“Seventy five!!” The coach said out loudly as the boys finished another run round the field

“I can’t believe we are really doing this” Ryan said breathlessly beside Donovan who was looking too tired to talk.

Romeo was also quiet even though he was also tired,he prefer looking as cool as always,he kept on running

👥 Gosh,I wonder what they did

👥 Why are they looking so hot even while running?

👥 My heart might just burst out anytime from now

The female students watching them kept on murmuring

“How can they be drooling happily when I am dying here??” Donovan almost yelled and Ryan chuckled

They are all sweating

“Seventy six!!” They heard the coach

“I feel like killing him” Ryan spat

👥 Seniors!! You can do this!

👥 Senior Romeo I love you!

👥 You’re so handsome senior Ryan!!

👥 Senior Donovan,Fighting!!

The junior students kept shouting

“Can those little p**sy just shut the f**k up,their voices are making me more weak” Donovan said

Princeton suddenly removed his shirt due to the sweats, leaving his chest naked

The three friends shot him a deadly glare at once which made him shift from them

“Just avoid me today or I might kill you” Donovan said

“Same with me,don’t even talk to me” Ryan scoffed and Princeton faced Romeo also but he said nothing and only continue running

“Wow,I can’t believe this. Not like it’s my fault” Princeton said

“You made the principal double it!” Ryan snapped

“Ninety!” The coach counted

“Just f**k off” Donovan muttered and ran off,leaving the others behind but the Romeo caught up with him and then pass him again

“Gosh,those seniors are making me go crazy” Bonnie said

“I’m also hot,don’t be rediculous” Pierce scoffed

“Hot indeed” Bonnie laughed mockingly

“What do you mean? Am I not?” Pierce asked

“Of course you are” Bonnie roll her eyes

“You should stop crushing on those seniors,none of them can ever look at you” Milo said

“I agree with Milo,Seniors should face their girls and we should face ours too” Everest said

“Exactly” Pierce said

Pearl on the other hand was quiet,her eyes were only on Romeo who was at the front. She could feel his pains,she knew he was tired and that alone made her tear up

She hate to see him in pain,no matter how little it is

She immediately wiped the little drop of tears from her eyes

“Hundred!!” The coach counted and the boys all fell on the field flatly except Romeo

👥 They did it!!

👥 Awwn,they are tired

The students started murmuring again

Romeo started walking away and all eyes followed him,

Just then Juliet and Betsy both appeared in his front,both handing him a bottle of water

👥 Wow

👥 Is it a triangle?

👥 Which one will he accept?

Pearl was also staring at them

To everyone’s surprise,Romeo ignored the two girls and walked away

👥 Wow!!!

👥 That was cold but interesting to watch

👥 Did senior Romeo just rejected the two hottest girls in the Senior class?

👥 When will he ever fall for a girl??

“Wow April,seems your sister got rejected again” A girl said and the juniors laughed

April walked away angrily

Pearl got up immediately and ran off too

She entered the senior boys locker room and found Romeo all alone there sitting tiredly,his face down

“Cherie” She called and Romeo looked up

Pearl walked to him and handed a chill bottle of water to him

“Thanks” Romeo muttered and took it from her

He opened it and gulped down everything at once

“How are you feeling?” Pearl asked worriedly,touching his hair which seems wet

Romeo pulled her more closer by the waist and hugged her,resting his head on her tummy while her hands are still wrapped around her waist.

Pearl stood still,she could feel his fast breathing,she started stroking his hair.

They were still like that when Campbell entered and his eyes met with Pearl’s own who immediately turned away from him

Romeo raised his head and released her

“You can go,I’m fine now” he muttered

Pearl nodded and walked out of the locker room

“I’ve never seen a brother that close to his kid sister” Campbell grinned

Romeo stood up and walked to his locker,ignoring him completely. He took another uniform from there and walked out.

“Seriously,proud fool” Campbell scoffed

Donovan,Ryan and Princeton were on their way to the locker room when they met Lyric

She looked at them for a minute before giving Princeton a bottle of water and then Donovan

“Wait,seriously? What about me?” Ryan asked

“I’m doing this because those two are my partners and I don’t want them to fall sick” Lyric said and walked away

“Wow,I really love the way the three of you care about each other” Ryan clapped

“Have it” Donovan said giving the water to him

“Get lost” Ryan snapped

“Senior Ryan!” Pearl called from the back and they all turned to see her running to them

“Senior Ryan,are you okay?” She asked and Ryan smiled

“I guess I am” He said

“Here,cold one to make you feel better” Pearl said giving the water to him

“Wow,thank you cutie” Ryan said and touched her hair

“Seniors,don’t get into another trouble. Bye” She smiled at them before running off again

“Is it what I’m thinking?” Princeton grinned

“Your opinion doesn’t matter so f**k off!!” Donovan and Ryan yelled at him at a time and walked away

Princeton bite his l¡ps and itch his hair

“You can’t be treating me this way!” He shouted and ran after them

THE CAYDEN’S MANSION**

The driver opened the door for Me Cayden and he came down from the car,he walked into the house and went straight upstairs into their room.

