Chapter 35:

He ran out to the woods, chasing after Diana who was long gone to nowhere. He could perceive her scent so it was a lot easier for him to find her.

He got to a place where he could hear the growling of a wolf… Her wolf. He stopped, transforming back into a human.

He walked closer to the wolf, hearing his footsteps she turned to him angrily growling at him to move back.

But Derek came forward instead, slowly, slowly. He came to touch her. She kept moving back but he moved forward.

” It’s okay, I’m not gonna harm you. ” She grunted, moving back. ” Diana, it’s okay. It’s okay. ”

She almost bit his hand as he tried touching her. He quickly took off his hand but didn’t move back.

He closed his eyes, opening it again. It had turned red and he growled at her, causing her to keep quiet.

She was only whimpering, then she started running away. He chased after her until he got to where she laid, shivering in her human form.

She was unclad, but she squeezed her body from the cold. ” Diana… ” He got near to her, taking off his shirt and pulling her into it. ” It’s okay. ”

She couldn’t look at him, her face buried to the ground. ” You came. ” She whispered.

” Yeah, I will never leave you. ” He took her up into his arms, heading to the castle.

” It hurts, my body hurts. ” She said in a shaky tone.

” I know, but it’s gonna get better soon. I promise. ” As soon as he had said those words, she fainted in his arms.

He dropped her on the bed, covering her body with the duvet. He placed a k-ss on her forehead before leaving the room.

Heading back to the dim room, they stared at him without saying a word. ” She’s asleep. ” He told them.

” She’s gonna be fine, ” Micheal tried to assure him, but he shook his head.

” I don’t understand, ” Bella spoke, ” I thought you guys said she has a purple eyes. Well, why then did it turn red? ” She asked looking confused and desperately seeking for an answer.

” She’s not a Luna, Bella. ” Derek said as if it was so difficult for him to.

” What? I don’t understand. What then is she? ”

” She’s… She’s a suprema. ”

” Sorry I might seem disturbing but… what the heck is a suprema? ”

” It’s more like a female lycanthrope, known to be stronger than a Luna. ” Greg explained. ” A suprema is said to be the deadliest wolf, they kill anyone who crosses their part. And there’s fifty percent chance of survival to anyone who looks at them. ”

” Hold on, you mean that anyone who looks into Diana’s eyes will die? ”

” Definitely. ” He said.

” No, we must do something. ” She said, shooking her head.

” Don’t you understand, Bella, Diana is a wolf and the genre is already in her veins. You can’t do anything about it, that’s what she is now. ” Derek said in pains.

” So, you’re gonna let everyone in this pack die, all because you think there’s no cure to Diana’s problem? ” She yelled angrily.

” Bella calm down, this shouldn’t cause a fight. ” Michael said trying to calm her down.

” Maybe someone has to make him think like a man. Why on earth will he try to look so reluctant over something so serious? Tell me, are you scared or something? ”

Derek looked at her with an emotionless look but said nothing. ” Yes, you are. And that’s what keeps pulling you down because you think it’s your fault she’s a suprema!! ”

” Bella, calm down okay? We need to take about this calmly and not yelling over it. ” Michael explained.

” Talk about this calmly? ” She scoffed, ” Does he look like he wanna talk about this either? She came closer him, ” You’re so weak, Derek, when will you start to be the man you once were? ”

” I’m trying. ” He said almost like a whisper.

” Then keep trying h-rder! We don’t have to lose anyone in this pack, not Diana not anyone. ” She looked at Greg, ” What do you know about this… Suprema? ” She asked.

” I think Diana being a lycanthrope is because of she was bitten by two wolves… two alpha wolves plus the being in her. I’m not too sure but, I think she shares the saliva of both Reyhon and Derek but, her obeying to Derek’s rowl means that his saliva is dominant over Reyhon’s. So, I’d say, there’s nothing much to bother about. She’s part of the pack which means there’s chances for us to help her. ”

Bella heaved a heavy sigh, returning her gaze back to Derek who looked taken away. ” You need to rest, ” she said to him, ” we’ll meet at your office tomorrow morning. ”

He looked at her, ” You two know what to do, I’ll esc-rt him to his room. Good night. ”

They got to his room, and she sat beside him on his bed. ” You’re scared, aren’t you? ” She asked, rubbing his hair.

