I looked once more at Anastasia, and nodded my head.

The royal gaurds are on their way to the ring.

“I got to go now Anastasia” even if you didn’t defeat the ancient dragon today, you still have three more months right, that’s the day of your six birthday!” I uttered and she lazily raised her head from my legs.

“I know right? But that’s not what is bugging me, why dose my life have to be hella complicated? Why can’t I be free like every normal kids of this castle?” She asked painfully.

“It… It’s not your fault Anastasia! Sorry for all this cruelty the world throws at you.

“I Wish you we’re not being sold in the first place?” I uttered and sharply covered my mouth.

“What the fvck? Did I just spilled the beans?” I gro-ned angrily hitting my head.

“Huh! Sold?…wh…..what dose that mean?” She asked confusedly and before I could say a word, the giant bell rang indicating the dismissal of everyone in the middle of the ring to digress from the ring as the beast was about to be release from it old Cage.

“Go on now! Fight like the female lead you are my princess!’ I said and her eyes darkened like the layers of the night.

She nodded as I was being escorted to my rightful seat beside the royal king and queen.

“I nonchalantly seated beside the queen, who eyed me strangely.

“Princess Benny! Stop spoiling princess Tasia, she’s not to be pampered, she’s to be trained brutally, cos she’s the next princess of the kingdom” Queen Mira uttered with her attention focused on the ring.

“She’s just but a child, mother!’ I uttered frustratedly.

I opened my eyes, it was a Dawn of a new era, how long have I slept and, where am I? I asked standing up from the bed.

And just like the previous day! I instantly felt the urge to throw out, I ran towards the bathroom and empty my angry stomach.

When I was done, I headed out, about bending the doorknob but it was pushed from outside, making me to step back a little.

“Uhmm! Tiana! You’re awake?” He asked with concern and was about touching my cheeks but instantly halted and his face was back to what I couldn’t fathom.

I starred at him and was about going out but he blocked me way.

“What are you doing? Move out of the way!” I yelled at him.

I w¡dened my eyes, and I instantly remembered that I collapsed while demanding money from Jared the previous night.

“Cos you perceive a child for me! And I had arrived at a concrete decision!” He uttered passing me some papers, without giving me a chance to digest what he just uttered.

Before accepting the, papers I ran my hands through my flat stomach! So this is it? This is why I have been sick these past weeks.

Did I actually have a little human breathing in my stomach right now?” I thought as tears slide my cheeks.

“You’re such a crybaby and a weakling, now take this and sign at the appropriate places.” Jared uttered casting me a wicked gaze as he tugged the paper into my hands.

“What’s this?” I questioned him weakly as he forward the paper to me.

“Contract!” He just replied in one word.

I was about saying something when the smell of vanilla pancakes reached my nose, instantly I again ran to bathroom throwing my guts up, when someone came from behind me, out my head back from my face and roamed a hand on my back Making me calm.

After completely throwing up, I feel weak.

“Are you ok?” JARED asked with concern laced voice.

I wasn’t in a condition to say a thing! So I just nodded. And he picked me up in his arms, and carried me to the bed.

I don’t want to beat around the bush, so asked him directly.

“What are the contract for?” I asked with a little shock.

“Remember! Yesterday you said you want one and half billion dollars, and you can do or give anything I asked? So since you don’t have anything, there is two things I have decided.

“First my baby which is in,side your womb, and second divorce” He said casually and my eyes w¡dened.

I wanted crying, but realizing how how I have been crying and how long I have been silent, makes me sick. Since my frigile part has been landing me into fresh trouble Everytime, I have to try my rude side.

“Are you gonna sit there watching me all day, like a lifeless zombie? I am hungry get me something to quench my hunger!” I roared jolting him to himself.

“Yes I did!” I answered sharply breathing heavily from all my yelling.

Am happy my slapped got the best of him.

I instantly picked the documents from the bed and tore it on his face, then moved out from his room, I got to my room and shut the door with a loud bang, and collapse on the bed crying real hærd.

No more crying in his presence! If not for anything! For the child in my womb I got to stay strong for him or her and never make him\her leave the Cruel life I lived while growing up.

When my phone rang.

It was mother! I instantly picked up..

“Hello son! Any news yet? And how is my sweet daughter in-law doing?” She asked curiously. I don’t know why they all love Tiana so much, can’t they see she’s a wh0re?

“To answer you question, Tiana is fine! And fee weeks pregnant!’ I uttered as Cold as I could.

“Oh my, am so happy! You know what? Am gonna be in your mansion in a week’s time or you bring her over to me.” She uttered excitedly.

“Do as you please!” I uttered.

“Mn! Jared! Is Prince Benny still there?….or…or” she said running out of words.

“Benny! Has gone back to his kingdom to handle some personal things! He called to inform that he won’t be back soon, since little princess Anastasia is laying at the point of death.” I uttered with some emotion for my little girl.

She asked and I instantly felt angry.

“You got to do what I asked you!” I said feeling sad.

“No!!! I will never give you my child and definitely not like this, you can’t take my child away from me, after giving birth to him or her. There are mine also Jared. I need money for something but I can’t tell you the reason now” she said and I was already losing it I thought couple are supposed to open up to one another.

“If you want money then sign them or I take my baby away from you that to be without giving you back in return. You’re in a lose if you fight in this matter Tiana.

“You will do no such thing Jared, you can’t be so heartless, ask mom how a woman feels taking their child away from them, it really hurts Jared!” She said rolling her eyes.

I wanted crying but, I held it back. I wanted telling Jared everything but I can’t.

Just then my phone rang. It was Fedora. I sluggishly picked it up.

“Looks like my sister! Nah! Nah! Nah! Let me rephrase it again, look like my step- cousin don’t want her father’s latter. Tch! Tch! Tch! Is shame on you, you have a billionaire husband, and you are ignoring you dad’s latter. How insensitive are you Tiana!” Fedora voiced out.

“You know what fedora? Taking advantage of someone’s helplessness is also insensitive. Because of your greedy shit someone might loose something precious to them. Don’t you have any fear of God?” I said trying so hærd not to cry.

“Oh c’mon Tiana! No one believes in God in this era, if there’s a thing named God, then he doesn’t make you suffer this much. Now cut the craps and bring money to me she said and cut the call again without hearing my reply.

“Oh God! Why make me suffer this much? God? Why?? All these years I was feed up with lies, lies from everyone! Lies that my dad dies, lies that mumma is my real mother. Here Jared is planning on taking away my baby, he even didn’t give me minute to celebrate this happiness. Why did you have to give me pain? What deed did I do in my past live to suffer from all these??” I said while crying.

“You have to sign those papers Tiana, because Jared has already signed, if don’t sign you would lose from both side, he takes your baby and also not giving the one and half billion dollars to you, so grab this chance and take money from him and with that,you atleast find your dad.” My inner mind voice said.

“But would you watch your little Jared who’s breathing in,side of you leave, a motherless life while growing up??” My heart asked.

“Both if you don’t do that, then, then loose both baby and money as well as you chance to find your dad! My mind says.

When I left TIANA’S room, I didn’t head directly to my room, I just placed my ears on her door if I would be able to get a clue of what’s bugging her. And thankfully, I overheard their discussion.

I angrily got into my limo and speed up to get that silly ass.
