not sorry. I wanted to
get you alone, to tell you that we belong
together. Don’t you remember how it was
between us? those two days we spent making
love. We should be the ones getting married,
not you and Robin. That girl is all wrong for
you, she has no class, she is just poor trash.”
“We never made love, we only fvcked. Having
s£x with you was boring, you were like ice,
no warmth, no feeling. You were the worst
lay I’ve ever had and the biggest mistake I
made. Now get out of my room before I
throw you out.”
Instead of leaving she moved closer, her one
hand went to his chest, rubbing his n!pole
and the other hand cupped his crotch. “fvck
me, Luca, one more time and let me prove to
you that I can be better. I will suck your cock
till you cvm, screaming my name. I promise
you won’t regret it.”
He looked at her, placed his hand over hers.
**************************
Robin looked around for Luca but couldn’t
see him. He had promised he stay by her side
the whole time, but he was nowhere in sight.
People were talking to her but she was
finding it hard to keep up with them. They
were talking finances and business, she knew
nothing about neither and was becoming
anxious. When Grazia showed up and pulled
her over to the side she was almost grateful.
“Robin dear, Luca has gone to his room and
there’s someone who wishes to talk with him.
Would you be a dear and go up and bring
him down? I would do it myself but I’m really
busy right now.”
Grazia was being too nice, making her
suspicious. “Why did he go upstairs?”
“I don’t know, what he does is none of my
business. Please Robin, enough with the
questions, will you go get him or not?”
It was strange that Grazia asked her and not
one of the help. “I’ll go,” she answered, and
was happy to get away from all these
people. ********************************
Luca removed Eleonora’s hand from his
chest, holding her wrist. “By the feel of my
d!ck you can tell you are not turning me on,
remove your hand.” When she did he grabbed
her shoulder roughly. “If you try this again I
will throw you out of my home. I will marry
Robin and I can tell you this, she is all
woman and just looking at her gets me hard,
unlike you. Now leave my room immediately.
Their heads turned towards the door when it
open and Robin walked in. He saw the hurt in
her eyes when she saw them together, he
quickly dropped his hands from Eleonora’s
shoulders.
“How could you,” Robin cried out, turning she
ran. Going into her room she closed it and
turned the lock, tears fell from her eyes.
Hearing Luca’s voice and the pounding on the
door she yelled at him to leave her alone.
“I’m not leaving till you open this door and let
me explain.”
“You don’t have to explain. I know what was
going on, you were about to sleep with her. I
hate you and the wedding is off.” She
screamed through the door.
“Open this fvcken door before I break it
down.”
Moments later it open, her tear stained face
glared angrily at him, her eyes showed hurt
and hate. “We have nothing to talk about, go
back to her and finish what you started.”
“I have something to say.” Slamming the door
shut behind him he grabbed her.
With so much force she shoved him,
surprising him with her strength. “Don’t you
dare touch me, I will not be treated this way
by you or anyone else ever again. I know
what you two were doing, God, you can’t even
wait.” She backed away when she saw the
fury in his eyes and grabbed her, only adding
to her own fury.

EPISODE 15
***********************************
***********************************
“Get your hands off me you disgusting pig,”
she hissed at him and felt his brute force
when he pushed her up against the wall, his
hands still on her arms.
“I have something to say, and you will listen
to me. I was not going to sleep with her.”
“I saw you, Luca, you were half [email protected] and
had your hands on her.” She tried to look
away but he grabbed her face.
“I went to my room to change my shirt,
Eleonora spilled red wine on it. I couldn’t
very well walk around the rest of the night
like that.”
“So you took her up there with you, oh
please, I’m not a fool.”
“Shit woman, will you shut that beautiful
mouth of yours and let me finish. I didn’t
even know she was there until I walked out
of the bathroom. She came on to me, wanted
s£x but I refused her. My hands were on her
because I was pushing her away, that’s when
you walked in.”
