“Going to the kingdom.” I said into my ear pod knowing fully that everyone in my house heard.
Well that’s me, I got ear pods for all my servant, maids and those working for me.
Because I don’t want to be repeating one sentence like 100 times.
Cause I have 100 humans and 400 vampires working for me and n my mansion.
I exited my bedroom passing another hall way which led straight to the under ground .
It been long since I have stepped my foot into this hallway.
Passing by the room, but walk back to the entrance. A tear slide down my face.
I quickly clean it away as her memories kept flooding back into my head.
She is my dad equal, first wife, the queen of the kingdom and my mother.
She is also my junior sister mother, we are the two she gave birth to and nurtured.

But Damian is my brother from my dad mistress. Meaning he is my step brother.
She died when I clocked 479 years, that’s 21 years ago.
It was’nt easy to let go then because she was still helping out .
With my problem of not having equal yet at that age.
We were just a step nearer to find what and where the problem was coming from at that time.
She was injected with a deadly virus. A virus which can make the world come crashing down in just a week.
She was injected by her personal maid then and the maid husband’s I think help her to escape.
For the past 21 years and till date, am still looking for that maid and her husband.
But haven’t been able to reach them and lay my hands on them.
If mom wasn’t killed that day, there would be nothing called humans, Vampire, witches e.t.c anymore.
Had it been I wasn’t made to kill her, I won’t hold so my hatred towards myself.
But our goddess said any vampire that go near her would be infected except me.
I weren’t giving in then but later did and accept the fact.
I was made to kill her inorder to sacrifices for thousand of people and vampires.
Before she was injected with the virus, me and my sister use to live here.
And go down to the kingdom every last day to full moon.
But when Mom found out Dad has a side chick who he is having secret affairs.
Not even with an higher level Vampire but one of her personal maid, she was angry.
Angry that for almost 463 years that they have been together, he cheated on her for 450 good years.
He even kept it a secret for 400 years and had a son with that maid behind her back.
She was furious that she left the kingdom alongside her post then move into my place.
Although, after ten years of moving into my house, Dad found out his side chick was cheating on him with one of the guards.
I call it karma because it’s what he sow that he rip.
The guard was beheaded but the lady alongside her son begged for Mercy.
My Dad came back and pleaded with Mom which she forgives him because of the bond they share.
I was angry when Mom told me she has forgiven him.
She doesn’t look at it with another phase which is if his mistress didn’t cheat on him, he won’t come back for her.
Just like her personal maid was waiting for her arrival, she injected her after few weeks of returning to him.
Only if she didn’t go back, she would still be living now.
And I might have met this old bat who told me who my equal was after 50 years of mom’s death.
When the old bat told me who my equal is and what will happen if we Meet, I didn’t take it to heart.
Because I was thinking how can I be mated with a human and I also thought am going to die single.
Rather than those years I have wasted going from one territory just to search among vampires.
To check if she is in between them before giving up all the hope I have.
Maybe mom would have been able to see me and her beautiful baby girl equal.
After her death, my dad turned into a sex addict. But his mistress was never there to meet his want.
That made him chase after everything that has hole under and wear skirt.
I hated him because of these and been the one who caused her death.
Had it been he kept his joystick under him and didn’t have a mistress, my won’t have left him in the first place.
But because of this hole he wants to enjoy, he went ahead and cheat.
Knowing fully that my mom gave up 80 percent of her strength just for him to live.
But as the ungrateful son of a bitch he is, he gave into secret affaire saying mom isn’t satisfying him.
He was at the Beck of dying then because of the greediness he has for power.
He went to do or seek for something he wasn’t meant to seek or do.
Too bad, mom didn’t tell me what he did.
Mom has no choice but to give up 8p percent of her strength just for him to healed.
It was a blessing and miracle to us when Mom was pregnant again and gave birth to my little beautiful sister.
Still, that bastard wasn’t grateful at all, what he paid her with was death.
The day I was made to kill my mom was the day the hatred towards my dad and his mistress multiply by two.
Especially that Damian, he is just like my father, always looking for nothing but power.
He hated my guts and I hate his.
“Sir the car is ready.” My driver said making me realize that am already outside.
“Okay let’s go.” I said entering into my car as the driver drove off…

Driving into the kingdom, I felt nothing but anger and another feeling I don’t know about.
Sending a message to my sister about my arrival, I waited till my door was opened and an umbrella was placed over for me.

