🌼 Olivia’s pov 🌼
I was standing carefully monitoring the movement of Stella and Amaya. That of Amaya the most cause she was moving in a suspicious manner, we are friends yh, but the fact that she gave Stella a drink and went to a corner with Alexa giving her a high five was so suspicious.
Jeez! I hope that drink is safe
“Stella” I scre-med from where I was, but it seems she didn’t hear me due to the crowd around, and she had already taken from it.
Jeez! Stella trust too much, I mean she and Amaya just had a clash because of Jeremy, and she accepted a drink from that same person not even minding the source.
I rushed to her snatching the drink from her ..
“Jeez!” She exclaimed fearfully.
“Stella you shouldn’t drink this” I said
“But I have already” Stella replied.
“You shouldn’t have” I said throwing it in the nearest bin.
” Stella, you don’t look okay” I said studying her behavior, she was acting weird.
” Yh, I think it’s just the nervousness” she replied
“Well, I don’t think so, you shouldn’t have accepted that drink from Amaya” I said panicking hoping she was alright
” But why, she meant no harm” Stella said, I could tell she wasn’t okay with the way she kept itching her eyes.
“Stella are you okay?” I asked studying her properly
” I don’t know, I suddenly feel weak, my legs are numb” she said.
Jeez, my thoughts were right, Amaya poisoned the drink..
I stared at the corner I once saw Alexa and Amaya given themselves a high five. They weren’t there anymore. Jeez! I have to do something
I need to take her to a nearby hospital, something is definitely wrong with the way Stella is behaving. It seems she was high or something, she couldn’t stand on her except with my support.
Jeez!! And my car isn’t here. I tried calling my driver, but he wasn’t taking it, probably he wasn’t expecting any call.
Oh no! How am I gonna handle Stella all alone.
“Stella are you still there?” I asked but she wasn’t answering me but was still conscious.
I really need to do something before things get out of hand.
I placed her hands around my neck, dragging us out, no one seeming to even care about what was happening.
I successfully lead is outside only to be met my Alexa’s evil smirk, I knew why she was with that look, but just decided to ignore her first.
Jeez! Stella need to be careful with the way she trusts people, definitely, they put a large dose of hærd drugs in that drink.
I called my personal cab driver, but he was 45 minutes far away from where we were, there’s no way I’m waiting that long, I would definitely be putting Stella at more risks.
I was rushing out of the large gate when a car stopped by me, a person quickly dropped down from the drivers corner. Gladly it was Jeremy, but annoyingly, Jace also came out from the other side of the car, I just decided to ignore, Stella is the main deal here.
“Is she alright? What happened?” Jeremy asked, I don’t know if I was misjudging, but Jeremy seemed concerned and worried about things.
“No, please help me take her in, she needs medical assistance now” I said and he helped me dropped her at the back seat without questioning, I sat beside her while Jeremy and Jace took the front.
Oh jeez! I just hope she’s gonna be alright

“I’m sorry but your friend is going through a migraine, a terrible one” the doctor said to me after 30 minutes of checking on Stella.
I and Jeremy were staying in the room where she was being examined while Jace was out in the reception.
“What could have caused that? Is it nervousness?” Jeremy asked confused
” Not at all, unfortunately she took a large dose of hærd drugs which is slightly harmful to her, it kinda affected the normal functioning of her brain which resulted into a migraine and other weakness around her body including visual disturbance which made her pass out. But she’s gonna be okay” the doctor explained
” hærd drugs? ” Jeremy asked surprised “l don’t think you know what you’re talking about” he added
” I’m sorry but that’s true, cases like this are actually meant to be reported to the police, but being miss Olivia’s family doctor, I can cover up for this” the doctor said
” But Stella can’t do that” Jeremy said still looking confused.
“I’m sorry but, you don’t really know what people secretly do in their closets,. I advise you Olivia, if she’s your friend, tell her to stay away from drugs, it would do her no good” the doctor said leaving. I couldn’t start explaining things to him cause I was in no need for that, all o cared about was Stella’s safety, I hope she scales through this.
