I pick up the phone and dial Richærd’s number and gave him a call.
Am gonna tell him everything am sure Judy will never let him know.
Is she for real, am sure she loves Richærd. As for the imposter he will get expose soon that am sure.
Richærd and Judy are destiny to be together.
I was already calling Richærd when someone yank the phone from my hand.
I arched a brow and saw it was Judy.
She gaze at the screen and then gaze at me with a frown.
” I thought i said no calling Richærd” she yelled and I rolled my eyes away.
” Am gonna tell Richærd that you’ve regain your lost memory ” I snapped seriously.

She sighed and came closer to me still holding the phone.
” I know how badly you wanna tell him about me regaining my memories, trust me I wanna do the same, but Brian is….
” What as the imposter Brian got to do with you let Richærd know ” I ch¡pped in and she frowned again.
I just don’t get it why she wanna keep such important news as a secret.
It on fair to Richærd.

” Why are you calling Brian an imposter. Kim you’re only a teen you should be saying what you don’t even understand ” she struggled.
” Yea, a teen that is able to see what right and wrong. Am gonna tell Richærd and there is nothing you can do to stop me ” I said with all seriousness and she glared.

Kim walk out on me and headed to the door.
” Where’re you off to ” I yelled and she turn to me and said she is going to Richærd.
I sighed as she opened the door and went outside.
There is know way I can stop her.
I glance at the phone and my eyes w¡den.
The call was already been picked and am sure Richærd as be listening to everything.
” He.. hello ” I stuttered nervously putting the phone on my ear.
” Why the you not wanna let me know that you’ve regain your memory ” he question lowly and i fell off guard.
” A.. am huh!… ” I was trying to come up with something. But it seems that I’ve nothing to say.

When I realize that I didn’t have what to say I end the call.
Gosh, why did I end the call like that what must he be thinking now.
But I really don’t have anything to say.

Richærd POV

I took Sofia to the pack and I was sing a song 🎵 for her, while playing the guitar.
I wish I would just be a superstar than be a park singer.
Maybe, life don’t want me to chase my dreams and I’ve accepted my fate the way it is.
She keep smiling repeatedly.

Suddenly, my phone rang and it was Kim.
I answered the call but she didn’t say a word, not until I heard Judy speaking about regaining her memory.
She was fighting with Kim, because she wanna keep it away from me and Kim wanna let me know.

Am happy she as finally remember me, but why do she wanna keep it a secret away from me?.
I ask her the reason bit she didn’t say anything, but rather end the call.
She’d mention it was all because of Brian.
Anyway what the use of this news when I can’t even be with her.
But at least am relief she remembered me.
I’m not mad at her for try to keep it away from me, am only sad that i make out of this good news.
She as taking a discussion as well as me.

I’d jerk my self from the thought and look at Sofia.
I forge a smile to Sofia, even if i was damn hurt.
She just knelt down on the smooth grass floor and I sat on a bench.
I was done for the day, I stood up and put the guitar on the guitar bag and zip it off, before putting it on my back, then i took Sofia in my hand.
I urge her to come along with me, she did as this sweet she’s.

We got to where I’d pack my cycle and I hopped in.
I place Sofia on the back seat and gave her an helmet and put on mine.
Like they say is rather save to put on an helmet and i never go against that.

When driving the memories of Judy came to my head.
I smiled to the every thought, but I quickly wave away the thought and focus on my driving.
I shouldn’t be thinking of this. I know i can’t help it, but i should at least try if not for me but my little child in the back seat. What of if will get in to an accident?
I shouldn’t be upholding such and awful thought, rather thinking something positive.

I drove to a particular place and Sofia hit me on the back.
I stop my cycle in a save s₱0t and turn my back so i can i can’t have a proper glance at her and come to know what wants.
I had on feet on the floor for balance.
When I’d have a proper view of her, she had a smile on her face and pointed to a direction.
I followed the direction she was pointing to me, wondering what she wants.
I saw she was pointing at a street seller who sells balloons and some toys.
” sweetheart, you want some of those balloons” I inquired with some fatherly smile.
She nodded always and clap her hands excitedly like a child she was.
I place her down and i alighted also.
I took her on my hands and went to the balloons seller.

Luckily, I still got some cash in my wallet.
I demanded for some balloons and when the seller ad for the cash i gave it to him and i left Sofia to select the one she wants.

My mind drifted to when Judy acted like a child.
She always demand for this balloons and I’d have no choice to buy it for her or she’ll keep whining till am home.
” Dude, your kid as ran away from you ” the seller jerk me to reality.
Oh my God! I just got dawn on me that Sofia wasn’t standing beside me.
” Where’d she run off to? ” I demanded already panicking.
” She went towards that direction” he pointed to a side.
” I tried telling you but you seems lost in a thought or something ” he added.
” Thanks men ” I said reluctantly and ran towards the direction he pointed for me.