“I want to believe you Luca, but you said it
yourself. You said you didn’t think you could
wait till we married to have s£x,” she
sniffled.
Oh my sweet baby bird, I meant that. But I
meant it about you, I don’t want another. Why
would I want another when I have you to look
forward to? I want you to tell me you believe
me.”
“She is so beautiful and would be more
suitable as your wife. Eleonora is
sophisticated and educated and classy and-“
Her words were cut off when Luca covered
her mouth with his, taking her breath away.
“Tell me you believe me,” he said, leaving her
mouth so she could speak.
“I won’t marry you if you take a mistress.”
If I promise this will you keep me happy in
and out of the bedroom?”
“Yes, I’ll try.” She meant what she told him,
wanting to be the perfect wife for him she
would read on how to please a man.”
“I know you will, I can tell. Now answer my
other question, do you believe me about
Eleonora and will you trust me?”
Tracing his chest with her fingers she placed
her lips there, planting soft kisses. “Take me
to bed Luca, now.” She could feel his heart
hammering inside his chest and heard the
sharp intake of his breath when she licked
his n!pole.
“Stop Robin, you are making me insane with
wanting you.” He moved back. “Freshen up
and I’ll finish getting dressed, we have guests
waiting for us.”
“Do I have to go back down there? I hate that
woman and she will only make me feel bad.”
“She will be gone tomorrow,” he said,
planting his lips on her neck.
“You can’t do that. If you do Grazia will hate
me more than she already does.” A m0an
escaped her mouth when he moved down to
her collarbone. The heat from his mouth on
her flesh made her weak, she was putty in
his hands and he knew it.
“I don’t want that woman in my house, she
has caused you pain and I will not allow her
to continue to do so. She and Grazia are two
conniving witches and God only knows what
plan they’ll hatch up next.” Tearing away he
kissed her cheek. “I will return in a few
minutes for you.”
Robin let out a deep breath, she felt much
better and believed him with all her heart.
She would prove to everyone that she could
make Luca a good wife, she’d show them all.
Downstairs Grazia and Eleonora huddled
together in a corner of the enormous room
where many were gathered, drinking and
mingling.
“Well so much for that plan, your cousin is
so infatuated with that girl he wouldn’t cave
in,” Eleonora said bitterly.
Grazia knocked back her drink. “It looks as
though the marriage will take place. All I can
do now is try and make peace with the little
bitch so she won’t talk Luca into throwing me
out. If only he would marry you I’d never
have to worry.”
“So you’re giving up, just like that.” Eleonora
snapped, angry with her for giving up. Well,
she had no plans of giving up.
Luca held Robin’s hand as they mingled with
the guests, she felt better now and with him
by her side she felt secure. But it bothered
her that the women went out of their way to
be near him, shamelessly flirting with him.
Jealousy coursed through her veins, this was
another new emotion she wasn’t sure how to
handle. Whenever she looked towards
Eleonora her anger flared, making it worst
when she looked back, a wicked smirk
plastered on her face.
This going on for some time she’d had
enough. Slipping away from Luca she walked
over to where Eleonora was talking to
another woman, they kept staring at her and
would giggle. “If you have something to say
about me say it to my face,” she hissed at
Eleonora.
“Go back to your master sweetheart,” she
said, laughing.
“How dare you talk to me that way, and after
you tried to seduce Luca right under my nose,
he doesn’t want you so back off.”
“Oh sweetheart, if you hadn’t shown up we
would have made love.” Eleonora turned to
the other woman. “Did I tell you Luca bought
her. That’s right, paid her uncle money like
one would do for a common whore.” She
looked back at Robin. “Face it dear, you are
just his paid whore.”
Feeling eyes watching her and having heard
what was said she felt humiliated. Without
thinking of where she was and who all was
there she slapped Eleonora hard across the
face. People stopped talking to watch. “You
bitch,” she snapped.
Eleonora touched her cheek, her eyes blazing
with fury shoved Robin, knocking her into an
elderly woman who dropped her drink.
