“I dare you to say that again” Chantel said coldly.

“Nica!!” Austin yelled snapping Danica back to reality. She gave Austin one last look before heading towards the door.
A light sigh escaped Austin lips. “I’m so sorry about what happened, she just seem stressed..”
“It’s okay, I understand” Chantel cut in.
“I’ll be right back” Austin’s said walking out of the office. He meet up with Danica in no time and drag her into an empty office.
“What in the world did you just do?” Austin almost raised his voice at her.
“I don’t want her into this company and that is final” Danica almost yelled too.
“may I ask why?” He asked.
“She might be a bad luck to this company” Danica said.
“Let me guess, you are mad at her because of what happened to Susan” Austin siad and Danica turn quiet.
“You’re still a friend with her?” Austin asked, Danica looked away. “Are you kidding me? I obviously told you to stay away from her. She is getting into your head again. Chantel never done anything to harm anyone, she only defended herself and in case you don’t know. Chantel is married to Dominic Winfrey”
“Oh now you’re taking another woman’s side? Is there something else between you and Chantel that I have no idea about?” Danica asked.
“Gosh Nica, what… Sigh.. look we need to stop this argument. There’s nothing between I and Chantel. I’m signing her in because of her talent” Austin explained trying his best to suppress his anger.
“I can’t stand her in this company and that’s it” Danica said walking out if the office.
Austin stood on his spot and sighed pinching the bridge of his nose.

Back in the office, the door opened revealing a familiar figure. Veronica, the model who got the third position in the Galaxy award. It turns out they were the two model getting signed into the company.
“Hello” Veronica greeted politely.
“Hi, nice to meet you again” Chantel smiled as Veronica sat beside her.
“I can’t believe we are signing into the same company, you’re awesome Chantel” Veronica said. Her aura was calm and she seem to be a straightforward person.
Austin came back into the office and apologized on Danica’s behalf. That’s one thing Chantel liked in him; he is polite to his artist. No wonder his company is one of the best in the industry.
Getting into the car, Chantel face turn cold again. “Danica obviously have a grudge against me, find out the people she’s connected to” She said.
“I definitely will”
Since the incident of Dominic creating his own firm, Mr Steven had not been on a rage ever since then. The sky cooperation fell in a terrible way while Dom’s cooperation came at the top. He had tried to bring his company back up but it hasn’t been easy.
Swallowing his pride, he decided to seek Dominic. He push his office door lightly and find the man making call.
Dominic was actually talking to Chantel, his face was a bit cold hearing Danica’s incident. Seeing his father, he said “I’ll call you back my love, bye”
Steven tried his best to compose himself. He won’t deny the fact that Dominic is sure capable judging from how he won the shareholders trust.
“Son..”
Dominic cleared his throat. “I’m not your son remember”.
“We don’t have to continue this way. I..I..” Steven stopped and sighed.
“You what?” Dominic asked.
“I’m sorry” Steven closed his eyes for a moment. To save his name and the company he built hard for, he have to do this. He knows trying to control Dominic is wrong. Harrison is his close friend and they had plan on getting Dominic and Susan married.
He saw the news about Susan and immediately knew how wrong he was. Chantel on the other hand is a capable woman, which suits his son well.
“I’m sorry for being a jerk” He repeated shocking Dominic the more. He knew his father would come some day but he never thought it would be this fast.

It’s been days now with Henry trying his best to avoid Ryan and his wrath. Of course he meet with Aurora secretly sometimes.
Ryan suddenly came to seat beside Henry during the class.
“Hey nitwit, long time” Ryan smirked.
Henry kept quiet without replying.
“You know, you are a bit confident these days. So I’m thinking, can we be friends?”
His question made Henry turn his attention to him.
“Are you serious right now? You think I’ll want to be with someone like you.. tssk.. screw you” Henry muttered, he left for another seat.
Ryan smirked lightly, as he stared into space. He move his gaze to Aurora and found her smiling at Henry secretly.

