THE LAW AND ORDER CHAPTER 9&10
two weeks after the visit, Marco comes to Philip’s company to see him but Philip wasn’t in the office.
SECRETARY: good day sir
MARCO: where is my son?
SECRETARY: he isn’t in his office sir, he went for an important meeting with a client.
MARCO: okay
SECRETARY: but sir, his wife is in her office.
MARCO: oh ! really? okay I’ll be right back. he goes into Tessa’s office and knocks
TESSA: yes come in ( he enters) oh dad MARCO: how are you Tessa?
TESSA: am good.am sorry dad.Philip went out with an important client but he will be back shortly.
MARCO: there is no problem ( smiles and looks at Tessa lustfully) you are getting more beautiful each day that passes Tessa.
TESSA:( forces a smile) thanks dad. MARCO: ( draws closer, Tessa feels uncomfortable) MARCO: uhm…dad…I have got a lot of works to do.
MARCO: fifteen minutes with you isn’t much right?
TESSA: dad..Philip might arrive any time from now and this won’t be good if he sees you in my office.
MARCO: don’t worry… he won’t find out about us.( tries k-ssing her, Tessa withdraws her face)
TESSA: uhm….dad..stop.. this isn’t the right place.
MARCO: then I will close the door ( tries closing the door) TESSA: no don’t. please leave dad.not here and not now. I don’t want any troubles especially from mom.
MARCO: we started all this before you got married to Philip. why should we stop now?
TESSA: I know.I wasn’t married then and Philip never knew about it but he caught us when I got married to him. I am so lucky that Jake’s DNA matches with his.if Jake wasn’t his, I would have been put to shame. so let’s stop it. MARCO: I can’t
TESSA: then fine.am busy( concentrates on her work)
MARCO: I will be waiting for at our usual place, when you are done with work…meet me there ( leaves) when Tessa was done with work..she went to Philip’ s office.
TESSA: hi Philip PHILIP: Tessa TESSA: it seems like you have a lot of work. PHILIP: yes I do
TESSA: I have an important person to meet. PHILIP: who is that?
TESSA: an old friend from Italy. PHILIP: okay TESSA:so I’ll see you later( pecks him) bye hun .
PHILIP: okay Tessa leaves the office , she got into the car and calls Marco TESSA: hello dad..I’m in my way there. MARCO: okay. I’ll be waiting
TESSA: okay( hangs up and tells the driver to drive the car)…..
_________ the following day, Olivia followed Sabrina to her school in order to see Jake.
SARAH: ( sees Sabrina and Olivia) hi Sabrina
SARAH: hi Sarah
SARAH: ( smiles)
SABRINA: Sarah meet my mother.mother this is Sarah.
OLIVIA: oh that’s the Sarah you do talk about right? hi Sarah..its nice meeting you.
SARAH: its nice meeting you too ma’ am SARAH: Sarah is also on scholarsh¡p OLIVIA: really?
SARAH: yes ma’ am
OLIVIA: that’s good dear
SARAH: uhm…Sabrina.. there is bad news SABRINA: what bad news?
SARAH: its JM. he left our school already. they left the town.I just heard it.
SABRINA: what ? too bad. my mother followed me here in order to see him. OLIVIA: oh ! don’t worry dear.it’s not your fault… am sure one day we will see him.so just go into your classroom before the lesson starts
SABRINA: okay mother, let’s go Sarah. SARAH: bye aunty
OLIVIA: okay dear.. bye at home
OLIVIA: it’s too bad that I didn’t see your super hero friend Sabrina
SABRINA: it isn’t our fault mother. JASMINE: hey Sabrina.. I can’t do this homework for..I think it’s a bit difficult.
SABRINA: that’s not true.that’s a simple math.give that to me. JASMINE: okay fine. take it. OLIVIA: jasmine. I am trying to save up enough money so that you can go back to school. JASMINE: no don’t bother mom..I’m not as intelligent as Sabrina. it’s going to be a waste on me. OLIVIA: don’t say that dear JASMINE: mother is right jasmine. JASMINE: mother I don’t want you to work to much because of me, you might fall sick.just let me be.when I get to sixteen, I will try looking for a job so that I can help you. OLIVIA: are you sure dear? but I want you to go to school. JASMINE: I know that but forget that for now.come on OLIVIA: okay fine but you have to finish grade and high school first. JASMINE: okay fine..only grade and high school okay? OLIVIA: ( smiles).. SABRINA: but mother, I will love to go into college. I want to be a lawyer. JASMINE: don’t worry Sabrina.. you have your big sis to support you. SABRINA: so now I have a super hero mother and a super hero sister. JASMINE: yes and a super hero crush.. SABRINA: stop it jasmine! ( all laughs)….
CHAPTER 11&12
during Emmanuelle’s burial, Ruby and brainy wept bitterly
PRIEST: so lord we ask ask for the spirit of your beloved daughter Emmanuelle Tomson therefore rest in peace.
BRAINY:( remembers everything about Emmanuelle,he throws his flower into the grave) Aunty you had been do good to us, we love you and will always do
RUBY: ( crying) aunty! now you are gone, our lives are going to be a mess but we promise you that we aren’t going to forget you nor your advice. take care aunt emmanuelle.goodbye ( wipes her tears and hugs brainy) few weeks after the burial , a man comes to their building.
RONALDO: ( knocks) is anybody in here? BRAINY: ( comes) good day sir. please how may we help you?