Robin charged at her, grabbing her hair and
throwing her down on the floor. They both
started hitting and ripping at the other one’s
dress. Hearing the commotion Luca rushed
into the room and saw them wrestling on the
ground. It looked like Eleonora was getting
the worst of it when Luca wrapped his arms
around Robin’s waist and pulled her off the
other woman.
“Robin, stop it this instance, how dare you
behave this way in front of my guests.” He
had never been this angry or embarrassed in
his whole life. “Go to your room.”
“But Luca.”
He held up his hands. “I said go, I’ll deal with
you later after I apologize to my guests.”
For a moment she stood staring at him in
shock. It hurt her to the core that he wouldn’t
let her explain, but worst of all he acted as
though she was all to blame. Tears stung her
eyes as she dashed out the room and past
the people who were all staring at her,
shaking their heads in disgust.
Reaching her room she sat down and cried.
Her feelings hurt and feeling embarrassed,
and Luca was so mad and she was sure he
wouldn’t want her now. Putting on her
nightgown got into bed, waiting for him to
come and tell her she was going back to her
uncle’s place. She jumped when there was a
knock at her door and Luca walked in.
“That was quite the scene you caused down
there,” he said, standing there looking down
at her before sitting on the bed, facing her.
Care to tell me what it was all about?”
“Why bother? you wouldn’t care, after all, it
must be my fault.”
“Tell me,” he ordered.
“Eleonora said in front of everyone that you
bought me and I was nothing but a whore.
How could you tell her? how could you do
that to me?” She broke down and cried,
feeling his arms going around her. “Everyone
knows you paid for me, they are wondering
why you want to marry me when you could
just keep me as your whore.”
Lifting her chin up he wiped away her tears.
“I’m so sorry my little bird, I did not tell her.
Grazia must have opened her mouth.”
“You were so mean to me in front of
everyone and you wouldn’t listen to me. That
is what hurt the most, not what she called me
but the way you treated me like a servant.
Take me back to my uncle and you’ll never
have to be embarrassed by me again.”
“You’re right, I was unfair to you and you’re
not going anywhere, least of all back to that
monster.”
“I’m never going to be the kind of wife you
want or need.”
“You are exactly what I want, I like how feisty
you are and the way you stick up for
yourself. I don’t want you to change.”
“Eleonora also said that if I hadn’t shown up
in your room you would have made love to
her.”
“She is a liar, don’t you know by now that I
only want you? that bitch will be gone by
tomorrow so you’ll never have to worry about
her again.” He drew her close, his mouth
going to hers he kissed her, his hands
pulling her closer, almost crushing her as
the kiss intensified. Lowering her down onto
her back he kicked off his shoes, climbing
into bed.
“Shouldn’t you be getting back to the party?”
she asked, putting a hand over his mouth.
“It is late and many have already left, I would
much rather be here with you.” Standing up
he removed his clothes except for the briefs.
“I am not going to make love to you, I only
want to sleep next to you and hold you in my
arms.” Laying down he pulled her into his
arms.
“I am sorry about the way I behaved. I’ve
never hit anyone in my whole life until
tonight,” Robin sniffed.
Luca let out a small laugh. “Eleonora
deserved it and more. We’ll be married soon
and I promise no one will ever disrespect you
again.” He didn’t try to kiss her again in case
he lost control. Knowing she was a virgin he
wanted to make her first time romantic and
not the results of make-up s£x while he was
under the influence of alcohol.
“Luca.”
“Yeah,” he answered, suddenly very tired.
“Do we have to have a big wedding? can’t you
take me somewhere to get married? just the
two of us.”
“The plans have already been made, and it
will hardly be a big wedding. Besides, I want
to show off my beautiful bride. That reminds
me, we have to decide where to honeymoon.”
“We don’t have to go anywhere. I mean, I’ve
lived in Rome since I was five and have
never seen any of it. You could show me
around.”
