~Andrea’s POV~
Did she just ask me out. A smile curve the edge of my lip 💋.
I struck numb at that moment not believing my ears.
” Hello” Ivy called out, jerking me back.
” Am flattered 😳….. I found myself saying.
“Don’t get the wrong idea, I just wanna try a new friend out. It’s okay of you don’t want to us to meet ” She replied.
There is nothing more I want that this. Of course I won’t turn this generous and surprising offer down.
” Yeah, we can meet, it will be pleasurable” I stated.
” I’ll be at Pitch restaurant by tommorow afternoon” I promised her.
” Okay. Come by 3’clock. I’ll be waiting” She replied
” Yeah, sure. Promise not to be late ” I assured
She ended the call.
” Yes!! I trilled.
⏭ The next day afternoon ⏭
~Ivy’s POV~
The door of my room flew opened and Eugenia walked in with a happy smile on her face.
She gonna come with me. Am taking along with me to meet Andrea.
Since, she is the one loving him, she outta to be there.
I don’t understand Eugenia, she should just call him and hang around him by herself, but she need me.
” Girl, this gonna be exciting” She said, jumping for joy.
She gave me a tight hug, I could barely breath and I was putting my clothes on.
” I love you ” she said.
” Yeah, girl, I love you too. But this isn’t gonna work if you don’t let me put on my dress 👗 and also you’re CHOCKING ME “I shrug, dragging the last two words coz her hug is real too tight.
” OOps, sorry. Just feeling excited. I can’t wait to see him” She said.
She disengage from the hug and I was more glad and she plump down on my bed.
She lay down on the bed and start scre-ming
” Am so in love, she repeated it, again and again.
” Girl, I told him by 3’clock and if we continue like this we’re gonna be late” I reminded
” Look at the clock ” I said pointing to the wall clock.
She stare at it
” Oh my Gosh!! It almost 3″She exclaimed.
” We’ve to hurry ” She panicked.
“So dramatic, is he a some kind of president son that we’ve to hurry. I haven’t applied lip gloss yet “I said.
” Forget lip gloss or whatever. Let’s go now ” She said.
And I frowned.
” You ain’t the only one trying to look good. You certain don’t want me to look less a lady In front of him” I pointed out.
Some minute later.
We arrived at the restaurant and alighted. We’d go in.
And to my surprise, we s₱0t Andrea already sitted.
He came exactly the time or the he came here much early.
We approach him. He was surprise to see Eugenia.
He didn’t expect me to bring her along. I didn’t not inform him that she was coming along.
~Andrea’s POV~
Why on earth did she came with her friend, that I wonder.
Was she not suppose to come alone. I want to be alone with her, not that I intend to tell her about my feelings today.
It’s a good thing, I wasn’t planning to coz her friend being here would have spoil all of it.
“Hi” her Eugenia was the first to bring forth her hand of an handshake.
I honour her handshake.
Ivy bring her hand two and I shook them. Ivy’s hand was so soft and tender don’t want to let go of her hand.
I stare into her eyes and when she notice I was look she cast them away.
She was the first to sit down and since it was only two chair. Eugenia draw another chair close and sat down.
I made effort in showing away my disappointment.
“Sorry I didn’t not inform you about Eugenia coming along with me ” Ivy apologized
“it’s Okay. She also my friend too and yours as well, I expect you to bring her along ” I said, not really meant what I said.
~Ivy’s POV~
I don’t why am feeling so uncomfortable with him.
My heart is trembling at the sight of him. How am I gonna do this.
I don’t plan on telling him, how Eugenia feel for him today.
I’ll start little by little.

Chapter 10
~Andrea’s POV~
I didn’t enjoy the meeting with Ivy, coz her friend was there.
I don’t understand, why she came with her friend. Should I tell her not to come next time with her friend.
No!!! that we make her upset and I don’t know.
She was the one doing most of the talking. She won’t let Ivy speak.
The meeting was over and I was driving heading home.
The sky was dark and the heaven rumbled. It was about to rain.
I was half kilometers home, when I ran into traffic.
‘Gosh!!! ‘I exclaimed angrily, hitting the steering wheel.
I hate being caught up in traffic 🚥. What must have cause the traffic now, maybe all those reckless driver.
I waited for the traffic to clear out, but the traffic didn’t not make any progress.
So I made for a’ U turn ‘.
~Eugenia’s POV~
Ivy was gonna drop me at home.
“Let’s take the other road, it quicker” I suggested to Ivy.
She made a disapproving face and said ‘no’.
“But why” I asked reluctantly.
” That road is too lonely. I was have this fear when I do pass there. I don’t wanna pass there. Especially when it’s about to rain. What of if something happens to us then” She pointed out.
“Shit!! What the f-ck her you scared of. Or do you think there might be evil spirit in that road or we might be ambush.” I said and she inhaled and exhaled.
” There is no such thing like evil spirit or whatever, those are superstition and for the part of ambush that what am scared of” She shrugged and I rolled her eyes away and sighed.
” Gosh!!! we do past there most of the times and nothing happens. So why act like you’ve to pass there before” I stated, irritatedly
” I don’t know. But I’ve this strange feeling today. I don’t wanna pass there” She shrugged.
The sky rumbled again this time louder.
” Let’s just pass there already, so we can’t get off the road ” I persuade, and she gr0aπed.
She made for a turn and took the next road. The rain started pouring.
It was not that heavy. We could still see through the road.
It became more heavy when we were driving along the road
~Andrea’s POV~
“Iv…… Ivy ” I scre-med in terror and halt my car.
I was driving through a lonely road and I s₱0t Ivy’s car.
The rain dim my eyes, but I recognize her car anyway.
I was just a little centimeter away from her car.
Sudden her car started losing control coz a car came in front of her and she started loosing control
I became frighten.
~ Eugenia’s POV ~
A car came in front of us.
Ivy tried to prevent the car from colliding, as a result, she lost control and she drove into the bushes
We both scre-med.
The car ran straight into the bushes.
Ivy couldn’t control it.
I was scared as the car keep going into the bushes and I can also sense Ivy fear too.
We both gave loud ‘ NO’ as we came into a tree.
The car hit the tree with such force.
My head and Ivy’s own landed on the front glass.
Dizziness came before me. my vision was fading.
I touched my head coz I felt a sharp pain on my head.
I look at my hand and saw blood.
I could scre-m for help, I was too weak too.
The blood rush into my eyes.
I turn my head weakly to see Ivy and she was already unconscious, blood also rush down from her head.
Tears came to my eyes.
I was slowly lossing my vision. But I s₱0t someone trying to open our door, before everywhere became blank.
~Andrea’s POV~
It seem the door was automatically locked.
I try opening it, but it won’t.
Seeing Ivy and her friend in this condition is giving serious cramps.
I’l run mad if anything happen to Ivy.
I can’t bear to loose her not when am just starting to get closer to her.
I try opening the door again and again.
But the f-cking damn door won’t open.
The car tank was leaking and that might be
hazardous.
” No this can’t happen ” I panicked.
I search around for something to break the window glass, since I can’t get through the door.
My eyes caught a big wood lying on the floor, some centimeters away.
I went to pick the wood.
But as I lift the wood and turn to scurried to the car.
The car exploded, Boom 💥
Blowing me off.
“No oooo ooooo ooooo ooooo
