The expression on his face sent shiver than my spine. He rose immediately and I step back a bit.
” Am still your boss ” he warned sternly.
Is he gonna get me fired. No he won’t because I sigh a four months contract with him and I only have two months left. But I can’t bet my luck on that , because he might cancel the contract.
” Don’t ever disrespect me like that again” he bang the table.
” You can leave ” he said and sat back down.
I sighed and quickly left the door opened and I quickly walked away.
Damn the boss of mine. What a weirdo. Who behaves in that attitude with a woman he is asking for a date. He wants a date but he can’t behave properly with a lady.
Have he ever ask a lady act in his entire life ,I wonder.

I was in my office working on some files that was pass to me to keep account.
I was storing them in the computer. I was working quickly I don’t wanna finish late. Walt had ask me to meet him in our favorite restaurant. I don’t want him have the wrong impression about me not keeping to my words.
We’d already have those fight couple of times. But it isn’t really my fault but my work.
It’s 2’00pm i only have one hour to my date. I’d have to finish up and take excuse from the manager Mr Bruce to leave from work since am done for work today. I won’t want to take excuse annoying CEO ,I bet he won’t even allow me to go anywhere because of his jealous attitude.

I look at the wall clock in my office and I swallow hærd. I just have thirty minutes to round up. Walt won’t not like me been late. I don’t want round of fight over this issue again. I’m still taking my time storing this freaky files on the computer and just half way in.
My phone rang and I check the caller ID it was Walt. I answered it placing on loud speaker while I type.
📞 ” Hello dear ” Walt said.
📞 ” Hello Sweetheart ,why did you call now ” I inquired.
📞 ” Just to remind you not to be late. Hope you’ll make it on time this time ”
I sighed ,I don’t even know if am gonna make it today. Gosh I got a lot of work today.
📞 ” I’ll make it ” I assured,smiling nervously.
📞 ” Okay. Just don’t break your promise. I love you ”
📞 ” I love you too ”
I hang up the call and started typing quickly. Gosh I barely got time.

I watched the CCTV footage of Karina’s office.
CCTV cameras are place around the company and in the office but they’re in control room. But I personally had Karina’s own connected to my Laptop.
Am sure she was talking to her boyfriend. Is she planning on going on a date with him like she always does taking excuse to leave. No way I won’t allow it this time around.
I want her ,but all she thinks about is that guy.

I got up from my chair and went straight to her office.

” Sir why are you here ” she inquired getting up to her feet taking her handbag.
” Where are you going ” I requested.
” Sir I was thinking if you perhaps permit me to leave for the day. I have to be in somewhere right now, please sir ” she said.
” And where off to. That silly boyfriend of yours ” I stated and I watch her squeezing the table with her left palm.

I was thinking I’ll take excuse from the manager but he came unexpectedly and now he wanna ruin my date with Walt and speaking of privacy,he won’t respect that. I thought we’re supposed to only talk about work in the company and not personal issues.
” Sir I really have to go. I finish everything ” I said impatiently and nervous at the same time ,all my mind is what Walt might think this time around.
I don’t want misunderstanding that’s why I’d finish five minutes before the time,but now the annoying stalking CEO is here.
” You won’t leave work until the normal time ” he said.
Holy shit ,how’ll I explain to Walt this time around ,once again I failed to keep to my promise.
” Sir please I really need to go. I have to please sir ” I said beseechingly.
” If only you’ll tell me where you’re off to ” he said inquisitively.
” Sir on a date ” I said.
” You wanna leave before closing time because of a good for nothing date ”
As if he don’t wanna go on a date with me.
” The good news is that you won’t have to do any work till closing time since you said you’re already done,well the bad news is that you won’t be able to go on a date with your so called boyfriend. Better call and inform him that the date as been cancel ” he said and walked away.
What a wrench !! i mutter a oath under my breath. What a heartless man. I went back to my seat and pick my phone.
I should just call Walt and inform him that am not gonna come.
📞 ” Hello Walt ” I said nervously as he answered the phone.
📞 ” Hello baby are you on your way coz am waiting ”
I held the phone tight and take a deep breath before speaking.
📞 ” Walt dear…..a..am not coming ” I stuttered.
📞 ” What are you saying ,I don’t understand ”
📞 ” I’m not coming over today ,maybe some other time. Unfortunately for me my boss the grant me permission ”
📞 ” I knew it ” he sound angry.
📞 ” Sweetheart is not what you thinking”
📞 ” What did you want me to think ugh apart from you don’t care about me. Your work comes first. I’m also working but I try creating time for us to be together ”
📞 ” You’re self employed that while. If you work under someone then you’ll no how it feels ”
Yes he’s self employed and he as a store were he deals with video production.
📞 ” That’s no excuse. You’re always busy to heck with you and your work ” he said angrily and quickly hang up the call.
Why doesn’t he get me,this is least my fault.

And the stalker don’t even understand how is ruining my relationsh¡p.

I quickly board a cab after the closure. I was hearding to Walt’s store.

I got there pay the cabman and went and stood in front of Walt’s door. I had already check his store and he’s not there I assume he’s at home. You see he had refuse to answer my calls.
I rang the door bell.
” Who is there? ” Walt inquired.
I smiled and sighed thank goodness he’s home. We will talk this through.
” Is me Karina ” I said and there was silence and then I heard movement in,side and then the door was finally opened.
” Hi Walt ” I said.
He stare at me with a irritated look and then slam the door on my face.
