After school hours was over, Allison quickly went to meet with Gabriel who was with Sean. They were leaning on his car.

“Hey baby!” She said and drew her head closer to him for a kiss. He leaned forward and kissed her.

“How was class?” Gabriel asked.

“Well, terrible!” She rolled her eyes.

Gabriel gave a soft chuckle and stared at Sean. Sean rolled his eyes and walked into his car. He slammed the door hard and honked at them.

“Are you coming dude?” He asked.

“No, I’m just gonna spend the day with Allison!” He yelled as he wrapped his arms around her waist.

Sean sighed and drove away into the woods. He wouldn’t let his friend oppress him with his own girlfriend whereas he has his.

“So, your place tonight?” Allison asked.

“Anywhere is fine by me” he replied.

“Well, you’ll have to meet my parents on birthday and officially announce that you are my boyfriend” she said and touched his chest.

“Sounds cool… I’m scared already” Gabriel said, faking a shiver.

Allison slammed his arm.
“Silly, let’s go already” she said and walked with him.

Hazel was happy that Sean came back. She wrapped her arms and hugged him tight in front of everyone.
The other witches stared at them with disgust while some didn’t.

“They are staring” Sean whispered.

“Well, I don’t give a f*ck. No one likes me here” she said and pulled him into her chamber.

He threw his bag and sat on the bed.

“So, what first?” She asked.

“I’m starving. Why don’t I eat then I’ll…”
He said and brought out the paper that fell out from the old book.
“Explain what I’ve translated in this book” he added.

“Deal!” She giggled and left the room.
She came back few minutes and saw that Sean was bare chested.

“Thanks!” He said and started eating.
Hazel just stared at his chest as he ate slowly.

After he was done with the meal, Hazel laid on him, leaning her head on his chest as they both stared at the paper.
She was listening to what Sean was saying about the paper.

“It’s more about the Specie. It’s talking about their weakness and strength”

“That’s awesome. We’ve found something that can finally kill the Specie” she said and stared at Sean but he wasn’t smiling.

“I’m sorry. I almost forgot he’s your father” she said.

“It’s okay. Let me explain what it says” he said and brought his hands in front of her, explaining them to her.

“Aunt said it then, she was right. The sun is also their weakness. They lose their powers and identity when there’s sun” Hazel said.

“That’s really true. Anytime I get into any fight with my dad during the day time, he’s wound never heals quickly. But… Once it’s nightfall, it does” he said.

“Read on!” She said.

Sean held the book tight and continued translating everything.
“The second weakness is also woman’s… Tears.. what the fuck?!” He almost yelled.

Hazel chuckled.
“Woman’s tears?”

“I thought it was the woman herself” he said.

“I also did. Well, let’s move to their strength”he said.
“Their strength lies in the dark.. when it’s nightfall especially. They also get their strength when they control their mate, it gives them more power” he explained and stared at Hazel.
“This is crazy! Mom’s dad’s mate and… He gets his strength whenever he controls her”

“What does that even mean?” She asked.

Sean sighed.
“My father’s venom is in my mom’s blood. My dad can control him because that venom is still in her blood”

“Then, let her suck it out!”

“It’s not easy, that’s not how it works. While growing up, dad told me, for your mate’s venom to leave her, you have to die. That’s, if dad’s venom have to leave mom, dad have to die” he spoke softly.

“I just hope nothing bad happen to any of us, including you. I don’t want to lose the first person I ever love” she said.

“I’ll be fine” he said, touching her face.
She smiled and they continued reading the paper.

“Thanks for coming, you are welcome!” Jasper said with Josh as they both welcomed some guest into the house for Allison’s birthday.

“Awwn, so cute” they commented Josh’s cuteness. He just blushed and stared at his father.
Jasper chuckled softly and continued welcoming them in.

“Where’s Allison? The party will begin soon” Kylie said as she walked towards Jasper.

“I think she’s in her room” he said.

“Oh yeah!” She said and walked back into the house.

“Ah! Harder!” Allison moaned as Gabriel hit on her.

“Yes baby!” He replied and obeyed her.

Suddenly, the door flung wide open.
“Jeez! Mom!” Allison yelled as she sprung up. Gabriel shyly stood up and tucked in his d!ck.

“What’s going on here?” Kylie asked as she folded her arms, leaning on the wall.

“It’s nothing mom!” She said and rolled her eyes.
Kylie didn’t buy that. She walked closer to Gabriel and sniffed his mouth.

“Smells like the cherry lipgloss I got you” she said.

