I was hoping beyond hope that she will just hire me though I actually don’t wanna work here in the first place but I know the kind of mum I have she’s definitely gonna screw my ass out if I don’t get this job but that’s only half of the reason …………….. I just like this place ,but I don’t really know how I come to fall in love with it so I really need to get the job

 

“Ma’am, I’m Anna Wilson ,and I’m here for the interview”

She looked at me like I was an alien so I had to push h-rder..

“Uhmmmm my mum asked me to give u this letter” i said bringing out the later to show it to her”. I just hope she’s as smart as she looks

She collected the letter from me añd glanced through it, after some minutes,she said ‘YOU ARE HIRED’

YES!!!!,thank you ma’am’ I said bowing to her ,I turned to Greg and smiled at him who returned it back,I also turned in the direction of Bryan and i could see him scowling so I stuck out my tongue at him ah ah ah so so happy right now …… She asked Greg to show me whatever i need to know while going to her office and I shouted after her

‘thank you ma’am’ she just waved her hands to indicate she heard me.

I was practically jumping when Greg took me to the changing room,I had to pass where Bryan was standing so I stylishly pushed him out of my way and winked at him wow his face so reeeeeeeeeeed

She’s finally here ,I hope she will be able to succeed with her mission ,I sighed sitting on my seat ,she looks so much like Edna and she has the eyes of Damon. ……… I took my glass taking a drink when my angry son came in

‘Mum,how could you hire her,she knows nothing about making chocolate and besides i thought u said I’ll be the one to interview her’

‘No worries son ,she’s the only one fit for the job and besides,she’s a very good and beautiful girl, don’t worry i said ,you will soon love her’

No I won’t mum and I want her out of here else I’m gonna make her life miserable’ with that he stormed out of the office………….hmmm i know my son, he’s just like his father ,I just hope he doesn’t destroy the girl’s bright spirit …..oh its gonna be tiring day………….

😫 Bryan’s POV😫

It’s been a total 5 days,a hell of a 5 days since my mum hired the crazyily crazy gal…….She has been going all over the place I think toprove to the others that she can work here and I have been trying to get her out of here but to no avail ,i even remembered letting go into the kitchen to make some chocolate ch¡ps but she burnt up everything including the pan,I was so enraged😠😠 that i angrily went to mum ofcourse with the evidence with me but mum shrugged and said it’s nothing ……

It was then I knew that i will have to step up my game if I want her out of the cafe and my life cause since she has come here, it’s been like the others are just so infatuated with her and everyone is cool with having her around oh gosh I’m so furious right now…

‘hey man.’Greg walked up to me smiling though he has been my best friend since childhood, he’s my bestest of enemies now. Seeing that i did not answer him he shrugged

‘you know u have been acting weird ever since Anna came here’s

‘well if i may ask, who’s Anna?’ i asked him looking at him straight in the eye and he smiled

‘so u don’t know who Anna I ,well that girl over there serving the customers is Anna’s he said

So i turned in the direction of his hands and scoffed ‘hmmmmm that’s Anna well her name’s Crazily crazy girl to me’ I turned back to 5he dough i was missiñg ,,,,i was trying to make a chocolate pie but the thought of the gi4l is not making me concentrate

‘chill guy,u are hurting urself badly by trying to send her away,ur mom loves her and obviously,I and the other guys welcome her presence here not only that shes funny funny and in a crazy kind o f way too give her a chance man,u are gonna love her c’mon man’

 

All what he said sounds like speech to me and I’m gonna find her way to get out of our lives for good…..

 

This time around , I’m gonna use the last card with me………MY CHARM. ……………yes I’m sure she’s gonna fall in love with me if sed-ce her yes that’s what I’m gonna do ,I will sed-ce her and break her heart and after that ,she will be the one to get outta our lives herself……… I smiled wickedly yes that’s it…

I’VE been working here for almost 2 weeks now and I swear I’m falling in love with everything. The guys has been good including Beatrice yh she asked me to call her Beatrice..

it was weird at first considering the fact that she’s my mum’s age mate but since she insisted so no qualms about it. To say the truth ,I’m still surprised at the fact that she hired me cause of a letter which made me curse myself for not reading the letter firsthand before handing it over to her………. hell its already past and gone.

The guys has been great ,,,,Greg,Anthony and Drake are helluber bunch of fun guys and crazy in their own way.
Greg is the heart breaker of the bunch,I heard he broke a lot of the female customers heart who all seems to like him but he doesn’t even care,he’s just someone who’s free with everyone and he really really make my day.

Hmmmmmmm, to talk of Tony and Drake ,they are both cute and handsome but veryyggg quiet ,anytime there’s recess or lunch break,they make my day by playing pranks on Greg which is very very funny that I end up crying and laughing at the same time wowwwwwww I’m so happy that I actually got to know these guys but I have one problem and that’s BRYAN..

