Venessa POV 💄
I quickly walk into my bathroom then prepare my bath before bathing.
The best thing that happened to me is I got my hands on Betty two days ago.
The day Nessa left, I came back home and smelt Betty everywhere in my room.
I didn’t even remember the CCTV camera, what was in my brain was what Betty did to Nessa.
I asked some maids and they told me they also saw her but couldn’t stop her.
They will get themselves killed if they try to stop her because I trained her a little.
Unlike the maids here and had it been I didn’t send my bodyguards on an errand to some places, that’s why she was able to get pass through the gate.
But the maids, she would just beat them to death in just few minutes.
That’s what made me scared of what she would do to Nessa and what Nessa is capable of doing to her.
Since she is a pure blooded Vampire, there’s nothing she can’t do.
If those things suppressing her power has been washed out or when her blood is successful clean.
She will be able to perform magic and her strength will be unbeatable for ordinary citizen like Betty.
Because she is a vampire queen and a vampire who will rule along side me very soon.
A vampire that would lead thousand of other vampires who are citizens of the empire.
Taking about vampire queen, I know my dad would have known I have mated with my equal.
But it’s somehow strange that that he hasn’t called me yet about it.
Because I know the candle in the palace has been lit and he would have been told by now
So what’s holding him back from calling me? Maybe his stupid mistress.
I thought before stepping out of the bathtube, I cleaned myself then got dress.
Wearing a long pants and a tank top before picking my phones.
I make my way to the under ground room where I do keep my prisoner. Same place where Betty is.
The door was unlocked by the bodyguard waiting outside the entrance for me.
Walking into the room, I saw Betty been chained to the wall with different scars on her.
They must have beaten her till she gets exhausted and passed out.
I thought before taking a seat near her but not too close.
Tapping my fingers, water was poured on her to make her concious of her surroundings.
She opened her eyes which has fear but quickly changed to a hard glare.
“Do you have a death wish?” She asked with anger making me laugh.
I tapped my fingers again and they move away from her sight making my presence known.
“How was the gift I sent you Ryan?” She asked smirking.
” What a pathetic destiny you have, you where mated to a human?
You can never have her as your equal because she is weak.
Someone like that can never be a vampire queen. Don’t waste your time on her.
I only help you in chasing her out so that you can come to me. ”
She said and I spat out like I ate something am not meant to even eat.
“Come to you?” I asked smiling.
“Really? To a slut like you who sleeps around to get what she wants.”
I said again shaking my head in a pity manner.
“Someone like you can never be a queen!” I spat out angrily.
“Then she can’t have you because she thought you cheated on her with me.”
She said making me close my eyes while the way she did in my bedroom played back in my head.
And the way Nessa ran with heart break back. I actually check my CCTV footage.
I know she would do these.
Opening my eyes back, I was about picking a tool to use on her when my phone started ringing.
Picking the phone to check the caller, it was Andrew.
“Beat her but don’t kill her, I want Nessa to kill her.” I said almost walking out of the room.
“Nessa won’t come back to you!” I heard Betty screamed and I used my vampire speed to her place.
Before she could see me right infront of her, I gave her a heavy slap which tear her right cheek skin.
She yelled and wailed as blood gush out of the place. Then I poured her whiskey.
Yes, I know that wickedness but I won’t have that dirty thing talk bad about my Nessa.
Or even call her name without putting respect. Not right before me.
📱”You don’t mean it! Thank you very much.” I said
📱”Am sorry, I didn’t know you were the one calling in the first place.”I said
📱 ” Come on, you Know I love you.” I said
📱 “Thanks, I will check the mail and get back to you. “I said before disconnecting the call.
I can’t believe I finally have Nessa house address. First thing tomorrow morning, I will pay her a visit.
I thought bouncing to my bedroom….
# Next morning
Venessa POV 💄
“Mom I don’t want to.” I whine.
“You have to if you want to be a pure blooded Vampire you were born to be. “Mom said.
This is what we have been doing and dragging since morning.
That thing in her hand is inform of a drug but am sure it would be bitter and my stomach won’t welcome it because of that.
Am very sure it going to taste really bad if I take it, do I have a choice? No I don’t.

Venessa POV 💄
I took the drug from her and was about putting it into my mouth when I quickly drop it.