“Is this what you want?” asking as he ran his
finger along her chin.
She nods her head.
“Then that’s what we’ll do. But I will take you
to the finest hotel to stay, from there I will
show you the sights. Now sleep, I can not
keep my eyes open much longer.”
Reaching up she kissed him, the words I love
you almost slipped out but she bit her
tongue. She knew he wouldn’t like to hear
that since he didn’t believe in love. Laying in
his arms she wished he would someday say
those words to her. She knew he cared for
her, had lust and desire for her but would he
ever love her? if not then she could only
pray that her love for him would be strong
enough to keep them together. “Goodnight
Luca,” she said in a whisper since he had
fallen asleep.
Grazia knocked back her drink. “It looks as
though the marriage will take place. All I can
do now is try and make peace with the little
bitch so she won’t talk Luca into throwing me

EPISODE 16
***********************************
***********************************
The sun had just begun to rise when Eleonora
entered the den. It was dark except for a
candle burning. She could only see the
shadow of the person sitting in the
overstuffed leather chair.
“I’m leaving now, Luca warned me that I
better be gone before he woke. Can you not
do something?”
“What do you think I can do?” the shadow
snapped.
“Talk to him, get him to let me stay,” she
cried out.
“He won’t listen to me, you should know that
by now. I did what I could from putting that
grease on the step to placing the spider in
her bed, not to mention locking her in that
room. If you had played your part in the plan
better it would be the girl leaving and not
you.”
“I did everything I could to get the bastard
into bed. He was able to convince her it was
all my doing,” she said, raising her voice.
“But did you have to say what you did to her
about Luca paying for her and for calling her
a whore? If you had kept your mouth shut
you would still be allowed to stay here, so
this plan is out.”
Eleonora hung her head, knowing she had
gone too far. But hell, getting that slap
pissed her off and she lashed out without
thinking. “So what do we do now?”
“Plan B.”
“Plan B, shit, that could take months, years
even,” she growled through gritted teeth.
“Be patience, Eleonora. So it will take longer
than we hoped, with luck in a year from now
this will be all ours.”
“What? so I have to sit around in my dingy
apartment waiting while you still live here in
the lap of luxury. What happens if Plan B
doesn’t work? What if Luca doesn’t want a
child right away or she’s on the pill? or
maybe she will be unable to bear a child?”
“Luca is a man, he will want an heir to pass
his wealth down to. If she is on the pill I will
switch them to something else and Robin is
young, I see no reason why she can’t get
pregnant.”
“If this plan of yours works will you still go
through with all of it?”
“Yes, now you best be going before Luca
wakes up. I’ll call and keep you up to date on
how everything is going.”
“I’m going, but in the meantime keep trying to
get rid of her. The wedding is in a few days
and I don’t want to wait a year.” Eleonora
walked out, her body shook with anger.
**************
Robin laid on her side, watching Luca as he
slept. She liked looking at him, his arms
strong and muscular chest so hard and
toned. It boggled her mind that a man so
wealthy and handsome wanted her, much less
marry her. He had kicked the covers off him
and her eyes traveled down to the black
briefs he wore. She stared at the bulge that
was covered by the material of his briefs and
wondered what it looked like, she knew how it
felt from when he had laid on top of her and
it pressed against her. It was hard and she
could have sworn it moved.
“Morning,” he said and smiled when he saw
where she was looking.
A small gasp slipped through her lips when
she realized he caught her staring at his
crotch. So laying on her back she stared up
at the ceiling, her face turning a crimson red.
“Morning,” she answered timidly.
“You do not have to be embarrassed by
checking me out. Have you ever seen a man’s
cock?”
Robin’s pulse started racing and she felt the
sweat forming on her forehead. “No,” she
answered, still looking up at the ceiling.
“Do you want to touch it?”
She was horrified at that very thought. “No.”
Taking her hand he placed it on his crotch,
but over the material and when she tried to
pull away he clamped his hand over hers.
