PEARLS ON SWINE
Episode 10

After another month passed by like the wind, no word or anything was heard from the auditors or even the MD.

Mayowa did not know what exactly was going on.
As much as he wants to know his fate or what’s lies ahead he also do not want to be put on suspense.

He was home doing nothing, every day idleness and that is not who he was.
He was used to getting up in the morning and leaving for work.
He was used to coming home excitedly to his family in the evening not staying all day at home doing nothing aside to help out with some domesticated duties.

While his wife leaves to her shop after taking their two kids to School, Mayowa stays home to tidy up the house and sometimes makes food for the children.

He was not allowed outside the house, his company put him on a house arrest pending the time the wh0le investigation will be over.
Mayowa was already getting tired but he had no choice.
He watch the television, read his Bible, pray quietly on his own and kept believing God for some miracles.

He appreciates his wife for the wh0le efforts she put into caring for the home despite the crisis that have befallen them.
He sometimes wonder what he will do without her.
She wakes early and sleeps late at night.
Kiki was working so hærd to care for the entire family.
She refused touching the money they set aside for the company.
She was even willing to add to it but the little sales she makes daily goes into feeding and other house expenses.
If there was no market she carries her wares and walk round the market just to make sales.
Since her family were solely depending on her she did not want to disappoint.
Kiki tries her best to make sure her husband doesn’t feel the impact of the trouble they were into.
He still encourages and pray with him whenever they are together.
She did not feel bad for taking up the role of a breadwinner because she understands that her husband has been doing it for years without complaining.

It was a very difficult moment for them as they no longer eat like they used to.
Two square meal daily is not always certain but they remain hopeful that things will get better someday.
It was a phase that will still pass no matter how long it takes.

While all this heartbreaking period was going on for Mayowa and his family, Kunle on the other hand was having his usual flexing moment.

Kunle reminded Bayo of his words that he can never be caught.
Looking at the wh0le thing, it appears like no one is even thinking towards his side.
Everything will still run down to Mayowa and he will be sent back to prison and will remain there indefinite.
Kunle made another friend aside Bayo.

Emma recently became a close pal to Kunle.
They met at the usual bar that Kunle goes to chill out.

They support the same football club and had few similar likeness for different brand.
After meeting doing one of the soccer game show at the club bar, they both became close pal and began to hang out together with Bayo.
Emma was a free person and Kunle likes him and was free with him.
He trusted Emma just like he trust Bayo.

Kunle became free to talk about how he was enjoying his company’s money.

Emma will laugh, he was enjoying such tale.
He will even ginger Kunle to talk more and Kunle will freely spill lots of his secrets without care.
They will drink and enjoyment will continue.

What Kunle does not know was that Emma was investigating officer who was sent to make friends with Kunle and gather more evidence.

He hides voice recorder in,side his cloth and was quietly recording everything that Kunle says.

Emma hide his real identity and continue flowing with Kunle who fell for the wh0le act.

Episode 11.

Emma took his time to records everything that Kunle was saying, he even had to ask him some questions regarding to some of his colleagues.

Kunle mentioned Mayowa and how he had to be the scape goat and take all the crime because he refused joining him as partner in crime.

Emma will laugh hysterically, he will shake Kunle’s hand for being a wise man.
He kept praising Kunle on how he played everyone and even assured him that due to how smart he was there was no way his boss, the auditors or even the police investigating the crime will be able to know. He was too smart for all of them.

Kunle was filled with pride as Emma went on praising him.
Bayo was smiling and carefully examining Emma and why he was stylishly asking Kunle some personal questions.
He does not trust Emma and he spoke to Kunle about it but Kunle waved it off and asked him to be free with Emma because he was a very good friend.

Emma continued hyping Kunle each time they meet.
Due to the way Emma was supporting him he was gingered and began to say more implicating things.

That night as Emma got home, he decided to check all of kunle’s unknowing confession that he had recorded so that by tomorrow he will able to send it to the office.
He had sent the previous ones but recent confession was far more implicating and they can use it to nail him.

The moment Emma tries to bring out the recorder, it slipped off his hand and fell into a cup of water that was close to him.
He quickly picked it up, turned it on and but it wasn’t coming on.

He cleaned it carefully, put it under a fan to dry before trying again to turn it on but it still wasn’t coming on
Emma tried all he could to retrieve the record but it appears he lost all the recorded information.

Emma felt very bad, he couldn’t sleep that night as he kept trying different means. The information he recently gathered was very vital and solid. It was twice, different days which was two different Saturdays that he was able to meet with Kunle and gather the information and now it appears he has Lost it.

He searched on Google, checked on YouTube how to get back Lost information but all the guidelines he was shown didn’t know work out.

It was towards the morning of following day that he was able to get some sleep.

The following day, Emma drove to the station to report how he lost the wh0le information he recently gathered and needed more time and another set of authentic recorder to see if he can still gather more information from Kunle.

While this was going on, Bayo came to the same police station unknowingly to see if he can bail out an old friend of his.

He first of all noticed Emma’s car and wondered if he was truly the one and what he came to the station to do.
While at the counter he saw Emma coming out of the main office and talking to one of the police in uniform that appears like a high ranking officer.
Bayo carefully snapped him. He hides his face and did not let Emma see him.

After Emma drove out, Bayo also left.
He called Kunle to inform him of what he saw.
He asked Kunle to be careful of what he says to Emma because he maybe a spy or an officer assigned to investigate him.

Kunle became scared after speaking to Bayo and looking at the pictures that Bayo also sent which means he was sure of what he was saying about Emma.

He met with Bayo that evening and they talked.
Bayo told him to relax so that they can think of a plan.
Kunle mentioned that they should probably kidnap Emma or somebody close to him and the ransome he will pay will be for him to confess who exactly he was and destroy any implicating info with him.

Bayo told him that adding kidnapping to his crimes list is totally off. There were other better ways to act and the first is to invite Emma to a very secluded place, pay some tugs to stand by as they will undress him check if he was wearing any wire.
If he was then they can decide what exactly to do next.

Kunle loves the plan and agree to it.

He called Emma the following day and asked him if he was free that evening or the next day so they can sit out for some drinks and talk.

Emma said he was only free by weekends and is only by Saturday that he will be able to hang out for a drink or two.

Kunle tried to persuade him and that got Emma curious and suspicious of Kunle.

Emma still insisted that since the weekend is two days away he should be patient untill then.
Kunle had no choice than to accept.

He hopes Emma is not an officer sent to get vital confession out of him.
He knew he had Said a wh0le lot and will do anything to shed himself.

If Emma was an officer he will be in a serious trouble but he will make sure that Emma does not get away with his plan no matter how late it is.

If he had to go down, Emma will first of all get down before him.

He will make sure of that