I ran into the nearest bathroom which is downstairs and vomited everything inside of me.
After rinsing my mouth and hands, I was about standing when dizziness wash over me.
It’s like I have done a strength taking work cause am so tired.
With dizziness, my stomach started rubbling telling me I need to vomit again.
I crawled back to the sink and vomited nothing but something greenish and water.
I then leaned back to rest my back while closing my eyes.
After resting for some minutes, I decided to rinse off my hands and mouth before mom start worrying.
I drag my lazy self out of the bathroom and walk into the kitchen.
Drinking some water, I went back to the sitting room.
“Are you okay sweetheart?” Mom asked with worries writren on her face.
” Mom am fine, I only vomited and nothing more.” I said sitting beside her.
” Who knows if it’s because of the smell of the antidotes. “I said before collecting it from her.
Using my hand to press my nose down, I close my eyes then drank it in one goal.
Thinking it would be bitter, I stood up ready to run into the kitchen for orange juice.
But unfortunately, it’s so tasteless. It doesn’t even taste like water but I don’t know what it taste like because it’s tasteless.
“Mom, I don’t even know it’s tasteless. Why don’t you tell me it’s tasteless?”
I asked staring at her while pouting.
She was about opening her mouth to speak when a knock interrupted us.
“I will get the door.” I said almost getting up from my sit.
“No I will.” Mom beat me to it. Before I could reply, she is at the entrance already.
” Oh Mia, how are you?” Mom asked as Mia entered and she closed the door.
“Am fine ma’am. How about venessa?” She asked
“I don’t think she is feeling too well but with you here, you can speak with her.”on said.
“Am still here and Alive. “I said pouting at them.
” Venessa you don’t look too well, you almost white and you have gained more flesh than the day I saw you. ”
Mia said taking my cheeks in her hand like am a little girl.
“You should stop saying that, am fine. I added more flesh because mom feed me well.
And am white because I took the antidotes today, maybe it working already. “I argued rolling my eyes.
” You need to see the doctor.” My mom chipped in.
“What if the doctor say am okay? like nothing is wrong with me? “I asked.
” That would be cool by me. “Mom and Mia both said.
” No, I don’t want that. “I said making them raise their eyebrows.
“What else do you want?” Mom asked making me grin widely.
“I want a chocolate cake.” I said and they nodded making me smile.
I have been carving for chocolate chip for some days now but mom won’t let me make it.
Neither would she make it for me but now that we make a deal, am finally going to eat it.
“Cool let me change my dress.” I said taking my leave.
Getting inside my bedroom, I wore a short grow which hug my body really well.
It also brought out my hour Glass figure shape alongside with my little growing stomach.
I wonder if it’s because have been eating alot lately.
Have been eating more portion that I do take before I left for that mission.
After doing my makeup, I combed down my long straight hair before taking my bag.
There isn’t something special inside the bag, it’s only an ice cream in it.
Because I don’t want to end up stranded where we are going to.
Looking at myself in the mirror for the last time, I make my way downstairs.
With my heels clicking softly on the surface of the floor.
“Mom am back!” I called walking towards Mia.
Mom came out from the kitchen holding in her hand her bag and two extra plastic bags.
“Mia, it’s our family doctor you should take her to. “Mom said handling one of the bags over to Mia.
“Why should I go to the family doctor?” I asked.
“Because she’s a creature like us.” Mia answered carrying her bag.
“Aren’t you coming with us?” I asked as we all step out of the house.
“No, mis will take you to the hospital.” Mom said before locking the door.
” Why? “I asked pouting while giving her a cute Poppy face just for her to say she would follow us.
“Because your dad is the only one at the restaurant and it’s the first week we will be opening.
I mean since your kidnap, w couldn’t open it and we just reopened this Monday. ”
Mom asked explained and I nodded then gave her a good bye kids before departing.
Entering Mia’s car, she took off and drove into the city while I look around.
I remembered when I entered this city, it was when I came home crying and broken.
But here I am, a pure blooded Vampire. I thought smiling.
Black cars ran pass us making me wonder how some lunatic like that can still live in this world.
I mean how can someone just drive with that speed into this busy road?
“We are here.” Mia announced as she drove into the hospital premises…