He’s such a pain in the ass ,he has tried to get Beatrice and the other Gus to hate me but it didn’t work as planned but to say the truth ,I’m totally sick and tired of trying to get him to be friends with me .
one day,I remembered going to him for us to make a truce,no more fighting, pranking and making fun of each other but its like I’m talking to a brick of wall. He’s so unyielding, how I so much feel like spanking him for making life miserable for me here at the chocolate house.

” Uhnnnnmmm” I frustrately threw down the towel I was using to clean the table when Greg walked up to me.
“Hey Ann,what’s wrong” well Greg loves calling me ANN and I prefer calling him GREGORY,sounds so funny but hr hates it so I use it only when we are both alone
“nothing much Gregory,just frustrated cause of Bryan”
“oh is that so ,don’t worry,he’ll come around” I scoffed and said “maybe when I turn 30” and we burst out laughing at my joke which didn’t last long cause we were interrupted by Bryan but a different and smiling Bryan…… one word for him WEIRD.
“hey Anna,what’s up”
I and Greg both looked at ourselves in surprise before Greg asked
“are you okay man”
“off course Greg” he turned his gaze back to me and looked at me for some minutes before saying “Anna ,let’s make a truce”.
What!!!! Bryan wanna make a truce with me,yh very weird but if he wants a truce that means no more fighting but friendsh¡p and besides ,I will love to know the real Bryan within so yh”its a truce” I said to him holding out my hand for a handshake which he took smiling ” its a truce”.

I asked her for a truce,yh cause that’s the only way to get close to her and that’s a success for step 1 now into step 2.
“Uhm Anna,how about you come with me to the store,I need to get some supplies”
“Sure” she said.

I watched her as she rushed through everything she’s doing. I also noticed Greg glance my way like and anxious puppy. I’d give him that ,he knows me much more than the others.
After some mins,I watched him str-de over to me
“Bro what’s up”
I smiled at him and shrugged
“Nothing man just enjoying myself”
“I know you Bryan, whatever you’re planning pls just stop it” I watched him for some mins before turning fully to face him
“And what am I planning?
“Bro,I practically grew up with you, I’ve been watching you act nice to Anna since some days aga after your supposed truce and I know that u just use that as a front so u could hurt her feelings so telle what are you planning”
I smiled and looked at him straight in the eyes…..
“Don’t tell me u like her already”
He couldn’t ans for a while and it dawned on me that he truly likes her so I rephrased my question..” you like her, that’s y u don’t want me to hurt her”…………..
He shrugged and said “well she’s my friend and I don’t want you to do anything hurtful to her just cause of what happened between you and Brenda”.
That got me angry and I said “whether she’s Brenda or not ,they are all the same and screw you for bringing her up in our discussion” I said glaring at him,,,,,,,,,,,none of us noticed Anna till she said
“Uhm guys, what’s going on here”
“It’s nothing, let’s go we’re running late” I said to her but she kept on looking at Greg who still seem unable to hide his emotion. After a min of silence,he turned to her and smiled” I’m ok Ann,just be careful out there ok”.she nods and waved to him before jogging over to me.
“So where to?”
She asked…………
I smiled and hold her hands and she looked at me shocked and surprised,I smiled within,I noticed she’s always like that anytime we make close contact which made remember the last time in the kitchen

*****Flashback*****
“Hey Anna,you are not mixing it right” I told her after seeing her fight with the bowl of flour in front of her. She looks so tired with flour all over her face and I’ll admit a little bit cute too
“But Bryan, I’m really not getting it right,look at my wrists,it’s just too small to mix this mountainous bowl of flour” and that got me laughing badly,I couldn’t control myself so she asked in surprise “what’s funny”
“It’s nothing” I told her still unable to conceal my laugh “it’s just that you’ve got flour all over ur sleeves” I said pointing to her hands ,she still look clueless so I moved closer to help her.
She still kept on looking till I grab her wrist and she opened her eyes fully glancing at me,I pretended not to see how surprised she is. So I said as I told her sleeves on both wrists ” you shouldn’t leave ur sleeves like this when mixing flour,it will make it hærd for your preety hands to handle the flour well”..
I raised my head to look at her and I could see her blushing so red ,I smiled within I’m getting really close

“Let’s go” I said as we boarded a bus…..

Fast forward
We are finally done with shopping ,I checked my time and looked at her,she looks stressed
“How go for ice cream,it looks like it’s gonna rain” She smiled and jumped up
” Yh I love ice cream” she said going at the front.
I watched her as she swayed her butt and the way she smiled at the little children,the way her face lit up when she smiled,is it that I’m noticing anything about Anna ,yh it is,she turned back and smiled “c’mon it’s drizzling already” I ran over to her as we both run towards the cafe

We both dusted our clothes and she smiled” wowwwww I love the rain” I looked at her and chuckled a little,I must be crazy,why does she look so beautiful to me right now ………. I looked at her again and this time she’s also looking at me “what’s wrong , c’mon Bryan” she said pushing my broad chest,I held her hands still and I said the most unbelievable thing
“YOU ARE SO BEAUTIFUL ❤️💗💗💗💗 ANNA”
