The sound of the alarm woke me up from my dream land…..
“” Gaarrrrhh……what the hell is wrong with this alarm….. Won’t u allow me to enjoy my morning sleep….. I said , rolling sluggishly on my bed…..

Elina, elina come down stairs quickly , Joyce is here…..
That was granny voice …..
Oh my gosh, Joyce is here, and am still on the bed…….
 
Remember today is your D_day …..Granny said….
 
OK granny I will be down in a second …I said even though I knew its not possible……

Yea today is actually the D_day for us, we are going to SHS our dream school to write the scholarsh¡p examination we applied for…..
 
I quickly get down from the bed, ran into the bath, took my bath, came back to the room, apply some lotion on my soft skin, put on a pink top and a black trouser, then went downstairs…..

I greeted my granny , and k-ss her as usual…..
 
Hey babe, am sorry for keeping you waiting….. I said to Joyce….
 
“No probs, just hurry so that we be there on time…..she said …
 
I went straight to the kitchen, ate some pancakes, and drank milk…then left for the park…..
 
“Joyce POV…
 
Ever since we left the house, have been noticing how nervous Elina has been…..ever since I know her, she haven’t be this nervous……
Yea I know this has always been her dream, she has always wish to school in SHS, if am correct , it started right from fourth when she saw the school magazine… Ever since she has always dream of schooling there…..
 
Babe calm down…. Is just an exam I said…..
She look at me and smile….
Then I gave a her wink….reassuring her everything will be fine…..

We finally at the school gate , after what look like hours but was just 45minute drive….

“Elina POV **
OMG….I and Joyce exclaimed….
The sight of the school building we saw made us look like a statue…. Yea we gave been seeing the school on television, watching their adverts and models, but we never imagine it coulb be this big…..
Oh heavens….could this really be a school or mighty tower …I whisper…..
 
I look at Joyce and also see how amazed she was….
Elina…do u think…we will be admitted, like do u think we will pass the exam…..she asked…
 
I look at her , then smile ..though I was nervous but she console me earlier so it my turn….
Of course we will…even if I said it out of doubt….
 
As we about to enter , on the entrance I noticed a board.. Even Joyce have gone ahead….on the board…it was boldly written… ” THE HUDSON’S…..
 
I wonder who this Hudson’s are, what connection do they have with the school or are they the owner of the school…. I said within me …and left…
A ran to meet Joyce….
 
“Joyce POV**
As we pass the school hall way gosh…the students here are so cute and gorgeous, everyone of them was putting on white shirt, navy blue skirt or trousers for boy and a navy blue blazer that match with it….. They were just staring at us…that’s when I noticed we were the only ones looking different… Oh my god…I feel like running…. Then I felt elina hand on my shoulder, she gave me that reassuring look….and that was when I calm down a little….

As we are still passing by the hallway trying to locate the principal office… A boy just bump…into me…and fell most of my files on the floor….

Gosh, are u blind…can’t you watch your steps….I said….bending to pick my files….
 
Same goes for u , are u blind too….can’t you see that am coming….he said in a rudely manner…..
 
I stood up…”excuse me what did u say….I asked boiling in anger….I swear I feel like punching him right in the face……