He met his wife in tears

“Honey” He called and sat down beside her

“I can’t do this,I don’t think I can let her go” Mrs Cayden broke into tears

“I understand how you’re feeling darling,but still….”

“No,we own Pearl legally. Try to understand,Pearl is our daughter now…” Mrs Cayden said in tears

“You’re right,handing her back to her parents doesn’t mean she’s no more our daughter. Her mom must have missed her so much,she was in tears while begging us. Can’t we just consider that at least?? Please” Mr Cayden said hut she only cried more

“I’m sure Pearl won’t agree to this either,Romeo will be heart broken too,my heart is shattered already. I don’t want to leave my daughter….I don’t want to…” She cried

“We have no choice,I feel bad too. But we should put ourselves in her parents shoes,please. I know Pearl will never forget us,I’m sure of that. We will remain her family no matter what” Mr Cayden said

RAINBOW HIGH**

The school just ended so the class was still filled up with students,Cameron’s eyes on Betsy as she talked to Romeo

His phone suddenly rang out and he checked to see his mom calling

“Yes mom?”

“Son,come home immediately. We are going to bring your sister home tonight”

“What?” His eyes w¡dened

“I found her Cameron,come home”

Cameron hanged up immediately,he grabbed his backpack and ran out of the class

“So,where are we meeting for the Project work tomorrow?” Juliet asked

“Romeo’s house” Betsy replied with an eye roll

“Great,I will be there. I hope to meet mom again” Juliet smiled and Betsy’s eyes w¡dened

“You’ve been there?” She asked

“That’s enough” Romeo cut in

“What time anyway?”

“Ten should do” Betsy said and Romeo nodded before leaving them

Betsy and Juliet glared at each other hatefully before going separately

JUNIORS BLOCK**

Pearl walked out of the class with Everest while Bonnie followed with Milo behind them

“You said you have something to tell me,what is it?” Pearl asked

“Would you go out with me tomorrow? It’s Saturday” Everest said

“Really? Where are we going?” Peael asked

“How about we go watch a movie?” Everest suggested and Pearl nodded

“Let’s do that” She said and Everest smiled

“What are you two blushing about?” Bonnie came between them but all of a sudden,Peirce removed her hair tie from the back and ran away

“You jerk!!!” Bonnie yelled and ran after him

“Those two are in love” Milo said

“Shut up!” Pearl and Everest yelled at him

“Oh sorry” Milo laughed

April suddenly walked pass them almost making Pearl fall but Everest caught her

“Hey,what the h*ll is wrong with you?” Everest snapped

“F**k you” April mouthed and walked away with Blossom

“Gosh I can’t believe that girl,I feel like running away from my seat because I hate her presence so much” Milo started dusting his body as if there are dirts there

“Dude,you’re stuck with that dumb head,I hope you don’t get dumb coz it’s contagious” Everest laughed before running off and Milo ran after him

When Pearl got to the car,Romeo was already waiting

“Did I kept you waiting for long?” Pearl asked as she entered

“No” Romeo muttered and started the cat

“Where’s the driver?” Pearl asked

“I told him to leave In the morning” Romeo replied and Pearl nodded

She touched his head to feel his temperature

“You may have fever brother,you should know I don’t like it when you’re down” Pearl pouted

“I won’t have fever Candy,don’t worry about me” Romeo smiled

“Let’s stop and eat some ice cream before going home” Pearl immediately said when Romeo hit the street

He stopped the car in front of an ice cream parlor and they both got down from the car.

They walked in together,there are lots of people more than expected so they waited for their turn

Some high school girls in uniform murmured while staring at Romeo

Pearl grabbed Romeo’s hand and he looked at her

“Are you okay?” He asirr

“Yes I am” Pearl smiled at him before looking at the girls who glared at her hatefully,she also glared at them and raised her middle finger up

Finally it was their turn

“How do you want your ice cream rolled?” The man asked

“Chocolate mixed with vanilla” Pearl answered

“What about your boyfriend?” The man asked

Pearl and Romeo exchanged glances and Pearl shook her head

“Strawberry and Cream” Romeo said to the man and Pearl smiled

The man rolled their ice creams

Romeo paid and they walked out

“So fresh and cool” Pearl breathe out as she eats the ice cream

Romeo smiled as he stared at her

She faced him and he immediately looked away

“I caught you” Pearl laughed

“Can I have a taste of the strawberry cream?” Pearl asked

“Why?”