Amaya must be really wicked to do such a thing to such an innocent person. Poisoning someone is equal to an expulsion in rock and roll, but I guess she’s above the law, since she’s the Pres stupid daughter. My mind never grew with her, she’s just so corny for a young girl.
I looked at Jeremy, he looked worried and confused at the same time, but that isn’t surprising considering the case we find ourselves in.
He ruffled his hair sighing.
“Olivia” he called and I stared at him.
“I know Stella can’t do that, so can you please tell me what really happened.
” It’s Amaya” I replied
“Amaya?” He asked staring confusedly at me.
” Well, she handed Stella a drink for a toast , which Stella took without hesitation. I had a suspicion in me which was confirmed when I saw Amaya and Alexa doing a high five at a corner. Wondering how those two suddenly became friends, I knew there was something. Until I sighed Stella, acting funny” I said
” Jeez! How could she do that? She didn’t even care about what may happen to her” he said
” I guess people can be more than you think” I replied
” I need to stop this” he said picking his keys.
“Where are you going to?” I asked anxiously
” For Amaya, she has done enough” he said storming out.
Hmm, that’s new on Jeremy’s side, never seen him like that before, ever never even talked that much before…
” Don’t worry Stella, you’ll be okay” I said to her , she was actually asleep, jeez I hate Amaya likewise Alexa, the stupid As.
They would make a great team of evil genius
Like what I had in mind wasn’t disturbing enough, I heard argument heading into the room I was with Stella.
“Please, let me just see her, she’s my daughter” a pleading yet familiar voice said.
” I’m sorry but you can’t, we don’t know you” the nurse argued
Until they all barged into the room.
” Karen?” I said confused
.

🌼 Stella’s pov 🌼
Jeez, what the hell is happening to me? I feel like my head is about to be thrown off my own body, and it’s so hærd to open my eyes. Anytime I try to do that, I get welcomed by an annoying blurred vision, which isn’t encouraging in anyway.
I don’t know what’s happening to me, but suddenly, I felt really weak and tired, like I’ve done something I’ve never done before.
As if that wasn’t enough, the little noise I was hearing underground wasn’t helping my case a bit, rather it was just causing more problems than it should.
And the worst thing is that, I couldn’t figure out what they were saying, but I could hear my name. And I could trace out ma’am Karen’s and Olivia’s voice, I couldn’t figure out what they were saying but I knew it wasn’t a friendly conversation.
Jeez! Wait! What’s ma’am Karen doing here? I thought I said I don’t want to have anything doing with her. Jeez! Where the hell am I, and what’s happening to me? I felt tears rolling down my eyes, the pain was so unbearable.
I can’t even figure out where I was, this blurred vision was preventing me from figuring that out.
“Stella are you okay?” A voice said touching me, but I never really knew who it was.
I tried answering but it was so so difficult.
“Stella, there’s tears in your eyes, should I call the doctor?” She asked, I was able to shake my head no.
” But you’re crying? Is anything the problem?” The voice which I figured out was Olivia’s asked again.
Jeez! I can’t reply, I feel really weak.
Suddenly, I felt the sound of the door opening.
“Hey, I think your noise is kind of affecting my patient here, this place isn’t for noise” a male voice said
Patient? Me!!
” Oh, glad you came doc, it seems she’s awake already” Olivia said.
“Well that’s good for her” the doctor replied
” But I think something is actually wrong with her” she said
” What?” The doctor asked
” She’s crying,can’t open her eyes or talk, she only nods to whatever I say” Olivia explained
” Oh, that’s normal, the drug is still acting on her, that’s why we need to keep a very close eye on her, by tomorrow morning the effect of the drug she took would have fainted already” the doctor explained
Like seriously I’m lost, what drug are they talking about, how did I even end up here?
