After sometime, Mira got into college in the same school with Jake
JAKE: ( phone rings, he didn’t pick) MATTHEW: someone’s calling
JAKE: it’s Mira MATTHEW: why aren’t you picking?
JAKE: nothing.. come on let’s go at Mira’s classroom ERIKA: you’ve been staring at your phone over 20 minutes now
MIRA: hmm ERIKA: hey what’s wrong? MIRA: Jake isn’t picking my calls
ERIKA: maybe he has lectures MIRA: maybe at Jake’s house Matthew spent the day in his house
MATTHEW: are you done with the assignment on legal method? JAKE: almost( phone rings)
MATTHEW: why aren’t you picking Mira’s call? JAKE: its my business and not yours MATTHEW: am just concerned
JAKE: don’t be AT MIRA’S ROOM MIRA:( keeps calling Jake) pick your calls Jake ( Susan enters her room) SUSAN: Mira
MIRA: mommy SUSAN: what’s wrong? MIRA: nothing was about to sleep
SUSAN: okay dear.goodnight. love’ya MIRA: I love you too mom( covers herself with the blanket) THE FOLLOWING DAY Mira sees Jake with Matthew at the library
ERIKA: hey best, is that not your boyfriend? ( Mira goes to Jake) MIRA: hey Jake
JAKE: hi Mira MIRA: you haven’t been picking my calls for some time now JAKE: sorry MIRA: tell me what’s wrong?
JAKE:( stands and leaves the library) MIRA: (follows him) hey am talking to you and you are walking out on me?
JAKE: could you please give me some space? MIRA: what do you mean?
JAKE: I want space Mira MIRA: I don’t get you
JAKE: am not ready for a relationsh¡p now. I got a lot of things now.law isn’t as easy as you think. I need time and concentration
MIRA: am I distracting you? JAKE: yes that’s why I want. . MIRA: I can stop disturbing you but please don’t break up with me
JAKE: Mira you’ve got to understand me.I’m no longer interested in this relationsh¡p
MIRA:( slaps him) how dare you? ( cries) after everything. is that how you are? JAKE: am sorry Mira but… MIRA: don’t do this to me
JAKE: please understand Mira MIRA: I can’t
JAKE: ( leaves) MIRA: Jake! Jake! come back here please ( cries) at Mira’s classroom Mira enters crying
ERIKA: what is it best? MIRA: it’s Jake.he broke up with me already
ERIKA: what? MIRA: I don’t know what to do now.
ERIKA: stop crying Mira( hugs her) . _______________ Sabrina studied very hærd in school… she studied at night in order to finish college. Ruby on the other side did the same, she made brainy so proud of her. Jake and Matthew did the same..Mira and Jake were separated for some time. five years later, Jake and Matthew returned back to their country in order to go into law school through their parents influence.
PHILIP: look my son is now a grown man( all laughs)
CHARLIE: am so proud of you Jake..come on give your grandma a hug.( Jake laughs and hugs Charlie)
JAKE: I really missed all of you. hey grandpa, you aren’t growing old at all
MARCO: that’s because of the hands I have here Sabrina finished college and was prepared to go into law school
OLIVIA: come on dear ..I’m going to miss you
SABRINA: stop crying mother, it’s just a year in law school
JASMINE: Sabrina , a year is just like a decade SABRINA: ( smiles) I will miss you guys
SARAH: oh my goodness! Sabrina..you know I can’t stay without you..I’m going to miss my best friend SARAH: that’s true. ( cries and hugs Sarah) Ruby was going into law school too
BRAINY: make sure you take care dear RUBY: I can’t believe that I’m almost there to my dreams ( tears rolls down her cheek) BRAINY: because you decided to fight for it
RUBY: you gave me the strength brother( hugs brainy) thank you so much they finally went into law school. a lot of students stood in a queue waiting to receive numbers. Sabrina takes her number
RUBY: don’t worry brother..I’ll be fine
SABRINA: ( looking for her cell phone in her bag and mistakenly bomped into Ruby) oh my goodness! RUBY: oh! sorry! am so sorry( picks her bag and gives it to her)
SABRINA: it’s okay RUBY: sure?
SABRINA: yeah RUBY: hi..am Ruby, Ruby Rogers SABRINA: ( smiles) Sabrina
RUBY: it’s nice meeting you Sabrina
SABRINA: same too RUBY:( hears her name and number) I think I just heard my name…excuse me, I’ll be right back( goes and takes her number) uhm..am back
SABRINA: cool RUBY: so what’s your room number?
SABRINA: 107 RUBY: that’s my room too..that means you are my room mate already SABRINA: really? yeah sure RUBY: Come on let’s go( they leave)
CHAPTER 27,28,29
they all finally passed through law school and after the that was the swearing of the new lawyers
RUBY: I’m so happy Sabrina. I can’t wait for tomorrow SABRINA: me too
RUBY: so how do we put it? counsellor Sabrina Anderson SABRINA: and counsellor Ruby Rogers. oh my goodness..my mother and sister are going to be there RUBY: my brother too.
