Nicholas
My lip slammed against her soft lip and almost immediately the door opened
“what! ” a scre-m followed and I withdraw as if I just got back my sanity
“f-ck! ” I cursed turning to face who came in
I scoffed realizing it was Louis. His clenched his jaw and his mouth was slightly opened
I ignored his dramatic attitude and turned to the girl. Her face was dropped and it was obvious she was afraid
I raised her face with the tip of my fingers as her eyes stare directly into mine
“you can leave and do stay out of trouble ” I uttered not even aware of what I just said
She bite her lower lip and moved away from me and she ran out in a haste
I turned and saw Louis still at the same s₱0t
“are you seriously gonna stand like that all day ” I frowned
He blinked his eyes and closed his slightly opened mouth
“what just happened right now? ” he asked
“exactly what you saw” I replied walking to the window
“yeah…. Yes… I know I saw something but it’s not even making sense…not at all ” he said with confused expression
“a maid in your room…….. you guys almost k-ssed or should I say you k-ssed. Like seriously nick is there something you aren’t telling me? ” he asked and I scoffed
“I don’t know ” I shrugged staring out of the window

“you are not a player nick or have you turned to be one without me knowing “he said and I chuckled

“don’t be head heel. I’m ten times better than you. I’m a player without no worries unlike you with two wives to deal with. Trust me I will forever be a player” he said and my jaw dropped
“You will be 24 in a month and you aren’t even thinking of getting married. Trust me you are a big time Casanova ” I said
“now I know you hate me. I should get married and go through all this?……..damn you man!” he barked
“but she looks cute?” he said suddenly and I turned to stare at him
“who? ” I asked
“The little girl I caught you with. She’s beautiful and well endeavour……. Just look at those shapes and that crazy stuff behind her back. Is she a sed-ctress. I can make her one of…………….. ” I throw a punch to his face which he dodged
“don’t even think of it!” I gritted my teeth feeling my anger raising

I walked through the corridor to the maids quarter. My skin seems not to be burning anymore

I got to the room I share with Quin and twisted the knob and the door made way
I entered and shut it from behind
“Brielle ” someone called pulling me in a hug but I know it was Quin
“you don’t know how worried I was. What did master did to you” she said pulling from the hug and checking my body
“does it still hurts ” she asked referring to my skin and I shook my head
She frowned and used her fingers to traced my skin. She withdrawal her hand and perceived it
“unbelievable….. He used lotion on your skin” she said and started pacing round the room
“everything is weird ” she muttered and my mind drifted to the k-ss we almost had

I stared into space. This new life I had found myself seems so new to me. Forcing me living the life of a maid and this new feeling
“Brielle darling I don’t know what the master is planning but please stay away from him. Ma’am Mabel will be so mad at you and I don’t want her to hurt you. Please I’m begging you ” she said holding my both hands and I nodded immediately

Maya marched straight to Nicholas study. Her modelling has been ruined all because of Mabel
She got to its study and wanted to push the door opened. She bite her lower lip and stop then knock
“if you have something useful to say you can come in” Nicholas cold voice was heard
Maya pushed the door opened making Nicholas to look up from his laptop
“why are you here” he asked and looked back at his laptop
Maya walked to his covering the space between them. She bite her lower lip h-rder
She hates to be here
She hates to stare at his face. Even if she doesnt have feelings for him. She wouldn’t want to see Mabel thinks that she gave up Nicholas for her
She just a teenager. A teenager that just want to focus on her modelling.
Becoming pregnant will change her shape and that isn’t want she wants but that’s doesn’t have anything about her unable to bear him a heir
But all the same she was happy…….. Happy that she can’t bear him a heir
The only reason she’s still here is all because of her modelling. She since marry Nicholas. She got influence and becomes the best model ever and that’s the only thing she’s still enjoying from this forced marriage
“can’t you talk or you have nothing to say “Nicholas voice came in bringing her out of her thoughts
She gulped down and avoid his eyes
“Mabel is getting on my toes and I might do something you and anyone wouldn’t like” she said and inhaled
“Talk to her to say clear from me” she added and Nicholas frowned
“I hate weaklings ” he replied making Maya face dropped
“I’m not a weakling. I’m just letting you know. In case you wake up and find your first wife died. Know I’m the one” she said
“I will take my leave ” she added and walked out

It was evening already and she felt she hasn’t had more fun today
“moaw !” her cat said
“Thats it Miley ” she had an A-ha moment and finally knew what to do
“you are so brave miley” she pecked her cat before dropping it on her bed
“I will be back miley” she said and walked out of her room
“maybe her personal maid doesn’t needs to rest for today. She needs to see more of her tears this night since she’s bored
Mabel sighted Octavia walking to the kitchen
“wait for me Quinn. I’m just gonna help you guys prepare dinner this night ” Octavia said running to the kitchen so she can catch up with Quinn
“why does she seems so happy?? ” Mabel asked
“does that means my punishment this morning wasn’t hærd on her ” she thought angrily and snapped her foot on the floor
She walked to the kitchen and saw her in between the maids
“Good evening ma’am Mabel” They all bow including Octavia
“hey you. Follow me ” she pointed to Octavia and walked out

She was scared, scared of what Mabel is gonna do to her
“shut the door behind you” Mabel said to her and lay on her bed
“moaw! ” Miley said and slept on her chest
“come here” Mabel ordered and Octavia did as instructed
Her feet wobble but yet she kept moving slowly
“pick up that book and give me an hand fan blow till next morning” she said and Octavia eyes w¡dened

She walked to the shelf and picked up a light book

She stood beside her bed and started blowing her

“you will be so dead if you sleep off” she said to Octavia and slowly shut her eyes

she got to the laundry room and plucked the iron on its socket. She waited for it to get hot before walking out of the room with the iron
She quietly opened the door and tiptoed to where Octavia was sleeping on the floor
“bitch ” she cursed and placed the hot iron on her back
“ouchhhhhhhhhhh” Octavia scre-med getting up almost immediately
Her tears rushed down her cheeks as she felt her back burning
“come here harlot ” she barked
Octavia sniffed sobbing so hærd. Mabel held her hair and was about placing the hot iron on her cheeks when someone pushed her away and her back hit the wall so hærd
