THE LOST DIARY
(HE DECEIVED ME)

EPISODE 13

They had all gone in,side and sat down, while both, Steve and Frank, pulled of their shirt and were left with only their singlets.
.
“Guy what did you cook?”
Frank asked Stanley as Steve was still in a bit of mood.
.
“I cooked nothing. I wasn’t in the mood for that this evening so I didn’t cook.”
Stanley explained.
.
“But you for tell us na so we go de prepared.”. Frank said.
.
“And I have told you now.”
Stanley said and Frank made a sad face and faced his phone.
.
Stanley went to where Steve was and crossed his arms around him, as he started laughing involuntarily.
.
Steve looked at him but said nothing to him, as he clasped his two hands over his head.
.
Stanley looked at Steve and knew that the thing was really eating him up.
.
Steve is a sanguine to the core and that makes him an extrovert, he hærdly gets offended even when the joke was meant to be taken personal and for whatever that really made him bitter, he Stanley knew that he should know better than to stop it.
.
After looking at Steve for some moments, he said.
.
“OK guys let’s go to a restaurant and chill out, all Bill is on me.”
Stanley said getting up to go get prepared.
.
Frank smiled involuntarily, while Steve licked his l-ips 💋 in happiness.
.
Stanley knew that he had to go out with an extra extra cash (can only be found in the dictionary of Chibuike Smart) or he would in the end be borrowing money from them to settle the waiters.
.
He knew that for whatever Steve would, would be based on vengeance for what happened that night.
.
And apart from that, they are mountain climbers, when it comes to food, the both of them’s name should be included into the world Guinness book of records, for breaking the record of the world fastest and dangerous eaters (My fellow eaters go understand)
.
That night they had chilled out in a nearby restaurant and true to his guess they really ate up a mountain 🗻.
.
Frank had drank a lot that night and had come to a point that he was tipsy.
.
Stanley sighed in relief as Steve was still very much sober.
.
So Stanley called him and he answered him.
.
“Please i would need your help on something, I want you to make a research on what the real name of these lady is.”
Stanley brought out a picture of his dream girl, as he had duplicated the pictures into many cards.
.
“Lol!!!”
Steve said as he took the picture of the lady and stared at it.”
.
“What are you up to this time around?”
Steve asked.
.
“The more you don’t know the better for you, can you just help me out?”
Stanley asked.
.
“Well, I already know her details very well. Isn’t this the daughter of Chief Dave, who……….?”
Steve said leaving the word hanging to avoid stories that touches the heart.
.
“Yea that’s her. So how much do you know about her?”
Stanley said nodding.
.
“OK, her name is Sandra Dave, she studied linguistics in the university of Benin city. Her boyfriend is the son to the ambassador of France.”
.
“But the diary said, she is not in a relationsh¡p.”
Stanley said, before he could even keep his mouth from running.
.
“What diary man?”
Steve said looking at him suspiciously, as he gulped down the last beer 🍻 in his glass 🍸.
.
“Not to bother, what else do you know about her?”
.
“Nothing else just this. And you know what man? I can’t help you out if you don’t, what really is going on.”
Steve said seriously.
.
“Ok, I would tell you, but not now.”
Steve nodded his head in agreement.
.
“Can you help me hack into any of her personal stuff, and get me her contacts and details.”
Stanley said.
.
“Yea sure, I would do that, but you too would help me out to check of a stupid nuisance.”
Steve said.
.
“And who is that?”
Stanley asked.
.
“The stupid rich g-y, flaunting his wealth at my front.”
Steve said and Stanley smiled as he nodded in like manner.
.
“So when a person behaves stupidly and ignorantly, what do we do to him?”
Stanley asked.
.
“We teach him a lesson.”
They both chorused and Frank stirred from his sleeping position, as he murmured some incoherent words and went back to sleep again.

“I will fill you both in on how to go about the case tomorrow.
.
He was still talking when his phone rang.
