Alyssa heard some faint Murmuring coming from Mandy’s room. She was heading to the kitchen coz she was tasty.
The door wasn’t that close, so she could see from in,side. She saw Mandy crying, she could hear her anything. All she saw was when Mandy hugged Grace with tears.
” Alyssa ” Mandy called in shock. She disengage from Grace.
Grace turn and saw Alyssa looking at them with her peering eyes.
Alyssa came closer, Mandy clean the tears from her eyes.
” Mum, what I going on, what are you hiding from us” Alyssa blurted out.
Mandy was glad that Alyssa didn’t hear anything,but for how long she already suspect some thing and one day not only her will come to know the truth, but Arthur also.
“Is nothing dear”Mandy lied.
“Nothing!!! “Alyssa exclaim in surprise.
“We’re just talking about issues we both had in the past. So we were just saying sorry to each other. It best you don’t ask about it coz it brings bad mermory to your mum” Grace shrug with a lie.
“Okay, but is that bad ” Alyssa said feeling worried.
“Stop being worried, your mum will be fine, so where are you heading to ” Grace said and tried change the topic before she ask other questions.
” I was going to the kitchen to get some water, before I heard mum crying. Any way I will be going” Alyssa said and took to her leave.
Alyssa wasn’t satisfy with their answer, she was inquisitive and could sense something wrong some where.

Grace went back home with Luna. She didn’t tell the kids the truth, but he was happy that she will get to see her children if she likes. She as final find her children the joy of been a mother rekindled, but she will only have the full joy when the kids learn that she was her real mum.
Arthur promise to visit them as soon as he can. But is main aim was Luna, he hope he will have to ask Luna on a date every soon.
Mandy prayed the kids never find out. She don’t wanna loose them.
Alyssa kept on thinking something was fishy. She decided to discuss it with Arthur after thinking about for two days. She went to Arthur’s room and met him combing his hair in a stylish way. Arthur loves look handsome, but don’t get him wrong he isn’t proud about his beauty, he just love fashion, Alyssa sometimes get annoyed with the way he stares in the mirror as if his life depends on the mirror. His dressing code plus his stunning looks make every girl in his high school days to his university days wanna date him. He had a girlfriend name Chloe who he as ever love since he got to high school and when he was in his final year in high school, she broke his heart after spending four years with him. A new handsome hot guy got transfer to the school and he was wealthy and a spender, Chloe left Arthur for him coz he got the money, and according to her, she can’t date Arthur coz he was not rich and was doing some odd jobs which are meant for low class. Arthur as stop loving her for a long time now, but the feeling was rekindled and replace with the new feelings he have for Luna.
Alyssa observing him head to toe, he was well dressed and was so stunning.
” Jeez bro, where off to ” Alyssa inquired.
” Am going to visit Ms Grace at her home” Arthur replied facing her.
Alyssa arched a brow.
” You got to be kidding me, you want to visit a old lady looking like this , do you wanna date her, sorry to say she is too old to fall for you. ” Alyssa teased
” Ha ha ha, idiot is not funny, how can I date a old lady. I think you need to get some medicine to treat yourself, it fever ” Arthur fired.
Alyssa giggled loud, she as totally forget why she was here in the first place.
” So I guess is because of Luna, um interesting” Alyssa stated.
” Don’t know what the f-ck you’re talking about. I always dress like this anyway, so what difference does it make ” Arthur fired.
” Um, anyway she will love it ” Alyssa shrug and Arthur roll his eyes off, but he knew she was telling the truth. He wanted to see Luna and have being dying to. Today was a free day in his work for him. So he could waste his opportunity. He as collect both Grace and Luna’s number. He called Luna some minutes ago, and ask if both of them were at home and she said yes, but when she ask why he didn’t call Grace, he lied that her line wasn’t reachable.

On the other hand Luna forgot to inform Grace that Arthur was coming. She called a call from the nursing home that are grandpa wanted to see her. So she left went to meet him. Grace was at home alone.
Fast forward 🚗🚗

Arthur arrived and alighted, Grace was in her bed room and she held her children’s photos staring at them. She was look at each year photo. She smiled at the photo.
Arthur knock at the door, but they was know reply, Grace was so lost in thought that she could here anyone knocking. Arthur knock for the second time, but still they was know reply.
He gro-n. His mind told him to push the door. So he did it gently and it creak open. He look at every where it was silent. He glance at the stair and he was moved to climb the stairs.
Grace was still lost in thought looking at children photo. Arthur came to her room and passed it, he return back coz he notices Grace, her room was widely opened. She stood up with the photos in her hand and arched a brow, she saw Arthur approaching her. The photos slip from her hand while staring at her son. The photos speared all over.
Arthur eyes w¡den as he glance at photos of him and his sister. He pick one up and stare at it confusedly.
He glance back at the floor and saw a photo that is back was turn upside down.

Arthur was shocked and dumbfounded.