RONALDO: my name is Ronaldo, your aunt bought this house from me and she hasn’t finished the pay so I have come to collect the house back.
BRAINY: this house was given to my aunt by an old friend , so you can’t take it. RONALDO: who are you to tell me that? I own this house. are you ready to finish the pay.
BRAINY: we don’t have money so leave. RUBY: please sir have pity on us.we are poor. we don’t have money and our aunt is dead.
RONALDO: that’s your business. I want you to leave this house. I Want to sell this build.
BRAINY: you can’t ask us to leave. RONALDO: if you don’t leave , I will call the cobs..
BRAINY: come on ruby let’s go( takes his sister out). Brainy and Ruby wandered about roads and streets looking for a place to rest their heads.
RUBY: brainy, I feel hungry
BRAiNY: what are we going to do now? ( sees a man passing and rushes to him) please sir, spare us some change. we need to buy food please sir.
MAN: hey kid, go away
RUBY: ( crying) please sir( man leaves) BRAINY: am sorry Ruby, our lives are like this
RUBY:( wipes her tears) we can face and overcome this challenges
BRAINY: I promise you Ruby, I will never leave your side. I will protect you as my younger sister.I won’t leave you I promise.( hugs her).
brainy had to do some hærd jobs, he helped people with their goods and help attract costumers in the market to buy people’s goods. at the end of each day, he was paid.
BRAINY: hey, ruby I bought noodles today RUBY: it’s been a while I ate this, come on let’s eat.
BRAINY: wow! yummy delicious.
RUBY: ( rushes the food into her mouth) brainy kept on with the work in order to feed himself and his sis. one day he saw an empty house made of woods that has not been used for years.
BRAINY: I think we can manage this.
RUBY: yes, at least we won’t sleep under the bridge again. thank you very much brainy.
BRAINY: I promise to take care of you. I want to get enough costumers and have enough pay to send you to school.
RUBY: ( smiles) BRAINY: least I forget, I bought a new dress for you.I have been saving some money in order to buy this for you .
RUBY:( tears drops from her eyes) thank you brainy. thank you for everything. thank you. ( hugs him) brainy saved up some money to send ruby to school. Ruby went back to school because of brainy…..
______________ Sabrina did well in school and came as the upper in grade school. HEADTEACHER: 3rd upper Davis Greg ( David climbs up the stage and he was hailed by friends and classmates. the head teacher gives his mother the medal and she puts it on David, the camera man takes pictures of them with the head teacher, there were applauses) now the second upper is Sarah Francisco ( Sarah climbs the stage and was hailed too. medal was given to her). now the upper is Sabrina Anderson..
JASMINE: hey! that’s my sister.hey that girl over there is mg sister. ( follows her mother to the stage, Olivia hugs Sabrina tightly and put the medal on her neck)
HEADTEACHERS: congratulations Sabrina
MRS GREEN: congratulations Sabrina PRIEST: congratulations miss Sabrina( gives her an envelop) the catholic school have decided to give you a scholarsh¡p into high school.
OLIVIA: what?
SABRINA: mother! thank you sir( cries) thank you.
PRIEST: you are welcome ( Sabrina hugs her mother and teachers and she was hailed by the people) Ruby on the other side did very well in grade school, through the help of brainy.
RUBY: thank you very much brainy that I am going into high school.
BRAINY: I am so proud of you ruby ( hugs her)
RUBY: ( places her medal on the wall) am sure that mom and dad are smiling wherever they are
BRAINY: yes they are.they are really proud of their little Ruby.
————————————– eight years later, Sabrina grows up into a beautiful young girl.everybody were proud of her.she did very well in high school and was done with high school already. SABRINA: where is my tie? jasmine! jasmine!!! JASMINE: what is it?
SABRINA: I placed my tie on the cupboard and I can’t find it.
OLIVIA: ( shouts) Sabrina dear! your tie is in your wardrobe.
SABRINA: thanks mother. WHERE IS MY SHOES?
JASMINE: oh! goodness Sabrina.you are so careless. your shoes are in the bathroom SABRINA: oh! I forgot to clean them.could you please clean them for me jasmine? unless I might be late for school. MOTHER!
OLIVIA: yes dear
SABRINA: where is my ribbon? OLIVIA: oh my? Sabrina, check it in your basket SABRINA: okay( rushes everything and comes out)
OLIVIA: no breakfast? SABRINA: yes mother. I am late already. goodbye( leaves) Ruby grew up into a beautiful girl she loved music.she sings why her brother plays the guitar.
RUBY:( singing) and I am not alone
BRAINY: wow! my sis is really gonna be a pop star. RUBY: really?( smiles). BRAINY: yes dear RUBY: thanks big brother. oh my! what’s the time? BRAINY: it’s 12 o’clock RUBY: come on let’s go or we gonna be late BRAINY: let’s go Jake on his own grew into a handsome man that caught any girls attention.
CHARLIE: make sure you take care Jake JAKE: I will grandma TESSA: here son ( hugs him) I am going to miss you JAKE: me too mom..don’t worry I can take care of myself.grandma promised to visit me in the state.
TESSA: I know that CHARLIE: make sure you study hærd okay? I am going to be proud of the lawyer you are going to be. PHILIP: takes care son( hugs him) JAKE: alright mom, dad, grandma and grandpa I have to go so that I won’t miss my flight goodbye.( hugs them all) bye mom.I love you ( gets into the car and the driver drives the car)