“Can you feel that? see how it grows and
becomes hard by your touch, this is the
effect you have on me. Would you like to see
it?”
She pulled her hand away forcefully. “Stop,
you’re being crude,” she cried out.
“You have to see it at some point.” Seeing her
bottom lip quiver he knew she was nervous.
“I do not understand you. You have been
wanting me to make love to you but you
refuse to look at my manhood.”
“I’m-I’m just not ready.” It was true, she
wanted him to make love to her but why on
earth did she have to look at it.
“Ok my little bird, but soon, when I am your
husband you will look at me, all of me.”
Turning her face he kissed her lightly on the
lips.
“I’m sorry about last night Luca. I will try
harder to be more of a lady.”
“It is I that needs to apologize to you. I
should have known Eleonora provoked you
and I should not have treated you the way I
did in front of our guests.” Pulling her into
his arms traced her lips with his finger. “I
hope you can forgive me.”
When he smiled at her in that special way he
had she could never refuse him anything.
“Yes, Luca.”
He replaced his finger with his lips, she
tasted so good, no trace of morning breath.
Her soft lips moved with his and she ran her
hands along the back of his neck and
through his hair. Laying her flat on her back
he climbed on top, his kiss deepens as his
one hand cupped her [email protected] through the
material of her nightgown. Her n!poles grew
hard and er£ct. Wanting to taste them he slid
the strap down over her shoulder. His mouth
moved down her neck, leaving w€t kisses in
its path as he made his way down her
collarbone and reaching the [email protected] flicked
his tongue over the n!pole before wrapping
his mouth around it. His hand stroking her
leg as he moved it up her gown and between
her thighs.
“Oh Luca,” she m0aned, arching her back as
he sucked and licked the n!pole and his
fingers moving inside her. She could feel his
hardness pressing into her and she felt a
prickle of anticipation, so sure he was going
to take her virginity now. She cried out when
he moved to the other [email protected] and she felt the
pool of w€tness flowing when she had an
orgasm. “Make love to me Luca.”
“Soon my little bird, be patient.” Getting up he
stood there looking down at Robin, her
cheeks flushed and chest moving rapidly. As
much as he wanted to be inside her it still
gave him great pleasure to see how she
reacted to having an orgasm. “Shower and
change, I will take you to an outdoor cafe in
the city for lunch, an early lunch since we
missed breakfast.”
Irritated that he once again refused to make
love to her she grunted and threw a pillow at
his back when he turned to leave. Showering
she wished she had someone to talk to about
how to seduce a man, knowing Grazia was
the last person she could go to.
Luca drove them into the city, stopping at a
quaint little cafe and asked for a table
outside. He took her hand, knowing she was
still angry with him he kissed her fingers,
one at a time. “Do not be angry, little bird. On
our wedding night, I will make the wait worth
your while.” When she still wouldn’t talk he
dropped her hand. “Do you think it is easy for
me to stop when all I want to do is take you,
to fill you with my manhood and hear you
scream my name?”
“I’m sorry Luca, it’s just that I’ve never felt
this way before. I’m insecure and worried you
may not want me if after s£x, that you’ll find
me to be boring and I can’t satisfy you.”
“I don’t see that happening. I can already tell
how you will be, and just seeing you cvm
while I play inside you is very satisfying.”
After eating they took their dessert with them
and went to the water side. Sitting down on a
blanket he bought as they walked through the
market they chowed down on the Boston
Cream pie, using the plastic forks. “Tell me
more about your life before I found you.”
“There’s nothing to tell,” she said, avoiding
his eyes that were watching her intensity.
“Tell me about the abuse, your cousins, did
they also hurt you?”
“No, they never laid a hand on me, but they
also never tried to stop their father when he
dragged me outside and left me chained to
the fence overnight.” She stopped talking
when she saw the horrified look on his face,
she had said too much.
