THE UNEXPECTED LOVE

Jennifer pretended as if he hadn’t seen the guy but she was forced to turn when he finally stood beside her as if he also knew who Mr Anuma was but he didn’t say anything when both glanced at each other and concentrated to Mr Anuma.
Vivian and Kingsley never departed from Linda’s side.
“I’m seeing a lot of refurbishment on your faces” Mr Anuma continued. “This can wondrously make some boys unflappable and philanthropically take you to the alter”
“Sir, when will you change from being a grammarian?” Jennifer asked.
“Until death do us apart” he replied then they laughed again.
Mr Anuma entered his car and drove away. To him, it was actually fun to be with his best students. That was a feeling he would never forget.
“Stay away from nefarious activities” he had said before he left.
The guy turned to Jennifer. He was on suit as if he was the person wedding on that day.
“He’s so hilarious” he said looking at Jennifer with his hands in his pocket.
“Yes, he is” Jennifer replied.
Meanwhile, others were standing on twos at different angles discussing and reminding themselves about their old school lives. Calista occasionally glanced at Jennifer and the guy then smiled without anybody noticing the cause.
Kingsley, Vivian and Linda, after they had some quality time went home together.
“Who is he?” the guy was still inquisitive.
“Oh, he’s our former grammarian” Jennifer smiled. She couldn’t look at his face because he was too handsome to look at, having attractive beards round his cheek with dimples. “He’s our former teacher” she clarified.
“Okay, now i understand” the guy stretched his hand forward. “I’m d-ckson”
Jennifer glanced at his face and took his hand gently. “I’m Jennifer”
“I guess your wedding isn’t coming up soon. If it is, i will have to bribe the groom, postpone the wedding and kidnap you to the alter” they laughed at the joke.
“You are so funny!”
“Don’t mind me. Anyways, do you mind giving me your card?”
“I will rather have yours” Jennifer said as an afterthought then smiled.
d-ckson handed his card to her and departed before Jennifer moved closer to Calista. She said nothing until d-ckson drove off. Just then, Melody came and hugged them as old friends while James shook hands with Edwin.
“Girls!” Melody began. “Meet my fiance, Edwin Goodness!”
“Wow, I’m so happy for you!” Calista exclaimed.
“So, after writing waec in our school, you also decided to take one of our students. Is not fair oh! Their-ris God oh!” Jennifer sounded funny and they laughed.

It had been a great day. So great that none, even Linda remembered their past and present situation-if they had any. Jennifer had told Calista about d-ckson.
“I think he’s nice” she had said.
“I saw how humble and funny he was, even though i didn’t hear your conversations. Girl, you are good to go!” Calista had concluded with laughter.
Now, it was more than 24hours d-ckson had not been himself waiting patiently to hear Jennifer calling on the phone. Suddenly, his phone rang then he quickly picked it up.
“Hello, is Jennifer”
“God, i have been expecting your call”
“Really? Why?”
“That’s a reason i can’t explain”
“Well, now that i have called..”
“I will always be at your service” d-ckson interrupted then they laughed. They had a lovely conversation and promised to know each other better.

Kingsley secretly met Mr Thompson to have a manly discussion with him. It wasn’t easy but the spirit of love moved him. He sat in the sittingroom with him and told him how much he loves Linda, even how it all started before he traveled.
“I understand Linda has done something bad. “Kingsley began. “Please, temper justice with mercy and take her back as your own child again. I will father the child that she carries. I love her so much. Please, forgive her..”
Mr Thompson had a deep breath. He adjusted his wrapper with his head forward. “You have spoken well but is not my decision to make. It is hers, whether she will agree for you to father the child or not”
“That isn’t a problem” Kingsley replied smiling.
“I will bring her back” Mr Thompson concluded.

A few days later after Linda went back to her parents, Wisdom called Tochi to have a stroll with her at WISS. It was holiday. They walked around the school compound holding hands until Wisdom took her to the tree where they stayed during the heavy rainfall.
“What are we doing here?” Tochi questioned looking up the tree.
“I brought you here to remind myself what happened”
“What happened here, apart from i slept in your arms?
“Something more than that happened”
“What?” Tochi stared at his eyes.
“What happened was that i fell inlove with you. This is where my heart started beating for you” he knelt with a leg. “Please, Tochukwu Desmond, marry me and make me a father”
Tochi was already carried away emotionally, so a tear ran down her eyes. “Yes, i will marry you,” she replied.
Wisdom fixed the ring and k-ssed her passionately..
 
