Chapter Fifty Five:
Ares
” you are joking ” Zar sounded sad and worried ” Zoe will forget us?” Sitting on the couch I shook my head before placing it lazily on my hand
” well yea, I think if she forgets me, she has to forget you guys too ” I muttered, after today Zoe won’t be mine anymore, after today my little mouse will forget about me, about what we have gone through and what we have shared together
“Am sorry Ares” Xar muttered ” I know this be hurting you so much” footsteps caught my attention, I look at the stairs, Zoe walking down in her pajamas while robbing her eyes
She looks like a child just waking up, her red hair messy and those stars eyes are starting to intrigue me, am starting to like it ” good morning ” she greeted as usual while I just sit and stare at her
” our Zoe is alive!!” Zar yell lifting her up and swirling her around ” you almost gave us a heart attack ” frowning my gaze lower to his hands around Zoe’s wa-ist. I clear my throat shooting cold glare at Zar as he slowly drop her down
Zoe chuckle ” am glad you care Zar ” she k-ss his cheek smiling, his face light up a bit but when our gaze meet he turn around and sit quietly on the couch, putting his attention on his phone
” Ares” she sit on my lap and wrap her hands around my neck ” you look handsome today Ares” she run her hands through my hair ” am surprised ”
I furrow my brows ” are you saying I was ugly?? ” she nod her head smiling, still playing with my hair ” you were kind of ugly but now handsome because you got me ” she wink and I chuckle
” very funny little mouse ” I muttered, her face turn to something I can’t read ” Ares???”
” Mmmm”
” can we go to a cinema together ” her face flush ” I dont know why but I want to spend today in a couple and rom-ntic way ” she muttered ” please ”
I defiantly want to spend more time with her ” fine, go get dressed” her face beam up, she rush upstairs and am left smiling
” stop smiling like some idiot” Xar mumble before I grab a bottle and throw at him

” come on Ares, watch the movie ” she shove more popcorn in my mouth to shut me up ” this movie is the best ” chewing them I frown not understanding what am washing, the lady wrote five letters, her younger sister sent them, so what?
” little mouse ”
” Mmmm” she chew some more popcorn before turning to face me, she flinch a little seeing how close my face is to her ” this isn’t rom-ntic ” I lick my l-ips ” I thought we will be f-cking in here”
” fu…fu…f-cking??” She stammer, look around then bit her l-ips ” we can’t f-ck in her, is a cinema ” her face completely red
” but people are k-ssing ” my face turn to a naughty smile ” k-ss me and I will be contented” she look around again and when she knows everyone attention is on the movie her gaze meet mine again
” just a k-ss okay ” I nod, she moist her l-ips, draw her face close but didn’t do it, she suddenly look shy trying to build the courage to k-ss me in public. Were we are is pretty dark at the back and I know no one will see us. Am not ready to k-ss her either, I want her doing it and am gonna wait

” what’s wrong Ares” she hold my hand ” please tell me ” starring at her, I just nod, she will forget about it anyway ” come ” holding her hands we walk out of the cinema straight to the car
I said nothing, just t-rn on the engine, the ride back is quite ” Ares??” I said nothing just kept going ” what’s wrong ” her voice fill with worry and confusion ” Ares!!!”
” you will lose your memory Zoe” I muttered then proceeded in narrating everything that happen to me and what Zeus said will be done
” but if you dont take my blood you might die” tears forming in her eyes ” I dont want to forget you Ares, please don’t make me forget ” packing the car I cup her face and clean her tears ” don’t worry about it Zoe, I promise I will make you mine again, trust me. Fred won’t have you ”
She sniff ” please find me soon, no matter how I act get me back ” I nod, I shouldn’t have told her about this, she looks so sad. Nodding her head she open the car, I watch her walk into the house
Running my hands through my hair I gro-n, I wanted seeing her happy before that happen. I shouldn’t have told her anything
Walking back into the house, the wh0le place quite, running upstairs I head to Zoe room, her hand cut and blood dropping into a container, I stand starring at her, she looks so serious. She cares about me
The moment the container fill up, she cover it up and step back, her hands healed up immediately, she pick up the cat she won for me, I thought I throw that out but its with here ” darling ” she turn around, flash me a smile before dropping the cat next to the mouse I won
” Ares” she hold my hands, close the door and pull me to the room” touch me please” her eyes searching mine ” I need to feel you”
Grabbing her arse I stare at the wall clock 7Pm, I still have some few hours before tomorrow. Our gaze met before I crush my l-ips on hers, she respond in fierce, trying to savour my taste just like am doing

