Tina took Audrey to the school eatery to eat. When they got there, Audrey looked so flustered and a bit embarrassed. It’s her first time sitting with crowd and most especially with a friend. “So what do you want to eat?” Tina asked Audrey who was still busy scanning everyone. “Oh” Audrey said as she came back to reality. “Wait a minute, is this your first time to be among crowd or should I ask you this,Are you an introvert, are you?” Tina asked while Audrey just smiled. “Something like that” Audrey replied “Oh!” I see, do you live with your parents?” Tina asked. “Yeah! I live with them” Audrey replied. “Wow! that’s nice, I live with my mum alone, my dad Is late” Tina said. “Oh! sorry about that” Audrey said with so much pity written all over her face. Tina smiled “It’s nothing, so can we make our order now” Tina asked. “Yeah! Sure” Audrey replied while they both made an order.
While waiting for their food to arrive, Tina engaged Audrey in a discussion. “Are you on facebook? She asked while Audrey just stared at her, looking so flustered. “Are you trying to tell me that you are not on any social media?” Tina asked while Audrey just smiled. “Wow! That must have been so boring a lot” She said “But you can still try to be on facebook or probably whatsapp” Audrey added. “Ok, I will try to open whatsapp and I also heard about instagram, I will open those two but I can’t open facebook cause I found it too public” Audrey said. “Oh! that’s nice of you, I can help you to open it if you want me to,Chat online and have f…..” Tina was cut short when a group of ladies walked in; everyone turned their attentions on them. They were six in number; they all walked to a table to have their lunch. One of them look more elegant and beautiful than the others; she seems to be the leader. “Hey! Audrey” Tina called Audrey in a whisper tone. “Do you know them?” Audrey asked “Yeah I heard people talking about them yesterday; she is Prince’s girlfriend. Her name is Nadia” Tina replied. “Who is Prince?” Audrey asked. “You don’t know Prince, even though I’m a first year student, I know who Prince is, don’t you know Mr. Badmus the popular billionaire in town. Oh! I forgot that you are not on social media; anyways Prince is Mr. Badmus son and only child, and Nadia is his ex. They dated for a while before breaking up; for real you need to be on social media” Tina said while Audrey just gave her a faint smile. “Let me show you Prince because I’m following him on instagram” Tina quickly brought out her phone, without wasting any second she showed Audrey Prince’s picture which was taken beside a pool.
AUDREY’S POV.
I won’t deny the fact that the guy she showed me is all ladies dream; he look so manly in the white top and white short, his black sunglasses and his dreadlock in ponytail. No wonder Tina loves him cause it’s very obvious from the way she is showing me his pictures, the lady Nadia look so s₱0tless and beautiful; I couldn’t stop staring at her, she is a man’s dream also. I know I don’t stand any chance to her cause she is tall, fair with perfect round face and me…..i know y’all found my life to be a boring one, well that’s me and myself; my twenty-one years has always been a sad one. I think meeting Tina is cool; she is nothing different from me cause I realized that she is also an introvert like me, but I guess meeting each other will make us share things together. I won’t deny the fact that I like Tina; my first time making friend. I was called back from my thought when our food was brought to our table. I ordered for fried rice and beef while Tina ordered for spaghetti with stew and chicken. We both shared one big cola with our straws in it.
For few minutes, I forgot all my problems. I forgot everything that I have been battling alone. I will say Tina is a life saver and she really tried to make me smile; even though I know my problems are still waiting for me but still I have to appreciate this moment. She ended up opening an instagram account for me and she forced me to follow this guy on instagram and some other celebrities. We also followed each other; I’ve never thought of friendsh¡p this way, believe me when I say this, I really want to know more about Tina. I really want to know her mum. After the lunch we both took a walk around the school; it’s really a big building. Suddenly a white sport car speed passed us; followed by a black s₱0t car and then a red sport car. I couldn’t get the faces of those who were in the first two cars but I was able to recognize the face of the one in the red car. I was surprised to see the guy Tina showed me earlier. The way he chewed the gum in his mouth with his left hand on the steering and his right hand with his phone. His focus was on the road but I was able to see him clearly. “Oh my God! It’s Prince” Tina scre-med while some other girls couldn’t stop scre-ming. “Audrey! That’s him and his friends” Tina said to me, shaking my arms happily. “So he and his friends are using the same car?” I asked. “Not all their cars are the same but some. Oh my gosh! He’s looking so perfect in the car” Tina said happily while I just smiled at her cuteness. We both went back to the class to receive the next lecture.
PRINCE POV.
We drove into the club house; both I and my best friends came out of the cars. We bought the same car last week and that was why we drove it to school today. We planned to go the club after the test and here we are now. “Yo! Let’s party” Kelvin my friend shouted while Jay scre-med along with him. Kelvin’s father lives outside the country; he is a business tycoon. Kelvin and I have a lot of things in common; I don’t drink so also he doesn’t, we only smoke occasionally and our lives are always after clubbing and clubbing and girls. But our friend Jay is quite different from us; Jay doesn’t smoke and he doesn’t drink; Jay’s s€×uality is different from us. Jay doesn’t look masculine or broad like I and kelvin but I tell you he is not a straight guy like us; Yeah! My friend is a g-y and he never gets attracted to girls. When looking at him, you could easily tell that Jay is quite a soft person. When I and Kelvin go hærd and wild, he just does his things in a very tiny way.