MONTHS_LATER
Here comes the awaited day-Wisdom’s wedding with Tochukwu Desmond.
It has been a successful month to all initial students of WISS. Jennifer had finally been engaged by d-ckson. It was a big surprise to her at an expensive restaurant.
“I know how quick or awkward this will sound” d-ckson had put his hand in,side the inner pocket of his suit and brought a box of ring. “Please, i want to make you my wife”
“Yes, i will be your wife” Jennifer smiled as an afterthought..
Yes, the months had been so joyous. Even as Linda delivered a baby boy, Kingsley proposed to her immediately right in the labour room.
The nurses couldn’t believe it!
“I can’t wait any longer to see you by my side. Please, marry me” he had said kneeling beside the bed.
“Yes, i will marry you” Linda replied with tears in her eyes and brought his head closer for a hug. The nurses clapped.
Even Vivian found her missing rib during Melody’s wedding with Edwin and was proposed months later right in the resident of Christian, the proposed husband.
“This has been my dream, my joy and happiness to see you standing beside me as my wife. Please, will you marry me?” he had said.
“Yes, i will marry you!” Vivian had replied then they k-ssed.
Yes, it has been a melodious months. Due to Wisdom’s records academically, he gained employment in an oil company where he was paid close to a million naira a month, even, Kingsley and Tochi who was employed as a medical doctor. Edwin got a successful carrier likewise others.

Now was the awaited day of Wisdom’s wedding. Nobody wanted to miss it-home and abroad. Wisdom preferred it to be done in a whiteman’s standard, in a catholic church. The church was a big cathedral filled with crowed-both white and black because friends from London who had never dreamt of coming to Nigeria came. Mr Anuma didn’t miss it. He adjusted his eyeglasses again when he saw a red carpet spread from the entrance of the church to the alter.
“American wonders, in Nigeria. Well, lets see how it goes” he thought with a smile and concentrated.
Esther, Calista and Linda were already with babies in their hands sitting with their husbands and fiance respectively. Vivian sat close to Christian, Jennifer to d-ckson and Edwin to Melody whose pregnancy remained a month to be due. Maria was also there with her children from the man who impregnated her and was forced to marry him by her father in other to wipe out shame. Suddenly, a melodious song was heard from the choir then everybody stood up-the bride, Tochi was coming on the red carpet. She was glowing with beauty in her sparkling wedding gown. It was a day she never expected with an unexpected love for an unexpected person. As she walked gently according to the beat of the song, she flashed back on how it all started at WISS, then began to shed tears-tears of joy.
Tochi, the personanongrata.. Tochi, the dirty girl.. She had gone abroad and protected by God for the unexpected love of her life through her friend, Linda, who also started shedding tears when she saw her climbing the alter in tears.
The song stopped.
Everywhere was quiet. Anyone who knew how they started began to shed tears except Mr Anuma who adjusted his eyeglasses again as the vow went on. Even Wisdom couldn’t help it anymore, tears ran down his eyes as he finally put a ring in Tochi’s finger seeing her in tears too.
“You may now k-ss your bride” the priest announced then Wisdom gently unveiled her and k-ssed her. There was a loud roaring clap then Chester smiled..

#WEDDING_NIGHT
Wisdom’s house was a storey building given to him in allowance by his company. He came out of the bathroom with just a towel on his wa-ist. Tochi could see his muscular and attractive body from the bed, with some hair on his chest. She wore a transparent pejamas which showcased her p-nt. She had no b-ra on. One could see her big br-ast with the n-pples standing er-ct.
“Why are you smiling?” Tochi asked Wisdom when he climbed the bed.
“You know why I’m smiling” he replied.
“I don’t know”
“I’m smiling because you are nervous”
“Liar!” she hit him rom-ntically then stared into his eyes. “I’m not nervous”
“Then let’s see” Wisdom began to k-ss her and touch her br-ast but suddenly stopped. “I said it! You are nervous. Look at how you are vibrating” he laughed.
Tochi jumped on him with a sour face but l-ips in smile. “You are looking for my trouble now oh!” she began to hit him with a pillow. Wisdom turned her and began k-ss her again. He undressed her. He could see no hair down there as he s—-d her br-ast down to her stomach. He got really hærd and ins**ted his d–k in,side her v—-a then Tochi scre-med s€×ually for the first time. She was forced to hold him tightly as the s€× went on..

Years later, Sam finally begged Linda for forgiveness and was forgiven but never had the child.