“My God, why did he do that?” he asked. His
face turning red and his eyebrows drew
together.
“I dared to say no to him, he was teaching
me a lesson.” Tears fell when she thought
back to that night of horror. It was dark and
raining, she could hear the coyote’s close by
and feared they’d come down from the
mountain and kill her. From that night on she
never talked back, didn’t talk at all. “They say
what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, but
I don’t believe that. Sometimes I felt so weak
and wanted to give up, I still do.”
Cupping her head pulled her close. “Never
say that Robin, you are the strongest woman I
know, so full of spunk and life. Thanks for
sharing that with me.”
“I don’t want your pity, Luca,” she said when
she saw it in his eyes.
Seeing the fire in her eyes he knew she
meant it, so pulling her closer kissed her. He
only stopped when they both needed to
breathe. “Let’s take a walk through the
square, they have everything from baked
goods to clothing.” Taking her hand they
walked back to where all the vendors had
their booths set up.
His heart went out to her, so young and yet
she had been through so much. He decided
to make it his mission to help her forget the
past and to see that her future was bright
and happy. It was then that he decided he
would be a good and faithful husband to her,
knowing her heart was fragile and could
easily be broken. Again he had to wonder
why he felt this way for her, was it a sense
of loyalty or was it possible he was falling in
love with her just as Filippo had said.
They walked through the square stopping to
check out the goods, tasting samples of the
baked goods that were offered. He was
happy to see her smiling, her face lit up and
eyes sparkled. She kept her hand in his,
squeezing it when she saw something that
excited her. Later they dined at a little
restaurant and for the first time she tried
lobster but refused to eat the caviar.
It was late when they returned home and he
gave her a kiss goodnight at her door. Telling
her there would be no more sleeping
together until they were married. He didn’t
want to risk spoiling their wedding night by
making love to her before then.

EPISODE 17
***********************************
***********************************
Robin sat in the garden the following day
with her sketch pad, drawing. Luca had
business in town and wouldn’t return till later,
already she was missing him. From the
corner of her eye, she saw Grazia walking
towards her, carrying two glasses. Shielding
her eyes from the sun with her hand she
looked up as Grazia handed her a drink.
“I saw you out here and since it is so hot I
thought you might like a cold drink, Ice Tea,”
she said and sat down on a chair next to her.
Robin studied the glass, wondering if she
should drink it. “Hum-thank you.”
“It’s ok, I didn’t poison it,” Grazia said with
some humor. “What are you doing?”
“Sketching,” Robin answered.
“May I have a look?” Grazia asked, holding
out her hand.
Robin frowned, it was so unlike the other
woman to be in the same area with her and
not say something insulting.
“This is really quite good, you have a talent,”
she said and handed it back to Robin.
“Why are you being nice to me?”
Grazia sighed, fanning herself with the small
fan she brought out with her. “Luca is going
to marry you no matter what I say. I figure I
might as well get used to it and try to make
amends. After all, we’ll be living under the
same roof together.”
“Ok, well thanks for the Ice Tea.”
Filippo came out at that moment and saw the
two women talking, something he never
thought he’d see. “Hello, ladies, nice to see
you both getting along.”
“Did you know Robin could draw, she’s very
good,” Grazia said and pointed to the sketch
pad on her lap. “Show him, dear.”
A little shocked at being called dear by the
woman handed Filippo the drawing.
“This is very good,” he looks at Robin. ” Do
you do people?”
Robin nods.
“Perhaps you would draw me,” he smiled
warmly at her.
“If you want me to.”
“Of course he does, but it will have to be
after the wedding. There are many details to
finish in just a few days. Now if you’ll excuse
me I have things to attend to,” Grazia said and
rising left the two alone.
“That was so weird,” Robin commented.
“What’s that?” Filippo asked.
“Grazia, being nice to me when I know she
hates my guts.”
Filippo laughed. “Surely you must know why.”
“No, I can’t imagine.”
