EXCLUSIVELY ON DREAME

Kylie ran to the table few seconds later to have some spaghetti and meatballs. She had fun with Jasper after a long time. She realized how much they missed each other’s company.

She prepared for school the next day.
She started at her reflection on the mirror and adjusted her jacket.

She felt someone touching her from behind.
“Cut it out now Jasper. I have to leave for school immediately” she said.

“Fine then. Let me drop you off” he said.

Kylie alighted from Jasper’s car and slammed the door shut.
“See you later” she said as she waved at him.

“Who is that? Your boyfriend?”

She turned and saw Max.
“What exactly is his problem?” She thought and walked away from him.

Max was quick to grab her hand but Kylie was way to strong for him.
He quickly pulling her but Kylie didn’t move an inch.

Cindy and Lilly saw what was happening and quickly ran to Kylie.

“Woah! Woah! We might be late for our test, let’s go now” Cindy said and pulled Kylie into the classroom.

Kylie sat down and leaned her hand on the table.
She knew that Cindy would start advising her.

“Are you crazy Kylie? Do you want to expose yourself?”

“I’m not. He was just too annoying. You should have let me teach him a lesson” Kylie said angrily.

“Calm down. You shouldn’t waste your energy on someone like that” Lilly added and sat with her.

Kylie sighed and tightened her fist.
“One last chance! If he dares to anger me again, I won’t spare him this time” she said and looked away from them.

Lilly and Cindy stared at each other and quickly looked away.

They were done with their test and went to the canteen.
Kylie couldn’t eat. She just played with her food while Lilly and Cindy chatted away.
Madison was absent from school. She didn’t about school anyways.

“Kylie?”

She quickly diverted her gaze to Lilly who called her name.

“Why aren’t you eating?” She asked.

“I don’t feel like it” she replied.

They saw a shadow blocking their light.
Cindy stared up and saw one of Max’s friend.

“What do you want?” She asked, almost yelling.

“Easy cow girl. Max wants to challenge your friend” he said.

“She rejects your challenge” Cindy quickly said.

Kylie was in the mood to spill some blood.
She tightened her fist, trying to control her anger and thirst to kill. She didn’t want to expose herself.

She saw the shadow walking away.
But few seconds later, another shadow walked to the table. This time, three shadows.

“You!” She heard a loud and familiar voice but didn’t look back to know who he was referring to.

All eyes were on her. They were waiting to see what she would do.

Kylie didn’t react at all until Max pulled her chair away from the table.

Cindy and Lilly were secretly pleading with her to calm herself but she looked away from them. She really wanted to show him what she’s made of.
“I’m sorry girls. If I don’t teach him a lesson now, he would continue with all this sh*t” she said and walked towards him.

“No! Kylie!” They tried to stop her but it was too late.

Kylie grabbed Max by the collar and carried him up. She leaned him on the wall, growling angrily.

Max’s friend were surprised to see what was happening. They slowly moved back from Kylie. Even some of the students, moved away from her.

Cindy swallowed hard and started panting.
“What next! She’s gonna kill him”

Kylie growled angrily at him and showed him her black eyes. Just like the one Charlie has.

She wanted to attack her when she heard her name from the speaker. It was the principal.

“Kylie! Report to the principal’s office immediately” he said.

Kylie threw Max away as he brushed the plates off a table and finally landed on the dirty ground.
She shot him a hard glare before moving out of the canteen.

Her senses came back to her that she started wondering why the principal wanted her at his office.
“Did he see the fight?” She murmured and finally got to his door.

Kylie stood outside for some seconds and exhaled deeply.
She twisted the handle and pushed the door open.

“Hello sir!”

“Where are your manners Kylie?” The principal asked.

“I’m deeply sorry. I was in a hurry, you said you needed me urgently” she said.

“Fine then” he replied and adjusted his glasses.

“Your father is here to see you” he said.

The man on the chair turned and stared at Kylie.
“Hey Kylie!”

“Dad!” She said and quickly hugged Robby.

“Oh, I’ve missed you so much” he said, pouting his lips like a child.

She smiled.
“Why are you here?”