“Because I want to have a taste like I said” Pearl said

“Then let me have a taste of yours too” Romeo scoffed

“Cherie you’re becoming selfish” Pearl gr0aπed

“Really??” Romeo laughed

“Of course,you should at least consider me as your kid sister…”

“Consider me as your big brother too” Romeo cut in

Pearl smirked and held his hand tightly before using her tongue to lick off a part of Romeo’s ice cream

Romeo shoved the ice cream to her face and the cream spread all over her l¡ps

“Cherie!” Pearl shouted and Romeo burst into laughter

“Your face” He said still laughing

Pearl moved to the mirror to check her face

“You will pay for this” She cried out

“Should I help you with it?” Romeo asked and she nodded

Romeo held her face and wiped the cream off from her l¡ps and then lick it from his hand

👥 Awwwn,they are so cute

👥 They make me remember my high school boyfriend

Romeo and Pearl exchanged glances and smiled at each other

Romeo’s phone buzzed and he checked the message

“Mom want us to come home immediately” he muttered and Pearl nodded

They entered the car at a time and Romeo drove off

THE CAYDEN’S MANSION**

Pearl got down from the car and rushed in

“We are home!!!……” She suddenly stopped when she saw a strange woman,she was still wondering who she is when her eyes caught with Cameron who was sitting next to the woman.

The woman stood up immediately and Cameron also looked shocked

“Is she…the one?” Mrs Lush asked and Mr Cayden nodded

Mrs Cayden was beginning to tear up again

“What’s going on?” Pearl asked in confusion

“My baby…” Mrs Lush tried to touch her but Pearl immediately moved back and bumped into Romeo

“Are you okay?” Romeo asked looking at her face,he looked up to see Mrs Lush and Cameron,and then his mom who was crying

“What’s going on dad?” Romeo asked, holding Pearl’s hand tightly

Mrs Cayden stood up and immediately hugged Pearl,crying again

“Mom,,stop crying and tell us what is happening” Pearl muttered

“We are sorry,we should have told you earlier than this” Mr Cayden said and Romeo listened carefully

“Pearl….is not our child. She was adopted” Mr Cayden said and Pearl’s eyes w¡dened immediately

Mrs Cayden released her

“That’s not true,,,you’re lying right?” Pearl asked in a broken voice

“It’s the truth” Mrs Cayden muttered and began to tell them the story of how and why she adopted Pearl

Pearl broke into tears after she finished

“What.now…you mean….these people here are my family? You don’t mean it right dad?” Pearl asked as tears started rolling down her eyes

“I’m your mom…” Mrs Lush tried touching her but she immediately moved closer to Romeo

“You are not here to take me away right?” She asked and Mrs Lush sighed

“Pearl,she’s your mom and she’s here to take you away” Mr Cayden said

“Why are you talking like you’re chasing her away?? She’s not going anywhere” Romeo said and hold Pearl’s hand tightly

“I don’t want to go with them” Pearl broke into tears

“And then,why are you suddenly telling us Pearl is not yours?? Why now?” Romeo asked,looking at Cameron who haven’t said a word

“Because her mom have been waiting for her for twelve years Romeo…..” Mr Cayden said and Romeo kept quiet

“Please….let me take my baby with me….please” Mrs Lush said in tears

Cameron moved closer and touched his mom

Romeo faced Pearl and she immediately shook her head,tears rolling down her eyes

“You’re not going to tell me to go with them right?? Huh? You are not trying to push me away too right?? I don’t want to leave you……”

“You can come here anytime you want Pearl,mark my word. You still remain our child no matter what” Mr Cayden said while patting his wife’s back

“We packed all your things already,it’s in their car” He added

Pearl kept on staring into Romeo’s eyes,tears still rolling down her eyes

“Say something,please. You know I don’t want to leave you…” she said and began to hiccup

Romeo hugged her tightly

“I’m sorry” He muttered

“Sorry??…that means you’re letting me go??” Pearl asked and broke the hug

“You should go with them,,your mom…..”

“I don’t want to! I don’t know them…..just tell me to stay Please….Cherie” Pearl cried out

“He can come over anytime he wants” Mrs Lush said

“Cherie……” Pearl ignored Mrs Lush and hold Romeo’s hand again

“You heard that right??….”

Pearl immediately let go of his hand

“You really want me to leave?? You’re telling me to go….”

“Listen….” Romeo tried to hold her again but she moved back,tears rolling down uncontrollably

She looked at Mrs Lush and then Cameron before running out of the house

“Pearl!!” Romeo and Cameron both ran after her at the same time

Mrs Cayden broke into another round of tears.

Cameron caught up with Pearl first the moment she left the house

“Pearl” He grabbed her hand and pulled her into a hug while she cried on his shoulder

“I will be the best brother,I promise. So please…come with us” Cameron said,stroking her hair

Romeo was Standing at the back,staring at them with tears rolling down his eyes

Slowly he turned and ran back in