Kelvin and I are of the same age, while Jay is two years younger than us; he is twenty-three years old. His parents are American base; they only come to the country once in a while and that is to spend some time with him. Jay’s s€×uality ain’t a secret to them, besides Jay will never keep his s€×uality from anyone. “Yo! Those babes over there are going to be mine” Kelvin said with a big smile on his face. Jay was the first to sit down on the couch with his phone in his hand. Kelvin sat next to him, resting his body on him, but Jay quickly pushed him away. Did I to tell you that they fight a lot; I watched them arguing with each other a lot. Suddenly, a lady walked to our seat; she moved closer to Jay touching his chest. “Girl, you are done for this” Kelvin muttered. “Can you please take your hands off me…get off me!” Jay said firmly while the lady rolled her eyes before walking away.
“Gosh she got some b-obs” Kelvin said and I spat the gum I was chewing on him to keep quiet. “Eww! That’s disgusting dude” He barked. “Can you just keep quiet for a while?” I said to him. Our drinks were brought to our table, I mean just normal drinks; fruit juice to be precise since none of us drink alcohol. Not too long, two ladies walked to us. One of them sat with me while the other lady sat beside Kelvin. We already booked them for the party. My eyes quickly caught with Jay as he looked at us and I smiled at him which he did the same; he focused on his phone to avoid getting attention from us.
Before one could say Jack Robinson, Kelvin was already making out with the other lady, k-ssing her roughly with his hands moving round her body. “Can you please get a room?” Jay said to Kelvin and the lady. “Do you want me to call Mark?” I asked Jay who gave me a look of “don’t you even dare”. Mark is Jay’s boyfriend, but recently they both had a little misunderstanding which was about Jay’s birthday. Mark was unable to make it to Jay’s birthday due to his business trip; he had tried his possible best to explain things to Jay, but Jay is not ready to listen to him. Kelvin and i tried talking to him about it but he refused. “Bro, are you kidding me? How can you talk about Mark right now” Kelvin said while Jay kicked his legs to keep mute “Ouch! What was that for” Kelvin gro-ned out while Jay gave him a tongue out. “Dude you can see him again; he is starting already” Kelvin said while I just smiled at them.
The lady with me suddenly dragged my cheeks closer to herself, her hand rubbing my chest down to my d*ck. She bit her lower l-ips in such a sed-ctive way’ I gave out a smirk waiting for her to release her l-ips from the bitting. The moment she did that, I gave her a quick k-ss on her l-ips. Believe me she tasted so sweet and I love her smell. Without wasting any seconds, I booked a room. “Will you be ok alone?” I asked Jay while he gave me a smile to go ahead. Suddenly I saw Mark coming in; I mean we all saw Mark coming in. Kelvin quickly stood up to also book a room to avoid both Mark and Jay’s fighting. I watched Mark walking in with two of his guards. Mark is really a big guy with nice chest and broad shoulders. He is a tall Guy with nice body structure and always with a smile on his face. He gave both I and Kelvin a quick greeting while we both excused them. I took a quick glance at Jay who is not ready to raise up his head; whatsoever it is, I’m sure he’s willing to forgive him tonight. I smiled and walked away following Kelvin and the ladies
AUTHOR’S PROV
Mark sat next to Jay; he tried to hold his hands but Jay didn’t give a flinch. “For real are we still on this? I told you it was my business and I’ve already explained to you. I promise to make it up with you; Paris, Canada or do you want us to go to France; I will make it up with you. I already postponed all my business trip because of you; don’t you miss me?” Mark asked worriedly. “Of course I do” Jay replied softly. “I’m sorry…I was the one at fault, but allow me to make it up to you; let’s get outta here” Mark said while Jay smiled at him. “So where are we going?” Jay asked. “Anywhere you want” Mark replied and gave him a quick short k-ss on his l-ips. He helped Jay with his jacket and phone; he then handed over Jay’s jacket to one of his boys to hold while Jay tried to put on his shoes with his help. One of Jay’s boys led the way out while Mark held Jay’s hand on their way out, then the other guy followed behind them. . . . .
AUDREY’S POV.
In a blink of an eye today’s lecture was done. Every lecture was smooth with the help of Tina’s bright attitude. We both walked out of the lecture hall discussing about the last class we had. I know I’m not someone who talks a lot, so Tina does most of the talking. Quickly I glanced at my wristwatch and realized that I had to be at home; my mum must be expecting me. Tina and I both gave each other a warm hug; we both agreed to talk better the next day. Just as she was about leaving, she turned and came back to me for another hug; believe me Tina is adorable and I really wished I was as open-minded and free as she was. She then waved goodbye to me and went her way. I remained in my position waiting for my cab to arrive. Suddenly, my eyes caught the last person I had least expected for the day and that was my former senior back then in secondary school; my nightmare Dora.
