“What?” Samuel demanded.

“Really? Samuel I’ve became “what” to you right? What has gotten over you ever since four days ago that you asked me about your wife. Is it because I refused to answer you? Was that why you’re avoiding me all of a sudden?” Cindy asked hurtfully.

“And now you know the reason why I’m avoiding you…can I just leave in peace?” He asked not looking at her.

Cindy chuckled lightly.

“Seriously? Are you comfortable with that? Do you love to avoid me?” She asked moving closer to him.

“You caused it. What am I suppose to do…become happy because you refused to save my marriage? Or what really do you expect.” He asked.

“I don’t know. But you and I know that you can’t take it if I start mine. Don’t worry my dear, you won’t be the only one to avoid me as from now henceforth so that it won’t be boring to you, I will join you. We’d both avoid ourselves for as long as you want. I’m done here.” Cindy stated staring intently at him for some seconds before she turned to leave.

But Samuel was fast enough to held her back from leaving by holding her hand from behind.

She stopped abruptly without turning to look at him. Tears were threatening to fall from her eyes.

Samuel gently turned her around to face him. He closed the gap between them and hugged her tightly than ever before.

“I’m sorry Cindy. I am really sorry. I’m the jerk here. Sorry for avoiding you, it hasn’t been easy for me but I can’t just help it.” He said car-ssing her back.

Although she didn’t hug him back but she just stood there in his warm embrace.

She sniffed occasionally. Samuel hugged her for some minutes before they parted but he was still holding her on her wa-ist.

She was looking at their feet not looking up to his face.
Samuel lifted her chin up for him to see her face clearly.

“Cindy….sorry, okay? I’m sorry.” He apologized again.

“It’s okay.” Cindy said softly.

“Are you still mad at me?” He asked.

“No…am not.”She answered in a low voice.

“Cindy, please, tell me what you know about…’

Samuel couldn’t finished his statement ’cause Cindy interrupted him.

“Not again Sam. Don’t repeat that again in my ear. It’s beyond me.” Cindy said trying to free herself from his grip on her wa-ist.

“I know it’s beyond you but please I’m begging.” Samuel begged.

“N…no. I can’t.”

Samuel leaned more closer to her…their face was an inch away from each other. They’d feel their breath on their faces. He stared deeply into her eyes as if to pour affection into it.

“Tell me…Cindy and I’d be grateful.” He said placing a lingering k-ss on her forehead.

The k-ss seems to have effect on her as she just stood still contemplating on what to do.

Two Weeks After…

Cindy’s introduction was held today in her parent’ house. It was a day of celebration and jubilation for everyone except for Philip & Dammie.

Dammie noticed he wasn’t happy and concluded surely that he has interest in her brother’s fiancée.

But she boasted in herself that she’s gonna make him hers.

Cindy was dressed in a green traditional attire with little make up and she looked extraordinary beautiful like a goddess.

Philip can’t help but drool over her immeasurable beauty. Samuel as well admired her and they took some pictures together.

Emmanuel also dressed handsomely in a green coloured traditional attire too. It was sure a happy day.

Ellen, Samuel and his wife – Alice were present including the church’s member which Philip’s family were all present.

Everyone was happy and jubilating cheerfully. Foods and drinks were in surplus.

Everyone all celebrated joyfully before they all parted after the wedding date has been announced.

Cindy’s joy knew no bound as Emmanuel showered her all the love on that day.

Alice looked pale now that Samuel had got to know her secret that’s she’s cheating on him. Although he didn’t take it up with her he’s patiently waiting for her to be caught red handed.

They both lived like a strangers in the house. Although would sometime tries to talk to Samuel but he would shut her up with just a glare.

He actually succeeded in petting Cindy into telling him about Alice that night.

“Actually, I’m not really sure about what I’m about t tell you. Samuel….I’m scared.” She had said.

“Just go on.” Samuel had told her.

She told him how she saw her in a hotel braless and also in a restaurant with a guy.

Samuel had thanked her profusely hugging her in appreciation.

Philip was waiting patiently to carry out his plan tomorrow during Mrs Veronica’s party.

They talked for few more minutes before the call ended.

George was out of money. He couldn’t think how to get money other than from Alice and she has refused to turn up.
He received a news from Dammie about his brother’s introduction which made him devastated about how to get her – Cindy.

He decided to threaten her again. He took his phone and texted Alice.

“Baby. I need you here.” He heard Dammie’ s house coming from the bedroom.

She actually went to his house immediately after the party to clear her head. She couldn’t just believe what she’s trying to stop is really happening.

“will Cindy ever shut her mouth? I’m scared she might exposed me. ” she thought sadly.

But George’s touch on her body jerked her out of her thought.

“I want it fast and furious, I need to clear my head.” She said.

“same here.” He whispered.

Soon, his member started doing justice into her V. Her loud mo-ns filled the wh0le room.

Alice was in thought of what to tell her husband ’cause she was supposed to go to the hospital tomorrow for the implantation.

So, she called the doctor.

He also remembered Alice was to go to the hospital tomorrow for the implantation but he had his plans.