I watch her run out of the room and when I finally look outside, she is running down the road, she must be headed to the descendants layer, Zeus might have fill her mind with that
She look so confuse earlier that it hurt me, she looks at me like a stranger, like someone she hates, like a damn pervert, like a cold arseh0le but dont worry when next our gaze meet you will love me, my little mouse

Chapter Fifty Six:
Zoe
Five weeks later
” how did all these happen” I muttered looking at all the injured warriors ” how can mere vampires do this to us, we have magic, we can just clap our hands and they will burn to ashes so how is this happening ”
” the knights have a special weapon madam” Sonia spoke, folding my hands I urge her to continue ” they call him Mr hell, design to kill every descendants on earth since they regard us as abomination ”
” what is that suppose to mean, we have done nothing wrong and they decided to kill our people ” my anger was rising ” am going to see this mr hell ”
” my lady, the council already that you remain back for your training ” glaring at her, she look down ” I know that Sonia but I have been locked up here for weeks, I want to capture Mr hell myself. All I need is his picture and I will follow the next army to war ” she nod her head before handing a file to me ” this remain between us okay ”
” yes madam ”
” and if this come out, consider yourself dead ”
” yes madam ” smiling I fasten my steps to the changing room, grabbing some warriors clothes I put it on and made sure my face is closed before following them out of the hidden leafs, the moment we are out the air swirl around us
I have come to learn one thing about the descendant, they fall from the moon the moment they are a year old, a woman can not reproduce except she decide to become a mother of a moon then teleported there
It is also said that the god of moon is responsible for breeding the women sent there but one question still bothers me, if a god pregnant a descendant why is it possible for vampires to kill us or why are we still weak
Am told that am a descendant from stars that my mother went against the rule to stay with the god of star which later left her after sleeping with her. That’s why my eyes are stars and probably the reason am strong
after all these am still locked up in a training area waiting for the right time, I should be fighting, I should be supporting all these people, my people
The first thing I will do is to kill this hell of a person and show the descendants that their saviour is here ” stop” the commander yell making all of us stop on our tracks
I listen to the sound underneath my feet, the way air swirl around the wh0le place. Someone is coming, just one person but his feet is like that of a thousand person or is this their trick, for others they will think is just one vampire coming while its actually thousands
I watch someone walk out of the woods, blue hair, brown eyes, hands shove in his pockets ” you guys again” his fangs indicating he is a vampire ” dont you give up, we just finish killing thousands and here you are ” he look tired of fighting or tired of seeing how pathetic we look
Clenching my hands I take off my head cover and match to the front ” dont think we will make it easy for you ” the moment he take me in his eyes w¡den with shock, like he knows me
” Zoe??” He muttered and I frown, have the vampires head of me so soon, are they planning on killing me?? He step back and my frown deepen with confusion, isn’t he here to fight ” dont move, I will be right back ” with that he took off right back into the forest
What just happen??
Turning around the warriors mouth are open in surprise ” milady, why are you here ” haven’t they notice I hate that name, before I could answer different vampires burst out and didn’t even give us a chance to breath before fighting
This time that am here, nothing will happen to them, taking off this heavy armor I inhale before making sure my speed increase. I cut off their necks one after the other and before five minutes the hundred vampires fall down dead
My body fill with blood ” you guys head back while I deal with the rest”
” we can’t leave you ” the commander step forward ” it will be a disgrace to us ”
” can’t you see, you guys are dragging me down” not giving them another glimpse I head into the forest, i killed only hundred which means they still should be others waiting, no other vampire in view, everywhere quite, only the noise of cricket can be heard. Is that all the vampires?? Is this still some kind of plan?
Someone footsteps caught my attention, turning to my left I tip toe towards that direction, his back to me while he dip his hands into the water, grabbing my dagger from my pocket, I slowly walk there
The moment I place it around his neck he went stiff ” I got you now” I muttered, making my voice deep enough to sound strong ” stand up slowly ” moving back I watch him stand, he turn out to be really huge and tall that my hands lower itself to his back still holding the dagger ” turn around quietly” he did the same thing without arguing with me
When our gaze met, he look expressionless, his hair blond, silver eyes met mine ” silver” I muttered and for once his eyes change to something I can’t understand but silver rings a bell, the picture ” Mr hell!!” I almost yell ” I got you now, dont you dare move ”
His l-ips curve into a knowing smile and he didn’t move, I thought he is suppose to kill my kind so why isn’t he trying to kill me ” hurry up little mouse, I dont have all day ” grabbing the ropes I furrow my brows then proceeded in tieing his hands. Killing him will make things easier for him, I will bring him in
He is pretty weak for people to be scared of him, I do know he is huge and well built but this weak??
” firstly am not a mouse ” I gro-n glaring at him ” nor am I little and get ready to die ” he is still smiling, why is he smiling at me?