“I’m gonna kill him, even without my father’s help. I can’t take this anymore” Rayn said to his Quill. They were both smoking behind the school.
“How are we going to do it?” Quill asked.
“Remember that abandon chicken restaurant we saw the other day?” Ryan asked.
“Yeah”
“We’ll trap him there and burn down the place” Ryan said with no Emotion.
“That will be dangerous. What if we get caught?” Quill eyes widened.
“Don’t worry, I have a plan” He said.

At evening Henry could be seen trying to call Aurora, he had been trying to reach her after seeing a strange message from her telling him to meet her immediately.
He dip his left hand into his pocket as he continued trying her number while walking really fast.
After some minutes, he finally get to his destination. It is an abandon chicken restaurant.
Why did she ask him to come here?
“Aurora!” He called out. The place look dark and silent. Taking a deep breath he open the door and walked in slowly.
“Aurora” he called again but no respond.
He suddenly heard a light thud coming from the door. His eyes widened when he saw Ryan, Quill and some other guys otherside.
They had locked him in!
“Hey! What the fuck do you think you are doing!” Henry yelled. “Hey!!”
Ryan laughed lightly then dip his hands into his pocket.
“You’re so daft, I never knew you’ll fall for this trick” Ryan smirked.
“Let me go!” A tiny voice was heard as one of Ryan minions held Aurora hair tightly. “Henry” her eyes widened.
Ryan abducted Aurora. He took her phone and messaged Henry just to lure him here.
“Let me out of here!” Henry yelled hitting the door.
“Do it guys” Ryan ordered.
His minions bring out some keg of gasoline and start to pour it around the restaurant.
“No! Stop!” Aurora yelled trying to get away from the one holding her.
“Fuck you Ryan!!” Henry yelled still hitting the door hard.
After they were done, Quill bought out a match and hand it over to Ryan.
“Stop this madness!!” Aurora yelled so hard as she watch Ryan light the match stick.
He look back at Aurora and smirked. “watch him burn” he muttered before drop the stick.
The restaurant caught fire immediately.
“Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!”

Same night. At Ford’s large hall. The atmosphere was cheerful and relaxing as artist walked on the red carpet. They all look great.
Chantel appeared wearing a simple dress. She didn’t want to catch too much attention since it was a welcome show. Getting in, she frowned seeing someone familiar.
Rana eyes also widened.
Susan?!
Susan could be seen chatting carefully with Danica. That explains why Danica hates her with no reason.
Knowing Dominic might not appear tonight because of his busy schedule, Rana began to feel uncomfortable.
“There she is” Susan muttered spotting Chantel.
Danica traced her gaze and spot Chantel. They exchanged a look before Chantel look away calmly.
“Got any move on her?” Susan asked Danica.
“Not really” Danica replied and Susan scoffed. She obviously can’t trust her friend with this. She actually used Danica as an excuse to attend the show.
“What about you?” Danica asked.
“I always do” Susan replied.
“Her husband isn’t here, attacking her will be easy” Danica smirked. She bought out her phone to text someone.
The function starts with some light entertainment. Veronica was also among the crowd, her calm gaze was in Chantel.
Austin was seated among the higher authorities. His gaze was on Danica the whole time. Ever since their argument they haven’t talk well.
Susan’s phone vibrated in her pursed. Seeing the ID caller her lips curve up a little.
“It’s ready” A Voice sounded from her phone. She cut the call without replying.
‘It’s a poison, specially made to kill a person slowly. The internal organs would slowly be destroyed causing internally bleeding. She will get lean and ugly as time goes on. After a week, she bleed in and out, by that time her system would be destroyed beyond repair and then she would die’ Susan recalled a voice in her head.
A waitress weave her way through the crowd and made her towards Chantel’s direction. She slowly drop a drink before her.
The waitress perfume hit Chantel’s nostril and she quickly hold her breath until she left.
Chantel’s phone beep and Dominic popped in.
*I’M ON MY WAY*
She smiled reading the message. Feeling a bit thirsty, Chantel stretched her hand to grab the drink given to her.
Susan saw this and smile.
‘I’ll gladly attend to your funeral in a week’ she thought as she watch Chantel bring the drink up to her mouth…
