“Audrey wait! please….!” Emma shouted.

“His heart is beating down slowly… he is not going to survive it….” Anna said with her eyes filled with tears.

And then Emma quickly ran back to meet up with Anna.

As she kneels down with tears and torched Aaron’s heart.

And noticed that the heart is dying, it was almost to death.

And she quickly stands up and rushed to Audrey’s house as she bangs on the door with her fist.

“Audrey please!” She was screaming as she was knocking on the door.

And then Audrey was seen as she was inside the house as she was sitting down and there were lines of tears in her eyes.

But the knock keeps coming over and over again.

“Audrey! Audrey! please I almost lose my life because of him!”

“I endangered my life because of him please do not allow it to be a waste” Emma shouted.

“Fine!” Audrey said as she stands up and moves to the door.

Although Emma was still knocking nonstop till Audrey opens the door.

“Bring him in,” Audrey said immediately after she opened the door.

“Thank you so much!” Emma said as she quickly ran back and assisted Anna as they carry Aaron inside.

“What happened to him?” Audrey asked as they were bringing him in.

“It is a long story please, save him first” Emma replied

Audrey already has a special bed that looks like a table where she keeps ill person.

So they kept him on the table as she pointed, then she comes closer to him and stares at his wounded body.

“Are you sure I can do this?” Audrey said as Emma sighed with her hand on her face.

“Oh yes you can try please, just do something,” Emma said.

“I don’t think that I can do this, this is so critical, but there is no problem”

“Let me see what… If I can do this” Emma said as she quickly ran inside.

And brings out some things that she was using to pull off the woods that pierced into his body.

And immediately she is pulling them, there are some herbal leaves she is using to clean them up.

But then Aaron started breathing like someone who is about to die.

“Please stay with me!” Anna was saying as she was torching Aaron’s face.

As so as Emma was walking up and down with tears.

“Aaron please don’t do these” Emma said as Audrey was trying her best.

And in no long time, she is done cleaning removing the things that pierced into his body.

And she has replaced every wound in his body with some herbal leaves but then Aaron goes silent, with no breathing no moving.

Anna was the first person that noticed that he is no longer moving and she first of all stared at Emma.

“What….?” Emma said in tears when she noticed the stares on Anna’s face.

She was about to rush Aaron and started shaking him.

But she was held back by Audrey as she was being warned.

“Wait don’t touch him,” Audrey said to Emma as she holds her backward.

“He is dead!?” Emma asked with a crying voice as tears rolls down from her eyes.

“No, he is not!” Audrey replied.

“His heart is no longer beating!” Anna shouted to Audrey as she points at Aaron’s dead body.

“Calm down guys, you are here for me to help him okay!”

“If you can handle him why bring him here Before!?”

“Am the one to decide, just calm down okay, he still has time to survive” Audrey said as they stares at her.

And then they started attempting to calm down with their hands on their chest.

“So what’s the plan..?” Emma asked as she steps closer to Aaron’s dead body.

“Here is the plan,” Audrey said as she looks at the wall clock.

“In five minutes and he didn’t wake up, that means that he is truly dead!”

“And he never gonna make it, so all we have to do is to watch and pray for him to wake,” Audrey said as they surrounded Aaron.

And the time keeps counting, they keep looking at him.

Till it becomes four minutes past, and he is still not yet awake.

Emma have already covered her face with her two hands as tears were running down.

“OH God please, Aaron wake up” Anna was whispering to herself.

And it is already 4 minutes 55 seconds as it keeps counting.

And Anna and Audrey look closely as it enters five minutes.

But Aaron did not wake up and then Audrey sat on her chair as she waves her head and then stares at Emma.

Emma is already staring at her with tears, their eyes met.

Anna has already covered her face on the ground as she was shading tears.

And Audrey waves her head again as she stands up from her sit.

“He is dead!” She said as she walks in and bring out the wrapper which she is to use and cover Aaron up.

But just as she was attempting to cover his face Aaron coughs.

And Audrey stared directly at Emma as Emma smiles heavily.

As she quickly rushed to Anna who was already crying and bring her up as she hugs her.

“He is alive!” Emma broke the news to Anna as she looks at Aaron and saw his eyes open down like that of an owl.

“Oh my God!” Anna shouted as she jumps up and ran back to Emma as they hugged.

And then Audrey smiles softly as she then moves back into the house.

And came out with some other equipment that she is to use and clean him up.

She used it to clean up the blood that is in him and while she was cleaning him.

Anna leaves their presence without anyone noticing.

It was a minute later when Emma noticed that Anna is no longer with them.

“Where is Anna?” Emma asked as she stares around.

“Here I am!” Emma here’s a voice and then the door opened as Anna stepped in with a basket of fruits.

“What….?” Emma asked with surprise, she did not even take an excuse from anyone.

But she was actually too hungry to let anyone know about it.

