Birds chirping, happy faces around. Every one going around either going for any of the rides or just walking around.

We were currently in a fun fair and by we, I mean, Lucas, Chloe, Brianna and I. Lilliana was with my mother at home but of course, Brianna made me carry the twins.

Yeah, they are a month old now.

Brianna looked beautiful in a white flowery summer dress with wedge heels to match up the whole outfit while Chloe wore jeans with a light blue shirt.

I was clad in dark jeans topping it up with a dark shirt rolled up to my sleeves. And then I pulled my hair back in waves just like how Brianna likes it though.

So a lot of things has happened since then.

One month since Emilia died and had been buried. It really was a heartbreaking sight to watch Lauren and Lea cry at over her grave mark.

Well Lea is entangled in a relationsh¡p with Nicholas and they are hitting it off good but Lauren, she refused to speak with anyone, probably because she uses a wheelchair now.

“Coo! Coo !”.

I shook my head in negation as Lucas talk gibberish to Jayden and Jana who were in the strollers together.

“Still got the soft s₱0t for babies!!”.

“Yep !”. He grinned. “And I can’t wait for Chloe to give birth”.

“She’s a month pregnant, right? Dude, when is the wedding?”.

“In a week time”.

“You two didn’t certainly waste any time, did you?”. I asked teasing him.

Yeah, Lucas and Chloe still got this love in their relationsh¡p and they are going to get married next week.

But Brianna and I? We are going to wait a little more while. At least, Trisha is out of the picture and probably in another place.

Probably. I never did keep in touch with her but she’s still legible to visit Lili anyways.

I walked quietly behind Chloe and Brianna as they both chatted about something, I wasn’t listening to them as I was busy with the babies.

Yep. Domesticated by the woman of my dreams.

“So what rides do we go on first?”. Chloe asked excitedly.

Okay, wow. She has been enthusiastic about things ever since when this outing was planned.

With all these emotions that Chloe has, I’m probably thinking its pregnancy hormone.

“Woah. Not yet, I think I’m famished”.

“Me too”. I added supporting Brianna.

“Yeah, you both are right”. Chloe said. “I’m craving for hot fries and some burgers”.

“Um, Chloe, babe. You ate that an hour ago “. Lucas said calmly trying not to piss her off. “Are you sure you want to eat again?”.

“Yes. I’m sure”. She snapped at him.

Like I said, pregnancy hormones. All of her emotions are flying everywhere and Lucas is doing a great job handling them.

Like seriously, a great job handling her.

“Okay. Fine, lets go get you some fries”. Lucas said defeatedly.

“No, I’m not hungry”. Chloe pouts. “I want you to win me a teddy bear now”.

I burst out laughing. “What?”.

“Guys, we’ll catch up with you later”.

I nod laughing as I shake hands with Lucas while Brianna warmly hugs Chloe goodbye.

I smiled as I heard Lucas promising to get Chloe what she wants. I looked away from them to see Brianna staring at me.

“What?”.

“Nothing “. She turns her gaze back to the twins.

“You know its bad to stare at me without saying why, right?”.

She laughs. “Really?”.

“Yeah”.

She only nods and look adoringly at the babies. I held her hand close to mine as I focus on Jayden and Jana as well.

“Liam?”

I look at her. “Yeah?”.

“I love you”.

That one word smelts my entire heart and I replay it over and over again staring into her beautiful oceanic blue eyes.

“I love you more”. I replied with all sincerity.

Two Weeks Later

💍Brianna Hills💍
“Chloe Houston. Do you take Lucas Knights to be your lawfully wedded husband, to love and to hold, for better and for worse, in sickness and in health, till death do you part?”. The priest announced.

I smiled watching them exchange rites, who would have actually thought that my crazy best friend, Chloe would actually get married before me.

I’m really happy for her. And to think that Lucas is trying to match her craziness.

“Yes, I do”. Chloe replied the priest staring at Lucas with all smiles.

It was actually a throw down trying to get Chloe to wear a wedding gown but I tried at least and now she’s getting married.

“Then, repeat after me, I, Chloe take you, Lucas Knights to be my lawfully wedded husband and I promise to be faithful till death do us apart”.

