Chapter 10

The driving home was very silent.

She took me to the local food stuff store and I took all the things I wanted.

Two baskets were filled with food stuff while she stared at me speechless.

I know she would have asked me what they are but she refrained from it because of the behavior I gave her earlier.

Now we are in,side the car heading back to my apartment with her busy stealing gaze at me.

Just because of the small shut wey i shut for am she com melo down like this.if say nau my mama go shut ko?😟

I know she is afraid to talk to me scared that I might get angry again so I decide to break the silence.

“Umm miss jai are you okay?”I asked calmly while she glared at me.

“Am fine.

Hope you won’t faint again?”she asked worriedly.

Sigh…so she actually believed I would faint.

“I won’t eat it again after eating Eba.”I said smiling.

I was still in my thoughts when i heard her say that.

“What’s Ebo?”she asked curiously.

“Is Eba and not Ebo!”I corrected her while she started laughing.

Please what does Ebon mean?”she said in between laugh while I just shook my head at her.

Wanna taste it?”I asked her and immediately she brightened up.

“Of course I will love to!”she said smiling.

Gosh.. I am danish..

I brought out my key and entered.
I rushed towards the kitchen and after arranging them I decided to prepare Eba and egusi soup.

Don’t mind me, that is my best food.

Few minutes later i am through with the cooking since is already late I
took it as my dinner, i serve myself and enjoy the meal.

Next morning🌞

I woke up due to the sound coming from stupid alarm.

“Common, let’s sleep a little more.”i said with my eyes closed but it was not listening to me.

“Idiot keep shut!”i yell turning it off and lay down back but it seems that stupid alarm has already succeed in waking me up.

I say a little prayer before getting out of bed.

I gr0-n tiredly heading to the bathroom.
I did my routine and took my bath.

Few minutes later….
I was standing in front of my mirror checking myself.yes i think i’m ready to go.

I took my information booklet and my map because I can’t afford to lose. Nobody will be there to save my ass.

I step outside staring at everywhere peacefully.

Since driving takes thirty minutes from here to campus then walking with legs will take more than one hour.

Anyway am use to trekking but it will be better if there is keke or bike.

There are many students who are also trekking with their friends while some drive past with their car.

Some minutes later three cars drove past me but the car in the middle suddenly stopped, causing the car at the back to stop as well.

Three men wearing black quickly came out from the back car rushing to the car in the middle and were about to open the door but the door itself with a man or will I say young guy coming out.

He dresses so richly that one could sense he is very wealthy.

He came out fully taking a step away from the car staring at me.

I stood there in shocks watching everything. I couldn’t see the guy’s face because he was wearing a black speck.

My heart started beating hærd since he was just staring at me or am I about to be kidnapped?

I looked around but couldn’t see anyone around again. What’s happening?

I took a look at the three men wearing black i could also see the confusion in their eyes even though they tried their best to hide it.

Shey they dey kidnapped for here again?😫

I am still in my scared thoughts when I notice the first car reverse back.

“What the hell is happening guy?
get into the car we are running late.”

a voice yells out and immediately he turns around entering the car and drives off while the three men wearing black also return to the car and also drive off.

Immediately they left and I breathed a sigh of relief.

What just happened?

Who are them?

I don’t understand what just happened

Instantly fear entered me and I took to my fist and started running.

I kept on running until I got to the campus and stooped to catch my breath.

“Why are you painting heavily?”I turned to see Kelly behind me. I jumped on her and hugged her.

“What happened?

Who scared you?Tell me.”she said angrily as I chuckled at hearing her.

“Tell me now!
I will deal with them.”she yelled angrily.

As she said that immediately I saw John and James came down from their car and started walking towards us.

So they came to school with car while i was buy trekking and witness that mysterious thing that even got me running.😢

“Are you deaf?
Can’t you talk?”Kelly yells out frustratedly while I gaze at her frowning.”Hey,I am not deaf.”

“Then voice out the damn name of the person who has the mind to scare my little cat because my hands are already inching to beat someone up!”she said dramatically moving around me.

Gosh…this girl is really crazy!

Why is it that I have crazy as friends?😫😫

I sighted twins getting closer and ideas pumped into my mind as smiling devilish.

“Them!”I said pointing at John and James who just got to our side just now.

Kelly turned to see them then got angrier.

