Pearl stayed still as Romeo hugged her,maybe he’s stressed out,he absolutely needed the hug at that moment,that was her thought.

She started patting his back gently and waited patiently.

Romeo broke the hug after a while

Pearl looked at him

“Are you okay?” She asked

Romeo smiled and pushed her head with his finger

Pearl frowned

“Seriously? This is how you pay for your helper??” She asked

Romeo chuckled

“What else should I pay you with? You want money?” Romeo scoffed and moved away

“Gosh,you’re so ungrateful big brother,I gave you a shoulder to lean on,this is how you’re going to repay me?” Pearl followed him

Romeo gr–ned

“I can’t believe this,just because you gave me a shoulder to lean on doesn’t mean……”

“Everything comes with a price Chérie,you said one minute but you ended up hugging me for ten minutes” Pearl cut in

“Okay fine,what should I give you in return?” Romeo asked

“My assignment” She whispers

“Why not say it out loud? Should I tell mom about your position…..” Pearl immediately jumped on him and covered his mouth

They both fell on the bed,Pearl on top

“You can’t do this to me” She pouted

Romeo blinked her eyes rapidly

“Candy,,get off me” He said slowly

“Promise you won’t say anything to mom” Pearl muttered

“I promise,now get off” He said

Pearl smiled and got down from the bed

“I know you’re scared of me,come downstairs for dinner” Pearl smirked and walked out of the room

Romeo bite his l-ips and run his fingers through his hair

His breathing almost stopped just now

“I think I’m going crazy” he muttered and stood up.

He took his phone and walked out of the room,he went downstairs and joined them in the dinning room

“Finally you’re here” Mrs Cayden said

Pearl shifted the next seat beside her for him but Romeo sat down somewhere else

Pearl looked away sadly and started eating

“How was school son?” Mrs Cayden asked

“Good” Romeo muttered without looking up

“And you baby?” She turned to Pearl and she smiled

“It was really amazing mom,and at the same time interesting. You won’t believe one silly classmate of mine would have slapped me today just because I bumped into her mistakenly,but thank goodness Ryan saved me,I would have slapped her back and definitely would have gotten a strike” Pearl scoffed

“Try to avoid anything that will lead you into trouble” Mrs Cayden said

“I’m trying mom,but she’s a devil. She will almost come to me” Pearl muttered

“You should invite your friends for dinner tomorrow Romeo,I miss those kids” Mrs Cayden said

“You don’t have to do that” Romeo muttered

“No,I will tell them if he doesn’t. I’m going to tell Ryan and he will inform……… ”

“You don’t have to meet with him,I will invite them over” Romeo cut her off and Pearl smiled

“Good” She raised her thumb

Romeo nodded

“Goodnight Mom” Pearl greeted as Mrs Cayden walked toward the staircase

“What are you waiting for?”

“I’m going to wash the dishes mom” Pearl replied and walked into the kitchen

“You don’t have to,Penelope will be back tomorrow morning” Mrs Cayden called back

“She doesn’t have to start work immediately she returns mom,don’t worry about me,goodnight” Pearl replied

Mrs Cayden smiled and went upstairs

Pearl walked out of the kitchen and ran upstairs,she entered Romeo’s room and he turned back from the desk

“Are you studying?” She asked and closed the door

“What do you want?” Romeo asked

“Will you stay with me In the kitchen while I do the dishes? Please,all work and no play makes Romeo a dull boy” She pouted cutely

“You don’t have to do that” Romeo muttered and stood up

Pearl grinned

“Gosh,you’re the….”

“Best brother in the whole universe,I know,now can we go?” Romeo cut in

“Wow,how did you know what I was about to say?” Pearl asked

“Why wouldn’t I? I’ve heard it so many times and I know exactly when you are going to say it” Romeo scoffed as they left the room

“You sound like you’re tired of me” Pearl muttered

“Of course I’m tired of hearing that,I’m not tired of you…..”

“Of course you can’t,I don’t care even if you get tired of me. You’re stuck with this cute girl for ever” Pearl poked her tongue out at him before running downstairs

Romeo stopped

“You’re right….I’m crazily stuck” he muttered and sighed out

Pearl appeared again

“Don’t you dare change your mind,let’s go” She said

Romeo went downstairs

“You are going to help me with the assignment right? Maths is your best subject,but I hate it” Pearl said

Romeo nodded

10:30PM>ROMEO’S ROOM**

“Hey,do you even understand what I’m saying?” Romeo asked but got no response

He looked up only to find Pearl sleeping already,her head fell on his shoulder

“Seriously? Isn’t she here because of an assignment?” He muttered,staring at her face

He closed the books in front of them and tapped her

“Hey Candy”

No response

He got up gently and carried Pearl in a bridal way,he walked out of his room. He entered her room and dropped her on the bed gently. He adjusted her head well and covered her with the duvet before squatting beside the bed,watching her as she slept soundly.

