I breathed rapidly as I starred deeply at him, nodding slowly.

The hospital bed jerked twice making the I. V fluid in his palm shake. It then dawned on me that we were about to make out in the hospital.

“Uhm… Liana can I talk to you for a sec.??” Came the unmistakable voice of Lorraine. I turned back at Xav. and he nodded affirmatively giving me a go-ahead. I sighed and stood up facing her squarely.
“Sure” She smiled and we both walked out of the ward.

“We met at an ice cream shop in Riverdale, he asked for my name and I gave it to him, then our love story started. He was my be in all and end in all. We were so happy and…I… Never experienced that type of love before until..I..took his love for granted” She murmured under tears as I starred at her.
“I know i sound selfish but…I love him” She sniffed again, flickering her eyeball as her face met mine. “Promise me, you’ll never break his heart”
“I promise” I replied softly as her phone rang. I was shocked when I saw a familiar picture used as her wallpaper.
Wait!
Is that not!, the picture of my Dad??? The Father that abandoned I and Mom when I was still a little kid???
She answered the call and disconnected it after several minutes .
“Wait! Who’s that on your wallpaper???” I asked impatiently as her gaze drifted to her phone and then she smiled.
“That’s my Dad”

“Are you kidding me right now???” I muttered inaudibly inbetween laugh as he nodded in affirmation. I can’t just believe he’ll ask us to sneak out of school just to jog. I mean, who does that here?? I turned back to stare at him once more and I still couldn’t get over his cuteness, tattoos and piercings. He possessed the aura of a Bad Boy.
“Yeah, we could.”
“What about the scrutinizers?? And the teachers, with the securities?? You think they could allow us out of the school’s premises just like that?? And isn’t Xavier in the hospital now?? You should be with him” I reasoned, and then it dawned on me that earlier at the hospital. Lorraine asked to talk with Liana. I just hope she doesn’t try anything silly with her coz I don’t trust that Bitch one bit. I jerked out of my thoughts the moment Oliver dragged my hands to the staff room. What I saw almost made my eyes pop out of it’s sockets.
The teachers were all sleeping peacefully as if being controlled by a magic spell. Rumbles of laughs emerged out my l-ips as I crossed my arms above my chest, starring at him suspiciously. “Oliver, what did you do huh??” He shrugged tightening his grip of my palm dragging me out of the teacher’s residence with his hands on my wa-ist. It seemed so peaceful and soothing because this is actually the first time we’re hugging. She pulled away from the hug throwing me a soft smile. “Goodbye Liana Ohmshford” She drove off immediately.
What…W..what just happened??? She just left.

I wiped off my tears walking slowly when Sherry ran off to me. “Liana! What happened to you?? You look like you’ve been crying for weeks” Her gaze turned to an angry one “Did that bitch say anything to you??”