“Mo…”

“Leave Allison! You have guests waiting outside for you” she said, staring at her sideways.

Allison fummed and stormed out of the room.

Kylie moved closer to Gabriel who was already sweating profusely.

“You already know who I am, right?” She asked.
He quickly nodded.

“Good. You also know what Allison is?” She asked again and he nodded.

“Interesting! you are dating my daughter, huh?” She asked and he nodded for the third time.

“If you ever betray her or hurt her, I promise to kill you myself!” She growled and showed him her red eyes.

“Yes ma’am Kylie. I will never hurt not betray your daughter” he saluted in fear.

She moved away from him, smiling.
“It’s a deal then, you can leave!” She said.

Gabriel bowed and quickly left the room.
Kylie smirked and followed behind.

As Kylie walked down the stairs, she saw how her daughter blend in with her schoolmates.
She smiled and walked away.

Jasper saw Sean, coming down from his car with Hazel.
He furrowed his eyebrows and stared at Josh.

“Son! Go get some drinks now” he said and Josh ran into the house.

“Look who’s here, my long lost step son!” He said, slipping his hands into his pocket.

Sean sighed. Jasper was the least person he wanted to meet.
“Hey step dad” he greeted.

“Hi Jasper!” Hazel greeted.

“Hey Hazel, I see you two are together…”
“In love?” He added.

She smiled and raised her eyebrows.
“As you can see…” She said.

“Please step inside” he said, making way for them.

They both took some steps, walking towards the door.
“Not you Sean, we have some things to talk about” he said.

Sean sucked in his lips and gave Hazel a signal to go into the house. He turned and faced Jasper.

“According to Kylie, you will be moving into the house tomorrow, is that correct?”

“Yes I am, got a problem?” He asked.

“No, I don’t. Just wanted to tell you welcome in advance” he said and turned to welcome other visitors.

Sean scoffed and went into the house.

“Oh Hazel! Welcome! Where’s Sean?” Kylie asked.

“He’s.. oh, here he is” she said, smiling.

“Hi Mom!” He said, smiling.
Kylie hugged Sean.
“Welcome son!” She said.

“Why don’t you two grab a drink?” She asked and they walked away.

Kylie watched as the party went on for some hours.
Allison finally cut her cake and announced to everyone that Gabriel was her boyfriend.

Some where happy that they were both dating because she could finally stay away from Sean. While some weren’t happy because of they had a crush on Gabriel.

They just had to cheer even if it was fake.

“Hey Allison, I have a birthday gift for you” Allison heard an annoying voice. She turned and stared at who it was. The hottest girl in school and the cheerleader.

“What?” She asked, folding her hands.
Allison hated her ever since she warned her to stay away from Sean.

“Since you’ve stayed away from Sean and he will be mine soon. You can join the team” she said.

Allison smirked.
“Well, I’m not interested anymore. I’ve joined the female soccer team. I’m gonna play while you cheer for me”

“Well, goodluck with that. I have Sean to myself now!” She said and flung her hair to the back.

“I see, then who’s that hot chick sitting beside him. She looks so… Beautiful”

She turned and saw Sean with Hazel, they were both smiling as they chat.
“Who’s that b!tch?!” She fummed and walked towards them.
Allison gave a silent chuckle and watched from distance what’s gonna happen next.

“Sean? Who’s this?” She asked, appearing in front of them.

Sean furrowed his eyebrows.
“Who are you?” He asked.

“What?” She asked in return.
The music suddenly went off, all gaze were on them.

“Are you trying to deny me?” She asked.

Sean gave a simple smile.
“I don’t know who you are. Are you one of my father’s sl*t?”

“Woah!” Everyone groaned. That was hard to take in.

“Hey b!tch! Here’s a warning from me. Stay away from Sean! He’s mine!” She yelled.

Hazel stood up and sucked in her lips.
“Oh, what are you gonna do?” She asked.

“Woah!” They groaned again.

The cheerleader scoffed. She couldn’t take any of that anymore. She raised her hand, wanting to slap Hazel but she caught it and flung it to the back. Hazel twisted her hand to the back, whispering to her ear.

“You have no idea who I am. If you ever raised your rotten hand to me again, I’ll make sure to cut it off” she warned and licked her ear.

The cheerleader moved away from her and showed a pained face.
“Argh!” She groaned as she left the party.

Everyone cheered for Hazel as she sat with Sean.
Sean have a smile and kissed her forehead.

“You are irreplaceable!” He commented and she replied with a broad smile. No one knows how much those words mean to her. She just lowered her gaze, smiling.