“What?” Anna replied to Emma as she stares at her too and then Emma pointed at the basket of fruits that she was carrying.

“Yes…? they have many fruits out there, just go out there and take a look at fruits”

“As many as I don’t know, I only went to pluck some because am hungry, what is she going to do with all those fruits out there?” Anna said as she was about to sit down.

And then she saw the amazing work that Audrey did on Aaron.

She just cleaned him up and he looks so neat again.

Only the injuries on his body are still there and then she stands up and she grabs one apple.

And take a bite “Wow!” She said as she steps close to Aaron.

“Wow, this is so good, you did a very wonderful job,” Anna said as she takes a bite of her apple again.

“So he is still asleep?” Anna asked As Emma nods her head.

And then Anna faces Emma as she steps closer, “these apples taste so unique” Anna said to Emma.

“Take a bite?” Anna said as she hands over the one that she is already eating to Emma.

And then Emma gets up from where she was sitting “Oh yes I would love to take some bite”

“But…” She said as she walks straight to the basket and picks up another apple.

“Won’t taste it with that one you are eating but with this instead” Emma said as she takes a bite of the apple.

“Mmm,” She said when she tasted the apple.

“Delicious right?” Anna asked.

“Yeah,” Emma said as she nods her head.

“So… have you been to this place before?” Anna asked Emma.

“Yeah, this was my home” Emma replied.

“Wow…. okay… was it so beautiful like this when you left? seriously this looks like the garden of Eden”

“Just so beautiful, was it like that when you left?” Anna asked.

“Yeah, it is an amazing land, very beautiful always, it is developing more and more,” Emma said.

“Wow.. then why did you leave such an amazing place?”

“Why did you leave here? because of your teaching occupation?” Anna asked with a smile as she takes another bite of her apple.

But immediately after she asked that question Emma and Audrey stares at themselves.

Anna noticed the stares as well and she noticed that it must be a serious issue.

And she kindly steps back to the basket of fruit and started looking for another fruit to eat as she was kindly waiting for her questions to be answered.

“Hmm, actually that is a long story” Emma replied.

“Okay…?” Anna replied as she flapped her shoulder.

And then Audrey is already done with her remedies for Aaron.

She moves forward a little bit and sat lonely.

Emma noticed her move and she moves forward after her and sat beside her.

She stares at Audrey “So how were things since then?” Emma asked Audrey.

“I bet that you don’t wanna get me into crying again,” Audrey said as she takes a breath.

“Since then, things have been so critical, it doesn’t go for better”

“I was not able to bear another child for my husband and he sent me back home,” Audrey said.

And Emma stares at her with a pitiful look on her face.

“Am sorry but what about Sam?” Emma asked.

“He couldn’t spend more time, I was not able to bear a child with him too”

“He said that he is tired of living a lonely life with me here, so he left,” Audrey said as Emma was left with no words.

Emma looks at the ground and spends some seconds.

“So you have been living all alone since then?” Emma asked.

“Yes, alone forever alone” Audrey replied.

“Am sorry Audrey I know it is my fault”

“But I promise to make things work again” Emma pleads as Audrey nods.

“Maybe we brought you a neighbor now,” Emma said as she stared at Aaron where he was laying down.

“How do you mean?” Audrey asked.

“This guy is an orphan, he has nowhere to stay, I was thinking of taking him to my home”

“But… as it appears now, him staying here will be good,” Emma said as Audrey stares at Aaron once again.

“Don’t worry, he is a kind of cool person to be with” Anna interjected.

“And maybe…”

“Maybe….?” Anna said repeatedly with her eyes widely open.

“No, not maybe but surely, I will be visiting him regularly while he stays here,” Anna said and then Audrey looks at Aaron again.

But was left with no choice, Aaron is handsome and charming.

So it is another chance for her to answer a mother.

“Soo… what did you guys say that it happened to him?”

“Oh yes, I think that this is the right time for you to explain,” Audrey said to Emma.

“Alright, he is an orphan, he is being chased by wolf hunters because he is a werewolf” Emma said as Audrey quickly stands up and moves backward.

“What!? you brought a werewolf into my house?” Audrey said out of being afraid.

“Come on calm down he is harmless, it is the way people see werewolves that makes it look like they are harmful”

“He staying here with you will give you enough protection, and will always be putting smiles on your face,” Anna said to Audrey.

“Okay?” Emma asked Audrey as she breathes down.

“Yeah! okay….” Audrey replied.

“But why is he bleeding and has injuries on his body what really happened did he have an accident?” Audrey asked.

“I told you just now? he is chased by the hunters when we came to rescue him” Anna replied.

“He is in the chase! and you guys took him just to rant into my house?”

“You don’t know that he might still be under their chase?” Audrey said as they heard a hit on their door immediately.

And Anna who was so afraid quickly ran backward.