He stole a glance at her legs and looking
away wiped his mouth. “She knows Luca is
going to marry you and so she wants to get
on your good side so that you won’t have him
toss her out.”
“I would never do that,” she cried out.
“I believe you wouldn’t, you have a kind heart.
Say, how about we go for a swim seeing it’s
such a beautiful day.”
“I don’t know,” she hesitated.
“You do have a bathing suit, don’t you?”
“Yes, Luca bought me several.” She thought
about it for a moment and figured there
would be no harm in it. “Ok, I’ll go change
and be right back.
Twenty minutes later she joined Filippo in the
pool wearing a one-piece bathing suit, the
others were bikini’s and she thought were too
revealing. When she grew tired of swimming
she sat on the edge of the pool and watched
Filippo swim. He was an excellent swimmer
and went he too had his fill sat next to
Robin.
“Luca is a very lucky man, you are really
beautiful.”
She blushed, she was not used to men saying
these things to her. When he moved closer
she discreetly shifted further away from him.
“Tell me about Luca.”
“What would you like to know?”
“Anything,” she shifted her eyes away from
him.
“Ok, let’s see, well as you know he has a
temper, especially if he doesn’t get what he
wants. The meaner he becomes the more
women want him. Is he mean to you?” he
asked looking at her.
“No, he’s good to me, sweet.”
Filippo laughed. “Sweet, that doesn’t sound
like Luca. You must have cast a spell on
him.” His eyes roamed over her and he
smiled. “But I can understand why he treats
you so, there is something special about
you.”
Robin felt somewhat uncomfortable when he
leaned over, his shoulder touching hers. “I
should go change before Luca returns.”
“Yes, you should go get dressed.” Luca
barked and the two turned to look at him,
they hadn’t heard him approaching.
“You’re home,” Robin says, smiling she
stands up.
Luca grabbed a towel and wrapped it around
her, stroking her cheek in a loving gesture he
gave her a warm smile. “I couldn’t bear being
away from you for another minute. Go put
some clothes on. I need a private word with
Filippo.”
When she was gone he turned to the other
man. “Getting a little friendly with Robin
aren’t you?” His eyes narrowed when he
looked at Filippo.
“You think I would hit on her, right under
your roof. No Luca, I know better than to go
after what belongs to you.”
“I’m glad to hear that Filippo, and she is
mine, remember that.” Giving him one last
angry glare Luca walked away, heading
inside. Seeing how cozy the two were he
became jealous, an emotion he never felt
before. In no way did he blame Robin nor
was he mad at her. She being naive probably
didn’t realize Filippo was flirting.
Taking a shower and changing Robin went
down to the family room and found Luca
there alone, drinking. “Luca, is anything
wrong?” She noticed his jaw was twitching
and his lips firmly pressed together.
“Were you with Filippo all day?” he asked, an
icy tone in his voice.
“No, why do you ask?”
“I don’t like you spending so much time alone
with him.”
Walking up and putting her arms around his
neck, smiling. “Are you jealous of Filippo?”
He yanked her arms away, turned and poured
himself another drink. “Do not play that game
with me, Robin, I will not stand for it.”
Looking at her he raised the glass to his lips.
“In order to be jealous one would have to
have feelings for that person.” He swallowed
his drink, watching her reaction.
Robin was hurt and confused, wondering why
he was behaving this way. “You feel nothing
for me?” she asked, tears welling up in her
eyes. She waited for an answer and not
getting one she turned and fled the room.
Reaching her room closed the door and
flopping down on the bed crying, she was
crushed.
She sat up when she heard a knock on the
door and Luca walked in. “Get out, I don’t
want to see you,” she snapped.
Ignoring her he sat down next to her. “Robin,
I want to explain.”
“Don’t bother, you’ve made it clear how you
feel.”
“I was lying to you, but more to myself. I was
jealous when I saw you and Filippo by the
pool, you seem to be enjoying his company. I
didn’t like the way he was looking at you, he
had lust in his eyes.”