Chloe repeated with smiles as the priest moved on to Lucas who was staring at her with love shining in his eyes all this while.

I’m pretty sure this will be in the tabloids soon as Lucas is pretty influential and many of the top people are in attendance.

And finally, they were done with reciting the marriage vows. They exchanged their rings as well.

“With the power vested in me by God. I pronounce you, Chloe Houston and Lucas Knights as husband and wife”.

I quickly stood up and started clapping amidst the ovation that others were giving as well.

“You may k×ss your bride!”.

The ovation as increased as Lucas finally unveiled Chloe and k×ssed her lovingly.

“Or should I say, you may k×ss your groom”.

Laughter erupted as the priest added that last statement and Chloe happily k×ssed her groom, Lucas Knights.

“Happy married life, Chloe!”. I congratulate her as she walked towards me.

She beamed brightly. “Brie!”.

“Mrs. Chloe Knights”.

“God! Brie”. She blushed profusely. “Stop that, I’m not used to that stuff yet”.

“Sorry, Mrs. Knights. On a serious note, Chloe. I never imagined you getting married this sudden, congrats, bestie”.

“Thank you. Well I wouldn’t have gotten married if you didn’t meet Liam, you know that, right!”.

“On yeah right”. I laughed remembering how it all started from that clubhouse.

“So … “. She trailed off looking around the crowded area. “Where are my babies?”.

“Oh. Lilliana is with my Dad, she’s trying to get used to him as her grandfather “.

“You’ve forgiven him?”. Chloe asked softly.

“I had to. And besides, Liam talked me into it, after all, he’s still my father”.

“Yeah”. She replied nodding. “And the twins? My munchkins, Jayden and Jana”.

“They are with Liam’s mom”.

“Look at you being all free”. She teased me.

I laughed again. “What about you! Soon, you’ll be rocking a baby in your arms”.

“I think you mean, Lucas will be rocking a baby in his arms”.

“You know, with the way he loves babies, I’m starting you think you might end up giving birth to more than one”.

“Tell me about it!”. She said laughing.

“Love!”. Lucas walked along. “Hey! I’ve been looking for my missing bride all this while”.

Chloe smiled blushing a little bit. “Hey!”.

“Congrats, Lucas. And be gentle this night, will you?”. I winked at him. “She’s carrying a baby, if you remember”.

I bursted into laughter and walked away still amused by the expression on Chloe’s face and the self-satisfied grin on Lucas’s.

I decided to go have fresh air outside away from everyone. I stopped and stared into reminiscing how far I’ve gone this past 12 months.

A lot of things really happened within this year. Who knew that a lot of things could actually change in the glimpse of a second, yeah.

Who knew that Lauren wouldn’t be my real biological sister. Who knew that Lauren will be crippled in the feet right now and who knew that Emilia would be in the grave too.

Wow. Anyways, RIP to Emilia. Though, I never liked her once. It was a good thing that Lea didn’t succumb to their plan tho.

“Hey!”.

I turned to see Liam and smiled. “Hey!”.

“What are you doing out here? We are to be in back in there. Drinking, merrying and stuffs like that”.

“I was just thinking”.

“About what !”. He asked sliding his arm around my w–st.

I squeezed his palm softly. “About you!”.

He paused and stared at me, looking very obviously confused with what I had said.

“I want you, Liam. Everyday, all to myself”.

I noticed a blush creeping up to his face but he covered it up with a smirk which was on his l-ips.

“I want you too, Brianna. Everyday, all day, I can never get tired of you, do you know why?”.

“Why?”. I asked amusedly.

“Well thats because I’m Addicted To You, I want to wake up every morning next to you and then retire to bed with you by my side always”.

“In the morning, I’ll be there”. I added smiling tearfully. “Every single part of your life, Williams Paige, I’ll be there”.

He chuckled and then drew me into a hug, I smile back happy tears as I hugged him tightly feeling the urge to never let go at all.

Whatever obstacles might be in the future, Liam. I’ll face them with you, my babies, Lili and I.

I’ll forever love you, Liam. Who would have thought our love story would be More Than A One Nightstand.
