I looked at my phone and saw my old friend calling me. I was very surprised because I couldn’t remember the last time I received a call from Segund.
Me: hello Segun the bad guy. This one wey you remember me, hope all is well.
Segun : haba bro, no be so na. You know say man no get chance again this days.
Me: lol.. Wetin you see do when chance no dey. You dey busy dey bleeb old women I think.
Mrs Bukky by now was tired of waiting for me. She came close as if she was interested in what I was saying and pecked me close to my mouth before mouthing the words GOOD BYE.
I walked to my car, entered iin,side and started the engine.
Segun: you dey craze ni, at least i dey drive my own BMW after enjoying the old wine.
Me: hahaha. Old wine indeed. What of Ayo, hope you dey here from the guy.
Segun: why not, about that, party dey along G estate. I won introduce you to somebody. Abeg you go fit come?
Me: why not but who be the person whey you want introduced me to na?
Segun: no worry, just come and see for urself.
Me: OK, if you say so but I hope say Ayo go dey there?
Segun: yes why not.
Me: good. Ehen before I forget, I think G estate is owned by one mama G………
The line went dead. May be his airtime has finished. And I still have many things to tell him including my new job. Well, I am already running late. I put on my seat belt and drove out of the parking lot heading home. A huge smile was on my face as I remember tobi who was still in the office doing my work.
I gently pressed the door button and almost immediately, Anita came out hugging me tightly. I k-ssed her passionately before entering in,side.
Me: hmmmmm, thats the aroma of my favorite food. I can’t wait to devour it. Abeg serve me quickly.
I said and she laughed
Anita: at least go and take your bath na.
Me; taaa serve me my food ooo.
She laughed and headed straight to the kitchen returning with a plate of pounded yam with vegetable soup garnished with all sorts of fish and meat.
I started eating happily. One thing I love about Anita is that she is a great cook.
Me: honey, I would be traveling on Wednesday with my boss.
I said swallowing the delicious food pounded yam.
Anita: *looking worried* for what na?
Me: to sign a contract.
Anita: but are you her PA?
Me: *swallowing like no tomorrow* I don’t know of.
Anita: how many days will it take?
Me: maybe two days
Anita: hmmm
Me: before i forget, segun called me!
Anita: eyaa, the old guy that helped us that day shey.
Me: hahaha, segun is not as old as you think oo. He even invited me to a party around G estate.
Anita: yepee, i am going with you?
Me: for where, stay their abeg. Its because of Ayo thats why i am going maself. I just want to see them and be right back.
Anita: ok oo.. Don’t stay long.
Me: i don hear, make i finish my delicious first.
I said and she laughed. I finished eating and she cleared the plate. Wow, what a delicious meal. I quickly took my bath, wore my best cloth, shoes and watch. Yes i must look good to enter an estate. When i was through, i got into my car and drove off to the party not after k-ssing my lovely Anita.

I arrived at the estate and i must confess, the place was great, it was really great.
I parked my car at the parking lot and segun immediately came out followed by Ayo. They came close and we hugged each other passionately..
Me: bahdest boys. See as una dey!
Ayo: *very surprised* wait oo.. Idris, na which person car be this.
Me: hahaha, na my official car na…
Segun: Jesu!! Na who be that sugar mama wey dey lift you up na?
Me: that sugar mama na God oo!
Segun & Ayo: hahaha.
Segun: dey serious jare.
Me: na true i dey talk oo.. This bobo wey you see no dey follow sugar mummies oo.. By the way, we the person wey you want show me?
I asked him.
Segun: no probs. Follow me.
I followed him and before i could say jack, segun was introducing me to one mama T. Like all the other sugar mummies present there, mama T was wearing a skimpy short skirt that exposed her laps and a mini cloth. I saw Ayo sitting down besides one old woman who was obviously his sugar mummy. They were busy k-ssing passionately and i almost threw up at the sight of such a disgusting act. Segun was sitting besides his own sugar mummy and there were discussing. The dj was booming the place with music. Some girls were seen nude on the swimming pool. Others were twerking out their wa-ist. They were various types of drinks and i could smell the scent of a fresh barbecue and roasted chicken. I would have walked out of the place but mama T was somehow keeping me their with her discussion. I couldn’t walk out on her, it will be disrespectful and what if she order her guards to man handle me.. That will be very bad you know.
We discussed alot and i found out that mama T was a very friendly person. She was fun to be with and i enjoyed every moment i had with her. Hmmm, who knows, sugar mummies cannot be as bad as you think.
Me: *looking at the my wrist watch* excuse me ma but i have to go now.
Mama T: eyaa, can’t you stay even if its just a little longer?
Me: no ma, i am already late and i would be travelling next tomorrow. So you see, i have many preparations to do in such a little space.
Mama T: ok, if you insist * she dipped her hand into her bag and brought out bundle of naira notes* you can have this.
Me: *Jesu!!! Prophet mohammed, this money don dey reach 150k oo*
i didn’t move an inch and was shy to collect the money but deep down, i have already written down my budget for this month and next.
Mama T: *smiled as she noticed my shyness* common lover boy, take it..
Me: *collecting it and almost prostrating* thank you ma..
Mama T: can i have your digits?
Me: sure, 08087******.
Mama T: thanks, i gonna give you a call.
I stood up and left G estate a fulfilled man. Hmmm, my day don break be that oo..
THURSDAY OF THE SAME WEEK
we left ph to abuja the day before which is Wednesday. The contract signing was successful. Me and my boss had a rom-ntic lunch together. I told her that we should go back to port Harcourt immediately but she said she was tired and she lodge us both in a hotel.
That Thursday night, i was busy chatting with anita when my boss sent me a message. A message with only eight words.
“MEET ME IN MY ROOM, ITS VERY URGENT”