” I don’t know why. She’s my responsibility, but I wasn’t there when she needed me the most. What kind of mate am I, I’m so weak to be there for the ones I love. I should be there for her. ”

” You’re always there for her, and I know she knows that too. You have to stop blaming yourself, Derek, it’s time you face the future. It’s time you face her. ” She k-ssed his cheek, waving a smile at him. ” Good night, Derek. ”

She stood up to leave but he held her hand, ” Stay with me tonight… Please. ”

She nodded her head, walking to the other side of the bed. She shifted the blanket aside, laying beside him.

She turned his body, that they were facing each other. ” I remember when I always sleep with you just like this when we were little, ” she chuckled, ” you would always come to me when you are scared. With your tiny voice you will hold me and say; Bella, I’m scared. Don’t leave me tonight, I’m so scared of the dark. ” She said, mimicking him.

” Then I’ll hold you close to me and say; What of your mother? And you will say; I can’t find her. Is she dead? ” She looked at his beautiful face, ” You were just little then, but you still remind of of those days. You’ve never changed, Derek, you still remind of that little boy who always come to my room. ”

She brushed his hair, the soft movements of her fingers in his hair caused him to sleep. ” Good night, Derek. ” She k-ssed his forehead.

Smiling softly at him, she forced herself to sleep.

The morning sun has risen from it’s chamber, shinning all over the world and filling the morning with it’s brightness.

Bella woke up earlier before Derek, preparing his shower for him. She returned back to the room only to find him still asleep.

She tapped him gently, ” Derek, it’s morning already. ” she called.

He slowly open his eyes, staring around the room. He looked by the side of the bed and when he saw it empty, he yanked up.

” Bella! ”

” Hey, sh-shh, I’m here. ” He calmed down, letting her hug him. ” I’m here. Come, you need a shower. ”

After he had finished taken his bath, he left the bathroom with a towel tied around his wa-ist. Bella had dropped his clothes on his bed, ” This is the best I could find. ”

” I’ve got nice clothes in there. ” Pointing at his wardrobe.

” Yeah. I mean, this is my favorite. ”

He took the pair of trouser and shirt pulling himself into it. Bella helped him comb his hair and applied a little make up on his face.

” Bella, I’m not a girl for christ sake. ” He rolled his eyes.

” You don’t have to be a girl before I know I have to take good care of my little brother. ” She k-ssed his cheek. ” Now, you look just more than handsome. No wonder why Diana can’t resist you. ” They both chuckled.

” AAAAAAHHHHHHH !!!!! ”

They stared at each other, ” Diana! ”

Chapter 36:

𝑫𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒂 ✓

I sat up from my bed and my body hurts like hell. The sun was okay but, I was feeling an internal heat both in,side and outside.

” What happened? ” I asked no one.

” You just woke up from sleep dumb head. ” I heard a voice whispered in my ear.

I turned my back to see who it was but.. no one was with me in my room. And that goddamn voice has nothing to do with May’s.

” Who the heck are you? ” I asked the voice.

And it will be fine by me if it never talked again. ” Fine, it’s just my imagination. ”

” Who said so? ” It said and I turned around to see if it was really my imagination. That voice just sounded like someone had just said it directly to my ear.

” Who are you, show yourself! ” I yelled at the voice, daring it to come out.

” Oh, Diana, when will you learn how to reason? Why would you think I’m in your room?” It said.

” I don’t know, that’s why I want you to show yourself. ”

” Well, I’m in your head and I’m your wolf. ” She scoffed, cos it sounds much like a feminine voice. ” I can’t believe I have to be your wolf. You’re such an annoying thing. ”

” Hey, don’t call me that okay? Besides, I never said you should be me and I to be you, so don’t you ever blame me, okay? ”

” You’ve got a bad mouth. ”

” You’ve got one too. And mind you, if you want some understanding between us, then you better start acting nice. ”

” Now you’re the rude one here. ”

” I’m not rude, I’m just trying to let you know the truth. Besides, I’m Diana, what’s your own name? ” I asked.

” Name? ” She asked back, ” What’s a name? ”

” Oh my God, ” I sighed, ” Well, a name is something one bares. I.. I don’t know how to explain it but that’s what it actually means. It’s something everyone knows you as. Like me, everyone knows me as Diana. ”

” Well, I don’t have a name. ”

” Would you mind if I give you one? ” I asked, hoping she will say a yes.

And she did..

” Yeah. ”

” Why don’t I call you… Kiara? ”

” Kiara? Mmm..” she hummed. ” Diana… Kiara… That sounds cool.”

I smiled, ” Yeah, so are we good? ”

” Come on, Diana, we’re always good. I wanna show you something, ”

” What’s that? ”

” Take a look at yourself at the mirror, it’s the new you. I mean, because you turned to a wolf last night. ”

I went to the mirror to stare at the new me as she has just said. Standing before the mirror, I looked…

” 𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑨𝑯𝑯𝑯𝑯𝑯 !!!! ” I scre-med loudly.

