Jayden’s Pov:
My eyes w¡dened in shock as I saw the stunning lady on the staircase.
She was holding a packet of popcorn.
And believe me, she looked so hot….
In her black jeans bum short and an immaculate white singlet.
Her soft s₱0tless laps looked s€×y and hot.
And coming back to facially she’s a beauty queen.
But I have never seen her smile.
I blinked my eyes continuously as I came back to consciousness.
“Natasha?” Kayla called her.
“What? Am just trying to let him know that we are not going for any house warming party whatsoever!” She blurted.
“Uhm… It’s just a friendly….” I tried saying
“We are not friends so there is no need behaving like one” She said as she sat heavily on the couch with her legs crossed.
“But we are neighbors” I said sharply.
“And so fvcking what? Does being neighbors make us friends?” She sneered at me.
I was gobsmacked.
“Err… Don’t mind my friend Jay! We are definitely gonna make it to your house warming party tomorrow OK?” Kayla smiled at me.
I forced a smile at her as well.
“We?” Natasha furrowed her eyebrows.
“Yes… We!” Kayla said immediately.
“Alright! Am looking forward to seeing you guys” I managed to say as I shook hands with Kayla and walked out of the door.
“Bye!” I waved at Natasha and she rolled her eyes.
Kayla banged the door as soon as I left.
Gosh! What kind of lady is she?
Kayla’s Pov:
I banged the door and quickly turned to Natasha who was busy eating her popcorn.
She pretended to be focused on the television.
“Tasha! What was that for?” I asked angrily
“What was what for?” She said pretentiously.
“Don’t give me that look! Why are you being mean and cruel to our neighbors?” I asked
“Oh that?” She snorted
“Jeez! I didn’t know it has gotten to this extent” I scre-med.
“Why would you even accept his invitation?” Natasha asked in annoyance.
“And why won’t I?” I frowned my face.
“Kayla I don’t like them!” Natasha half yelled
“Tell me what they did to you that made you hate them?” I asked as she turned her face away.
“All I know is that you can go to their goddamn party but I will never” Natasha said
“You and I were invited so both of us are going and you will behave yourself” I said with a finality voice.
“I freaking don’t get you…. Why are you being nice to them? Do you even know the kind of people they are?” Natasha asked
“You can only know the kind of people they are from close reach not from afar” I added
“Damn! I don’t want to have anything to do with them” Natasha said
“Yeah… Yeah! Whatever…. But you are definitely going to that party after that you can hate them again” I said
“You’re so annoying! You can go to the party and have fun alone!” She yelled as she rushed upstairs.
“Yeah right!” I scre-med back at her.
💭 What the heck is wrong with this bestie of mine? 💭 I shrugged it off.
Jayden’s Pov:
I picked up my cell phone and logged in.
“Natasha? That’s her name” I smiled broadly to myself as I searched her online.
I really kinda love her guts….
She’s got an attitude!
I mean who does that?
She’s the first girl that didn’t love me at first sight.
Cos I know am very handsome and s€×y.
With so much muscle…
Who doesn’t even want to have even just a one night stand with me?
She had the guts to turn down my party invitation.
Gosh!
Her guts is driving me nuts….
I really love her for that.
I scrolled through her pictures.
She was amazingly beautiful.
She’s very curvy and h¡ppy.
And her smiles revealed her white sparkling set of teeth.
Though I haven’t seen her smile physically but at least I have seen in her pictures.
I was still engrossed in looking at her pictures when Marvin walked in.
I was smiling and absentminded.
“Hey… Bro!” He shook me vigorously and that smacked me into consciousness.
“Oh Marvin….” I managed to say.
“What’s up with the smiles? Isn’t that the mean lady?” Marvin scoffed
“Yeah!” I smiled broadly
“So why then are you smiling? I mean she’s not worth it” Marvin shrugged
“I like her!” I chuckled
“What? You like who?” Marvin asked with his eyes popped out.
“I like the mean lady Natasha!” I said again
“Shit! And what makes you think you won’t get humiliated?” Marvin blurted
“Am gonna make Natasha fall in love with me” I laughed
“And how are you going to do that?” Marvin asked.
I smirked… 😉😉
“Watch and see” I smiled mischievously….