“You mean they actually scared you like that?”Kelly yelled angrily.

James and John stood there confused as I kept on smirking at them.

“You are such wicked brothers!”Kelly yells and moves closer to them.

“We didn’t…….”James was about to speak up when Kelly suddenly stood in their middle with two of them by her side and did the unexpected.

“Ouch….”they s¢ræm in pain.

” Short up and apologize now!”Kelly yelled at them. That is when I traced her hand up and were actually on James and John’s ears twisting and drawing them.

Hahahaha

I started laughing at them.

“But we didn’t….”

“I said apologize now!”Kelly yelled.

“Looking at her she is laughing at….ouch…..”

“You are still threatening her?”Kelly shouted, making me laugh more.

I can’t believe the a nerd handling those crazy twins.

“Is lunch time.let’s go”Kelly said who came to my seat dragging me heading to the cafeteria.

“I don’t have any cash with me and am not hungry.”I told her on our way before we got there and looked at me with her eyes raised.

“You are not paying.”she yelled, laughing, leaving me confused.

“I don’t understand.
You guys don’t pay?”

“Of course we paid for everything we bought excluding you.”she explained while I just glanced at her unbelievable.

“You are on Scholarsh¡p so everything you need here is on the school bill.”she explain again making to gape.

“You don’t mean it?”I asked, unable to believe it.

“And she didn’t tell all of it?”she asked again, making me pissed off.

We keep on walking then she stops pointing at the cafeteria ahead of us while students go and come out.

“Just go and wait for me, let me make use of the toilet.”she said while I nodded.

I entered in,side and ‘wow’ came out of my mouth.

The school is just the best😨

Everywhere is very classic with students sitting looking like angels in heaven.

The place is beautiful with students all looking stunning with their long hair. It now looks like angels in heaven worsh¡pping God.

I believe If i enter fully they will all pull their sword out ready to fight because I will be the ugly devil.

I enter fully and following steps.

I order juice and snacks because the things there are light.

I turned around to take a seat like others and started eating.

Thank God all their attention was on the food they are eating while some are charting.

Some seconds later I felt the environment heat up and they started whispering.

I raise my head up and there they are! walking in causing attention.

I raise my head up and see that everyone in the cafeteria is with their phone up.video.

“bitch!!”She dropped her snacks on the desk and raised her hands up to slap me but I brought my Hand up stopping her making them hang in the air.

Gape escaped everyone’s mouth with the two mammy water standing there in shock.

She was fuming with anger seeing what was happening . She grabbed my juice with her order ready to pour on me when a hand crap on her and poured it on her before I could react.

“Wow!!”a crazy nerd wink at me.

“Please my hand.”she shouted in tears and I wondered if it was the pain from holding her hand or the embracement.

Everyone was shocked to see their almighty Jane crying for help.

Her friends rush to her side and quickly rush her out.

Noise enrolls everywhere as James and John walk up to our side frowning.

“What the hell just happened?”John said.

“Her parents have a share in this school. school!”James said and immediately dropped my hand.

I turned to face Kelly who was amused by how worried I was.

“Daniella let’s go.”she said, smiling and dragging me out before I could object.

I turned back looking at James and John who were just looking at us frustrated and shaking their heads.

I was shock what happened next😟

We were about to enter when I heard everyone calling.

“MISS GAGARI”

I stop walking and turn back to everyone smiling at me.

“I told you her name or maybe nickname.

Wow. That is really her name.

I love her name!”they said smiling while I faced those crazy twins to see them laughing out.

I clenched my fist tight and shouted.

“Don’t call me garri!!”

Kelly started laughing as she dragged me out.

“That’s not my…..”I was about to say something when two girls walked up to us.

“You must be missing gagari?”they asked, smiling but when I glanced at them they quickly walked away.

“You don’t have to be hærd on your fans.”Kelly said smiling while I just shook my head frustrated.

“How can I remove myself from the mess I created?”I asked worriedly.

“Don’t worry, it has not gotten to that.that crazy brothers of yours are just scaring you .”she said smiling.

“You mean I won’t get expelled?”I asked happily and she nodded.

“When you are called, just say SELF DEFENSE.”

“Here you are?”James walked up to us while I hisssss.

“You see what you guys caused?”I asked , frowning at them and they started laughing with Kelly joining them.

The next thing is students gardening around me.