She yelled at me to stop but I kept scre-ming instead. ” Diana, stop!! ” I stopped.

” Good. ” She said with satisfaction.

Just then the door opened, ” Oh my goodness, Diana what happened to your hair? ” I slowly turned to look at Bella and Derek standing beside her. They looked super shocked than I am. ” And your eyes too? ”

” Don’t tell them I did this to you. ” My wolf said and I took off my gaze, returning it back to the mirror.

I look horrific, yeah you can say that a thousand times.

” Guess I have to get a dye for your hair. ” I heard Bella say, but Derek stopped her.

” No, don’t. ”

” We can’t let her appear like this, what do you think everyone are going to say about this? They’ll probably think she’s a witch. ”

” You said it’s time I have to be the man I once was, I wanna be that same man now. If being like this is nature’s decision, then we have to let it be. It’s time I start to accept her fate, no matter how it changes her. ”

” Thanks for understanding. I’ll leave you two then. ” I heard her say with a smile as she shut the door behind her.

” What are you gonna tell him? ” My wolf asked.

” I don’t know. What do you think I should tell him? ”

” I don’t know either. ”

” Hey, ” he touched my shoulder.

” Hey, ” I smiled at him. ” How do you feel with … your purple hair? ”

” I feel a bit better with it tho I miss my blonde hair. How do I look on it? ”

” I guess I prefer you on it than to your… blonde hair. Just saying my mind tho. ”

I smiled, ” With the purple eyes? ”

” With the purple eyes and I don’t care what everyone might say about it, I’m cool with you being the way you are. ”

Our eyes were locked to each other, almost like we were going to k-ss. You know, that would be alot great if we did k-ss.

It’s almost like a month I have’nt tasted those l-ips. ” Get your senses back, Diana. ” My wolf echoed in my ear.

𝑫𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒌 ✓

As I kept staring at her, I felt someone talking to her. Like she was communicating with a different person and there’s only one person it could be, ” Her wolf. ”

I could feel the grumbling excitement of my wolf. ” What is wrong? ” I asked mentally.

” Isn’t she cute? When will you just have her on bed and stop the delay? You’re already pissing me off and now, that cute angel in her has just woken up. ”

” Are you alright? ” I asked, ignoring my wolf.

” Yes, I am. And you? ” She asked back.

” Yeah, I think so. ” I rubbed my eyes.

” You don’t look alright. Come, let’s go meet the doctor. ” She held me as she made her way to the door.

I pulled her back, her hands on my chest with her eyes w¡dened in surprise. The urge was increasing, and my annoying wolf won’t let us be… At least for today.

” I’m okay. ” I said softly.

” You don’t look okay to me. Are you having a fever or something? ” She touched my neck, feeling my temperature. ” You look hot. ” I know that wasn’t true, she was only trying to stop whatever that was about to happen.

” Maybe I’m having a fever because of you. You know you keep burning me up each time you are close to me. ”

” 𝑱𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒃 𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒅, 𝒅𝒖𝒅𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒑 𝒘𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒄𝒌 𝒐𝒇 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆. ” said my wolf and I was getting tired of listening to it.

” Just shut up!! ” I yelled.

” Derek, is there a problem? ” She touched my face.

” No, I don’t think so. Look Diana, I don’t want you sleep here anymore. ”

” Why? I love this room. I didn’t complain, did I? ”

” No, but I don’t want you to. I want you stay with me, I want you on my bed every night. I wanna keep watching you while you sleep, till eternity. ” I can’t believe I had just said that… It’s something that has longed been wanting to leave me and now… It finally did.

She rubbed my cheek, ” You don’t know how long I’ve waited for this words. I will stay with you, Derek, until eternity. ”

He held her wa-ist, leaning his face closer to hers. ” Till eternity. ” He buried a k-ss on her l-ips, slowly, but passionately.

” Where is Derek? ” Micheal asked after not seeing Derek for almost thirty minutes they have been waiting for him.

” He’s with Diana. I hope they enjoy their lovey dovey. ” She said, with an Awwn look.

” What? He’s s€×ing her at the middle of the day? ” He said almost like a scre-m.

” No!! I never said he’s s€×ing her now. Look Micheal, you need to get your dirty brain together and go find a woman for yourself. ”

Greg who has been sitting quietly tried holding his laughter. Michael looked at him, ” I’m not gonna say anything. I’ll just pretend like I heard nothing. ” He said, his hands up in a surrendering way.