“So do you know any of her relatives?” The doctor asked
“Yes, I’ll call her brother with her phone” Olivia replied
” Ok, but what about that woman who came here claiming to be her mother?” The doctor said
” Don’t mind her, Stella told me she doesn’t have a mother, I don’t understand why Karen came here claiming to be related to her as her mother, although they are quite close, I don’t even know how she knew Stella was here” Olivia said
” Well that’s a big one Olives, well I’ll leave you both now, will you be staying here with her?” The doctor asked
” Of course, just need to tell my parents” she replied
” Okay, if anything goes wrong just let me know, okay?” He said
” Thanks doc” Olivia replied then the door opened and closed again.

Three days After
🍭Stella’s pov 💛
It’s been three days after I made a fool out of myself by accepting that drink from Amaya. Olivia is right, I trust people easily, Smith should have been a bitter lesson to me, but my stupid mind failed me.
I never thought i would ever take such heavy substance into my body but Amaya made it possible, thanks to me, who stupidly think I should trust everyone around me.
I think is high time I stop being adamant about being like Olivia, yes she’s good and doesn’t take shit from anyone, she still got a softer side to her and surprisingly no one cares her unlike me.
Like it wasn’t enough, Jason finally believed that ma’am Karen is our mother, our blood match with hers, and some certain trait. Now he’s the one suddenly pleading for me to forgive her, he actually said the last time he saw her when he was trying to catch a bus, he knew it was her but just decided to ignore, cause he thought she never cared about us, until he heard her story, which I’m not falling for.
It’s easy for him to plead on her behalf, after all , he wasn’t abandoned in the hospital immediately after child birth, though I must admit we have a lot of things in common, but I must say it isn’t really well for me.
That isn’t even all, Jeremy on the other hand has been ignoring me ever since the incident and has been hanging out with Amaya. I can’t believe he doesn’t trust me, after everything I’ve shared with him about my life, but no, he chooses to believe Amaya, I know he hates drug, but the funniest part of it all is that, he doesn’t believe me, after being drugged by Amaya, not quite long ago. Hmm… I guess people change their minds easily.
I washed my face from the flowing tap in the restroom corridor, things hasn’t been quite easy for me over the last three days, yes Olivia had been by my side, but she’s also preoccupied with the preparation for her mum’s birthday.
Walking out of the restroom, I met with Jeremy, he was leaning on the exist door, with his hands folded together.
Like usual, I thought we would just walk away from each other without saying anything, but this time he was obstructing my way out.
“Excuse me” I said trying my possible best to sound polite and I could see him heaved a sigh.
“Look Stella we need to talk” he said
“You don’t mean it” I said in sarcasm.
” Stella, I’m really sorry, I want you to just know that my reasons for avoiding is far far away from what happened three days ago” he said but I had nothing to reply
” Stella I’m serious, these three days, there have been lot of changes, a lot of changes that I’m sure is gonna change my life” he said
” What are you talking about?” I asked confused
“This is not something we can talk about here, and I can’t risk people seeing us together outside for your sake” he said
” But why, what happened wasn’t my fault, I was totally deceived” I replied
” No, no, no Stella, it’s not that, would you be free after school? ” He asked
” No, I promised Olivia that I’ll be going over, to help her with some things” I said
“Please Stella” he pleaded
“What?” I asked
“I know you’re not gonna be spending all the day at hers, at least I can come pick you up after you’re done with her, just tell me when, huh? ” He said
” I don’t think so, if you don’t want people seeing us together in school here, then I guess you wouldn’t want us to be seen together outside also” I replied
” No Stella, you don’t understand, that’s why I have to explain things to you, please” he said.
” Fine already, I’ll give you a call” I said
” Thanks allot Stella , you don’t know how much I appreciate this” he said and I nodded.
” Okay, I think we’ve overstayed a little, see you later” he said leaving
Hmm… It’s really weird, I don’t understand, but I’m sure something is going on, and some part has to be about me. Cause the Jeremy I knew few weeks ago, always wanted us to be seen together, to avoid me being bullied, and so on. And it also has to do with Amaya, considering the fact that he has been hanging out with her lately.
Then why the sudden change?
Hmm.. I guess I won’t be staying too late at Olivia’s house today, I need to find out, it’s eating me up