He continue staring at her,he never get tired of staring at her.

His eyes went to her l-ips and he rub his thumb on her bottom l-ips,he bite his l-ips and slowly,he pressed his l-ips against her own. He got up and went out.

He returned to his room and he gr–ned

“I’m really going crazy,,why did I do that again?” He sat on the bed and rough his hair

He laid his back down and closed his eyes,but all he could think of was her,her cute face,her voice,everything. He opened his eyes and sighed

NEXT DAY>RAINBOW HIGH**

“Wow” Bonnie grinned as they checked the notice board

“What are you planning?” She faced Pearl

“What do you think? Senior Betsy is in the dance club” Pearl winked and Bonnie roll her eyes

“So???”

“Of course I must join the dancing group” Pearl said

“Because senior Betsy is there?” Bonnie frowned

“And because…..I love dancing” Pearl corrected

“What the f**k do you like about that senior!! I hate April and I hate her sister too,gosh you’re unbelievable” Bonnie and turned back

“She’s pretty,talented,you should have seen the way she danced the first day I met her,gosh,I just love everything about her. I don’t care about her sister,it’s Senior Betsy I love not April” Pearl said dreamily

“What if she’s also a b*tch like April?” Bonnie asked

“Of course not,they are totally different,trust me” Pearl smiled

“I should trust you? When you know absolutely nothing about her,seriously Pearl” Bonnie said and walked away

“I’m going to register my name,see you later!” Pearl shouted and turned to the other side also

TENNIS COURT**

“Go Romeo!!!” Romeo’s team s¢ræmed as Romeo won the game against Cameron

The students watching started murmuring and clapping

Cameron glared at him angrily and threw the racket away

Romeo chuckled

“Seriously? Are you really going to turn this place upside down just because you lost the game,so childish” Romeo said

Cameron immediately rushed toward Romeo but Princeton and Donovan blocked him

“Stop acting like a loser and get off” Princeton pushed his chest

“Hey,aren’t you in my team?” Cameron frowned

“Just because we are teammates doesn’t mean I will choose you over my friend dude,stay back” Princeton snapped

Cameron looked at Romeo and scoffed before walking out

“Senior Romeo,are you okay?” The junior students there asked

“I’m fine” Romeo muttered and faced his friends

“You’re making me look weak” He said

“Shut up,We all know you hate fighting,such an ungrateful fellow” Donovan scoffed

“Anyhow” Romeo dropped the racket in his hand gently and took a bottle of water,he poured it over his head and the murmurs started again

👥 How can he be so perfect?

👥 I wish I’m his sister,I get to see him every time

👥 His eyes!!

👥 His l-ips!!

Romeo gr–ned

“Can they keep quiet at least?” He scoffed

Donovan chuckled and threw his arm around Romeo’s neck as they walked out of the court

“They are kids,don’t mind them” He said

“They should focus on their studies first” Romeo said

Donovan and Princeton gr–ned

“Here we go again,just have fun at least” Donovan said

“What type of fun?” Romeo asked

“You should have seen the hottie I got you last night,her backside is totally perfect” Princeton said

“You two,get lost” Romeo snapped

They laughed

“At least see her picture,just f**k her once. That girl is obsessed with you the moment I showed her your picture” Princeton said

“Why would you show her my picture? Did I tell you I am searching for a f**kmate?” Romeo scoffed

“Not a f**kmate,just do it once” Donovan said

“Then she will want another one,and then another and another….”

“Whooooaaaaaaaaaaa!!!” Donovan and Princeton chorused

“Do you mean you’re a baddest when it comes to that?” Princeton asked with a smirk

Romeo bent down and removed his shoes but they ran off before he could throw it

“Gosh,what the f**k did I do wrong to get those jerks as friends?” He gr–ned and wear his shoe back

“The girls in the dancing club are so f**king hot”

“You should have seen their dance,so s–xy”

Romeo listened as some group of boys talked,walking past him

He ignored it and continue walking

“Senior Romeo!” Someone called and he stopped walking

Bonnie ran to him with a smile on her face

“Hi” she greeted

“Hey Bonnie,where’s Pearl?” Romeo asked

“Oh we are not in the same team,she’s in the dancing team” Bonnie replied

“Dance?” Romeo asked again and she nodded

“Gosh” Romeo muttered and walked away

Bonnie bite her l-ips,staring at him until he was out of sight.

