We can’t believe what we just heard, why would Rebecca want me dead or want to scatter Yvonne’s family, we’ve not done anything to her and i barely know her, or is this a kind of setup. But where have she been since all this days.
South and the other guys waited for us in the garden while Yvonne and i went to ask Mrs Amanda if she knows Rebecca whereabouts, even Natasha is not even at home, I was very angry this time, I don’t mind strangling her to death, if she doesn’t give me any good explanation.
We walked in,side the parlor, while Yvonne went to call Mrs Amanda at the kitchen… She finally rushed out.
*she sees that am boiling in,side of me, while Yvonne just sit on the sofa… I can see tears rolling down her cheek.
Mrs Amanda : (scared)my son what is the problem?
Me : Where is Rebecca?
Mrs Amanda : Rebecca?? What have she done.
Me : Answer my question please.
Mrs Amanda : She told me she was going to her hometown, she lost someone in the family. And she went with Natasha
Me :How come she never let us know, even her friend Yvonne huh?
Mrs Amanda : Why speaking as if she have committed a big crime, she left that day you saw us talking down here, she did not want to add to the ones you are facing right, she said she will be back tomorrow. Please tell me what is going on
Yvonne :(crying) Why would Rebecca of all people plan evil against me and my family.
Mrs Amanda : Did i hear you say plan evil?
Yvonne : Yes, The police informed us that the assassin confessed already?
Mrs Amanda : Wow, that’s good news…so who is the person behind the mask.
Me : Rebecca they said.
Mrs Amanda : Haaaa, Rebecca,why? I don’t believe this… It can’t be, don’t tell me you believed this, do you?
Yvonne : I don’t know whom to trust anymore right now *she stood up and rushed up stairs*
Me : We need to see her first at least to find out the truth…
*i left her there to meet the guys outside,while Mrs Amanda opened her mouth wide*
I walked to the garden and sat with the guys, as we talk.
South : whona see the girl?
Me : They said she travel, honestly i don’t believe what the police said, e fit be set up. At the same time, that madam wey dey in,side so ehh, I no trust am at all, but my woman trust the madam unto say she don stay for this house for very long time.
Dan : So, wetin we go do nau?
Me : The plan still remains as we planned, two in,side, while two outside… I will give you car that can not be suspected, so that you can follow up anyone you suspect, while Dan and olamide must watch that madam closely,even when she is going to the market, you should let south and jimoh know when she is about to go, so that they can be ready for follow up. South i will give you cameras so that you can capture any wrong movement.
South : No wohala, we dey your back.
Me : South please get prepared, Kingsley will be here to pick you and jimoh to the apartment.
*not quite long Kingsley came, while south and jimoh joined him, when they left i took Dan and olamide to the visitors quarters, before heading back to be with Yvonne, I know she is feeling so bad right now.
That day was not cool tho, I was scared tunde might be killed, and i have to help him out, in the evening of that day, Yvonne refused to eat, I tried to let her eat, but she refused, I called Mrs Amanda to know if she can help console her but she didn’t, she was still consoling Yvonne, when we heard smell of something burning on fire, she left immediately to check, something also sounded as a message vibrating sound beside Yvonne, Mrs Amanda forgot to take her phone, I moved closer to check what message was that. And i saw this display on the screen of the phone.
“I TRIED TO CALL BUT THE NETWORK IS BAD, PLEASE MEET ME AT THE WESTERN BAR TOMORROW BY 5 PM, I’TS VERY URGENT, MAKE SURE NO ONE SEES YOU, DELETE AFTER READING…
*I heard footstep approaching the room, I kept the phone immediately, and went back to my position, she came and took her phone, she saw the message but pretended, she said
“Oh who is sending me call me message at this period of hærdsh¡p, she left immediately.
While Yvonne slept off without eating.
What is she up to… I need to inform south and others to get ready to follow her up.
MRS AMANDA” IS SOMETHING ELSE….

(I called Kingsley immediately, I told him to inform south and jimoh so that they can be ready to follow her up, the next day i rushed to the visitors quarters to inform Dan and Olamide, they all got set.
I did not intend to tell Yvonne because of the trust she have for Mrs Amanda, she was awake, I was pushed to tell her but i can’t, I only said good morning to her and k-ssed her on the forehead, I walked to the parlor where i sit on the sofa watching movies, I have to watch Mrs Amanda closely this time… Mrs Amanda came out of her room.
Mrs Amanda : Good morning my son
Me : (pretended) Haaa, Good morning ma, how was your night?
Mrs Amanda – Awesome, you?
Me : Just worried tho, I don’t know what is wrong with Yvonne?
Mrs Amanda : (smiled) Don’t worry she’ll be fine, I’ll soon check on her when am through washing the dishes.
Me : Oh thank you, please do
Mrs Amanda : Just be cool son, some days are like this.
Me : (smile) Thank you ma
*She smiled and left*
(I wonder why she keep on pretending, she can kill slowly… But she won’t get Yvonne or me, I was still at the parlor when Yvonne came down to join me, she sits beside me and lean on my shoulder.
Yvonne : Honey am sorry
Me : Sorry for what?
Yvonne : for not giving you attention yesterday, I just don’t believe my own friend will want to do something bad to me, am just confused whom to trust.
Me : Yeah, but in situations like this, you have to stay strong and focused, you don’t have to starve your self because of this.
Yvonne : Alright. I’ve heard you.
Me : So how was your night?
Yvonne : Horrible jaare *Laughed*
Me : (smiled) See your head
Yvonne : like yours
**we both laugh**
(Not quite long Rebecca came in with Natasha)
Rebecca : (Smiling) Hey Guys
(Yvonne looked at her with so much anger showing in her face, Natasha noticed.*)
Yvonne : *with anger* what are you doing here?
Rebecca : (surprised) Why that question?
Yvonne : (stand up from the sofa, with a loud voice) Answer my question
Rebecca : I don’t get it, what have i done wrong, have been out for two days and came in now, and you’re telling me to leave your house.
Natasha : Yvonne, what happened?
Yvonne : She is the person behind all this, The police said it all, the assassins confessed already and the police wants to know who she is, she’s a murderer, please leave my house.
Natasha : How are you sure this is not a setup, for Christ sake we went for a burial ceremony, this is what we get from the burial
*she showed us the burial tribute book*
Me : Rebecca, are you sure you have no hands in this accusation leveled against you.
Rebecca : Why will i do such a thing, but no problem, if she wants me to leave I’ll do just that. *she turns to leave*
Yvonne : Wait Rebecca, am sorr…….
(Suddenly, my phone rings, they all shut up and look at me, its the same strange number)