SABRINA: am so happy at Jake’s house everybody were prepared for the calling to bar of Jake
TESSA: Rachel make sure you prepare MY son’s favourite. Jake doesn’t like spices in his meal
RACHEL: yes ma’am
CHARLIE: Philip I want this party to be a great one for my grandson. I’m so proud of Jake
PHILIP: don’t worry mother.it will be a surprise party for Jake when he returns home( smiles)
MARCO: come on let’s go unless we might be late Olivia, jasmine and Sarah were also prepared to go there too
JASMINE: hey mother, the make up is okay .we might go late come on SARAH: yes aunt that’s enough already
OLIVIA: alright alright let’s go already at the hall the Governor and other important people were seen there.they called each lawyers and congratulated them. it was then time to make their oath, all stands up, raised their right hand up.
LAWYERS: today I stand here being called u into.. swear this day to serve this country in truth and honesty and give justice..so help me God ( people gives them applauses ) after the swearing in, the lawyers goes to greet their families
OLIVIA: oh goodness! jasmine I haven’t seen your sister SARAH: ( sees sab) sab! sab!
SABRINA: mother ( rushes to them and hugs them )
OLIVIA: am so proud of you my child.look at you ( tears rolls down her cheek)
SABRINA: ( tears rolls down her cheeks too) mother I can’t believe am a lawyer now.I achieved my dreams
JASMINE: give you sister a hug( hugs her) SARAH:( spreads her arms for a hug) are you going to keep me like this
SABRINA: of course not ( hugs her) RUBY: hey counsellor
SABRINA: counsellor(,hugs Ruby) am so happy RUBY: me too.meet my brother brainy. brainy this is Sabrina

JAKE:( sees it) I didn’t read it.it was a mistake
SABRINA: whatever! so don’t put the blame on me.can you shift a bit? I want to get into there ( enters the rest room, comes out and still sees Jake) hey what are you still doing here…get out before someone sees you.
JAKE: hey you have to mind the way you talk to me
SABRINA: really? who are you then? the President son? I don’t care ..excuse me( leaves) ……. _______________
OLIVIA: so what’s your plans now sab? SABRINA: I want to work in attorney Garcia chamber. I’ve really admired her a lot when I was still in law OLIVIA: that will be nice
JASMINE: am so proud of you say SABRINA: ( smiles) I will be going to her chamber tomorrow
JASMINE: okay fine SABRINA: thank you jasmine at night Ruby and Sabrina speaks on phone
RUBY: here, you have to come out early… attorney Garcia doesn’t stay that much in chamber SABRINA: don’t worry ruby I’ll make sure I come out early RUBY: okay Sabrina Sabrina.I feel sleepy now.I’ll hang up
SABRINA: okay goodnight THE FOLLOWING DAY Sabrina goes to attorney Garcia’s chamber
ATTORNEY: it’s an honour to have you counsellors SABRINA: we’ve admired you for a long time attorney
ATTORNEY: thank you so much counsellor.so you can start on Monday RUBY: really? thanks alot attorney Garcia AT RUBY’S she enters the house and sees brainy packing belongings RUBY: brainy what are you doing?
BRAINY: help me pack all these RUBY: no wait a second..I don’t get these BRAINY: we are living this place RUBY: to where?
BRAINY: don’t ask questions.. just do as I say RUBY: ( joins him) brainy and Ruby leaves the building, brainy drives into a mansion
RUBY: what’s this place? BRAINY:( smiles) welcome to our new house
RUBY: what? our new house? stop joking around BRAINY: am not , this is our house RUBY:( surprised) where did you get the money for this?
BRAINY: I worked for it RUBY: I thought you said that you do deliver goods
BRAINY: yes..my boss awarded me with this .hey come in…( takes Ruby in,side) it’s beautiful right? just like our old mansion RUBY: yes it is…can I go upstairs?
BRAINY: of course..this is our house. AT JAKE’S TESSA:( on phone) yes dear, there is nothing like coming over here.don’t worry honey..you are going to enjoy this place okay fine.I’ll tell Jake about this.
JAKE:( comes in) TESSA: Jake JAKE: Mom TESSA: Mira..just called, she’s planning to come over here JAKE: but why? TESSA; because of you JAKE: Mira isn’t my girlfriend mom TESSA: stop this Jake
JAKE: mom TESSA: come on son..I prepared your favourite.
2. days later brainy went on an operation in a company, a lot of his men were killed except few.. he was shot on his ARM by a cob but he later killed the cob..he rushes into his car and drove home
BRAINY: ( enters the house) RUBY: ( sees him bleeding) brainy! brainy what happened to you.
BRAINY:get me a knief RUBY: ( gets the knife) hey what are you doing? BRAINY: ( brings out the bullet with the knife)
RUBY: tell me what happened?
BRAINY: it’s nothing RUBY: no tell me
BRAINY: I got robbed and was shot on my arm RUBY: what? come on let’s go to the hospital BRAINY: no..no uhm RUBY: but why? BRAINY: I’ll be fine ( goes up…ruby stands there confused) ……………….