Romeo was still walking when he saw Pearl coming out from a class,it’s like she saw him immediately

“Cherie!” She ran to him and all eyes fell on them

“Why the h*ll are you sweating this way?” Romeo asked looking worried

Pearl smiled cutely

“What do you think? I joined the dance club” She grinned and Romeo roll his eyes

“Why dance club of all things? Just change it” Romeo muttered,wiping her sweats with his handkerchief

👥 I’m so jealous of her

👥 They look so cute

The students murmured

“So,what club should I join?” Pearl asked

“Just find something else,but dance is out of it” Romeo said

“Why not?” Betsy asked from the back and they both looked up

Betsy smiled and walked closer

“Why are you trying to take her away? She’s cute and talented” Betsy said and touched Pearl’s hair

Pearl smiled

“You heard that right?” She asked Romeo and he rolled his eyes

“Pearl hurry let’s go,miss Lucille is on her way to the class!” Bonnie called as she ran off

“Wait up” Pearl immediately ran after her

“Wow,your sister is really cute,we got to talk today” Betsy said,smiling widely at Romeo

Romeo said nothing and walked away

“Cold brat” Betsy gr–ned

AFTER SCHOOL**

Pearl and Everest walked out of the class together,hand in hand

“Why are you two looking like couples?” Pierce asked,staring at them suspiciously

“What are you talking about? Tell him to let go of my hand” Pearl snapped

“No I won’t,I won the bet so this is the payback,I’m going to keep on holding your hand” Everest said

“Then,,should I call my brother?” Pearl asked and Everest immediately released her

“Nevertheless,I will get close to your brother and make him like me for you” Everest said and Pearl laughed

“Dude,let’s go” Pierce grabbed Everest hand

“Bye soulmate” Everest waved at Pearl before running off

“Soul what?? Is he crazy?” She chuckled

She started walking to the seniors block,she suddenly stopped in front of an empty class when she saw a student in there.

“Wow” She muttered immediately she saw Sapphire painting beautifully all alone,she was so focused that she didn’t know when Pearl entered

“Awwwn,so cute” Pearl suddenly said and rushed to one of the paintings

“Don’t touch!” Sapphire shouted and Pearl froze

“I mean,you can get stained,it’s not dry yet” Sapphire said and Pearl smiled

“You’re so amazing senior,,,but what’s your name? I’ve never seen you” Pearl muttered,walking closer

Sapphire smiled

“My name is Sapphire,I’m in your brother’s class also” She said

“Oh wow,you’re so pretty” Pearl said

“You’re cuter” Sapphire said

“Thank you senior,you’re really amazing. Looking at this,I think I change my mind,but I don’t know how to paint” Pearl said

“Come on,I will teach you perfectly” Sapphire said

“Really?!!!! Thank you!” Pearl rushed to hug her

Sapphire smiled

“Pearl” they heard Romeo’s voice and they looked back

“Brother,how did you know I am here?” Pearl asked

“I saw you when you came in” Romeo replied,walking in.

He looked at Sapphire and then the paintings

“Did you see that? She’s so amazing right?” Pearl asked

“Yeah” Romeo muttered and Sapphire smiled

“I was thinking of changing to painting……”

“Yes exactly,you have to” Romeo immediately said

Sapphire and Pearl exchanged glances

“I mean,Painting is more interesting and inspirational than dance as you know. And besides,you can tell me about it when you become an expert,what do you think?” Romeo smiled

“I understand,wish me good luck” Pearl grinned and Romeo rub her hair

“Good luck” He said

Sapphire smiled,watching them

“And Pearl,do you mind coming over to my house during weekend? I have a lot of beautiful paintings I would like to show you” Sapphire said

“Oh…..I would love to,but…..” She looked at Romeo

“Of course,Romeo can come along” Sapphire said

“No I can’t” Romeo immediately said

“Then at least you can drop me there and come pick me up” Pearl said

“What happened to the driver?” Romeo snapped

“Then good,the driver will bring me to your house. Just give me your address and number” Pearl said

“Of course”

They exchanged contacts

“Bye senior” Pearl waved

“Bye bunny” Sapphire waved back and they walked out

“She just called me bunny” Pearl grinned

Romeo scoffed

“So what?”

“I think I just changed my favorite Senior,gosh I love her” Pearl said

“Who was your favorite?” Romeo asked

“Senior Betsy”

“And now?”

“I will keep them both,I can’t let go of senior Betsy like that. And besides brother,why can’t you just date any of them? They are really beautiful” Pearl said

Romeo opened the car door for her and she entered

He joined her and drove out of the school

“I asked a question” Pearl said

“Are you trying to matchmake right now?” Romeo asked

“Nope,but I hope you can date any of them” She replied

“I’m not interested” Romeo muttered

“Why? They are not pretty enough?” Pearl asked

“They are pretty but I’m not interested in dating anyone now” Romeo said

“You should do the same too” he muttered and Pearl faced him

“Huh?”

“Don’t have a boyfriend now” Romeo said

“Why?” She pouted

“Because…….”

“I need to focus on my studies,I know,anything else?” Pearl smirked

“You really know me” Romeo chuckled

“Just the way you know me too” Pearl smiled

“You don’t have to worry about having a boyfriend,just take it all on me. And assume me as your boyfriend,I will be there for you anytime,I will do anything for you because……” Romeo said

“You love me,and I love you too brother” Pearl completed and they both smiled at each other