☀️Episode 05☀️
Natasha’s Pov:
I walked into my office with my handbag clutched to my arm.
I kept my bag and sat on the chair.
I heaved a sigh.
I had a lot on my desk and I need to round up before evening.
There was a knock on my door.
“Come in” I said as the door swung open and my workmate Melissa came in.
“Hi Tasha! Good morning….” She smiled at me.
“What’s up girl?” I asked still focused with on the files.
“Nothing much… I just came to give you this files” She said as she kept them on my desk.
“Oh… What’s that?” I asked typing with my laptop.
“The report for the last board meeting” She said
“Aww… Thank you Lissa!” I smiled.
“You’re welcome… By the way I wanted to ask you a favor” She rolled her eyes.
“I knew it! You can’t just bring me the files for nothing” I joked
“Of course you know I can” She hit me playfully.
“So what is it?” I asked
“It’s your black handbag… I want to borrow it” She said simply
“I know you have always liked that bag you naughty girl!” I laughed
“Yeah… Whatever!” She smiled
“OK… You can follow me home after work and pick it up” I said as she jumped for joy.
She quickly pecked me excitedly.
“Thank you so much Tasha!” She rejoiced
“Welcome….” I smiled as she walked out of the office.

Melissa and I got down from my car.
“Wow! Your apartment is really big and claasy” She complimented.
“Oh… Thank you!” I said as I dragged my handbag and headed in,side.
“You’re welcome! But am just wondering how you survive here all alone” She chuckled
“Of course not! Am not alone cos Kayla is always here” I said
“Oh I forgot!” She smiled.
Melissa’s Pov:
We walked into the sitting room and I sat on the couch.
Natasha walked upstairs to get me the bag.
I walked around the sitting room in surprise.
Suddenly, my eye caught with someone outside the house.
I opened the curtains and looked out.
My jaw dropped and I drooled.
I just can’t help it….
“Uhh… Melissa here is the bag” Natasha said as she walked to me.
She tapped me gently and that smacked me into consciousness.
I became startled.
“What is it Melissa?” She asked anxiously.
“Oh my gosh! Tasha have you seen your neighbor?” I asked not knowing what to say.
“My neighbor? What’s up with them?” She asked
“My goodness! He’s so charming…. Gosh!” I said as Natasha frowned.
“Huuhh…” She snorted
“You’ve got such a hottie” I said
“Hottie indeed! That’s their business anyways!” She said uninterestedly
“Really? So you ain’t dating that cute guy?” I asked shocked
“Tch… I don’t care about them! And I’d rather not talk about them” She said
“Gosh! Are you sure you’ve seen how hot that guy is?” I scoffed
“Hot or no hot… I don’t give a fvck” She blurted
“Whatever! So tell me what’s his name?” I nudged her.
“I don’t know and I don’t care to know” She said as she sat heavily on the couch.
This is serious… She really doesn’t care.
“Can you help me get his number?” I licked my l-ips.
“Do that yourself lover girl!” She shook her head.
“Yeah right! Anyways I’ve got to go” I said as we hugged each other.
Kayla’s Pov:
I put on my very beautiful long black gown.
I sat in front of the dressing mirror applying makeups on my face.
“Perfect!” I said almost inaudibly to myself.
Actually tonight is the house warming party of the new neighbor.
I mean Jayden and Marvin his cousin as he told me.
The door swing open and Natasha walked in.
I stared at her in shock.
She was in her sleeping pyjamas.
“Natasha?” I called as she lay heavily on the bed.
“Yeah! What is it?” She asked hugging the pillow.
“You are not yet dressed? I asked anxiously
“Dressed for what?” She pretended
“Really? Don’t give me that Natasha…. For the party” I said
“Party? Was I invited to any party?” She asked
“What the…. To the new neighbor’s party” I said as she sighed loudly.
“Oh that? Am not going to attend!” She rolled her eyes.
“No way! That isn’t happening..” I snorted
“Kayla I don’t want to….”She said as I picked up a box of dress and threw it at her.
“No freaking way! Get dressed Natasha… Don’t be an a**” I said with an air of authority.
“You’re mistaken Kayla cos am not going with you” She said
“Then I won’t help you with the office project anymore” I threatened
“What?” She arched her eyebrows
“You heard me! Get dressed Natasha” I gro-ned…..