Stepping out of my car, every maids that sighted me stops what they were doing and bow in respect.
As I walk pass them, I can hear their thoughts. They were giggling and wishing to see my face.
Walking into the castle entrance, I was engulfed in a tight hug.
“I thought you were joking when I saw the message you sent.”she said hugging me.
” Bella don’t choke me.” I said patting her back before she release me.
Looking into her beautiful face, I cleaned her tears which are still trailing down her face.
“I don’t know you miss me this much, maybe I should go back? ”
I said jokingly while she smiled and cleaned her face.
“You are not serious, I hate you.” She said hitting me while I laugh wholeheartedly.
Have really missed her, especially this beautiful side of hers.
“Dad would be waiting for you, don’t let me hold you down here.”
She said interlocking our arms together.
“That old man can wait.” I said frowning while she smack me.
She started updating me on what have been going on in the kingdom in my absence as we both walk to the main chamber.
The main chamber is only for us(our family) while this one we are is for everyone (visitors).
Venessa POV 💄
Waking up the next morning, I rub my eyes before looking around.
I saw the girls also, they are just waking up as well.
Sitting up only to see the door to the cage opened, I sigh in relieve.
This is a good sign, I thought standing up along side with the other girls.
Since we are not going to get stuck inside our Cage for the day, there is a little hope.
Hope that I won’t use another day here, caged up like an animal who has no family to go out to.
For now, I am still ignorant of my surroundings.
I need to gather up informations if I want to leave this pit hole.
Stepping outside of the cage, I saw many other shabbily dressed individuals there.
They walk pass me with so much speed like someone rushing somewhere.
Some even bumped into me without a sorry. But this is not the time to fight.
The light in their eyes seems like it had been long dimed and replaced with hopelessness and defeat.
Different bitten marks can be seen around their neck.
I also have one made by that bastard had bitten me a little bit.
But am thankful he quickly remove his teeth before he even taste my blood.
“Where are they going to?” I asked Lisa who walked past me to follow the moving crowd.
When I see their pace where faster than mine, I hurriedly walk down till I reached her side.
We walk towards and into a thin corridor that I don’t know where it leads to.
“You see, we are given chance to have bath after every fifth days then eat. “She replied.
” Although, after bathing, we return to our Cage then food are brought over after some hours. ”
She quickly added as if she knows am confused about the new little information she gave me.
I sigh in relieve that we are given chance to bath and eat.
“Don’t be too relief girly because we are feed with leftovers which have been kept for days. ”
She said making the relief wash away and sadness make it’s way to my face.
How can they be this crude and wicked? I thought wishing I can have a super natural power.
Especially the one that can make me invisible so that I can kill all of them then escape.
After some minutes of walking, they stopped abruptly nearly making me crash into Lisa.
Wondering what happened, look around standing on my toes.
Then I suddenly heard some command us to strip!!!!!
“What?*I asked aloud unknowingly making my eyes widened.
Looking around from both my left to right and back, I see them including the three girls stripping.
Am definitely not taking of my clothes even if am this dirty.
Not infront of so many strangers and even those man in uniform.
Still standing with no indication of removing my dress, one of those man in uniform walk towards me.
“Didn’t you hear what I said?I said strip!” The man spoke with so much anger.
And irritation in his tone. If he is irritated by me, he should make me strip in his presence.
“No, I didn’t. I think you need to say it again.” I said playing with the tip of my white hair.
He clenched his jaw as he glared at me with so much anger.
If am going to escape today, I will make sure I anger one of them.
If possible all of them. So that they can throw me out of here.
Or maybe return me to where I came from.
“If you don’t, I will…”I didn’t let him finish when I cut him off.
” You will what? Bit me? Kill me or what exactly?” I asked.
Knowing fully well that I have hit his week point.
“You this little thing! ” He yelled rasing his hand to slap me when a voice stop him.
I look around to see him again, anger rise inside of me…