“Oh Luca, he was just being kind and keeping
me company until you returned. Filippo
knows I’m yours and he has no interest in
me.”
Shaking his head he reached over, pulling
her close, his eyes roamed over her face and
he spoke softly. “You are so innocent when it
comes to the opposite s£x, you can not see
when a man desire’s you.”
“I want no one but you Luca,” she said, her
eyes locked onto his.
“My feelings for you grow stronger every day.
I fear that if I fall for you, it will destroy
me.” His heart was hammering so hard he
found it hard to breathe. Never had he
expressed his feelings to another person,
much less a woman.
“How could falling for me destroy you?”
“Being in love makes you weak, vulnerable.
You, my beauty would have the power to
break my heart, leaving me a shattered and
broken man. No one would fear or respect
me.”
“Love is not like that, it would make you
stronger, a better person. Without love Luca
you have nothing,” she said, touching his
arm.
“What do you know about love Robin?” he
said angrily as he pushed her hand away and
stood up.
“I know I love you and how it makes me feel,”
she said, standing up. “When you are near my
heart skips a beat. And when you’re away my
heart aches from missing you.”
His eyes glazed over with tears when he
looked into her eyes that were filled with
love and admiration for him. “You love me?”
he repeated.
“I’m in love with you,” she said, her lips
quivered. “I think you love me too, though
you are too afraid to admit it.”
“I can not say it, Robin, as I don’t know that’s
what I’m feeling. Is it love or just
infatuation?”
Putting her arms around his neck she smiled
at him. “It is love, but I can wait until you are
ready to say the words.” She placed her lips
softly on his till he began to respond.
She ended up against the wall as his mouth
continued its attack on hers. She felt the
pounding of his heart against the pounding
of her own heart. His arousal was clear
when he pressed into her, breathing heavily
and his m0ans loud. “Love me, Luca,” she
cried out when he released her and sucked
on her neck.
He reached under her dress and felt inside
her panties that were damp. “You are so w€t
for me my little bird. Makes it hard for me to
stop, but I must,” he said as he removed his
hand.
“Don’t stop, I don’t want you too,” she
m0aned, pouting when he shook his head.
“Two more days and I will make you my wife
in every sense of the word. Now, change your
dampened panties and we’ll join the others
for dinner.”
Walking over to her dresser took out a pair
of pink silk panties while Luca leaned against
the door watching her. She deliberately lifted
her dress and slowly slid down the panties
she wore and tossed them his way.
Catching them held them to his nose,
watching her. He couldn’t stop from getting
turned on when she slowly pulled them up,
letting him get a glimpse of her. Smiling he
shook his head and turned away, she was
doing everything to entice him into breaking
his vow to wait until their wedding night.
Instead of leaving her panties in the room he
put them in his pocket, not sure why he did
that, it just felt like the thing to do.
Luca made no attempt to kiss her that night,
fearing he wouldn’t stop. The wedding was in
two days and Luca was busy clearing his
appointments. The castle was humming with
people setting up tables and arranging the
menu.
The night before the wedding he came to her
room as she was coming out of the shower
with only a towel wrapped around her.
“Luca, you shouldn’t be here.”
“Why not?”
“It’s a tradition that the groom doesn’t see the
bride before the wedding, that includes the
night before.”
“I’ve never believed in that silly tradition. I
won’t stay long, I just wanted to give you
something.” He hands her a black square
box. “Open it,” he says.
Opening it she stares at a pair of diamond
earrings and a diamond necklace. It was the
most beautiful thing she had ever seen.
“Luca, it’s lovely, but you shouldn’t have.”
“It’s a wedding gift and I hope you’ll wear
them tomorrow.”
“I will, and thank you.”
Taking her in his arms kissed her tenderly,
he didn’t dare kiss her passionately, not when
they were this close to waiting for her special
night. “Night, I’ll see you at the altar,” he said,
giving her a smile left the room.