“To check on you. Why else?”

“Come on, let’s leave here” she said and pulled her father out of the office.

“Is everything alright dad?” She asked.

“Yes. Everything is fine. Why did you ask?” He replied with a furrowed eyebrows.

“Just wanted to know, if Charlie is back” she said.

Robby understand that she still wanted her son. He pulled her to his chest and hugged her.
“Concentrate on your own life for now and think about your own child in the future” he said.

Kylie withdraw her head and cleaned her wet face.
“I’m trying Dad. But I get reminded of him everyday. When I see babies and everything related to babies” she said, whimpering.

“You are the daughter of your mother. Do what your mother has always wanted from you” he said.

Kylie’s thought drove to her mother. She remembered when she would always tell Kylie to focus on her studies and make her proud.

A smile crept on her face as she thought of her mother’s word.
“Fine. I’ll make mom proud” she said.

“That’s my girl” he said and smiled at Kylie.

Kylie started focusing more on her studies. She read more and played less. She was still trying to control her anger still.

Sometimes, she wished she could get Charlie and kill him just for the bad venom to stop running through her vein.

The witches, vampires and werewolves continued looking for a way to kill a Specie.
But found nothing.

The travel man still stayed low in the hangout. He just acted like part of the family, helping the younger ones with spells and magic.

Jasper, some witches and some from the other kinds started working together, training together incase of another external attack.

Diego helped Kylie to hunt better, even better than her father.
“Go low! Make sure your prey doesn’t know that it’s predator is around the corner, wanting to attack” Diego said in a low tone and she obeyed.

“Yeah” she whispered back.

“No, attack at your own convenient time, remember to attack with your fang”

Kylie nodded and went lower. She shot her mouth open, exposing her fang.

Immediately, she jumped very high and landed on her prey.
She bit the animal on the neck with her fangs digging into it’s body.

The animal shook for a short time before it stopped.

“Nice Kylie! Nice!” Diego said, clapping his hands.

Kylie sucked out every drop of blood in it’s body till it became dry.
She stood up and licked her lips.
“That was tasty and juicy” she said and flicked her tongue.

Diego laughed.
“Don’t you have somewhere to be?” He asked.

Kylie squeezed her face, trying to remember.
“Somewhere to be?” She asked herself.

“Yeah?”

“F**k!! My graduation!!” She yelled and ran out of the forest in full speed. She didn’t even look back. She ran home and jumped into her room through the window.

She grabbed her towel in the wardrobe as she ran into the bathroom.
Few minutes later, she was out.

She picked her graduation outfit and wore it.
As she stared at herself on the mirror, Jasper walked in.

“Where the hell have you been?” He asked.

“I was out hunting. I almost forgot today was my graduation” she said too quickly as she wore her jewelries.

“Cindy and Lilly just left here few minutes ago. They were waiting for you. You have to hurry” he said.

She did her makeup and grabbed her bag.
“I’m ready to go!” She said.

“Uh… You forgot about your hair” Jasper reminded her.

“Arghh!” She groaned and threw her bag and started attending to her hair.

Minutes later, Kylie appeared in school with Jasper.
She was looking beautiful as ever.

Cindy saw her and frowned a little.
“Where have you been?!” She yelled because of the loud music.

“I went for some hunt” she yelled back and laughed.

“Yo! I love this song!” Madison said as she walked towards us with a glass of champagne in her hand.

“Congratulations to us!” Lilly raised her own glass and gave Kylie a glass.

They all raised their glasses and cheered loudly.
“Woah!!!”

“I’m so happy right now” Lilly said.

“So, what’s your next plan now?” Cindy asked.

“I have to find a job. I don’t want to go to college” Madison said.

“Well, mom said I have to go to college. I’m going to Paris” Lilly said.

They all shot their mouth wide open and stared at Lilly.
“We are so gonna miss you Lilly”

“Yeah, me too”

“You will visit right?” Kylie asked.

“Of course I would”Lilly replied.

“So, what about you Kylie? What’s next for you?”

Kylie stared at the thin air for a short time.
“I have to start looking for my son!” She said with anger in her voice.