It was had to see Sofia, because the wh0le place was crowded.
My eyes wondered everywhere but I couldn’t have a glance of Sofia.
“I lost my child” I muttered ruffling my hair.
I was about taking a step when I saw Sofia.
I was more than glad, but she was with a nun, obviously from the lady’s dressing you can tel she was a nun.
‘That weird, why is Sofia with a nun and she seems happy talking to the nun ‘ I wondered confusedly, as I made my way to tell them.
I touched Sofia and the lady gaze at me and gave her a weird face.
Sofia rushed and gave me a warm hug, feeling excited.
” Wow ” she exclaimed
” The child seems to love you. You must be taking care of her” she added.
” Who’re you and how the you came to know my child? ” I questioned.
” Where I guess you won’t know me. It only ma’am Elena that knows me” she responded.
I gave a questioning look. I more inquisitive to find out.

” Ma’am didn’t tell you” she said still beating round the bushes, make me impatient.
” Elena didn’t tell me anything” I replied and she was shocked.
” You mean she’d not tell you that Sofia was adopted in my orphanage” she ask in total shock.
I was froze to a s₱0t. I can believe what I just heard.
I couldn’t utter a word. What do she mean. Is she tryna say Sofia isn’t my child and Elena fooled.
The nun caught the meaning of my confuse face.
” Am shock that she didn’t tell you about the child being adopted an I wonder why. She came to me and say she as be looking for a child for years and didn’t have one. I told her to come with her husband, but she said her husband was out of the state and he had already giving his consort to this. I took her to the children, she selected this one. I told her the child couldn’t speak. But she still insist on adopting this particular child and have to choice to give her to Elena. I wonder what she wanted to do with a dumb kid, but happy she likes her. ” She explained and I was still speechless still unable to believe my ears.
” But what i can’t understand is why you don’t know about the adoption. You’re her husband so am confuse” she added.
How is this possible, I… had a second test. How was she able to tampered with the result.

Only Elena can answers this.
I had a clenched fist and a gritted teeth.
I stare at Sofia with anger. The child caught my look an sheik a bit in fright.
When I gaze at her. My anger suppressed a little.
Why should I vent my anger on this poor child.
It all Elena doing. How can she use a little child to plot her evil tactics and for the fact that she fooled me.
She as shown me are low she can stoop.
I urge the child who was already sacred of me.
I forge a smile at the nun.
“Thanks for this information. As for the child am gonna love her always and take care of her ” I said, sincerity lace my last statement.
I made for a turn with Sofia on my hand and I heard the nun say.
” At least tell me what is wrong ” she demanded.
I turn to her.
” I don’t have time to say it to you all in details, but what you shouldn’t know that Elena is desperate and pathetic woman and next she come to adopt any other child, decline are request ” I said sarcastically.
But she was still confuse. I don’t have to time to explain to her.
I want Elena to answers to this. I damn mad.

I’m think of her to place my hands on her f-cking throat and choke her to dare she fooled all this time.
I went to my cycle and after placing Sofia on the back seat. I hopped in and am heading home.
Elena might be back for whatever place she went to.

Elena POV

I would’ve love to go along with Richærd and Sofia. But I’ve work to settle with Brian or should I say an imposter in form of Brian.
Who I’ve brought. Yes I plan it all. It was all my doing I plan it all and thanks to my lovely friend Rowena who brought the idea of bring a fake Brian.
She was the one who suggest I should adopt a child and I did just that.

When Judy and the rest as gone home to the hospital.
After coming back from Rowena place.
I went home I was thinking of what I would to get Richærd full at attention.

My mind drifted to when Judy’s family were saying Judy got insane because she lost her lover name Brian.
I remembered I caught her talking to a picture the day I spent alone with her.
” Brian, Richærd as be taking care of me and I also like him like you do ” she said to the picture.
I shook my head and went to my room and collect what I came to collect that day.

I quickly went to her search the entire room. I check a cupboard and saw it there.
I was thinking of what I would do with suit my game.
I do have the slightest idea. So I try call Rowena she ‘s the one a good mater planer.
Her line was going through, so I decided to go her place.
Luckily, when I drove there I met her home.
I present the picture before her and told what importance the picture hold and ask her wat I’m gonna make out of it.
She glance at the picture strangely.
She told me she as stumbled on the internet and saw the details about how this man died.
” Brian Conrad ” she says was his full name.
And she came up with me making a duplicate of his face and bring an imposter as Brian.
I smirked and we both laugh afterward.
She shows me his details on the internet.
I already got men to do my job. I got a duplicate face prepared the next day, before the party.
I had already instruct the men on what to do and what story is gonna tell them.
Well, that they all heard fake Brian saying in the in party.

Present time…

I’m here with this musclebrain. What on earth does he want now.
He said he wanna see me and I’ve to come or else he might come to my home that’ll be a mess.
” How long will I pretend to be Brian ” he demanded.
” Do you call me to tell me that ” I cussed.
“Yea. I got a lot to ask you ” he replied.
” You’ve to keep pretending to be Brian as long as I want you to ” I yelled.
“But ma’am I………
He ceased his statement and look behind me.
He looks stunned. I turn to see who he was staring at only to see Richærd with Sofia.
He had a clenched fist and his jaw wasn’t left out they was clenched to, and his eyes was sparking with fire of battle
I was froze to a s₱0t and I was taking aback.
Did he one chance heard what I said I mean pur conversation, and if so am doomed.
I shriek in fright as he came closer to me.

Elena, you’re busted buh! Richærd as find out about ya plot.
